This Hotel has truly wonderful staff. I don’t think there are many Hotels where the team is this naturally warm and friendly. It made me feel at ease. Also, the breakfast was so delicious that it surprised me. Each dish felt carefully prepared. The curry in particular tasted like it was from a specialty restaurant (or even better). I was able to relax in a spacious setting and was very satisfied. One disappointing point: when I turned on the air conditioner because of the intense heat, an unpleasant sour-smelling air blew out. I couldn’t stand it, so I opened the window and gave up on using the air conditioner. Also, a large garbage bag—apparently left outside a guest room—was left sitting in the hallway, which made me uncomfortable. (I understand staff can’t constantly patrol, so this may be more an issue of guest manners.) When I visit Kumamoto again, I would like to stay here and enjoy breakfast again, so please just address the air conditioner cleaning issue.

I love this Accommodation so much that I stay almost every month. This month, I stayed as a birthday treat for myself. This was a Hotel I had always wanted to visit. The interior had a calm atmosphere, like a Relais & Châteaux in the European countryside. The library’s book selection and the décor suited my taste, and after working up a sweat in the Onsen, I was able to relax and enjoy reading at leisure. The restaurant had an unpretentious feel, and the staff’s understated yet attentive service was very pleasant. We thoroughly enjoyed local seafood and mountain produce from the Goto Islands. The optional breakfast menu was also excellent, and being able to add items for free is a great value. Although it rained throughout our trip to the Goto Islands this time, I took it as an opportunity to come back again, and I look forward to staying with you at Margherita again.

We stayed here to celebrate my mother-in-law’s 77th birthday. All the staff were incredibly kind, and the Hotel was very clean and comfortable. The Hotel was within walking distance of Hiroshima Station, with excellent access and convenient for both sightseeing and getting around. The interior had a calm, European-style atmosphere, and the lobby felt upscale, making the stay very pleasant. The Room was clean and quiet, so I was able to rest well. This time I booked the No Meals Included Plan, so I didn’t use any dining options, but the breakfast looked delicious and I would have liked to try it if my schedule had allowed. The staff were courteous, and both check-in and check-out were smooth. With a great balance of location, Facility features, and service, it felt like a Hotel with excellent value for money. It’s a Hotel I’d gladly choose again when visiting Hiroshima.

After quite a long time, I finally managed to take a long holiday, so I decided on a solo trip within Japan. After a lot of deliberation, I chose Okinawa. Rather than sightseeing, I wanted to focus on a relaxing “hotel stay,” so I chose Hiramatsu and stayed for two nights. My impressions: The Room was ideal (even beyond what I had imagined), and it felt even better than the photos on the website. The natural sounds and breeze in the quiet surroundings—and perhaps the way the sunlight came in—may have contributed to that feeling. Depending on the Room’s location and type, impressions may vary, but for me it felt like an outstanding location. I visited just after Obon and before Okinawa’s traditional Obon period, so occupancy may have been calmer; as a solo traveler, the timing may have worked out perfectly. Even with slightly cloudy skies, there were still so many stars visible at night—it really impressed me. Seeing something you can’t experience in Tokyo made me genuinely excited. If I had to mention one thing: on the second night’s dinner, it felt like both the menu composition and service were lighter compared with the first night (for example, there were no particular upgrade suggestions on day two; champagne and wine also weren’t poured at the table). That said, it was only that my “solo trip excitement” left me feeling just a little wistful... The younger staff members served us while clearly feeling some nervousness, so perhaps that led to slightly more straightforward service—but since I was alone anyway (and honestly don’t mind being their practice guest), please feel free to do so next time (laugh). I could truly feel everyone’s sincere care throughout my stay, which made me very happy. Most other guests were couples or families with children, but nothing bothered me at all; if anything, I enjoyed my meal and wine while admiring all that happy energy around me. It was wonderful. I was surprised there was no bathtub, but this time I truly appreciated how great the shower was. At breakfast, when I first saw the buffet, I briefly thought there might not be many options, but there was also a proper set menu in addition to the buffet, so it was more than enough. I really enjoyed the faucet. My friend also said the beef tongue set was delicious. The staff were very polite and kind. Since it is directly connected to JR, it was very convenient. I would love to stay again.

It was the weekend right before the Obon holidays, so every Accommodation was expensive and I was looking for somewhere affordable. Since it was cheap, I didn’t have high expectations, but it was clean, the shampoo and other amenities were POLA, the room size was just right for a solo stay, and I was satisfied with the breakfast curry and bread. I was able to park at a nearby parking lot for only 600 yen. This is a Hotel I’d like to stay at again when I visit Kitakyushu. Thank you very much.

It’s been a long time since I felt this kind of excitement. I was truly fulfilled by the meticulous, sophisticated design—much like how I felt when staying at Le Royal Monceau in Paris. The service struck the perfect balance, and the high-quality, distinctive room atmosphere and design made it genuinely relaxing.\nBeyond the guest room, the large rooftop jacuzzi we used at night was wonderful, and the garden beside the first-floor restaurant—with its towering palm tree—was also superb. It’s impressive to see it maintained to this level.\nEven after about 20 years, this standard is remarkable. This is exactly what people mean by a Hotel you’ll want to return to.
