Enjoy a relaxing soak in the jacuzzi while watching the sunset over the ocean, and make the most of the sauna. The Room is clean, equipped with modern kitchen appliances and cooking utensils. Meals, such as shabu-shabu for dinner and hot sandwiches for breakfast, were absolutely delicious. In the evening, we watched two movies in the living room. We had a wonderful time unwinding and enjoying this lovely Room to its fullest. Our family even said, "We want to live here; we’re not going back," which shows just how comfortable our stay was. It’s such an amazing place that it makes us want to try staying in another building next time!

This was our third stay at Roof Yureya. No matter how many times we visit, the warm hospitality never changes, and it truly puts us at ease. The staff’s sense of distance is just right, and it feels so comforting—like coming home. Above all, the greatest charm is being able to spend plenty of “family time” that you could never experience at a Hotel. Instead of splitting up into separate Rooms, we can gather around the irori hearth, relax on the veranda, take a bath whenever we like, and enjoy the sauna or fireworks whenever we want. It’s a truly luxurious space where conversation naturally flows. We also appreciated being able to leave meals to the staff, which helped us forget the busyness of everyday life and spend unhurried time together as a family once again. We’d love to visit again in another season. Thank you as always for such a wonderful stay.

We stayed here last year with our dog and loved it so much that we came back again this year. Our dog had the freedom to play in the garden dog run, and the BBQ while listening to the sound of the waves was amazing. The sunset was beautiful, and from the back door you can reach the beach in no time. We even received a souvenir when we checked out. We’ll definitely be back!

The Room and Facility were absolutely satisfying! Everything is well-maintained, reflecting the owner's heartfelt care. A spacious dog run spreads out in front, offering a great sense of openness—our dog loved it! Seasonings and cooking utensils are fully equipped, so you can come empty-handed. You can also enjoy BBQs or the pool in the garden! The appliances are stylish, and both the bathroom and toilet are exceptionally clean! It’s easily accessible from the city center, with nearby home improvement stores and large shopping facilities adding to its convenience. Overall, it’s truly a wonderful cottage that I would love to use again!

We enjoyed so many delicious dishes. The large fish collar was something I had never seen before, and the sashimi boat platter was gorgeous. Everything was tasty, but we couldn’t finish it all, and I felt sorry about that. If I could do it over, I would skip the hot pot and switch to nigiri sushi. We went with our two teenage sons with big appetites, so we thought we could manage it, but we still gave up… The baths were always available whenever we wanted to go, so we could bathe smoothly in the evening, at night, and in the morning. This is an Accommodation I would recommend. Thank you very much.

We were looking for accommodation for our family of five and one dog, and we found this place. Since we live in an area without the sea, both our family and dog were thrilled with the ocean right in front of us. The absence of a TV actually increased family conversations, and we felt closer through activities like Othello, card games, soccer, and badminton. The manager was very kind and attentive, and we would love to visit again. Thank you very much!

We planned this trip to visit a restaurant that is only open on weekends and public holidays. While looking for a nearby Ryokan, we noticed the radon bath and “Arashi no Yu,” and decided to stay here. We made a Reservation for three adults on the standard course. Dinner was generous, with simmered local fish, grilled dishes, tempura, and more. The simmered flounder was especially delicious with white rice. Breakfast was also classic Japanese—grilled fish, vinegared dishes, kinpira, and more. The white rice paired perfectly with everything. “Arashi no Yu” is different from both a stone spa and a sauna. Lying down on the floor covered with small stones made us sweat heavily; sweat poured out from our pores and left our skin smooth. Unlike a typical stone spa, the pebbles provide comfortable cushioning so you can lie down easily. In the radon bath area, the bathing room and tub are separated so the steam collects around the tub. We kept sweating even while soaking, and even after getting out we stayed warm for a long time. Both “Arashi no Yu” and the radon bath can make you feel very tired at first, but we slept deeply until morning and enjoyed truly restful sleep. Smooth skin, warm body, refreshed awakening—our fatigue melted away. It felt like toxins were released along with the sweat! The proprietress recommended karaoke after dinner; singing on a stage with full sound equipment was great fun. The staff’s thoughtful attention to detail was excellent throughout. This is a Ryokan we would love to stay at again next time. The restaurant we came for was 5 minutes away by car; we were able to get an early number ticket and enjoy lunch without any trouble.

Recently, I stayed at GIFTHOUSE Sunomiya with my beloved dog. The Room was a private villa, offering an exceptional sense of privacy. We could relax without worrying about others and truly felt rejuvenated. The highlight was the wood-burning barrel sauna in the villa's courtyard. My partner and I took turns enjoying the sauna, followed by resting in the outdoor space surrounded by nature. The feeling of unwinding amidst greenery was incredibly refreshing. At night, we relaxed under a starry sky—a luxury you can't experience in everyday life. There was also a dog run where our dog could run freely and seemed to have so much fun. It was great to let our pet play in a completely private space. The villa itself was spacious with a fully equipped kitchen and appliances, making it easy to cook meals. We enjoyed BBQs and leisurely breakfasts on the terrace while taking in the view of greenery through the large living room windows—such a lovely touch! Access from the city center wasn't too far either; it took about 90 minutes by car, which added to its appeal. The cost per person was around 30,000 yen, but considering this level of luxury, it felt worth every penny. I’d love to visit again for special occasions or relaxing weekend trips with my pet! I stayed for one night with No Meals Included during the January holiday. The pension is located in a scenic area, and the interior has a bright atmosphere with sunlight streaming in. The room was spacious, and I spent a relaxing time watching the Izu Islands up close and the setting sun from the window. Since it is a little off the main road, the sound of passing cars is distant, allowing for a quiet time. Although there is a bath in the room, this time I enjoyed the soft water of the handmade open-air bath in a corner of the large garden while gazing at the sky. This time, I was also looking forward to dinner at a nearby sushi restaurant known for its delicious local fish, and I was provided with Shuttle Service from the pension, allowing me to enjoy local sake without worry, making it a great holiday. Thanks to the hospitality of the lovely madam and the friendly owner of the pension, I had a wonderful holiday. It is a property I would like to visit again.

I found this property while looking for a Room close to the ocean with an ocean view from the Room. The view, spaciousness, and cleanliness were all wonderful, and we also got to enjoy BBQ and the sauna—it was an amazing stay. Since I had mentioned in advance that we were staying for my girlfriend’s birthday, they arranged balloons for us on the day, and even prepared a bottle of white wine. She was truly delighted. The BBQ portion was far more than you’d expect for two people—we were completely satisfied. Both the vegetables and meat were delicious. There were also yakisoba noodles and marshmallows. It was great that we could use the hot plate outside as well. Since it was summer there were quite a few insects, but insect spray and repellent were provided, which we really appreciated. For the sauna, we could set the temperature ourselves, and we could also prepare a cold plunge bath right in front of it—so refreshing. Having men’s shorts and a women’s gown available was very helpful too. The self löyly was incredible. The Room felt open and airy with a perfect view, and the cohesive style—from the furniture to the wall art—was lovely. You can see the ocean from both the bath and the Room. You can see stars as well. It was so comfortable that it made me want to live here. That said, perhaps because pets are allowed, there were one or two spots where I noticed a slight odor. Checkout is at 11:00, which gave us plenty of time in the morning—we enjoyed our stay comfortably until the very end. Check-in is at 15:00; if it were possible to arrive a bit earlier it would be absolutely perfect (though I understand cleaning needs to be done). We stayed as a couple this time, but I think it would be great for larger groups too. We will definitely stay again—thank you very much.

The hospitality was exceptional. The warm personalities of the owner couple made this accommodation incredibly comfortable. Of course, the food was delicious, especially the seafood personally caught by the owner, which was unmatched in freshness. One thing I thought would be nice to have is a laundry basket under the sink. I am very grateful for their kindness.

I had such a pleasant stay that I've decided to make it my regular accommodation whenever I come to this area! The place was clean and tidy, the room felt very spacious, the attention to detail was wonderful, and my child had a great time. The meals were delicious with plenty of fish and generous portions. For young children, the beach right in front and the park with playground equipment were very exciting. I want to visit again during the summer vacation.

I stayed in a mixed dormitory Room with bunk beds. In addition to the front lobby, there were other spaces where I could relax, and every interior had a stylish atmosphere—staying only one night felt like a waste. Thanks to that, I was able to see Mt. Fuji at sunset. The staff—a kind handsome man and a cute woman—were very attentive, and it was an Accommodation where I felt safe even as a solo traveler. Thank you very much. If I may be greedy, it would be nice to have an electric fan in the shared washbasin area outside the shower room—just my personal thought. Overall, I was very satisfied with this Accommodation.

We stayed for two nights during summer vacation as a family of four. The Room is incredibly stylish, and every angle looks picture-perfect. You can really feel the attention to detail in the wonderful furniture throughout. The kitchen, bathroom, bedroom, and toilet were all spotless. Even the faucets are unbelievably stylish. The lawn in the garden was well maintained and pleasantly soft. There are hedges, so privacy is mostly ensured. A single corridor runs from one end to the other along the garden side of the building, and it was so atmospheric that it really lifted our spirits. It was a Room that made us want to live here forever. We can’t thank the owner enough. Thank you for an amazing two-night stay.

The seaside location offered great views, and the Room was clean and relaxing. The meals were also satisfying. However, the bath was on a time schedule, which made it less relaxing as I had to watch the time. Overall, I was satisfied.

We stayed for one night with the Plan that includes a BBQ dinner. As described, there was an excellent selection of dog amenities. We brought shampoo supplies from home just in case we needed to use the dog shower, but everything was so well provided that we didn’t need them at all. Tateyama in March was colder than we expected, and we realized we hadn’t prepared well enough. Our dog isn’t very comfortable going out, but before our baby is born, we wanted to make some memories with our beloved dog—this is the place we chose after searching carefully. Walking along the coast during our morning walk is also a moment we’ll always remember.\nThank you very much.

The air conditioning was not very effective. Otherwise, the bed comfort and meals were excellent. I would like to stay again.

Having had a great impression last time, I decided to return after several years, and my positive feelings have only grown. First, the accommodation is impeccably maintained and cleaned in every corner, making for a very pleasant stay. This level of care is not easy to achieve. The meals are heartfelt and allow you to fully enjoy the bounty of the sea. Additionally, while the panoramic bath with an ocean view is not an onsen, it can be enjoyed in the morning as well and was spotlessly clean. The guest rooms and bedding are simple as it is a guesthouse, but yukata robes and bath towels are provided. It may not suit those seeking luxury ryokan services; however, for travelers looking for an enjoyable trip at a reasonable price, I wholeheartedly recommend this accommodation.

This was my first stay. The Room was very clean and comfortable, which made it a great place to relax. I also enjoyed the BBQ dinner, as I could eat at my own pace. I recommend it because you can spend your time here slowly and peacefully.
