The price is reasonable, yet the meals are excellent. I love the fig wine compote—it makes me happy to see this season come around again. I stay here 6–7 times a year; it’s my favorite Accommodation. The sauna is wonderful—I go in and out and spend about an hour there. The bath temperature suits me perfectly. I’ll be staying again at the end of this month. Highly recommended.

Located near Obihiro Station and close to the nightlife district, this Hotel offers an excellent location where you’ll never have trouble finding food or drinks at night. The parking lot includes a multi-story facility and partnerships, making it perfect for those who wish to park their car and head out again. The lobby, front desk, Onsen, and guest rooms are all exceptionally clean and well-maintained, providing a very comfortable stay. The Onsen features the famous moor hot spring water, which is a rare treat at this price point. Breakfast is served as a buffet packed with delicious specialties from the Tokachi region. Every dish was incredibly flavorful—truly impressive. Having visited Hokkaido multiple times before, I can confidently say that this Hotel offers some of the best cuisine in its price range. Additionally, when I contacted them later regarding forgotten items left behind during my stay, their response was extremely kind and thorough. Thanks to their attentive service, I was able to retrieve my belongings without disrupting my travel plans. This Hotel truly lives up to its name as a premier destination with outstanding rooms, dining options, and service—a perfect combination for any traveler!

I was very satisfied with the Hotel’s Facility, the staff service, and the dining options. In particular, the daily replenishment of drinks in the guest room, the spacious and comfortable large public bath, and the fireworks viewing area were excellent. However, the price was a little high. The only drawback was that the parking lot was a bit far away. I would definitely like to stay here again next time.

I had reserved a triple room, but one of my companions wasn’t feeling well, and you kindly changed it to a twin and a single. I truly appreciated your support. Breakfast was delicious and therefore crowded, but we could check our place in line online, so it wasn’t any hassle. In Otaru, Dormy Inn is the best choice.

We stayed here with our daughters during summer vacation. Despite the reasonable price, the hospitality was outstanding. Dinner was served in a private room so we could relax, and the large public bath was clean and truly soothing. Breakfast was a buffet, and everything we tried was delicious—such a fun experience. This is an Accommodation that makes you want to come back regularly to unwind.

We stayed at the very end of summer vacation, and everything was wonderful—the meals, the baths, the renovated Room, and the excellent service from all staff. During meals, we often saw how thoughtfully they looked out for our young children, and the front desk staff were also very kind, making our stay truly pleasant. We had almost given up on using the pool because of the rain, but it cleared up on checkout day, so we were able to fully enjoy both the pool and the slide—our kids were thrilled. Thank you as well to the staff member watching over the pool for regularly skimming leaves and sharing helpful information. It was a perfect way to end summer vacation, and our whole family is very satisfied with these great memories. We will definitely visit again. Thank you for a wonderful time!

Mr./Ms. Chitose stayed with us for the third time this year. One of this Accommodation’s highlights is the meals, but above all, it’s the quality of the hot spring water. We look forward to visiting again.

I finally made it to Kinosaki Onsen, a place I had been wanting to visit for a long time. The public bath hopping, the crab kaiseki dinner, and the charming streets were all wonderful. Above all, the warm hospitality from the staff made this a truly relaxing and comforting trip. Thank you very much. I would love to visit again when it’s snowing.

The staff, including international team members, were friendly and great. They were great both in the lobby and at the dining venue. It was a wonderful Accommodation with a calm atmosphere—exactly what you’d hope for. The slightly no-frills service actually made it feel more relaxed and comfortable. If I had to mention just one thing, I think it would be better to replace the mirrors in the large public bath.

We stayed as two couples. We made the reservation based on the reviews. Upon entering the room, there was a Western-style area with twin beds, a small table, and chairs. Beyond that was a Japanese-style room with a low table and chairs. It was very comfortable to stay in. As for the bath, I personally thought it was nice, but my husband said it felt cold inside and only used it once at night. Dinner was just as delicious as mentioned in the reviews. In comparison, breakfast left a slightly disappointing impression. Overall, I think this accommodation offers great value for money. I would love to visit again if I have the chance!

Because we moved our trip home forward at short notice, we ended up making a Reservation the day before. From welcome to farewell, everyone at the Accommodation greeted us with warm smiles throughout. The meals—both dinner and breakfast—were just the right portions for us as a couple in our 60s, and everything was delicious. We especially enjoyed the local cuisine, steak, local sake, and local wine—it was wonderful. The younger staff also chatted with us while explaining the dishes, and our Room was quiet and relaxing, making it a great memory. If I had to mention anything, it would be nice to have two Room keys, and I would have preferred a lighter down comforter. Thank you very much.

Our children love this place, and we visit almost every year; this year again we were able to relax and enjoy our stay. There was a small mix-up with part of the dinner, but it was resolved promptly, and both the staff’s response and follow-up were excellent, so we were very satisfied. We would love to visit again.

Our family of three stayed here. The staff greeted us with warm smiles and attentive service, so we felt completely at ease. The Room was a spacious Junior Suite with excellent amenities. The bed was incredibly comfortable—our best Hotel stay ever. For dinner, we enjoyed a Japanese course meal. Early the next morning, we were also able to see a sea of clouds, making it an unforgettable experience. We would love to visit again. Thank you very much!

Although it wasn’t a Milky Day, the hot spring water was pleasantly cloudy, making for a wonderful bath. Both breakfast and dinner were delicious, and we were very satisfied. The steak at dinner was especially high quality and excellent value for money. The vegetables were also very fresh—I ended up eating more than I intended. Thank you very much.

On our first trip to Aomori, we stayed the night before the Nebuta Festival for the first time, and everything—the meals, drinks, service, and Onsen—was excellent. Our three-generation family was very satisfied when we left. If I had to ask for one thing, a massage chair would make it even better. We were completely satisfied and truly enjoyed Aomori. I chose this Hotel because it was very reasonably priced and the buffet looked great. It’s close to the highway bus stop, and it’s also close to the bus stop for buses back to Hakodate Station. This time we stayed in a Japanese-style room with a partial ocean view, and it even had a wooden-floored area—spacious enough that it felt almost too big for three people. There were no steps, and the toilet and shower room were clean. The buffet was excellent: crab, of course, plus beef tendon curry, handmade fried shrimp and shrimp mayo, and an unusual but delicious ohagi dessert. I’m more of a bread person, and the breakfast bread selection was wide-ranging, high quality, and very tasty. We stayed two nights, but the food was so good that we never got tired of it. I also appreciated having mineral water in the refrigerator. Since this is a popular Hotel that gets crowded with groups and families with children, I think you can stay comfortably by checking in early or adjusting your timing slightly for meals or the baths. The building is spacious, with various well-designed Facilities such as a lounge where you can enjoy good coffee and play areas. There are elevators for each of the four buildings as well, so we had a fun stay without any stress. Rather than cold service rigidly following chain-Hotel manuals, we felt warm hospitality throughout that was fairly flexible depending on the situation. I visit Hakodate often, and compared with staying at Hotels around Hakodate Station area, I was more satisfied staying at this Hotel—so I’d like to stay here again.

Although we stayed for only one night, both the large public bath and the open-air bath in our Room were excellent. In particular, the open-air bath at the large public bath was very relaxing. What impressed us most about the bath in our Room was that Onsen water was continuously added little by little, keeping it at a comfortable temperature at all times.

The riverside open-air bath was closed, but we used the outdoor Onsen reached by going down 300 steps. The staircase is so narrow that only one person can pass at a time. We were told it’s open until 11:00 p.m., but we were worried about our footing at night, so we went in the evening and again in the morning. While soaking, we enjoyed the river’s flow and the mountains, listening to the sound of the water. The stairs were tough, but I truly felt glad we came. The semi-open-air bath down about 20 steps was also wonderful, with a clear view of the mountains right in front of you. The temperature was perfect for me. I didn’t expect much from the indoor bath, but it had large windows and felt very pleasant; there was a jacuzzi, a reclining bath, and a hotter pool where we could relax comfortably. Everyone at the Accommodation was very kind and welcoming. Dinner came in many small dishes. The beef and the meatballs in the hot pot were delicious. Even simple items like the beef sauce, hot-pot broth, and pickles were all excellent. The portions were just right for us as a couple. I think you need to be fairly fit to visit an outdoor Onsen that requires going down 300 steps—but I’m really glad we did. This isn’t about the Accommodation itself, but both the bus driver from Nasushiobara Station and the person at Shiobara Onsen Terminal who explained a map of Shiobara Onsen were incredibly friendly, which made our memories of this trip even better.
