Located on a hill above Yubatake, the area around the accommodation is quiet, allowing you to hear the chirping of birds in the morning. The bath is an onsen and can be used anytime if available without a reservation. I enjoyed soaking in a wooden bath with a pleasant hinoki aroma! The staff were kind and provided various local information, making it an enjoyable trip. I would love to visit again! Thank you for your hospitality!

We stayed this time with our dog. Both the property and the Room were very clean, and we also appreciated that it was a pet-friendly, fully flat Room. We were happy that free drinks, snacks, and bread were available in the lounge as well. The private open-air bath was spacious enough too! Just one thing: we thought meals would be served in the Room, but they were served in a private dining room. We happened to bring a pet cart, so our dog had a place to wait, but if we hadn’t brought one, there wouldn’t have been space for our dogs to wait during the meal, so we thought it would be nice if you offered cart rentals. Overall, it was a wonderful Accommodation to stay at with our dog!

As it’s a new Hotel, everything is spotless. I have lower back pain, but the mattress firmness was perfectly comfortable. The Room key uses a PIN code system, so I recommend taking a photo of the number you receive at check-in on your phone—it will be useful later. At the bar counter there were Black Nikka, Kurokirishima, Nanawarai, and more, so I had a glass of Kurokirishima. I think it’s a good idea to buy cup ice and soda water as well. There didn’t seem to be any restaurants within walking distance; however, there is a drugstore and a supermarket across the street. The only disappointment was that at 6:40 there was an extremely long line for breakfast! We were told we could take it back to the Room to eat, but due to my son’s event we gave up waiting and checked out. That’s why I deducted one star. I would like to stay again if I have the opportunity.

My stay at “Fuji Seiran” in Toda Onsen was truly special and left a lasting impression. What struck me first was the location. From the guest rooms and many areas throughout the property, you can enjoy luxurious views of Mt. Fuji, a UNESCO World Heritage site, creating a wonderful sense of being one with nature. On the day I visited, the sky had cleared after a typhoon, and the air was astonishingly crisp—Mt. Fuji’s silhouette stood out sharply in the distance. At sunset, the beauty of the sky was simply beyond words. The room featured a refined modern Japanese design that balanced calm comfort with an upscale feel. Sitting by the window and taking in the scenery at leisure was a truly indulgent moment that made me forget everyday noise and stress. The Onsen was also excellent—gentle on the skin, and afterward I could feel warmth reaching deep into my body. Dinner left an especially strong impression. Using abundant local ingredients from Izu, each dish showcased what makes this area unique: fresh seafood and seasonal vegetables prepared with great care one by one. Everything was beautifully presented, delighting not only my palate but also my eyes. The cuisine brought out the best of local ingredients and made my trip even more satisfying. The staff were exceptionally courteous, with thoughtful attention to detail throughout my stay. In particular, Ms./Mr. S not only explained details about the Accommodation but also shared knowledge about local highlights and ingredients—and our conversations were genuinely enjoyable as well. Thank you very much. From check-in to check-out, I felt comfortable at every moment thanks to this high level of hospitality. With nature, views, cuisine, and relaxation all coming together perfectly, Fuji Seiran is an Accommodation I would highly recommend to anyone looking for an extraordinary getaway. It was a memorable stay that made me sincerely want to return again someday.

We visited as a family trip. Because we arrived late, we checked in, picked up the welcome sweets, took a look at our Room, and then headed to the Onsen. The outdoor bath “Shirogane-no-Yu” was wonderful—my skin felt so moisturized! We stayed in a Villa Suite. It’s a log-cabin cottage style Accommodation, and the Room was spacious, very clean, and truly relaxing. There aren’t any paintings or decorations in the Room, but the sky, mountains, and trees seen through the window feel like a framed work of art—I could watch it forever (laugh). It made me realize how long it had been since I lived without thinking about time. For dinner we went to Restaurant Aoyama Ryokusui. You can enjoy dishes that reflect Oze’s nature, such as game meat and wild mountain vegetables. Even while waiting for the next course, staff brought ingredients to show us, so we enjoyed the time between dishes as well. Before bed we went to another Onsen inside the Facility. We were told it uses the same water as Shirogane-no-Yu, and it was perfect for a slow soak at night. The next morning we drove to Shiori Pass to see Takigumo (waterfall clouds). We were lucky enough to see them! Waking up early was worth it. It’s just a short drive from the Facility, so I highly recommend it. Breakfast included seasonal vegetables and wild mountain plants as well as river fish—and above all, the rice was delicious! Many of the staff are young, but everyone was polite and greeted us with warm smiles, which helped us relax throughout our stay. If you arrive earlier there also seems to be a kitchen tour; I’d love to join next time if I have the chance. Honestly, my only thought is that I wish we could have stayed longer… We definitely want to come back!

I’d been looking forward to the opening of La Vista Minami Aso and stayed during the pre-opening period. The previous Hotel also offered a magnificent, expansive view of Mt. Aso, and while that scenery remains unchanged, the interiors and Facility have been completely renewed. I was able to fully enjoy Aso in comfort—from the spacious lobby and Room to the baths. A few small notes: For the welcome drink in the lobby after check-in, I had coffee, but it would be even better if beer were available earlier (not only from 6:00 p.m.) and if decaf coffee were offered. As for dining, dinner was a La Vista–style course meal and breakfast was a buffet. Both featured many ingredients from Kumamoto Prefecture, and everything was delicious. I’d be happy if the breakfast buffet had a slightly wider dessert selection. The baths were wonderful as well—great views of Aso from the large public bath, plus private baths and a sauna. The post-bath ice cream and massage chairs were also a nice touch. It was disappointing that the probiotic milk drinks (Yakult) ran out quickly during my morning bath. The late-night ramen service common to Kyoritsu Resort was delicious (if I may be indulgent, I’d love it if there were two varieties like in Kirishima). Since it was during the pre-opening period, there may have been some areas where staff were still getting used to things; however, their sincere effort really came through. Wishing you all the best toward the grand opening. I’d love to stay again.

A simple, no-frills temple lodging. There is no bath, so the Facility is somewhat lacking. However, in the atmosphere of Jōhana, a temple town, it offers more than enough in return. Once you visit, it will likely remain a lifelong memory.

I stayed here again for the first time in a while since the renovation. The open-air bath was different from before, and I enjoyed it with the men’s and women’s baths switching. The Room was a Japanese-Western style, so it was spacious, but the bed was narrow and the pillow was high, making it hard to sleep. The meals were very delicious, served at just the right timing. The salmon sashimi was a little unique—well thought out and tasty. The ayu sweetfish also had just the right amount of salt and was very enjoyable.

I used this place for the first time because I was attracted by the open-air bath. I was able to enjoy a large open-air bath where I could stretch out my arms and relax. (I entered it more than 10 times.) In addition to water, two drinks were prepared in the refrigerator, and I enjoyed COEDO beer in the open-air bath. The garden at night was also lit up and very beautiful. It is really just a few minutes from Kawagoe City Station, and there are convenience stores and places to eat nearby. I think it's a perfect location for those visiting Kawagoe. I would like to go back soon to relax again. Thank you very much.

This was my second stay, and it reminded me again how good this place is. The Room isn’t huge, but it’s easy to move around and very relaxing. The toilet has an automatic lid and automatic flushing, which is a big help for me since I have back issues. It’s also rare (and convenient) to have a sink inside the toilet area. The bathroom has a separate washing area, and the tub is spacious enough to soak comfortably. The pajamas are a two-piece set with a soft feel. What really earns high marks is the generous service: drinks, snacks, and bread are provided, and bringing items into the Room is also allowed. At other hotels, I end up having to stop by a convenience store just to make sure I have drinks—here there’s no need for that, which makes it much more relaxing. We don’t even need to add breakfast; bread and coffee are enough for us. However, it was disappointing that there were no croissants this time. I also didn’t know how to use the toaster, so it would be helpful if instructions were posted. And when I want tea, I’d appreciate a note explaining where to find hot water. Two years ago I wrote that I wished the TV could play YouTube, and I was happy to see that it can now. The staff’s service and smiles had improved compared with before. As always, the only inconvenience is that the space next to the sink is small. It’s close to Shinbashi Station as well, so it’s convenient not having to wait for a taxi. I think the Accommodation cost is reasonable compared with nearby hotels considering how good the service is. I hope these services won’t be discontinued because of inconsiderate guests. I’d like to stay again if I have another opportunity.

We are a couple in our 50s traveling to refresh. We had a wonderful stay at this new Facility surrounded by nature. The Room was spacious, and the bed and pillows were excellent. We also appreciated the staff’s thoughtful service, which allowed us to truly relax and unwind. It is close to a roadside station as well, and we bought corn and blueberries to take home—everything was delicious. It would have been perfect with a bathtub, but the shower booth was large and comfortable, so we had no complaints. The shampoo was especially great and left our hair silky smooth. We would be very happy if it could be purchased at the Hotel.

It was very clean and well maintained. All of the staff were friendly and made a great impression. I’d love to stay again. Thank you very much.

The Facility itself is new and comfortable. I stayed here to attend a get-together with local classmates, and it was very quiet, clean, and comfortable with minimal contact with other people. I have stayed at other Hotels in Omuta as well, but many are older, so I will stay here from next time on. Thank you very much.

The all-you-can-drink welcome drinks were fantastic. Draft beer, highballs, chuhai, and more. A variety of soft drinks is also available for children. It was a great way to unwind after a long drive. When you think of Ibusuki, you think of the sand bath. They also explain what to do afterward if you get sandy. You wear a special gown and the staff covers you with sand. The service was very courteous, and we were extremely satisfied. We will definitely visit again.

I originally planned to arrive in Naha on 6/1 and had reserved another Hotel, but due to the typhoon my flights were canceled on the 1st and 2nd. I canceled my original Reservation and urgently looked for a place to stay for one night from the 3rd, so I made a last-minute Reservation here. I arrived before check-in and asked if I could leave my luggage and take a break. A female staff member kindly told me that drinks were free, so please help yourself. When I moved Rooms and at check-out, they saw me off in the elevator until the doors closed. At check-out, they chatted with me until the elevator arrived, saying, “You’re leaving already? Please come back next time when you can relax,” and waved goodbye as I left. The shower room had hair scattered around—probably due to poor manners from other guests—and there were some slightly cramped or less clean areas due to the age of the Facility. However, the staff service was excellent, so it was acceptable. Breakfast was a stylish one-plate meal; both the bread and scrambled eggs were delicious. I felt it was hot in my Room at night—perhaps because the air conditioning is centrally controlled for the whole Facility—so it would be nice if fans were available to borrow. Next time I visit Naha, I would definitely like to stay here again. Thank you very much for your hospitality.

My first trip to Oki Islands. The weather was perfectly clear that day, and the sea was sparkling. From the Room, the ocean stretched out right before my eyes, and the early-morning view—before the morning light fully reached—felt truly magical. Both dinner and breakfast were carefully prepared, bringing out the natural flavors of the ingredients, and everything was delicious. My child was amazed at how good Oki rock oysters were, saying they are the best in Japan. The grilled fish at breakfast was also outstanding. Thank you as well for kindly accommodating my request regarding foods I cannot eat. If it weren’t for a small bug in the Room—and if the bath were an Onsen—it would be a perfect Accommodation. I was also happy to receive such warm and wonderful words from the male staff member I spoke with at check-out. A once-in-a-lifetime encounter—a truly lovely meeting. Thank you very much for taking care of us. Please take care of yourselves during this extremely hot summer following this intense heatwave.

This was my first stay at Fuji Station Non-Smoking Building, and the service during check-in was excellent. I have stayed at other Super Hotels before, but I have never experienced such great hospitality. It was truly impressive. The free welcome bar was also satisfying. The bathroom and toilet were a bit small, but since it was a single room, it seemed reasonable. I had a very pleasant stay. I had to leave early in the morning and couldn't have breakfast this time, but I look forward to trying it next time.

PATARIRO On my previous stay, it was very quiet and I wasn’t bothered by any noise from other guests, so this is my second time staying here. The Room was clean, and I had a comfortable stay. Thank you very much. There is a shop nearby run by someone I know, and I would like to stay here again when I visit there.

I was looking for an affordable hotel close to the venue to support my child's match. After reviewing the details, I decided to make a Reservation because of the appealing services such as organic amenities, a large public bath, breakfast buffet, and a selection of pillows. Upon arrival, I was greeted by the scent of aromatic herbs at the entrance, and the front desk staff provided excellent service. This Hotel is highly recommended for women due to its secure women's public bath area, which ensures peace of mind during use. If I recall correctly, the showerheads were Refa brand. It’s a comfortable place even for women traveling alone.
