I stayed here on a business trip to Okinawa. Regarding the multi-story parking garage operations that others had mentioned, the staff explained everything carefully, and I was able to park without any stress. It would be even better if there were a space near the entrance of the garage where guests could temporarily place their luggage. The front desk staff at check-in were professional; although they were from overseas, communication was not an issue. The Room was very spacious for one person, as this is a condo-style Hotel (in a good way). There were many features that highlighted the benefits of a hotel condo, such as a large refrigerator, a comfortable sofa, and a spacious vanity area. The view of American Village from the lanai was also wonderful. Staying just one night felt like a waste—I think this Hotel is ideal for families planning a Multiple Night Stay. I’ll stay here with my family next time!

We stayed in a seaside-view Room this time. The view was great, and the Room’s spaciousness and cleanliness were well received by both my grandchild and our family. We were satisfied with the meals as well, but my grandchild has allergies, so it would have been helpful to have allergen information displayed (it’s possible we simply missed it). When we asked the kitchen staff, they kindly told us, but when they seem busy we feel a bit hesitant to ask. Overall, everyone said they would like to come again, so we would like to stay here again next time.

This Accommodation is in an excellent location for sightseeing in Nara, so this was our second stay, this time to visit the Nara National Museum. From the moment we arrived, the parking guidance was very courteous, and the Room was spotless. The large public bath was also clean. We enjoyed a delicious breakfast and had a very pleasant stay. After checking out, the staff member who first assisted us even came out of their way to see us off, which made both my husband and me truly happy. I think this is a wonderful Accommodation filled with warm hospitality and thoughtful care.

We stayed over a three-day weekend and were very satisfied with both the Facility and the service. It turned into a last-minute trip and we made our Reservation on the day of our stay, but this Ryokan was more comfortable than the Accommodation Fee would suggest. Meals: Breakfast featured a wide variety of dishes made with local ingredients. Everything was delicious. Room: The Room was clean and spacious enough for two people. Being able to replace the hand towels was a small touch, but I really appreciated it. Baths: We bathed twice, morning and evening. We were grateful that we could Reserve a private bath by phone before check-in. Every bath was very clean; none were particularly large, but they felt calm and relaxing. Because the shower water was also Onsen water, the water pressure was weak, but it didn’t bother me much. Inside the Accommodation: Every staff member greeted us with a smile whenever we passed by. We also enjoyed how much there was to see—there’s a pond inside, as well as a beautifully maintained courtyard with an ashiyu (footbath). Since I don’t often buy souvenirs at a Ryokan, I’m glad I could purchase cider made at the on-site winery.

Although the hotel seemed fully booked during Golden Week, the service was attentive and well organized. There were numbered tickets for breakfast, but people appeared to come in regardless, so they didn’t seem to serve any purpose, which was a bit disappointing.

This was my second stay this year because I particularly enjoyed the food last time. Originally a bank's retreat, the compact front desk and building layout reflect its history. There is no greeting upon arrival, luggage assistance, or farewell service (you carry your luggage to the third-floor front desk yourself and leave on your own). However, I appreciate the stunning ocean view from the hilltop location and the cozy atmosphere with only 10 rooms. The Onsen features a 78-degree natural hot spring source, with a slightly small but pleasant open-air bath and high-quality massage chairs. This time, I stayed in a Western-style room near the elevator that was added later; it was spacious, clean, and had comfortable beds. The only downside was that the sink and toilet were adjacent without separation—though it did provide an open feel upon reflection. Dinner could only be enjoyed at the restaurant (unlike last time when in-room dining allowed for more relaxation), which was disappointing as wearing loungewear is not permitted—I would have preferred to dine in a relaxed atmosphere in loungewear. Starting February next year, dinner times will shift to two seatings; however, I hope they maintain flexibility like now where you can choose every 30 minutes. The food met expectations—delicious despite not using particularly expensive ingredients—with intricate sauces and beautiful presentation that truly felt like fine cuisine. Breakfast also offered plenty of variety and quality. Before dinner at the lounge, I ordered Royal Milk Tea which was so delicious that I ordered it again in the morning while enjoying an elegant atmosphere with ocean views through large windows. A staff member kindly offered to take my photo during this time while explaining distant scenery details—a friendly gesture that elevated my impression of this accommodation’s overall service level. Its convenient distance from Osaka makes me want to visit again!

It was a truly wonderful Onsen. Not only was the water quality excellent, but with one indoor bath and two open-air baths, I never got tired of soaking no matter how many times I went in. There was also a free beer event, and I was very pleased with this unexpected service. Because a typhoon made landfall on the day of my stay, I couldn’t go out to eat in the Onsen town at night, which was disappointing—but thanks to this service, I was able to enjoy drinks in the lobby instead. The Room was thoroughly cleaned and the entire building was kept spotless, so I rated my overall satisfaction as 5. I would definitely like to stay again (next time for winter skiing...).

As soon as I entered the Room, I noticed an unpleasant odor in the bathroom (a damp smell?) and contacted the staff. They promptly arranged a Room change, which allowed me to stay comfortably. I truly appreciate the staff’s personality and kindness. Thank you very much. I would like to stay again.

We arrived by car. Before check-in, we went to confirm the parking, and the front desk staff kindly advised us that if we planned to take the car out after checking in, the affiliated parking lot would be best, but if not, a nearby coin-operated parking lot might be cheaper. Thanks to that advice, we were able to keep our parking fee low. Thank you very much. The drink service and complimentary breakfast also had a great selection and were delicious. The special dessert financier was especially tasty. We were also happy they had apples. The large public bath operates on a rotating schedule, and when it was the men’s time slot, there seemed to be too few washing stations. It looked like someone entered without washing first, which he found unpleasant. (This is not a complaint about the Hotel—more of an individual issue—but it would be nice if guests could be mindful.) Since there were three of us and we had a lot of luggage, it would have been even better if there had been a simple luggage rack or stand. All of the staff were very pleasant and helpful. Thank you for taking care of us.

It was a trip with our dog and my daughters. We were able to bring our dog with us even when we went out to eat, and we had a very relaxing time. Both dinner and breakfast were incredibly delicious. However, the dinner portions were quite large—by the time the steak was served, I was already full. Since I want to enjoy everything until the end, I felt slightly smaller portions would be nice. Both our dog and we had a wonderful time, so we would love to visit again. Thank you very much.

We stayed here for the first time to celebrate my husband’s birthday. The space was incredibly comfortable, and we’d love to come again. The welcome drink and baked treats won us over right away, and the Accommodation itself was wonderful. The sauna was available as much as we wanted from 6:00 to 22:00, and 90°C was just perfect. The cold bath water felt silky—you could tell it was rich in minerals and iron. There were plenty of towels, the herbal tea in the fridge was delicious, and the loungewear felt amazing on the skin. If I had to mention one thing, the OSAJI? amenities—toner and emulsion—had not been replenished. When I asked, I was told they weren’t available due to import circumstances, so it would have been even better if we had been informed in advance. (There’s a convenience store nearby, so we went to buy some.) The food was very tasty—especially the shabu-shabu and seafood, which were fresh and delicious. It did need a bit of reheating, but it was great being able to enjoy it indoors without worrying about others around us. Thank you very much. Next time we’d like to stay at hanare!

This was our family’s first trip to Kushimoto. We made a Reservation for an ocean-view Room on a high floor, and we were lucky to have great weather—we even got to see a beautiful sunrise! The Room was very spacious, the bed was comfortable, and everything felt clean. The yukata fabric was sturdy and not see-through, and it had no odor at all (the highest compliment). I’m sensitive to smells—both unpleasant odors and strong detergent fragrances—so regardless of the Hotel’s grade I usually assume I won’t be able to use them, but this time I used the yukata a lot! Even though we chose an affordable Plan, dinner on the second night and breakfast on the third day were included as well, and we were surprised by the wide variety of dishes. Instead of bottled water in the Room, there was a water dispenser in the elevator hall (with hot water too), which we really appreciated. The bath area and changing room were also spacious, so we could truly relax. Bathing hours started early in the morning and ran late into the night, which gave us plenty of flexibility. We could adjust the air conditioning exactly as we liked—another reason it was such a comfortable stay. The staff members we passed in the hallways greeted us naturally, creating a refreshing atmosphere throughout. If I had to mention one thing: when using the Room slippers, I hesitated slightly wondering if they had been sanitized. At other Mercure properties I’ve stayed at before, this never crossed my mind. Overall, we were extremely satisfied! Thank you very much!

The all-inclusive plan was very satisfying for families with children. I personally felt nostalgic about the little crunchy ice treats—they reminded me of my childhood, and they were really delicious! The Room was spacious and beautifully renovated, so it felt very clean. The building itself is probably older, so the unit bathroom was extremely small, but it wasn’t an issue since we could use the large public bath. The kids’ area was spacious and really helpful. We planned to use the pool, but it wasn’t open due to unexpectedly low temperatures and weather—this is my only regret. The food was delicious, and they didn’t strictly enforce time limits, so even while juggling our child we were able to eat plenty for the first time in a while. (My recommendations are the kanpyo with wasabi at breakfast and the simmered yuba at dinner.) Our 1-year-and-10-month-old son also seemed to enjoy his first Hotel stay—he was all smiles. (The surprise stuffed toy that came with our Room was adorable; he wouldn’t let go of it, and it made me happy too.) We will definitely come again! Thank you very much!

I finally stayed at the InterContinental Hotel, a striking, innovative building shaped like a yacht’s sail that I’d wanted to visit for a long time. The warm welcome at the entrance and the kind service made me very happy. This time I chose a harbor-view Room on the 27th floor. Since I had lounge access, I enjoyed a light drink before heading out. The staff were young, but their hospitality and manners were excellent. If you want ocean views, I don’t think there’s any other choice but this Hotel. It was a luxurious and truly out-of-the-ordinary Hotel experience. Having the shower room and bathtub separated made my stay very comfortable. Next time as well, I’ll come back to enjoy the harbor view from a high floor! Thank you very much.

The bath and Room were clean and comfortable, and all the staff were very kind. Both dinner and breakfast had just the right seasoning and portions, and everything was delicious. It would be perfect if breakfast included a small dessert bite and after-meal coffee. This was a Ryokan I would definitely like to stay at again and recommend to friends. I recommended this Hotel for a business trip stay. Although we made a Reservation for a single, it seems we were upgraded to a twin Room, which was greatly appreciated. Since my colleague stayed at the same Hotel, we were able to hold meetings in the spacious Room, which was very helpful. The breakfast is excellent, so I advised going early; it seems the front desk mentioned this as well. Because it’s popular and gets crowded, going early was the right choice. A park with an ocean view is also just a short walk away, making a morning stroll very pleasant, and I will definitely choose this Hotel again next time. This time we were able to stay within budget and are very satisfied. Thank you very much.

I stayed at your Accommodation in Kinosaki before, and this time I stayed in Shirahama. The Room was spacious, and the children were very happy. At dinner, a staff member kindly offered to take a family photo for us, and I truly appreciated the thoughtful gesture. I would love to visit again if I have the opportunity.

My father loved this Accommodation so much during our previous stay that we came back again. Everyone on the staff was so thoughtful, and the food in particular was delicious. We could really feel your hospitality. Even the tableware became part of our conversation, and my father’s favorite—pike conger—was especially tasty. Even after we got home, he kept saying, “It was delicious.” The portions were generous, so it may have been a bit too much for seniors. I felt bad leaving some behind. At night, I soaked in the ceramic tub and relaxed while gazing at the stars—it was truly healing time. We will definitely visit again. Thank you very much.

I stayed here for a conference. I just needed somewhere close to the venue where I could sleep, so I chose this place because it was inexpensive. The Room felt a bit dated, but it wasn’t cramped and was generally clean. Since it was a hot day, the air conditioner hadn’t been turned on in advance, and the desk chair (maybe?) was made of a hard material and uncomfortable to use. The sofa was wide and couldn’t really be used at the desk either, which was inconvenient. Still, for such a low price, I can’t complain. What I liked most was the all-you-can-drink alcohol in the lounge and the breakfast. I usually don’t eat breakfast, but the simple menu—banana, bread, boiled egg, and coffee—was easy to eat and very nice. The bread was delicious too. In the lounge, when I tried the white wine, it had a color and taste like orange wine, which was interesting. It’s served in paper cups, but you can take it back to your Room as well, which I appreciated. They also stored my luggage for me, and before leaving I could reorganize my bags in the lounge (and ended up having another glass of wine).
