Thank you very much for such a wonderful stay. At check-in, the front desk staff kindly and thoroughly explained the in-house Facilities and services, which allowed us to start our stay with complete peace of mind. My wife has a shellfish allergy, and we are truly grateful that the restaurant’s head chef thoughtfully adjusted the menu for us. In particular, dinner on the second night was even more outstanding than the first, and we were deeply moved by the extra care put into each dish. While we were taking photos inside the property, a seasoned and very kind staff member noticed us and spoke to us. They gladly took photos for us, thanks to which we were able to keep wonderful memories of our trip. We are foreigners and can hardly speak Japanese. Even so, throughout our stay we received warm, attentive service that made us forget any language barrier. This stay reminded me once again of what I felt when I first visited a Japanese Ryokan years ago: uniquely Japanese hospitality that truly cherishes travelers and makes them feel as safe and comfortable as if they were at home. It is truly an excellent Ryokan. We sincerely appreciate the heartfelt hospitality of all the staff. We would definitely love to visit again. Thank you again for such a wonderful time.

We had an incredibly fulfilling stay. From the interior and exterior design to the furniture, decor, fixtures, amenities, lawn, and open grounds, this was a wonderfully comfortable Facility where you can feel the attention to detail everywhere. The interior is unified in a calm design, with very high ceilings that create an airy sense of openness, allowing us to fully enjoy a special time away from everyday life. The vanity area and bathroom were especially spacious and impressive—made with high-quality materials and kept impeccably clean down to every corner. The amenities also felt thoughtfully chosen; for example, Aesop hand soap was provided at the sink. All essential cookware and appliances were available, so we could stay comfortably without any inconvenience. We even enjoyed handheld fireworks in the garden. The views of Mt. Fuji and the Southern Alps were also stunning—scenery you could gaze at for hours without noticing time pass. Most memorable of all were the wood-fired sauna and cold plunge bath. The wood-fired sauna was exceptional—enjoying it while feeling the flicker of flames, hearing the crackle of burning logs, and breathing in the scent of wood was truly special. Unlike an electric heater, it had a gentle heat that warmed us slowly from deep within and helped us relax completely. A large amount of sauna stones were thoroughly heated, so we could also enjoy pleasant steam from löyly. It’s an ideal setup that I would highly recommend even to dedicated sauna lovers. They added ice to the cold plunge bath multiple times for us, so we could cool down properly. Paired with the wood-fired sauna, it was perfect—we fully enjoyed every session. In the evening we enjoyed a BBQ, and we really appreciated that the owner prepared everything—from lighting the fire to setting everything up. On top of that, we received a generous gift of fresh vegetables grown by his wife. They were all rare varieties you don’t often see day-to-day, and you could feel careful attention not only in each vegetable but also in their labels and packaging. We tried them right away at our BBQ—especially the eggplant, which was unbelievably tender and delicious. Beyond how wonderful both the Facility itself and its location are, we were truly moved by the owners’ thoughtful hospitality as well. In this extraordinary setting—with beautiful views, a wood-fired sauna experience like no other،and BBQ—we spent a luxurious yet deeply comfortable time here. We would love to stay again. Due to a change of plans, I made a Reservation the day before. It was a rainy day and I arrived early, but I was able to choose a book from the many available and enjoy reading at a relaxed pace with a cup of coffee in hand. The spacious bath, especially the bubble bath, was very soothing. The meals were so plentiful that I couldn’t finish everything. The sunrise the next morning was beautiful. There were also goats and rabbits, and if it were closer, it’s a place where I’d love to bring my dog for a Multiple Night Stay.

Since we live nearby, we enjoy staying here as a couple whenever our schedule allows. My husband is especially happy because the Room has an Onsen bath. The meals are just the right amount for us, and we also enjoyed the chicken rice. I personally prefer the large public bath because I want to soak in a bigger Onsen.

As others have mentioned in their Reviews, all of the staff were incredibly kind and warm, which made us truly happy! The food was delicious and made us feel so content, and since my husband’s birthday was coming up, you even celebrated it for us! We were deeply moved by your thoughtfulness. It became a truly wonderful memory. Thank you again! The spacious and spotless private family bath was amazing, and the Onsen water quality was excellent—simply the best! Despite being reasonably priced, the Facility, Onsen, and meals were all excellent. They also offer Shuttle Service to Shin-Hakodate-Hokuto Station and Onuma-Koen Station, so we were able to enjoy our stay even without a car. The Hotel is also barrier-free, and we saw several guests using wheelchairs, making it a place that guests of all ages can enjoy.

I came here to relax. I love camping too, but I really wanted to unwind, and I’d been wanting to visit because it seemed like I could enjoy both—so we stayed in Snow Peak’s JYUBAKO. It was so wonderful that I want to make it a must-do once a year. My husband was very satisfied as well, and we definitely want to come back. Dinner was great, of course, and breakfast was also delicious—we were full and completely satisfied. Thank you for a wonderful time.

All the staff were incredibly cheerful, which made for a very pleasant stay. The building feels a bit old, but it seems to be well maintained and thoroughly cleaned. The baths are also clean. While I was using the large public bath, a staff member came by to check on things and even cleaned up what looked like fallen leaves. I stayed two nights with breakfast and dinner included, and there was such a wide variety of dishes that I never got bored—everything was delicious and very filling.

First of all, the meals were outstanding. I’ve had enohara fish before, but this was the most delicious I’ve ever tasted! They paid close attention to how we were doing during the meal, and the timing of each next dish was perfect. Everyone on the staff greeted us with smiles throughout our stay, which made us feel very comfortable. Thank you very much. We’d love to visit again in a different season.

We stayed for one night with my daughter’s family, our grandchildren, and our Chihuahua. The Room was clean and spacious, and the kids and our Chihuahua were running around happily!! We were very satisfied to enjoy a BBQ on the covered terrace without worrying about the weather. Breakfast arrived warm in the delivery box, so we could eat right away—and it was delicious! The bathroom was also spacious, and we all enjoyed it together. Unfortunately, it rained so we couldn’t use the dog run, but we’d love to come back and try again! We’ll definitely stay again as a family.

After our trip to Furano, we found this Hotel while looking for a place to stay on the way home. Because it’s in the mountains, we were a bit worried about the drive, but it wasn’t far from downtown Ashibetsu, so we arrived without any trouble. We expected an older Facility, but once inside it felt completely modern. Everything was spotless, and there were lots of features younger guests would enjoy. Detox water stations from various brands, a space filled with books, areas to relax and chat, a guest-only lounge, wall art, and exhibits about Yutani Onsen and local coal mine history—there was always something interesting to see. The owl artwork on the wall was especially cute; if there had been any related goods for sale, I would have bought them. After getting out of the bath area, I was disappointed that one spot had that owl covered by a notice—I really wanted to see it. Our Room had a classic Japanese style but was very clean. The tatami mats were fresh and green-blue and felt great. It seemed that the open-air bath and the pot bath used Onsen water. Unfortunately it rained at night, but soaking in the Onsen under cover while listening to the rain was truly relaxing. I feel like I’ve made a connection with Ashibetsu as well—I genuinely want to visit again. I’d definitely recommend this Accommodation to friends and acquaintances. We were surprised to be served a welcome drink at check-in and to complete the procedures on the sofa, but both the Room and the food were incredibly stylish and amazing. There was no TV, which really made it feel like an escape from everyday life, and we thought that was part of what made it such a special space. From the moment we walked in, I feel like we said “Wow” about 20 times. We’d definitely love to come back again.

The staff’s hospitality was truly outstanding. One delightful surprise after another made both our hearts and stomachs more than satisfied. There were plenty of activities for both adults and children, and we fully enjoyed the breathtaking views of the sea and islands. One night wasn’t nearly enough to experience it all. We would love to return.

Although it’s a small Hotel, there are enough staff on hand, so it’s easy to ask even minor questions. Everyone is pleasant, and their greetings feel warm and friendly. The building has the charm of being built in more prosperous times—high ceilings and tasteful décor. The oceanfront lobby also offers a variety of small snacks and drinks that guests are free to enjoy. The bath is spacious, clean, and available 24 hours a day, which is wonderful. The ocean-facing reclining bath is especially relaxing. There are also two massage chairs that you can use at your leisure. Dinner is quite generous in portion size, so it would be nice to have a prix-fixe option. Surprisingly, the breakfast curry is excellent, with large chunks of tender beef throughout. The food is delicious overall, and it’s fun to try dishes that incorporate local ingredients in fresh ways. This Hotel is perfect for a relaxing getaway.

Our children love this place, and we visit almost every year; this year again we were able to relax and enjoy our stay. There was a small mix-up with part of the dinner, but it was resolved promptly, and both the staff’s response and follow-up were excellent, so we were very satisfied. We would love to visit again.

We had to cancel our Okinawa trip due to a typhoon. Then I remembered Iojima, which my husband’s mother had recommended, and looked it up. Because it was last-minute, the only availability was a BBQ Plan in a dog-friendly Room, but we made a Reservation anyway—and it turned out to be amazing! We don’t have pets, so I worried about odors or hearing dogs from other Rooms, but everything was spotless and we didn’t notice anything at all. The Room also had an ocean view and felt incredibly refreshing. For dinner, we thought two days of BBQ in the summer heat might be too much, so we asked the front desk—just in case—if we could change one day’s meal. They kindly accommodated us, and on the second night we were able to enjoy a course dinner. (This may have been because we originally booked an upgraded option above the standard BBQ.) The BBQ itself was delicious with plenty of variety, and eating while looking out at the sea was fantastic. For breakfast, we could choose from three different restaurants with different menus. Guests could also enjoy complimentary lemon water and chilled tea at various spots around the island. There were lots of activities: sports and games in the gym; ocean athletics and marine sports (extra charge) by the beach; a manga corner near the baths; an indoor pool; Onsen facilities; and even an open-air bath with ocean views. We truly had an incredible three days. Since each area is spread out, you can rent bicycles for free, and there is also a shuttle bus that circulates around the island. All of the Accommodation staff were kind and attentive, helping us create wonderful family memories. Thank you very much.

This is our fourth stay, and everything—the staff, the meals, and the cleanliness of the Room—is outstanding. Whenever we come to Awaji, this is the only place we want to stay, so we will continue to choose this Accommodation. We have a dog, and they are very welcoming. It’s also a quiet environment where we can’t hear other dogs, so both our dog and we can relax with peace of mind. Having an on-site dog run is also a big help. The meals are exciting every time—carefully crafted course dishes that truly impress us. The staff are kind as well, and we always have a pleasant stay. We always say, “Let’s stay here again next time!” We’ll be back again.

This was my third stay. I was worried about road restrictions due to the heavy rain, but everything was fine. The meals were delicious, and there is a semi-open-air bath with a view of the fishing lights. I’m planning to visit by motorcycle next year.

Our family of four stayed with two Chihuahuas. The Accommodation was very comfortable for traveling with pets, and the staff were all kind and helpful. The French dinner was beautifully presented, each dish carefully prepared, and everything was delicious. The Japanese breakfast also offered a wide variety of dishes, letting us enjoy local ingredients, and we were very satisfied from the morning. We were able to relax and enjoy the Onsen as well, making wonderful memories together as a family. We would love to stay again.

We stayed for one night and two days. The interior was beautiful and spotless. The food was delicious, and the staff’s smiles and hospitality were truly wonderful.
