We stayed for two nights in late August on a family trip. On the first night, I became unwell (likely heat exhaustion due to Kyoto’s climate and lack of sleep), and you kindly adjusted how dinner was served. You also prepared an ice pack and cold water, and all the staff offered warm words afterward as well—I truly caused you a lot of trouble. The next day we returned to the Accommodation early after sightseeing, but housekeeping was completed quickly and the Room was restored to a comfortable state. Our child had brought a favorite stuffed toy, and seeing it seated on the sofa warmed our hearts. I was also impressed that all staff had shared information such as my avoiding caffeine and our child’s preferences, and handled everything so naturally with thoughtful care. The timing of your check-ins and sense of distance were just right, and we experienced truly wonderful hospitality. We used the Room as a family of three (our child is in 6th grade), and it felt neither too large nor too small. Having a bath in the Room was especially nice because we could use it whenever we wanted. The water temperature was set to 41°C, which feels hot in summer, but we could adjust it by adding water. The changing area had floor heating, which helped prevent us from getting too chilled after bathing. Towels and water were replenished as well, so even if we sweated after bathing, it was great to be able to use clean towels and clothes. Also, there was a lovely fragrance the moment we entered the Room, with incense throughout the building—these scent touches made everything feel special and out of the ordinary. Every meal was truly delicious. Our child has many dislikes when it comes to seafood, but you accommodated this thoughtfully; plus, both days’ menus were different so we could enjoy variety. In particular, the charcoal-grilled style dishes along with Anto-jiru soup, takikomi gohan (seasoned rice), and Wakan 18 tea were excellent—our child loved them too. Breakfast also came with many rice accompaniments that were all delicious. The soups and dashi-based dishes especially felt very “Kyoto,” which we appreciated. Finally, I would like to express my heartfelt gratitude to everyone who took care of us during our stay. We made wonderful memories in Kyoto thanks to you. This is an Accommodation we would love to visit again as a family.

I suddenly got some time off and decided on a trip to Kyoto. Since I made the Reservation the day before, it was almost fully booked and I couldn’t choose the Room type, but the price was reasonable so I went ahead and booked it. The building was very clean, and I was happy that the bath was an Onsen! Both dinner and breakfast were delicious—I was completely satisfied. In addition to the welcome drink, there were lots of free services to enjoy, which made it feel like a great deal… All of the staff were friendly, so I had a very comfortable stay. It was a last-minute trip, but I’m truly glad I stayed here. Super, super satisfied!!! One more thing: the aroma scent used inside the property smelled wonderful and helped me relax even more. We stayed here for a family trip with relatives. It’s conveniently located right in front of the highway bus stop. It’s a bit far from central Hakodate, but it’s only about 15 minutes by bus. The Room was nice, and the seafood meals were especially outstanding—our older relatives were delighted. The bath had wonderful water and we really enjoyed it; they said they would definitely like to stay again. We felt it was the perfect place to relax and recover from fatigue. Thank you very much.

True to its name, the baths were excellent. The large public bath was spacious, and the open-air bath in the Room was a comfortable size, so we were able to fully enjoy the baths. The meals also offered a wide variety; we had rice with simmered golden eye snapper and left completely satisfied. The rice was especially delicious, and we ate more than we should have. We would love to stay again.

This time, I stayed on the 60-minute Aroma Massage Plan, and it was wonderful! Surrounded by a soothing fragrance and treated with such attentive care, I could truly feel the therapist’s professional skill—my mind and body gradually became lighter and lighter. It was a blissful moment where all my everyday fatigue seemed to melt away at once. The service throughout the Hotel was also excellent. In the lounge, you can enjoy a relaxed, luxurious time with a drink in hand in a refined and calming space. One of my highlights—the meals—was outstanding as well. With every bite, you could taste the quality of the ingredients, and everything looked beautiful too. In every way, the hospitality exceeded my expectations, making this an exceptional Hotel stay that I would absolutely love to return to again.

Spending time surrounded by uncompromising, carefully curated interiors and decor was truly exceptional. On this trip, everyone was a beer lover, so we worried we might run out—but that concern was unnecessary. The taste was outstanding as well. Also, it’s rare to find an Accommodation where four dogs can stay like ours, so in that sense too it’s a very valuable Accommodation. As expected, there were a lot of insects in summer, so next time we’ll stay outside the summer season. We brought every kind of strong insect repellent in advance, including hangable repellents for the balcony, but in the end the mosquito coils provided as Facility amenities worked best. Since I really can’t handle insects, this was a huge help. Thank you very much.

This was our second stay, as we stayed here last year as well. We loved the all-you-can-eat crab, so we came back again this year!! All the other food was also delicious, and I ended up having plenty of salmon roe even more than crab! The bath was wonderfully quiet when we went in early. I’m sure we’ll be back again next year.

Thanks to booking through IKYU, we received several perks, which we truly appreciated. The pool is all-weather, so we could play safely without worrying about sunburn or rain. While the Facility shows some age, it is a wonderful piece of architecture and has been carefully maintained, allowing us to stay comfortably. Through the activities, we were able to see our children full of energy—an ideal setting for a family trip.

Stayed during a weekday due to a cancellation, aiming to relax with my dog in the Room for 3 nights during the hot summer. After returning from a morning walk, we were met with a tsunami advisory and then a warning! While waiting in the Room wondering what to do, the front desk staff kindly checked if we could evacuate with my dog to the Hotel across the street. Thanks to their excellent support, we safely evacuated and enjoyed an empty Ichinomiya. Thank you for your wonderful assistance. I'll definitely come again!

This was our second stay. The kids once again lost track of time playing in the large pool. With great access to Okinawa Churaumi Aquarium and Motobu Genki Village, we were able to enjoy a variety of activities during our stay. The staff’s hospitality was excellent, and we had another wonderful time.

The Onsen offers a wide variety of spring qualities, and whether in the dome-shaped Roman-style large public bath or the open-air bath, it feels wonderfully spacious and warmed us through to the core. The meals featured an excellent selection of seasonal Hokkaido flavors and were delicious, and the Room was clean, comfortable, and relaxing. The staff were kind and attentive as well—an Accommodation we would gladly return to when visiting Noboribetsu again.

We stayed for one night with five people: myself, my third-grade son, my wife, my wife’s older sister, and our preschool-age daughter. Our Room was on the 10th floor of the Annex building. Check-in is separate for the Hotel building, Condo building, and Annex building, and we mistakenly went to the Hotel building first—please be careful. However, they provide a Shuttle Service by cart, so even though the property is large, it wasn’t an issue at all. All of the buildings were clean and felt upscale. With kids, we really appreciated having a washing machine in the Room and a layout where you take off your shoes indoors—it’s very thoughtfully designed. We had dinner at a restaurant called Orange; it was stylish and absolutely delicious. For breakfast the next morning, we chose the top-floor restaurant in the Annex building. It said they served Agu pork, and I didn’t expect much—but after trying it, I was genuinely impressed. Not only was the meat itself outstanding, but I was surprised by how it was offered: essentially “help yourself,” with generous piles prepared. When it ran low they quickly replenished it again and again, so you could enjoy as much excellent Agu pork as you wanted. Even just considering this shabu-shabu breakfast alone, I can confidently say this Hotel is an incredible value. Also around 8:45 p.m., fireworks were launched from the seawall right in front of us. The view was great—nothing to complain about. A wonderful Hotel we will definitely return to.

My family of three stayed in Sansuikaku’s Japanese-Western Room E. Since the Accommodation is located at the foot of a mountain, there are significant elevation changes throughout the property, including the parking area. They provided a Shuttle Service between the parking area and the Accommodation. The Room was new, and both the view and the open-air bath were wonderful. I also liked that the door closes slowly on its own. I felt so happy relaxing with a cup of coffee. The private open-air bath was clean and very nice as well. Dinner at the dining venue was delicious. The beef and matcha shiruko were especially good—I ate too much. Breakfast felt light, perhaps because it was summer; I wouldn’t have minded something a bit more classic. All staff members were pleasant, but after checkout I felt slightly rushed during the Shuttle Service to the parking area (perhaps they wanted to combine rides with other guests). We did want to leave promptly as well, so I would have appreciated being asked, “We can take you right now—what would you prefer?” As an aside, after returning home I learned that my favorite celebrity had stayed here too, which made it feel even more special. Although it was the rainy season and we were concerned about the weather, we had good weather and enjoyed a comfortable one-night stay thanks to the excellent hospitality throughout the property. The meals were also delicious, with well-crafted creative dishes. We felt this is a Ryokan we would like to visit again in a different season.

A friend recommended this place for its Yumoto free-flowing hot spring water, and choosing it was absolutely the right decision. There was a small mix-up at check-in, but the staff handled it so graciously that I truly appreciate it. From our Room, we could see the entire Onsen Shrine across the way. The hot spring water was flawless—it warmed me to the core, and my skin feels great as well. The lobby had plenty of books, and by chance we were even able to enjoy a live performance—nothing but good things. I’d love to visit again if I have the opportunity. Thank you for your hospitality.

We used various deals to stay at a great price. At first, we were thinking of staying at Sunayama, but this place was more than enough. It’s compact, but it has all the essentials, and there was even a swim ring. If I had to mention one thing, I would have liked a washing machine in the Room. One more thing: you can cook in the Room, but there were no seasonings provided, so it was hard to decide what to make. Overall, it was very good. Thank you very much.

From the moment we arrived by car, the cheerful and friendly staff welcomed us in the parking lot and guided us, and the front desk team also assisted us with great care. Both dinner and breakfast were delicious, and the Onsen was amazing! The private bath is open to all guests from 23:30 to 6:30 the next morning, so we enjoyed a morning soak in a lovely stained-glass bath. The Room was very spacious, spotless, and wonderful. It was an excellent stay.
