We stayed with a group of five—close friends and family. It was the first weekend of August, and we arrived smoothly with no traffic on the way there. The place was spacious, very clean, and had a great atmosphere—we almost didn’t want to leave the Room, but since the ocean was right in front of us, we headed out. The waves were calm, making it perfect for a relaxing time by the sea. There are probably no beach huts or vending machines nearby, so we recommend bringing your own drinks and other essentials. In the evening we chatted while having a BBQ, then played games together at night—and slept soundly in our beds. The next morning we enjoyed Kamogawa Sea World before heading home. A fully serviced Hotel is comfortable too, but for groups who want to enjoy preparing everything themselves—with plenty of equipment provided—this place is ideal!

Because our stay was short, we didn’t have much time to relax at the Hotel, but we still enjoyed a high-quality Hotel stay. We also received a complimentary Room upgrade this time, and we truly appreciated the thoughtful hospitality of all the staff. Next time, I’d like to stay with more time to spare and enjoy the Hotel stay itself at a leisurely pace, including breakfast. This is a Hotel I can recommend for family stays as well.

We stayed with the intention of treating ourselves to a luxury we don’t usually indulge in. From the welcome drink and the first small appetizer, everything was delicious, and we were already very satisfied. The wine was extremely easy to drink, and the non-alcoholic tea was also amazing (I wish you would sell it). The Room was spacious, and it was wonderfully quiet—we couldn’t hear anything from the rooms on either side. Having an Onsen in the Room that we could enjoy anytime was fantastic. If there’s one concern, it’s that while the food is excellent, the portions are quite large. Even our family—who usually asks for seconds multiple times—was saying, “We’re full!” There’s a generous amount from the appetizers onward, but some dishes served during the main sushi course and additional dishes after sushi may leave many guests thinking, “It’s delicious, but I’m too full!” That said, every dish is distinctive and truly delicious, so I still hope you’ll try them all!

This time, my 17-year-old daughter came along on my business trip, and we enjoyed our stay at the Hotel together! The breakfast buffet was delicious, and we were very satisfied. There was a great variety of dishes, and the omelet was especially fluffy—absolutely fantastic! Next time, I’d love to bring my wife as well!!

This was our first visit as a couple. We watched YouTube videos beforehand, but the real experience was even better.\n The pool was simply wonderful. We were surprised by how large the infinity pool is.\n If the water temperature had been a bit warmer, we might have been able to relax for longer.\n The sauna, on the other hand, felt a little too hot.\n The Room was simple and easy to use.\n If possible, as seniors we would have appreciated standard cotton pajamas with long sleeves and long pants. The bathrobes and towels were very comfortable.\n For dinner, we ordered the vegetarian course. It was creative and delicious, and we left completely full. The vegetables were excellent and highly recommended.\n Breakfast was a sandwich, salad, and soup; it would be nice to have something warm and freshly made as well.\n All in all, we were very satisfied. We’re happy to find such a wonderful Hotel in Chiba Prefecture.\n The staff were also very kind. Please keep up the great work.\n We will definitely visit again.

Thank you very much for your hospitality. The Room had an ocean view, and the view from the Onsen was wonderful—it was the perfect vacation! The parking lot was spacious and easy to use, and everything from the lobby decor to the complimentary drink service was thoughtfully provided. This was my second stay. I chose the plan for guests aged 50 and over, which included spiny lobster, abalone, and golden eye snapper. The meals were so delicious that I decided to return. Both the fish-focused dinner and the breakfast featuring spiny lobster miso soup and grilled horse mackerel were satisfying and filling. However, there were two things I found a bit disappointing this time. First, there was noise after 11:30 PM. It seemed to come from upstairs, possibly due to cleaning in the bath area. Other than that, it was very quiet, so the noise at night surprised me. Second, while they were preparing my futon bed, my coffee cup was taken away even though I had been using it. When I wanted to drink coffee later on but couldn’t find the cup anymore, it left me feeling disappointed. The staff serving breakfast were very pleasant and made for a nice departure experience overall. Since Awa-Kominato is one of my favorite places, I'll probably visit again in the future. Even if accommodations are not large-scale establishments, I'd like to choose based on their unique qualities each time!

I have stayed here several times before, but this time I stayed for two nights with No Meals Included to take astrophotography. The sea-facing side faces west, and by setting up a smart telescope on the balcony, you can capture celestial objects from south to north-northwest. W

We’ve stayed here as a family for three years in a row. In short, this cottage is wonderful in every way! They’ve also added a bicycle rental option starting this year, which made our stay even better. It’s easy to see why so many guests return. We’ll definitely be back again next year.

The Room was very clean, and the bed was spacious. There was also a door that could partition the Room. Since some of us wanted to sleep early while others wanted to watch TV, we could close the door when needed. The TV showed how crowded the large public bath was; it said it was crowded, but when we went, the changing area was spacious and there were plenty of washing stations, so it didn’t feel crowded at all. The buffet food was delicious, but it was a bit too crowded and caused congestion. Unlimited alcohol with the welcome drinks is impressive, but I was surprised to learn that drinks were unlimited during meals as well! It’s a Hotel I’d definitely like to visit again.

We visited Kamogawa Sea World for my daughter’s birthday and stayed at this Hotel for one night. We were looking forward to the dinner and breakfast buffets, and they were more luxurious than we imagined—we enjoyed plenty of sashimi and sushi. The sea bream kamameshi was so delicious I wanted a second serving. My daughter was very satisfied too, as she could eat lots of her favorite dishes. The breakfast croissants were also tasty. From our Room we had a panoramic view of the ocean, and the sound of the waves was soothing. The Onsen we enjoyed together left our skin smooth and felt wonderful. After returning home, my daughter and I talked about wanting to stay again.

The front desk and staff welcomed us with warm smiles. The building is old, but it was very clean, with no unpleasant odors, so we had a comfortable stay. Best of all, even though it seemed like guests were staying next door, we didn’t hear any noise at all. Both dinner and breakfast were delicious with light seasoning. The all-you-can-drink option was included as well, making it an excellent value. We grilled turban shells and shrimp on the tabletop stove, and in the morning we grilled horse mackerel. We’d definitely like to come again!

From check-in until our car left the Ryokan, the staff naturally came outside to welcome and see us off. I think there are very few Ryokan or Hotels that do this. The preparation of the futon bedding and in-Room dining was pleasant, and it made for a wonderful stay. Every dish was delicious, and the portions were very satisfying. If I had one request, I would be happy if there were a bit more local vegetables—especially for guests in their 50s like us. This may be a matter of preference, but I felt the miso soup would have been even better if it were served a little hotter. Similarly, I would have preferred the water in the large public bath to be slightly hotter. What impressed me most was how thoroughly everything was cleaned. Even at expensive Hotels or Ryokan, you often notice dust in hidden areas or peeling wallpaper and small flaws here and there, but everything visible was very clean. Precisely because it isn’t brand-new, it felt especially comfortable. It was my first stay here, but I feel like I got great value. My only concern is that many of the staff seemed to be around my age or a bit older, so I hope this Ryokan will continue for many years and be passed on to the next generation so guests can keep enjoying it. A luxurious, unhurried escape right in front of the sea. The private pool, sauna, and relaxation area were fantastic—an ideal space to enjoy without worrying about anyone around you. Spending time at a leisurely pace while taking in the ocean view was truly soothing, making it easy to forget everyday life and fully unwind. Rather than packing your schedule with sightseeing, this villa is perfect for those who want to slow down and simply enjoy being here. We stayed for two nights as a family. As this is glamping within a golf facility, it’s set on beautifully maintained lawns, and we were able to relax very comfortably—almost like staying at a Hotel. Even though it was summer, insects didn’t bother us much. We did notice a slight vinyl-like smell from the tent, but the interior was spacious, with two air-conditioning units and adjustable lighting, so it was very comfortable. The bathrooms were also very clean, which made it reassuring for women as well. The Italian meals were excellent and very generous in portion size. We stayed for two nights, and they changed the menu for us; everything was delicious. I can’t go into details, but they were also considerate of our picky-eating son—I felt sorry to trouble them—but we truly appreciated their thoughtful attention. Because it’s all-inclusive, I was disappointed that I don’t drink alcohol, but my husband does and seemed extremely satisfied being able to enjoy a variety of drinks without hesitation. We couldn’t make it to bar time due to our schedule, but it sounded like there was a great selection and we would have loved to try it. There is some distance between the clubhouse where you dine and the tent where you stay. Shuttle Service is generally provided, but if you want to walk instead, please note that walking may not be allowed during certain hours (possibly for safety reasons). At night, it was lovely to stroll from the clubhouse back to the tent while looking up at the sky. There’s also a “German Village” within driving distance; we enjoyed activities like putter golf with our children. We didn’t overpack our schedule and spent two relaxing days—making wonderful memories.
