This was my first stay here on a business trip, and it was a very comfortable Hotel. I was impressed by the ReFa shower head, and they even had a hair straightener and curling iron—Done for a repeat stay. There was also a steamer, but I gave up because I couldn’t figure out how to use it. The vanity mirror with lights was another great touch, making it especially convenient for women. The location is excellent as well, and I’ll be happy to stay here again on my next business trip!

I stay here regularly. The Room is always clean, and all the amenities I need are available in the lobby, so there’s no waste and it’s very convenient. The bathroom is also clean, so I can fill the tub, use bath salts, and relax—especially in winter, I end up staying more often. Hotel prices have been rising lately, but this place still offers service that matches the cost. It’s a bit of a walk from Kinshicho Station, but if that doesn’t bother you, this is a Hotel I can recommend.

I stayed overnight near Kinshicho and Kameido in Tokyo, and after searching for a Hotel, I chose this one because it was close to the station, included breakfast, and was reasonably priced. It is directly connected to the метро, and JR is about 200 meters away, so it’s very convenient. I stayed on the Tokyo Skytree side, and it looked as if the Tokyo Skytree was right in front of me through the window. It was especially beautiful at night and really impressive. I booked a standard twin Room, and having the bath and toilet separated felt like great value for the price. Amenities (toothbrushes, hairbrushes, coffee, tea, etc.) are picked up at the front desk. Sleepwear, face towels, and bath towels are provided in the Room. Breakfast was a Japanese-Western buffet style and very tasty. Most guests went back for seconds several times. Overall I was satisfied, but check-in took a little over 30 minutes. Since many people line up from 3:00 p.m., I felt you need to allow plenty of time. That was my only negative point. Considering the price, this is a Hotel I would choose.

Although it’s close to the station and right in the middle of the downtown area, it was quiet at night and I slept well. For men, there is a large public bath (limited to about 3–4 people), so you can stretch out and relax. The breakfast buffet had the same selection every day, but you can choose what you like, and it was delicious. I didn’t use the restaurant for dinner this time, but the prices were reasonable, so I’d like to try it next time. The Room was properly cleaned every day, and the pillow suited me well. It’s affordable and simple, but I’m very satisfied with the attentive service.

The Hotel is very close—once you reach the main road from the JR Kinshicho Station South Exit, you can see the building. It’s about a 5-minute walk including waiting at traffic lights, with excellent access. The 1F front desk is compact, but the staff were cheerful and very pleasant. It seemed like there were many international guests. The Room was much nicer than in the photos, and the bathroom area in particular felt spacious and luxurious. The number and placement of power outlets were also convenient. Amenities included four types of French Omnisens (30 ml each), prepared for each guest, and the scent and quality were soothing. The thick, fluffy towels and other linens—and even the bedding—were outstanding. The pajama-style nightwear and even a bathrobe left nothing to complain about. I was impressed by how delicious the complimentary red wine, premium juice, sparkling water, and snacks were; relaxing with Nespresso and tea was perfect, and having as many as eight bottles of mineral water was wonderful too. The Hotel itself is quite compact—there’s no lobby or lounge, and the elevator is small—but it has a European boutique-hotel feel. Relaxing in the Room made it perfect for a girls’ get-together. Breakfast also felt like just the right amount and variety for women. One small downside: I could only find an all-on/all-off light switch in the Room, which was a bit inconvenient. I’m amazed to find such a lovely Hotel at this price in Tokyo—very satisfied!

Not only the Hotel overall, but also the Room was kept clean and comfortable. Above all, every staff member was friendly and treated us with great care, which made our stay truly pleasant. I have stayed here several times. The front desk staff provide service that is better than at other hotels. When I called to make a Reservation for parking, I explained that I would arrive early and then go out again. They assured me it was fine, and even though it was before check-in time, they kindly stored my luggage and assisted me with care. Thank you very much. With more hotels offering impersonal service these days, I think Super Hotel Tokyo Kameido is an excellent Hotel.

They upgraded me to the top floor (11th), and when I opened the curtains, I had a beautiful view of the illuminated Tokyo Skytree!! I stayed alone, but I was able to relax and rest well in the spacious bed. It was worth more than the price. Thank you very much.

I’ve stayed at Sotetsu properties in various locations, but this was my first time in Kinshicho. The Hotel wasn’t too far from the station, and since it was a separate-type Room, it was comfortable and consistent with other locations. However, there were a couple of differences compared to other locations. They were minor, but the toilet wasn’t an automatic-flush type, and hot water was leaking from the shower in the bathroom, which was disappointing. As for the shower, I could fix it easily by reattaching the nozzle, but it was leaking enough that it should have been noticed during cleaning, so that was a bit disappointing.

From this site, only smoking rooms were available, so I made a reservation for a smoking room. However, when I expressed my desire for a non-smoking room on the day, they checked the availability and I was able to stay in a non-smoking room. Depending on the room situation on the day, I was very pleased with the kind and flexible response. Thank you very much.

I chose this Accommodation for the price and location, and it was very clean and wonderful! Thank you as well to the front desk staff for your kind assistance. It was a last-minute stay, so it’s a shame I couldn’t stay longer. I’d love to stay again!

The room was clean, and it was nice that the toilet and bath were separated. The amenities covered the basics, though I would personally have appreciated items like makeup remover as well. The staff were kind and helpful, which made me feel at ease and willing to stay again.

I stayed with my child. It's not extremely close to the station, but it was quiet and we could relax. Having separate bath and toilet facilities was very convenient. I would use it again if I have the chance. The entrance of the Hotel was a bit hard to find, so I deducted one star for that. Other than that, it was comfortable.

I missed the check-in email, but when I contacted them, they responded politely and even resent the email. The Room was clean, and we had a great time with the projector. From the 9th floor we could also see Tokyo Skytree, and it was amazing for this price. I’d like to stay again if I have the chance.

Located just a short walk from Sumiyoshi Station A4 Exit, past the park. The restaurant is currently not in operation, but despite its age, the interior is clean and offers a relatively spacious area compared to other APA accommodations. The unit bath is comfortable with a bathtub size that invites relaxation. The showerhead is of high quality. The chair features casters and a houndstooth pattern, while the beige-toned wallpaper provides a calming atmosphere. The low bed offers futon-like comfort, and the ceiling feels high. A TV is installed by the window. Stayed on the 5th floor.

I decided on a Hotel close to the Skytree. The Room is small, but if you only consider it for sleeping, there is no problem. I felt the lighting in the Room was a bit dim, but I thought it might be due to the furniture. The bathroom was a bit small.
