During check-in, the staff patiently listened and responded sincerely to foreign guests. When I asked about access to Atagoyama, not only did they provide information at the front desk, but they also brought the optimal access information to my Room later, making for a very ple

The room was relatively small, but considering the price, I felt it was very cost-effective. The room was simple and clean. Even at night, it cost about 1200 yen by taxi from the airport. There was a convenience store near the hotel, so I could buy breakfast, and the locati

I stayed for one night. I had no particular complaints and enjoyed a comfortable stay. I was pleased with the unique service of being able to use the dining area and drink bar until 10:00 PM. I would like to use it again if I have the opportunity. Thank you very much.

I booked a room with a terrace. The limited room space felt very open with the large windows and terrace. The room layout made effective use of the space, giving it a modern urban hotel vibe that I found appealing. The design was also cool. It seems like a hotel that residents of

They promptly and kindly exchanged it for me. The bed was comfortable. The finish of the coin laundry had a scent like a hospital or facility. They lent me a bicycle, but the surrounding area seemed like a red-light district, making it difficult to enter restaurants. The security

I often use this place when I have a drinking party in Hamamatsu, but this time I chose a plan with a breakfast buffet for the first time and it was delicious. I especially liked the curry rice. From next time, I plan to repeat with breakfast included. The contracted parking lot

It is very convenient as it is a 3-minute walk to JR Nagasaki Station, the Nagasaki Airport Limousine Bus stop, and the tram stop. The room is compact but meets all necessary conditions and is user-friendly. However, the breakfast buffet has a limited variety, so it might be best

Check-in was smooth, and the room facilities were clean and well-maintained. I couldn't figure out how to use the faucet, so I used the shower to wash my face. The only slight dissatisfaction was that it stopped immediately after turning, but other than that, I was satisfied!

I used this hotel near my company for a business trip. Above all, the hotel and the rooms are very clean and tidy. The room has a bath with a washing area, the sink is located inside the room, and the toilet is separate. In conclusion, it is a very user-friendly layout. The bed i

I was delighted with the Amaou jelly welcome dessert in the fridge. Initially, I couldn't find a bath towel around the shower room and went to the large public bath with only a face towel (the bath towel was in a basket near the TV in the guest room). There are manga in the l

The late-night soba and breakfast buffet that I was looking forward to were both very delicious, and the restaurant staff provided excellent service with smiles. The yuzu juice and bonito tataki were also incredibly delicious! The location is perfect as it is close to Hirome

I stayed for a solo trip as a woman wanting to enjoy a sauna. I brought my sauna hat and relaxed in the high-temperature sauna, cold water bath, and on the chair in the open-air bath. The natural hot spring in the indoor bath was also pleasant, and although the open-air bath was

Above all, the room and shower booth were thoroughly cleaned, allowing me to rest comfortably. It was a wonderful hotel with a bright and stylish front desk and courteous service. I was also very satisfied with the breakfast, which featured specialties from Shimane Prefecture

I was able to spend a quiet and relaxing time. Since the room had tatami mats, it was nice to be able to place my luggage, lounge around, and use the space freely and spaciously. Being able to adjust the water pressure of the shower myself was also very good for washing long hair

The spa was newly opened in April this year, adding more enjoyment to our stay. We used it four times during our two-night stay. There are hours reserved exclusively for guests, allowing us to fully enjoy the sauna at a leisurely pace. The ReFa shower head was amazing, and I've d

The large public bath is simple, but the bubbles are pleasant, and it is a clean and spacious bath where you can relax. Above all, the cost performance is outstanding, and the service provided by the staff is on par with that of a first-class hotel. I would like to continue using

I didn't need to use the refrigerator, and since I could resolve it myself, it was okay. The service was courteous, and I think the cost performance is good. I would like to use it again. As a side note, the street in front is indeed not very clean, but that's how the whole ent
