In a word, it was absolutely amazing! It seems the open-air bath and sauna were renovated last year, and it was the perfect Onsen for sauna lovers!!! The bed in the Room, with an Airweave mattress, was incredibly comfortable to sleep on!!! Breakfast offered a wide variety of options, everything was delicious, and the staff provided courteous service that made us feel truly relaxed. The front desk staff were also very polite, so overall it was an excellent Hotel!!! The underground waterfall was also very beautiful, and since you can go out into the garden, we were able to see it up close and felt soothed. I visit Okayama once a year, so I’d like to stay at this Hotel again when I’m there. Thank you very much.

Perhaps because it was the rainy season, the glamping area was reserved exclusively for our group. It was our first time glamping, but it was comfortable with beds and air conditioning, and our child was thrilled. Breakfast wasn’t a buffet due to the small number of guests, but we were served an excellent individual breakfast. The kaiseki dinner was delicious, and we were also able to use a barbecue grill and enjoyed a light barbecue as well. Above all, everyone at the Hotel was very kind and attentive. We enjoyed an extraordinary getaway to the fullest, watching the sun set into the sea from our Room and gazing at the starry sky while soaking in the in-room Onsen. The meals were delicious and we were able to enjoy them at a relaxed pace, and we could tell that great care was taken with Room cleaning and amenities. We would love to visit again.

The meals were absolutely delicious. We enjoyed a wide variety of local ingredients, all prepared in different ways, and everything was excellent. The steamed abalone in particular was outstanding. The bath also had a great view and wasn’t crowded, so we could relax and enjoy it at our own pace—perfect. Our family of four had a wonderful time. I’m sure restoring the Facility is challenging, but please keep up the great work.

Superb Rooms overlooking Miyako Blue and an outstanding cocktail hour—this is exactly why I strongly hope to see the “lounge operation” perfected. As a newly opened Hotel, I had been eagerly looking forward to it since last year. After actually staying, I was overwhelmed by the refined, upscale concept and beautifully crafted spaces on par with Mirage. As a devoted heavy repeat guest who truly loves Shigira Resort, I can say that—just like the Allamanda main building—the hospitality and service quality of the staff are top-tier. What impressed me most was the design of the Executive Ocean Room. Being able to soak in the bathtub at leisure while gazing out at the Miyako Blue sea right in front of you is pure luxury, and personally, I found this Room’s spatial design among the best on the island. Due to our flight schedule, we used the lounge starting from cocktail time, and to be perfectly frank, it surpassed Mirage within the same resort. The selection was extensive and everything was exquisite. My spouse and I do not drink alcohol, but there was one exceptional fruit juice (it’s so delicious that I’d rather not name it for fear it will become too popular) that made us feel its cost must be even higher than many alcoholic options—resulting in a thoroughly satisfying evening even for non-drinkers. Breakfast is also very stylish, with excellent presentation and taste. However, from a professional perspective, one suggestion: there are too many liquid items such as various smoothies, which leaves you feeling overly full of fluids. I felt there may be room to reconsider the overall balance of offerings (the proportion of beverages). And precisely because everything else was perfect and we were extremely satisfied overall, there is one—and only one—major point where I would ask for strict improvement: the Executive Lounge tea time. After breakfast, we went to the lounge with high expectations based on how wonderful cocktail time had been the night before—but were shocked to find it almost completely empty of food. Promoting that state as “tea time” as a perk for club-floor guests is clearly detrimental to a Hotel with such strong branding. I strongly request prompt improvement. The facilities are excellent; staff quality is outstanding; cocktail time is truly superb—which makes only this gap at tea time feel especially wasteful. This Hotel undoubtedly has what it takes to be among Miyakojima’s very best, so I hope that by my next stay your lounge operation will have been updated into its ideal form.

For our first night in Kyoto, we wanted to go bar-hopping, so we chose the RIHGA Royal Hotel near the station. There is a free Shuttle Service at certain times, but it’s only a 7–8 minute walk. From the welcome to being shown to our Room, the service was excellent. A fully separated bath and toilet is a must for us, so the Japanese-Western style Room was perfect. The bathtub is very spacious—big enough even for men to stretch out. It also fills quickly, which was great. Another plus: two bath towels per person, two face towels per person, and bathrobes. The Room was clean and very well maintained. We checked out early in the morning, and they handled it kindly and smoothly. This is a Hotel I’d love to stay at again.

I stayed here to celebrate my son’s birthday and mine. Even though I mistakenly made a Reservation for a twin room instead of a double, they kindly changed it for me. We also received celebratory chocolates, and as always, The Ritz makes me feel elegant every time I visit. The staff and the food were outstanding. I would like to come again next year. Thank you for taking such great care of us the other day. The Room and meals were excellent in every way. We were especially impressed by the all-crab feast. We were very satisfied with the many delicious dishes, including medium-fatty tuna (chutoro). We look forward to visiting again with our family to enjoy another Premium tour.

We stayed for two nights starting July 18, and once again had a very satisfying stay. We have stayed at various hotels in Tokyo, but when my spouse and I stay in the city, this Hotel is always one of our first choices. The main reason we choose this Hotel is the staff. Because it’s a Hotel where you have many opportunities to interact with the staff, each individual response can shape a guest’s impression. In that respect, we always feel comfortable here. The service feels very natural, and being able to enjoy our stay with peace of mind is the biggest reason we choose this Hotel. This time, the assistant manager who helped us at the restaurant left a particularly strong impression. The food was of course excellent, but even more than that, their conversation and attentiveness were natural and warm. The kind words they shared with us as a couple also stayed with us. It reminded me again that having staff like this is what makes this Hotel so appealing. We are also satisfied with the Facilities. Although some years have passed since opening, it doesn’t feel dated, and both the building and guest rooms are kept very clean. The bed was comfortable and the in-room air conditioning was pleasant, so we were able to rest well. What I especially like about the Facilities is the bathroom with a separate washing area. Having this feature also encourages us to book. The only disappointment is that items such as shampoo are wall-mounted dispensers, and the nozzles are short and difficult to use. I felt this before as well; precisely because this is a Hotel of this class, I would be happy to see improvements. Whenever we stay in Tokyo going forward, we will continue to choose it as our first option.

It was conveniently located close to Laguna Ten Bosch. We stayed in a Room with a private bath. The view was great, and the bath felt open and airy and was very clean—our children were delighted. The staff were very helpful, and the welcome services were also excellent. The meals were delicious, and the children’s menu was thoughtfully planned with good nutritional balance, which was wonderful. It was an Accommodation we would like to stay at again. The view of the Sea of Japan was breathtaking. From the Room window, I could lie on the futon and watch the sunset—pure happiness. Dinner was an incredible feast of seafood, and it was truly blissful. The most delicious dish was the grilled dancing abalone. The luxurious course left me so full I thought I might burst. The only reason for -1 star was that the indoor bath water was too hot for me. The open-air bath was just right. All of the staff were kind and courteous, which made our stay very pleasant. We visited as a couple in early April and were able to relax deeply. The Room was spacious, with a Japanese-style room, a bedroom, and a lounge area with a sofa. Each space could be separated by sliding doors, which made it very convenient to use. The lounge area in particular was comfortable thanks to the heated flooring. The open-air bath in the Room was outstanding, and taking a morning bath while listening to the bush warbler’s song became the best memory of this trip. The service was excellent and the meals were delicious. Next time, we would like to visit again with our daughter who loves Onsen.

We made wonderful memories. The beach is right in front of the property, and the location is excellent—we were very satisfied.
