We stayed to celebrate my sister’s birthday. The staff kindly celebrated with us, and she was truly delighted. In the lounge, they served a birthday plate, and there was an adorable teddy bear in our Room—it became a wonderful memory. We will stay again. Thank you very much.

It’s very close to Osaki Station. On the first floor of the same building, there are a supermarket, a 100-yen shop, a bookstore, and some restaurants. Across the street at Gate City Osaki, there are also restaurants such as Hama-Sushi. The Room was like a typical Hotel Room and was clean. They also provide yukata for children. Amenities can be picked up from the front desk. I think breakfast offers a good variety, and I felt each item was high quality. It was nice to have cherry tomatoes and fruit. Personally, I found the bread especially delicious. It was very crowded, perhaps because it was during a holiday period, but the staff were working very hard. It was disappointing that the bathtub drain in the Room’s unit bath clogged easily. Since you can quickly go out and buy anything you forgot, I thought it’s a very convenient Hotel. I’d like to stay again if I have another opportunity.

I chose this place for my first trip alone with my eldest daughter now that she’s grown up, because we wanted to see the city night view. We checked in at night, and the view was just as we’d hoped—wonderful. The room was stylish and even had a sofa, so I’m glad we chose a high floor. Thank you very much.

The staff who assisted with both check-in and check-out were very friendly and welcoming, always with a smile. The Room was clean and comfortable, though it was difficult to sit on the sofa. At night, I used the restaurant since it was open late, and every dish was delicious. I was surprised by the size of the French toast at breakfast; it was hard to finish, but the buffet items were also tasty. I would like to stay again when visiting Ebisu. Thank you very much.

I visited after a long time. As before, the Room was equipped with everything necessary for a comfortable stay, and I enjoyed the unique view from the high floors. The staff were very friendly, which allowed me to relax and enjoy using the Facility, including the lounge, making my overall experience highly satisfying. During check-in, I was informed that breakfast would be served in the lounge and that dining at the restaurant would incur an additional charge. While I initially felt a bit disappointed as I had been looking forward to enjoying your Crème Brûlée French Toast for breakfast, I was pleasantly surprised by how delightful breakfast at the lounge turned out to be. Although the buffet itself is smaller in scale, it was wonderful to have various types of Dutch Baby pancakes available for order. I look forward to visiting again soon. Thank you very much for your hospitality this time as well!

It was a very comfortable hotel. Most of the guests were foreigners, but everyone had good manners, making the stay pleasant. The breakfast was delicious, and it was great to have chairs in the smoking area where I could sit and enjoy a complimentary coffee while taking a break. I will definitely use this accommodation again. Thank you very much!

Amenities are available in the lobby for you to pick up what you need. The Room was pleasantly prepared, and housekeeping was done properly. On the 2nd floor, there is a guest-only lounge, vending machines, a laundry room, and a microwave, which is convenient. The Room also has handy lights by the dresser and bed for using a PC or smartphone, and the Wi-Fi worked well. There are power outlets in many places, making it easy to use. This time I stayed for 3 nights with the breakfast buffet; there was a good variety each day, though the taste was average. It was nice that the bread could be warmed. There is also a convenience store nearby, and information is provided at the check-in counter. However, it takes about 15 minutes from Shinagawa Station (Takanawa Exit) up quite a steep hill, so if you have a lot of luggage, taking a taxi is recommended.

This was my first time staying at the accommodation. With Christmas approaching, a luxurious tree was displayed at the entrance, which lifted my spirits. I brought a cake to celebrate a birthday, and the front desk kindly kept it for me during check-in. Later in the evening, they delivered it to our room at our preferred timing. Plates, cutlery, a lighter for candles, and even a full bottle of sparkling wine from the hotel were perfectly chilled in an ice bucket—everything was impeccably prepared! I was deeply moved by this level of perfection. When I asked if I could keep using the plates and cutlery for breakfast the next morning, they provided new ones instead—such thoughtful service left me even more impressed. Even late at night, staff members delivered everything with warm smiles; I am truly grateful to them. Although an upgrade wasn’t possible due to weekend crowds, they kindly changed our room to one with a view of Tokyo Tower. The courteous service from all front desk staff gave me peace of mind—truly what you’d expect from The Westin Hotel! It’s definitely an accommodation that makes you want to return again. My friend celebrating their birthday was also delighted—it turned out to be an unforgettable experience! Thank you very much!
