I stayed for one night with my parents. The room was very spacious and stylish, yet it felt calm and relaxing. We enjoyed the sauna and unwound in the large bath. The bed was wide and very comfortable. I had read in a Review that breakfast portions were small, but for older guests it was more than enough, and we really enjoyed the delicious freshly cooked rice. I would love to stay again.

The pool is one of the largest in the prefecture with views reminiscent of Ubud in Bali and slightly warm water temperature that made it truly enjoyable. All the staff provided exceptional hospitality, which I believe is one of this Hotel's outstanding features. I will visit

From June 28 to 30, just after the typhoon and the end of the rainy season, we were able to arrive in Miyako safely and this was our second stay at Ferris. We were upgraded to a twin-bed Room for our family of three, and it also happened to be my wife’s birthday. The cake and bed decorations were wonderful surprises, making our first trip back to Miyakojima in two years truly memorable. Thank you very much to all the staff. Coming back from snorkeling and slipping straight into the private pool in our Room felt amazing—we could have stayed in forever while looking out at the mangroves. We enjoyed San’s shabu-shabu in our Room, and everything was delicious right down to the soba at the end. Next time, we’d love to try lunch as well! We look forward to staying with you again.

Although we don't drink alcohol, they suggested drinks that paired perfectly with our meals for an enjoyable dining experience. Every moment during our stay was filled with heartfelt hospitality from all staff members including our butler—it truly felt like a blissful space. We

The Room was very comfortable, with a great selection of amenities, alcohol, and snacks. It may have been included as part of IKYU’s Diamond benefits souvenir set, but there were plenty of local sweets as well, which was very satisfying. I was also happy that the drinks—from beer

Because the reviews were so highly rated and had caught my attention, I decided during the planning stage of my Miyakojima trip to stay here for one night. As soon as we pulled into the parking lot, a staff member promptly carried our luggage for us, and from that point on everything was taken care of—truly attentive service! The hotel exterior and the room were both clean and beautifully designed with a white color scheme. We could go straight to the pool from the balcony, and I really appreciated that beach sandals were provided. It was also a big plus that we could walk to Umi no Eki, a popular sightseeing spot. Because there are relatively few rooms, shared areas such as the breakfast venue were quiet and relaxing. Overall, I felt the price was very reasonable for this level of accommodation. I would definitely stay here again on my next trip.

Moreover, everything from the interior, amenities (BVLGARI set, Dyson dryer, etc.), to the staff's service exceeded our expectations. Additionally, the room was clean, and we had a great view of the Naruto Strait and the bridge from the room, making it a perfect stay. We definite

We stayed here for the first time during the autumn Silver Week for a Multiple Night Stay. Thanks to IKYU, we were able to discover this wonderful Hotel. The natural surroundings are beautiful, the architecture and interiors are excellent, the staff’s smiles are warm, and the dishes at the restaurant are beautifully presented—truly the best hidden retreat Hotel unique to Kumihama. Next time, I hope we can make a Reservation for spring Golden Week, so I plan to check IKYU’s site carefully. To everyone at Holiday Home, thank you very much for your kind hospitality.

With my wife’s birthday coming up again this year, we visited Karuizawa, a place filled with memories for the two of us. We were blessed with great weather and enjoyed a relaxing stay—taking walks and cycling around Karuizawa as the autumn leaves began to change, and spending time shopping. We were also very pleased with the thoughtful hospitality from the hotel staff, including a birthday message card, as well as the delicious food, our favorite wine, and the birthday cake. For us as a couple, this is truly a wonderful hotel.

Warm, attentive service, a calm and lovely atmosphere, and a breakfast that makes you happy from the morning. Everything was so comfortable that it truly felt like, “I’m glad I stayed here.” I’m happy to have found a place I want to stay at again. Thank you very much.

Irida Beach in autumn is the best. First, we arrived at Irida Beach around noon and went to the famous pizzeria "FermenCo," which is a 3-minute walk from Aquaholic. The taste of the pizza is excellent, and the staff's service is also top-notch. After that, we played to our heart'

We look forward to visiting here every year. Thank you for your consistently attentive service and hospitality. We always enjoy delicious meals, relax at our own pace, and leave fully satisfied every time. My son and I are looking forward to visiting again. Thank you very much.

The dining menu has switched to the autumn selection, and I went to try it right away. The chef’s signature black curry—my absolute favorite—was, as always, outstanding. Every dish on Oyama’s autumn menu was also superb, featuring carefully selected ingredients and masterful seasoning by the head chef. Next time, I’ll be back to enjoy the Italian autumn menu—I’m really looking forward to it.

The large public bath was also lovely, and I hope to revisit with my elderly mother someday. In addition to the yukata, they provided very comfortable pajamas, and the shop had many wonderful items. I visited a place that becomes a café during the day and a bar at night, and I h

The room was very spacious and convenient from the entrance. It was newly renovated, everything was clean and pleasant, and both the bed and futon were fluffy, which satisfied my family. The view of the Sea of Japan from the front glass was truly spectacular. The hot carpet was a

The staff’s attentive hospitality and thoughtful care were truly wonderful, and I was able to spend a very comfortable stay from check-in to check-out. The interior of the property and the room features a calm Japanese-modern design in greige tones, with impeccable taste in decor. It was exactly my kind of style, so I found myself simply gazing around and feeling soothed. The rooftop lounge offered an abundant selection of juices, alcoholic drinks, coffee, Atami’s famous sweets, and light snacks. I couldn’t believe I could choose so freely—can I really have any of these?—and I got genuinely excited. Sipping drinks, enjoying sweets, soaking in the foot bath… it was such a luxurious time taking in the views of Atami. The staff also maintained the perfect level of attentiveness—providing towels to dry our feet and preparing drinks—so considerate in every way. I’m truly grateful. What especially impressed me was the full-course dinner. Each dish was beautifully presented—not only a feast for the eyes—but also had deep flavors with sauces crafted down to the finest detail. I was genuinely moved. Even now, looking back at my photos brings back that lingering feeling: how beautiful it was and how delicious everything tasted. Everything—the room, the meals, and the hospitality—was perfect. It was a place where I could truly refresh from the heart. I feel fully recharged; I’ll do my best day by day and hope to return again someday. Thank you very much.

We stayed in the West Wing with my parents, siblings, nieces and nephews, and our family—6 adults, 3 children, and 2 dogs. Everyone was thrilled, and it became a wonderful travel memory. As we were celebrating a special occasion, we asked for balloon decorations and to purchase fireworks. For meals, we hired a private chef. Inamuragasaki holds many memories for us. With the ocean right in front of us—and no power lines visible from inside—it was truly a special location. Since the kids are still small, they were overjoyed to use the rooftop jacuzzi like a pool instead of going into the sea. The adults could watch them safely and relax while enjoying the ocean view in complete comfort. The food was also excellent—hiring a private chef was absolutely the right choice. We also got to try out karaoke that you’re considering introducing as a service. Our child who loves singing was delighted and held onto the microphone nonstop. At night we enjoyed fireworks and made so many great memories with the kids. Everything was prepared in such a comfortable setting—easy for adults and fun for children. Our surfer family members even went into the ocean twice. It truly was an amazing place. We highly recommend it for family trips. We will definitely be back again. Thank you very much.

Once again this year, I treated myself to a solo stay at Komorebi and fully enjoyed the dappled sunlight. I was welcomed back with a smile and “Welcome home” from the butler, and Mr. Y also showed thoughtful care. I was truly moved by the exceptional hospitality and felt relaxed

I’d been wanting to visit the Zushi–Hayama area for a long time, and this was a hotel I’d had my eye on. We stayed to celebrate my husband’s birthday, and they kindly arranged champagne in our ocean-view room along with a beautiful flower arrangement and other thoughtful touches—he was absolutely delighted. They also informed us about the spa in advance, so we quickly prepared swimsuits and were able to use it. The water temperature was very comfortable, and drinks were provided as well, which made it feel like a wonderful escape from everyday life. We requested dinner from 5:00 PM, and we were able to relax and fully enjoy the meal while watching the sunset scenery, really feeling the chef’s passion in each dish. The service staff were also gentle and gracious, creating a truly pleasant atmosphere. We slept soundly at night, woke up refreshed in the morning, and even a walk by the sea felt great. We ordered breakfast via room service and had a leisurely morning. My husband praised everything as beyond his expectations and would love to stay again. Thank you very much for your attentive hospitality. If I had to mention one small point: I felt the TV might be positioned a bit low.
