I usually stay as a couple, but this time I stayed alone and have trouble with my legs. I was a little anxious, but thanks to your thoughtful support I was able to stay comfortably. I am truly grateful. The Grand Hotel is still the most relaxing and my favorite.

It was a very beautiful Hotel with great service, and I felt the staff’s hospitality and attentiveness were wonderful. The in-room open-air bath was also excellent! I think guests would be even happier if there were direct access from the shower room to the open-air bath. The distance is short, but I couldn’t help worrying about water dripping while moving around when wet, so with a little improvement it would be perfect. For guests, dining is also an important point, and it was very good! I also posted photos—late-night ramen was delicious, especially the tomato ramen recommended by the staff. It’s a Hotel that made me want to visit again after a long time. To all staff members (including makeup and bed-making), thank you very much for such a wonderful time.

Both the entrance and our Room were spotless, the meals (and sweets) were delicious, the Onsen was wonderfully relaxing, and all of the staff were incredibly warm and welcoming—we were truly moved. The dining area also had plenty of space between each group, so our child was able to focus on eating quietly. In addition, you provided activities inside the Hotel such as a puzzle-solving game (the adults got seriously into it too!) and a cardboard maze… When we checked our answers for the puzzle, the front desk staff assisted us very kindly, and our child was absolutely delighted. I don’t usually post a Review, but I was so impressed that I wanted to write one this time. We travel to Matsumoto every summer, so we hope to stay with you again next year. Thank you very much.

This was our first trip to Okinawa as a family vacation. Although we decided to go ahead with the trip with a typhoon approaching, the services at this Hotel were excellent and truly helpful. Even on days when the weather was severe, we were able to spend meaningful time together with our daughter in the indoor pool and Onsen. In addition, you showed us thoughtful kindness in many ways for our daughter’s birthday, and as parents who chose this Hotel, we felt very proud. At breakfast, we enjoyed both Japanese and Western options from the buffet; in particular, the Japanese dishes offered daily rotating menus for guests on a Multiple Night Stay, which was very satisfying. I would like to take this opportunity to once again express my sincere gratitude to everyone at this Hotel for your kindness.

We stayed here to celebrate a birthday trip. They delivered an externally ordered cake from their partner Kazeka to our Room exactly as requested, and everything—the Room, the open-air bath, the meals, and the hospitality of the staff—was truly wonderful. It was a very satisfying stay, and we would love to visit again if we have the chance. Thank you very much.

Even though we only stay two or three times a year, we’re always welcomed so warmly, which makes us very happy. This time, we chose a Plan that included Moët & Chandon Ice Impérial, and we were able to enjoy an elegant and refreshing time. We are always truly grateful to the lounge staff, and it’s genuinely fun to chat with everyone. Although Mr./Ms. A is no longer assigned to the lounge, they kindly came by to see us anyway, and I was delighted to catch up. This visit also brought a wonderful encounter with new staff members (Mr. Y and Mr. S). Both were attentive in every detail, and their friendly conversation made our time in the lounge relaxing and enjoyable. Of course, it was also great to see Mr./Ms. M and Mr./Ms. T as always. We truly love spending time at The Royal Park Hotel. When you say “Welcome back,” it makes us want to reply “We’re home!”—a Hotel that makes us want to return again and again. The restaurants are all excellent—teppanyaki, tempura, and Chinese—and the chefs’ and staff’s service is wonderful as well. The location is fantastic, so we enjoy strolling around the neighborhood or visiting local spots of interest; but no matter how many times we come, The Royal Park Hotel never feels repetitive. We especially love simply relaxing here—these stays have become precious healing time for my spouse and me. Thank you always for everything.

We were very satisfied with the Room, where we could enjoy warm hospitality and a relaxing stay. The cuisine, featuring an abundance of ingredients from Fukui Prefecture, was also excellent. It is an Accommodation we would definitely like to visit again.

The hot spring quality was excellent, and the view from the open-air bath was wonderful. The staff’s hospitality was also very satisfying. The food was delicious, and I think this Accommodation offers great value for money. In January, I’d like to come to Hokkaido for a Multiple Night Stay.

Perhaps because we stayed on a weekday when there were fewer guests, we were able to enjoy a calm and relaxing time. It was quiet and surrounded by the sounds of nature, and even our senior dog could play to their heart’s content. The meals also reflect a dedicated commitment to gastrotourism, showcasing great care and impressive skill. With only the essential services provided, we appreciated the kindness of being given space to relax freely.

The Hotel was much more stylish than I expected, and I felt it was a great value for the price! The TV was large, and the room was comfortable and clean. I checked the nearby dining recommendations from the Hotel staff shown on the TV and went to a restaurant that was absolutely delicious. Overall, I’m very satisfied, and I really love Oita.

Both the Room and the large public bath were clean, and we had a comfortable stay. I also appreciated that shoes are not worn inside the Room.

We stayed here on a family trip with my parents. The Room was spacious and airy, and the greenery visible from the window was truly beautiful—so we were able to relax from the moment we arrived. This time we stayed in two Rooms, “Sono Ichi” and “Sono Yon,” and both had large baths and were wonderful spaces where we could unwind completely. The staff’s thoughtfulness also left a strong impression. They responded attentively whenever needed, while maintaining a comfortable sense of distance that never felt intrusive. They warmly celebrated my mother’s birthday, which made my parents very happy. They even sent a forgotten item to our home, and we remained grateful until the very end of our stay. The meals were unforgettable as well. The cutlet was light yet full of rich lean-meat flavor, and absolutely delicious. And the ayu sweetfish was so good that everyone in our family agreed it was the best ayu we had ever had. From the Room and bath to the food and hospitality, everything was flawless. Thank you for making our precious family trip even more special.

The staff were kind and attentive, and I was very satisfied. The Room was clean and nice. The bathtub was spacious enough to stretch out my legs and relax. I also tried the much-talked-about breakfast curry, and it was delicious. Above all, the low accommodation cost really helped. When I stay in Shimizu again, I would like to use this place again.

I was very satisfied with this excellent Hotel. The morning curry and risotto, as well as the late-night noodles, were outstanding. I also enjoyed free soft drinks and alcohol. The amenities were well stocked, and they stored my luggage free of charge until the end of the checkout day. The staff were very helpful—they even looked for a place where I could get my broken watch strap replaced, which was a huge help. Thank you very much.

This was my first time staying here. There is also an underground parking lot, and the Room amenities were well stocked. I was very satisfied with the coffee machine and the complimentary drinking water. The breakfast buffet also included an egg station, and everything was delicious. The Accommodation has a nostalgic, retro feel while still being very stylish and lovely. This time we stayed in the “Japanese Twin with Terrace” Room—tatami flooring, low beds, and a deck terrace. What impressed me most was how comfortable the bed was! I was told it’s a Nishikawa Muatsu mattress, and it truly felt amazing—I slept unbelievably well. The pillow was also excellent, and I completely fell in love with the bedding. I’d like to use the same one at home, so I would really appreciate it if you could tell me which type of Muatsu it is. The Onsen was wonderful as well. All three private baths had their own unique charm and were beautiful. The large public bath was also very relaxing—I ended up going in many times during our stay. As soon as you soak in the Onsen, your body warms up right away. The water feels soft, and your skin becomes moisturized and silky smooth. I also loved that bath towels were provided at the baths, so you can always use a clean one. Truly excellent therapeutic bathing. Unfortunately it rained this time—but because of that, we were able to take our time at the Accommodation, soak in the Onsen slowly, and enjoy doing nothing. We chose a Plan with 12:00 checkout, so we didn’t have to rush in the morning and could enjoy the Onsen until the very end. And then—the meals. Absolutely no complaints. Each dish was carefully prepared and beautifully presented. It was a meal where you can truly enjoy every course for what it is. And something I’ll never forget: draft Yebisu beer! After it arrived, the foam gradually rose up into a rich head—it looked delicious even before tasting. And when I tried it… it really was incredible. I honestly thought there aren’t many places where draft beer tastes this good—it moved me. This “Joshu Beef & Gunma’s Blessings / Three Free Private Open-Air Baths / 12:00 Checkout / A Nostalgic Holiday” Plan was absolutely perfect for me. Shima Onsen in the rain is wonderful too. Soak in the Onsen, eat well, drink well—and sleep incredibly well. In this charming retro Accommodation, I had an amazing time that relaxed both my mind and body. All of the staff were pleasant as well, and the overall atmosphere throughout the Accommodation felt very comfortable. We felt great from start to finish during our stay. The Onsen, meals, bedding—and above all else—the warm hospitality from everyone on staff. Everything felt so comfortable that this is an Accommodation I definitely want to stay at again.

Searched for Accommodation with an open-air bath in the Room The Room was exactly what we wanted, and we had a wonderful holiday—no need to carry bath items or a change of clothes to the large public bath, and we could enjoy the Onsen whenever we liked. We chose a Plan with breakfast only. The dried horse mackerel was very delicious. For us, who can’t eat that much, it was just the right amount. Enjoying coffee in the lounge while taking in the lovely view overlooking the harbor was also wonderful. Although it felt like being nestled in the woods, we didn’t see any insects. It was a lovely Accommodation that we would like to use again.

I think this Accommodation is perfect for a stay during the Gion Festival. I also enjoyed both the Italian and Japanese cuisine. Watching a maiko dance during my stay became a wonderful memory—thank you very much. It seems that, in exchange for opening the lounge, the drinks in the refrigerator have been limited to mineral water only. However, because the lounge has short opening hours, it was not very convenient. I usually stay at Hiramatsu-level Accommodations, but this was the first time I had to buy sparkling mineral water at a convenience store during my stay. That said, it is still a great Accommodation, and I would be happy to stay again.

We stayed as a family of three, and the Room was spacious, as was the bathroom. The staff were also very helpful. When going from the parking lot to the Hotel, it was raining and we got wet, so I wish there had been some way to stay dry. Breakfast was also great, with a wide variety of food.

This is my second stay. It’s a 10-minute train ride to Sannomiya, close to the nearest station, Shin-Nagata Station, and both the Room and Facility are clean. The staff are very courteous, and the breakfast is excellent. I’d like to stay here again next time.
