The guest room was clean, and even with a family of five, we were able to stay comfortably without any issues. I would definitely choose this hotel again without hesitation when returning to Miyazaki. Thank you very much. The Nankai Trough earthquake is still a concern, so please

It was nice that I could smoke in the room, and the double bed was spacious and comfortable. The room was also sufficiently bright (lighting), which was good. I appreciated being contacted about my forgotten items. Thank you very much.

On the other hand, the menu was limited, so those expecting Western dishes or fresh vegetables might have been disappointed. That said, the large public bath where you can stretch your legs was attractive, and the proximity to the station was very convenient. I would like to use

It is within walking distance from Hakata Station and located outside the office area, so it is quiet and nice. The subway is more convenient. The room was compact, clean, and easy to use. The large public bath had a display showing the congestion status, and since I went in

A globally accommodating front desk, and even provided us with umbrellas when we were troubled by the rain, offering generous service. The room design maximized the strengths of Japanese style.

The hotel is located on Shijo Street, within walking distance to Karasuma and Kawaramachi, making access to the city center easy. It was drizzling on the day. Shijo Street has a roofed sidewalk and an underground passage between Kawaramachi and Karasuma, but beyond that, you mi

Just like the last time, I was able to enjoy the "interesting and soothing wonderful space design." The designer who thought of the interior and layout of the Premier Suite is truly a genius! My daughter, who stayed in the same room this time, was also impressed and said she want

During my stay, I only encountered the cleaning staff, so I was able to relax. Also, the person who provided the shuttle service from Maihama Station to the hotel was entertaining and announced information about nearby shops, which I felt was a great service. I will definitely v

It was very good and reasonably priced (with breakfast included)! The hotel staff were kind and pleasant. I used this hotel for a 2-day, 1-night stay to meet a friend around Tokyo Station and Ginza. It's very close to Shintomicho Station, and if you don't have luggage, it's a

I am a fan of Henn na Hotel. I often stayed at Asakusa Tawaramachi and Akasaka. This time, I stayed at Asakusabashi for the first time, and I like it here too. I think it's an innovative hotel. When leaving luggage with the front desk staff, there's no need to receive a claim t

The hotel is clean, Senso-ji Temple is nearby, and the view of the Skytree is nice. There is a convenience store on the first floor, which is convenient, and there are two coin-operated laundry machines on the 3rd, 7th, and 10th floors, with a change machine on the first floor.

This was my first time using the service, and I was very pleased. The room was clean and tidy, and thanks to your help in getting a taxi, I was able to catch the Kansai Airport Limousine Bus without any issues. Thank you very much. I will be using your service again when I return

I stayed here because it is within walking distance to Odakyu Shinjuku Station, where I was taking an early morning Romancecar the next day. The cleaning was impeccable, even down to the shower toilet nozzle. There is a sense of security as the reception staff and cleaning staf

I was impressed by their language and consideration. I was thrilled to see Tokyo Tower so close and in full view right in front of me. I stayed for four consecutive nights during Golden Week, and it was a very comfortable stay, making it the best trip ever. It's a wonderful hotel

Of course, the taste was also excellent. The most attractive aspect is the affordable accommodation price. Being close to the outlet makes it perfect for shopping and leisure. It exceeded my expectations and provided great satisfaction. I've already recommended it to friends

We had planned to stay together, but due to circumstances, only my daughter ended up staying. Despite the sudden change, the staff were very considerate and warmly supportive, which made my daughter feel at ease and able to focus on her exam. She was very pleased. We plan to try

Since there is no coffee, black tea, or mineral water, I purchased them at a nearby convenience store. You can get as many hairbrushes, body towels, cotton swabs, and pajamas as you need at the front desk, but there are no shower caps. The room and the bathroom were clean. We s

It was in an incredibly convenient location near the former Tokyu Hands Shinsaibashi. The bathroom and toilet were separate, albeit in an unconventional way, which was nice. This made the living area smaller, but it was definitely more user-friendly this way. I thought they u

At night, the lounge offered alcoholic drinks. The location was very satisfying, being close to the station, food stalls, and Hakata Station. By the way, the hotel was quiet inside (no sound leakage), so I could sleep well. I highly recommend using it for trips to Hakata.
