This was my first time in Himeji to see an opera. I considered other options, but chose this Hotel because of the Nikko brand, a separate bath and toilet, on-site parking, and even a club floor. However, the parking lot fills up quickly (it’s near the station and there aren’t many spaces), which made me nervous as a guest traveling from far away. A male staff member at the parking entrance kindly secured the last available space for me, which was a huge help—thank you very much. It would be great if parking could be reserved when making a Reservation, though I understand it may be difficult to manage. I also appreciated that parking is free for club-floor guests. The Facility feels a bit dated in places, but the Room has been renovated for comfort and convenience, with no shortage of amenities. The ReFa shower and hair dryer were excellent. The toilet wasn’t just updated cosmetically—the fixtures and piping also seemed new, making it very easy to use. The pajamas were a comfortable two-piece set with a soft feel and relaxed fit. It was quiet at night and I slept very well. The lounge made me wonder if this price is really okay—the food and drinks were impressively plentiful. Not only alcohol but also a great selection of HARNEY & SONS teas; the cinnamon tea recommended by one of the hotel staff was so good that I bought some afterward. Overall, the service was pleasant throughout and I could truly relax. Breakfast offered an extensive variety of both Japanese- and Western-style dishes—so much that even with my big appetite I couldn’t try everything. Live-cooked egg dishes are common at Hotels, but this was my first time seeing burgers made to order right in front of me. The burger was delicious—and perfectly sized as well. And the Awaji Island milk was outstanding. With no time limits on parking or lounge access, I could visit Himeji Castle and shop in the arcade as well. This isn’t just convenient for guests—it also feels like support for local revitalization efforts. Breakfast included many locally inspired items, and even the vending machines next to reception carried products from local confectionery shops—another nice touch. I don’t often have reasons to come to Himeji, but I’d love to return for a relaxing staycation. Thank you very much for your hospitality.

I finally got to experience this Accommodation I’d been curious about for a while, thanks to its appealing Instagram posts and high rankings online! In conclusion, it’s a wonderful Onsen Accommodation with a high level of satisfaction that truly lives up to the hype. The food is especially outstanding. At dinner—famous for its boat platter—you can enjoy Kishu-style whale dishes, along with a lineup of carefully prepared courses. As for the Onsen, it was a bit disappointing that every bath felt too hot to fully relax in, but you can still enjoy thoughtfully designed baths, including an open-air bath where you can feel the sea up close. I’m glad I found an Accommodation I’d love to return to in another season.

The bed was very comfortable and easy to sleep in. The pillow suited me perfectly—I almost wanted to take it home. It was also just a 2–3 minute walk to the Nakanoshima Museum of Art, which made evening visits very convenient. There were plenty of dining options nearby—if anything, it was hard to choose. If I have the opportunity, I would love to stay again. Thank you.

Thank you for taking care of our family of four for one night and two days. One of us was delayed due to work and might not have made it in time for dinner. When we informed the staff, they kindly changed our dining Room and made various thoughtful arrangements so that even if we arrived late, we could relax without rushing. We were in a difficult situation, and I was truly moved by your deep hospitality. I asked for their name, but they said, “We all do this together...” To Mr./Ms. K-sawa and all the staff members at the dinner venue, thank you very much for everything. I was deeply impressed. Even though we only stay two or three times a year, we’re always welcomed so warmly, which makes us very happy. This time, we chose a Plan that included Moët & Chandon Ice Impérial, and we were able to enjoy an elegant and refreshing time. We are always truly grateful to the lounge staff, and it’s genuinely fun to chat with everyone. Although Mr./Ms. A is no longer assigned to the lounge, they kindly came by to see us anyway, and I was delighted to catch up. This visit also brought a wonderful encounter with new staff members (Mr. Y and Mr. S). Both were attentive in every detail, and their friendly conversation made our time in the lounge relaxing and enjoyable. Of course, it was also great to see Mr./Ms. M and Mr./Ms. T as always. We truly love spending time at The Royal Park Hotel. When you say “Welcome back,” it makes us want to reply “We’re home!”—a Hotel that makes us want to return again and again. The restaurants are all excellent—teppanyaki, tempura, and Chinese—and the chefs’ and staff’s service is wonderful as well. The location is fantastic, so we enjoy strolling around the neighborhood or visiting local spots of interest; but no matter how many times we come, The Royal Park Hotel never feels repetitive. We especially love simply relaxing here—these stays have become precious healing time for my spouse and me. Thank you always for everything.

We stayed here on a couples’ trip. The welcome pizza was incredibly delicious, and even though we asked for seconds many times, the staff kindly baked fresh pizzas for us each time with a smile. Thank you very much. Perhaps because there were many families with children, our bathing times didn’t overlap, so even though we used the bath several times, we never shared it with anyone and were able to relax as if it were private. This was my fault, but the pizza was so good that I ate too much and ended up leaving some of my dinner, which I felt sorry about. I thought it would be nice to have an option with a smaller dinner portion. The dessert contained peaches, and when I declined due to my allergy, they offered to prepare an assortment of seasonal fruits instead. Since I’m allergic to fruit in general, I had to decline as well, but I truly appreciated their thoughtful consideration. Breakfast was also very delicious and satisfying. We would definitely like to stay again.

From the Kyoto-style entrance to the lobby, the calm atmosphere and smiling staff make you feel warmly welcomed. I stayed on the 5th floor of this five-story Hotel. There is a large public bath, and the artificial carbonated water bath feels gentle and soothing for tiredness. For breakfast, you can choose one main dish from four options, with the rest served buffet-style. Every menu item was delicious, and the overall food quality was impressively high. I also received a souvenir voucher, which was a lovely gift. This Hotel is conveniently located near Hankyu Karasuma Station and Shijo Subway Station. Kyoto touches are thoughtfully incorporated throughout the Hotel. I think it’s a perfect base for sightseeing in Kyoto.

It was our first time staying at this Accommodation, and we were able to relax and take our time. Since we had a Room with an open-air bath, it was great to be able to bathe as many times as we wanted without worrying about the time. The Hotel staff told us that deer come into the garden, and although we were skeptical, we were truly surprised to see them from our Room. We look forward to staying again next time.

After check-in, it was great to have sweet potato chips, monaka wafers, and drinks such as sparkling wine in the lounge. They also poured iced coffee into my bottle, so I could relax in the Room and enjoy it while taking in the view. Since check-out is at 12:00, I was able to swim in the infinity pool and unwind in the jacuzzi as well. The Sorano Hotel I had been wanting to visit was amazing.

I had an important engagement and stopped by your city for the first time in four years on my way back from a business trip, and stayed one night. Because I felt more wear and tear than expected at the flagship Hotel where I stayed on my previous visit, I was looking for another option in the convenient city center when I found this Hotel. It is close to the station, with easy access to limousine buses, local buses, and taxis, so I hardly felt any of the transportation inconvenience that can be common in regional cities. As it is newly opened, the Room was clean, and the view from my Room—overlooking the islands of the Seto Inland Sea and all of Imabari—was wonderful. (It would have been even better if the windows were a bit larger.) Breakfast offered a relatively wide selection and tasted good as well, and I also really appreciated the complimentary welcome drink upon arrival on a hot day. The large public bath was spacious and clean, and being able to gaze at the night view through a large, beautiful window helped me unwind from the day’s fatigue and feel refreshed. It’s great that Imabari now has such a good Hotel. One point to note—not as something good or bad—is that there seem to be many international guests. I work in an international field so it didn’t bother me at all, but some people may feel unsettled seeing many overseas visitors in places like the lobby or large public bath in a regional city like Imabari. That said, during my stay there were no guests with poor manners.

We stayed here on the first night of our two-night trip to Yamagata. The food was excellent, and we were able to try the imoni stew we had been looking forward to at breakfast. The bath was spacious and relaxing, and the garden was beautiful. My spouse and I were both very satisfied. The welcome tama-konnyaku was delicious as well.

We stayed as two couples (my parents and us), making a Reservation for two Rooms for four people, and they kindly arranged adjoining Rooms for us. The lounge service was available for a long time, so after the bath we relaxed for over an hour enjoying beer, honey, and more. The calm atmosphere makes it enjoyable even if you’re traveling alone. The large public bath was not crowded, so we could take our time in the open-air bath as well. Since the baths switch between men and women the next day, we were able to enjoy both comfortably. Meals were served in a semi-private setting, and all staff were very courteous. When we were looking for something we had misplaced, they helped us kindly; we found it later, but their thoughtful support really stood out. We were completely satisfied with everything, and my parents said they would like to go again—so I’m glad I brought them. I’d love to visit again in a different season.

This was our Accommodation on the last day of our trip to Hokkaido. There was also a bus from Sapporo, so access was convenient. We made a Reservation for an Executive Suite. From check-in we used a dedicated counter, and there was also an exclusive lounge, which made the stay feel special. The bathroom was spacious and relaxing, and we were very satisfied. However, dinner was a buffet in a large hall, but it was so crowded that we couldn’t take our time, which was disappointing.

Everything was great! Although it was a smoking Room, there was no odor and the Room was clean. The large public bath was excellent as well. We stayed during the Obon holiday so it was crowded, but the staff were very helpful. The only downside was that we couldn’t get a mobile signal in the Room, but Wi‑Fi was available so it wasn’t a problem.

The location near Takayama Station was excellent and very convenient. Takayama sightseeing was close by, and as a couple in our 70s, we were able to enjoy about a two-hour walk. The Hotel staff were kind, so we felt comfortable staying there. We had both breakfast and dinner, and the meals were delicious. We would like to stay again and would recommend this Hotel to friends.

With more and more Hotels offering self check-in and check-out, the warm service from the front desk staff made me feel at ease. The gentleman who is always at the front desk is great. This time I chose a plan with breakfast, but the menu was exactly the same on both days. The restaurant itself was relaxing, but perhaps because I went close to closing time, the breakfast selection felt a bit limited. That said, it’s very close to Nagasaki Station, and I’d like to stay here again when I visit Nagasaki.

I stayed for two days. The Room was very clean, and I was happy to be able to see Matsuyama Castle from the window. Considering the reasonable Accommodation rate, the breakfast was more than sufficient and delicious. It’s a smart, simple Hotel without unnecessary extras, and I’d definitely like to stay here again when I visit Matsuyama. (As I’m very particular about cleanliness, it would be helpful if disposable slippers—like those sold at 100-yen shops—could be purchased at the front desk, since the in-room slippers were not disposable.)

Before the end of the rainy season, it rained and we couldn’t see Mt. Fuji during our stay. The location was excellent, and both the dinner and breakfast buffets were delicious—we ate lots of great food, and beer was all-you-can-drink. The Onsen felt a bit lukewarm, and there was only an indoor bath with no open-air bath, but overall we were satisfied. In the Japanese-style Room, it was cold with the air conditioner and summer bedding, so we used a blanket from the closet. The pillows were low. The air conditioner was positioned out of sight, and the Room became quite dry while sleeping, so next time we turned on the humidifier in the corner of the Room. Being confused in the middle of the night was a small downside. There were water and coffee services at reception, an extension cord for charging in the Room, and Japanese sweets provided as well—these thoughtful details were much appreciated.

It had been a while since my last stay. As expected, The Ritz is wonderful. I’d love to stay again the next time I visit Osaka. Also, the scent inside the hotel has changed. I stop by to shop for souvenirs even when I’m not staying, so I noticed it right away. Please consider selling the new fragrance as well—it smells fantastic.
