I was looking for a Ryokan with an Onsen within two hours from home. I could enjoy the sea and the Onsen, and the meals were served as a kaiseki course rather than a buffet, so I was able to dine calmly and at a relaxed pace. All of the staff were very pleasant, and we had a comfortable stay. My grandchild and daughter who came with me were also very satisfied. Thank you very much. I would like to stay again.

After descending from Mt. Fuji in heavy rain, the warm Onsen was incredibly soothing! They accommodated our unusual requests, and we truly felt their sincerity. The hoto for dinner was also absolutely delicious!! Both the international staff and the housekeeping team were kind and welcoming. There were many inbound guests, but I hope this place continues to thrive. When we consulted in advance, they also offered a Shuttle Service, which was a huge help. We like mid-scale hotels, and for us—focused mainly on sightseeing—this is the best value Accommodation! We had a very comfortable stay. Next time, I’d like to visit when the weather is clear enough to see Mt. Fuji.

This property is in a wonderful location right in front of the sea. A walk along the shore before dinner was the best. Although it is in front of the swimming beach, it was quiet, and we really enjoyed the delicious meals.

The Room’s open-air bath was wonderful. The meals were more than enough for women; men might find them a bit light, but for those who drink alcohol, I felt they were sufficient. I think it would be better if breakfast times were staggered. The staff’s sense of distance also felt very comfortable to me. Sorry to mention this at the end. Thank you very much.

The moment you step into the entrance, the ocean spreads out before you, and inside the building you’ll find a simple yet refined resort atmosphere. A fresh, subtle fragrance also fills the air. From the lobby to the corridors and guest rooms, every view is picture-perfect—you’ll want to photograph it all. The breakfast buffet offers a wide variety of delicious options, and the staff are gentle and kind in their service. This was my third stay, and when I come to Miyakojima, I can’t imagine staying anywhere else. The only downside is that there are limited parking spaces, so during our stay we had to park each time in a second parking lot a short distance away.

Despite the heavy rain and strong winds, you kindly accommodated us even before check-in time. Thank you as well for preparing dinner on short notice. The Wi-Fi signal was weak, so the connection wasn’t very reliable, but we were able to relax in the Onsen. Thank you.

The ocean was right in front of me, the views were wonderful, the Facility was clean, and I was very satisfied with the wide variety of dishes. On the way home, I stopped by Marine World Aquarium and then drove six hours on the expressway to get back. It was a very good trip. Kyu

The other day, I stayed at Hotel Foresta Chokai. Above all, the staff were incredibly kind and made my stay very comfortable. From the moment I arrived, they assisted me with great care, and it was a wonderful Hotel that truly made me think, “I want to stay here again.” The Room was also comfortable, and the setting—where you can feel the surrounding nature and Mt. Chokai—was fantastic. The well-known Hottai Falls is also nearby and within driving distance, so I think it’s a great bonus that you can enjoy sightseeing along with your stay. And most of all, the Onsen was amazing! The open-air bath felt wonderful, and I was also happy to hear that guests can use the private family bath free of charge—such a great service. I enjoyed the Onsen at night, and by chance it was quiet during the first-bath time slot in the morning as well, so I used it again. Being able to enjoy the Onsen both at night and in the morning made me feel like I really got an extra treat. This is a warm and welcoming Hotel where you can relax in a nature-rich location, enjoy an excellent Onsen, and experience genuinely friendly service from the staff. I loved my stay this time and would definitely like to visit again. Thank you for such a wonderful time!

It was my first stay, and the Shuttle Service from the station was very helpful. The most outstanding part was the meals. The abalone liver sauce was especially delicious. The Onsen quality was excellent, leaving my skin smooth and soft, which made me very satisfied. I have booked a different Room type for my next visit. Looking forward to staying again!

This was my second stay. Breakfast was a buffet of bread and salad, plus a choice of one main dish from three options, and it was delicious. Since the Accommodation is a renovated warehouse, the Room is a little on the dark side, but very clean. I would like to stay here again when I visit Onomichi. Thank you very much.

We stayed on the day of the summer fireworks festival. What we liked All of the staff were kind. They greeted us with warm smiles and calm, friendly service. Above all, the food was delicious! The “Koyoi Zen” dinner featured ingredients that make the most of this coastal area, along with local fruit—everything was very satisfying. You can order not only drinks but also additional dishes. The kids’ dinner was generous in portion size and packed with child-friendly favorites. Some Reviews mentioned that sweet shrimp wasn’t always available at the breakfast buffet, but it was there this time—unlimited fresh sweet shrimp was truly appreciated. Also, during the fireworks festival, they opened up the 7th floor for 500 yen including a drink, plus potato chips as a snack. We could watch the fireworks from great seats at a relaxed pace—it was fantastic! What could be improved The faucet in our Room had a crack, and water sprayed out from an unexpected place every time we turned it on, leaving everything around it soaked. In the large public bath, the partitions between washing stations were low, so you end up making eye contact with people next to you and water splashes over. Overall, there were so many positives that we could overlook these issues. Still, we would have been even more satisfied if the Facility had been a bit cleaner and better maintained. Highly recommended for visiting roadside stations in northern Hokkaido and for attending the Haboro fireworks festival!

The building itself is simple and has a warm wooden feel, and the view was just as wonderful as I imagined. As a personal request, the amenities were great and organic, but the loungewear was 100% polyester, so I would have been happier with 100% cotton or 100% linen. For breakfast, I chose the traditional Okinawan rice porridge since it was a special opportunity. The seasoning felt a bit mild for my taste, but it was healthy. It wasn’t particularly flashy, but I enjoyed seasonal Okinawan ingredients.

Dinner was delicious as well—an unusual style of half-buffet with robatayaki grilling—and the large public bath with an open-air bath was very relaxing. The staff were courteous and attentive, which we really appreciated. The Facility is a bit old, but we chose this Accommodation in Tateshina as the place to commemorate reuniting with my wife for the first time in 50 years, and we were very satisfied. Thank you very much.

Murakami Seihaku Onsen, where I stayed this time, was a wonderful Accommodation that lets you fully enjoy breathtaking views of the Sea of Japan. What impressed me most was the sunset sinking into the Sea of Japan. As the colors of the sky and sea changed moment by moment, the s

During dinner, we were treated to a stunning sunset view that felt like an appetizer before the meal. The highlight of the cuisine was indulging in both grilled sea bream with salt and deep-fried whole sea bream—a truly luxurious experience. The friendly staff made our stay even

I stayed during Golden Week. I expected it to be crowded, but I was glad I could spend a quiet time. The meals were so filling that I felt they could have been a bit smaller, as I’m in my 60s. The sunset was beautiful while looking out over the Mikuma River, and it felt very pleasant. All the staff were kind and welcoming. I would like to stay again.

I stayed at the Hilton Seahawk next door while watching the Hawks championship ceremony. Even though it was Silver Week and the Accommodation was very busy, they handled my early check-in registration, I spent time at the nearby Facility until it was time, and then check-in went smoothly. I was able to refresh in a different atmosphere than usual, including soaking in a rock bath. As always, the front desk and restaurant staff were excellent, so I could enjoy my meal and check out comfortably.

This was our first stay with our family of four and our Toy Poodle. Some Reviews mentioned that the property is old or has an odor, but once we arrived, we found the staff’s service, the meals, and the Facility to be more than satisfactory. We would like to stay again. Thank you very much for everything.

It was our first couple's trip in over twenty years without the kids. We visited with the intention of enjoying delicious food and leisurely drinks, and it was the perfect choice. All the dishes were very tasty, and the balance between French and Japanese cuisine was excellent, which made the sparkling wine and sake go down smoothly. The staff's service and their explanations about the drinks were wonderfully enjoyable. For breakfast, we had the rare truffle kamameshi, which was delightful as it was cooked to match our timing. The beautifully presented salad was also delicious, leaving both our eyes and stomachs satisfied. Since it was a weekday during the off-season, I was able to enjoy the enchanting outdoor jacuzzi at night all by myself. The purpose of the trip was to relax together, and everything from the compactness of the Hotel to the food and service was comfortable and enjoyable. Thank you very much. On our way back, we talked about how we are interested in trying the Asian cuisine next time.

Breakfast was also satisfying, including locally grown vegetables. At checkout, we were seen off by four staff members, including the proprietress. I stay at around 20 Hotels and Ryokans a year, and this is one of my top three—an outstanding Ryokan. I would definitely love to sta
