Thank you very much for a wonderful stay. We were satisfied with everything—the service, the Room, the bath, and the meals. The meals were so delicious that my mother, who usually has no appetite at all, finished everything. We truly hope to visit again. Thank you very much.

The Room was spacious with a great ocean view, and both the meals and the Onsen were excellent. Here are a few highlights: - We chose dinner from 17:30, and one alcoholic drink was free. - The flounder tempura was light and fluffy, and absolutely delicious. - Dinner was served as a course meal, while dessert was offered buffet-style—such a luxurious setup. - The ocean view from the large public bath was wonderful, and all the showers and hair dryers were ReFa products. - What impressed me most was how thoroughly cleaned everything was. Although the Room itself didn’t seem particularly new, it was spotless—especially the washbasin area, which looked older but had no water stains at all and gleamed in every corner. It made our stay very comfortable. There were many great points like these, and we were very satisfied with our stay. Thank you very much.

At breakfast, we were able to enjoy piping-hot fried fugu and skewered fried items, and our whole family agreed on how delicious everything was. There was a garden-style bath as well as various other baths, which we really enjoyed. We would love to come again and take our time re

It was my first time staying in Hagi, and I was moved by the wonderful scenery that truly lives up to the name “Hagi Hakkei.” I asked to change dinner from 6:30 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. so I could watch the sunset from my Room, and I was able to take my time enjoying the sun slowly sink

We stayed as three generations—parents and adult children. The sunset from the Room was truly beautiful, and we enjoyed the contrast between the sea and the setting sun. Every dish was delicious, and the portions were generous—we were completely full. Breakfast also featured many

Also, based on Reviews praising the service and cuisine, I selected a Plan with dinner and breakfast included. The staff were efficient yet kind, and the Room was very quiet, so I was able to truly unwind. The meals were thoughtfully arranged so hot dishes were served hot, and I

I visited here as a child, and this time I came back to my hometown and stayed with my son and my parents. The Hotel has been beautifully renovated, so it felt quite different, but I enjoyed the nostalgic kawara soba and visited the lounge for the first time. We were able to relax together as a family, and even with just one night we were completely satisfied. The bath in the Room was great, and the private open-air bath was also amazing. The meals were delicious as well, and I would love to visit again. Thank you very much.

The ocean view is spectacular from everywhere—your Room, the lobby, the Onsen, and even the private dining room. Unfortunately, it was cloudy on the day we arrived and rainy the next day, so we missed out; I’m sure it would have been an amazing view in clear weather. When I mentioned that a family member’s birthday was coming up soon, they arranged a surprise for us, which made both of us very happy. Some parts of the building do feel a bit old, but everyone—from the lobby staff to the servers—was genuinely pleasant. We were also treated to a complimentary welcome drink (including alcohol), and coffee was available free of charge. With all these thoughtful touches and warm service, our overall satisfaction more than made up for anything else. Highly recommended especially for those who enjoy sake. I’d love to visit again on a sunny day to enjoy the sunset.

The spacious accommodation featured high ceilings, a balcony with an elegant jacuzzi, and a luxurious indoor bath. The twin beds were clean and comfortable. It was an unexpected treat that we thoroughly enjoyed. Breakfast was refined and delicious, showcasing the craftsmanship

We stayed here to celebrate my mother’s full recovery from illness. Even though it was a last-minute request, you kindly arranged flowers for us and even gave us a special gift. Thanks to your exceptional hospitality, we had a truly wonderful time.

The open-air bath was relaxing. The room was chosen by the hotel, and I was grateful to be given a Japanese-style room with a view of Tsunoshima Bridge. The large windows and good weather allowed us to enjoy the beautiful sea and Tsunoshima Bridge. Although it was futon bedding o
