We stayed as two couples (my parents and us), making a Reservation for two Rooms for four people, and they kindly arranged adjoining Rooms for us. The lounge service was available for a long time, so after the bath we relaxed for over an hour enjoying beer, honey, and more. The calm atmosphere makes it enjoyable even if you’re traveling alone. The large public bath was not crowded, so we could take our time in the open-air bath as well. Since the baths switch between men and women the next day, we were able to enjoy both comfortably. Meals were served in a semi-private setting, and all staff were very courteous. When we were looking for something we had misplaced, they helped us kindly; we found it later, but their thoughtful support really stood out. We were completely satisfied with everything, and my parents said they would like to go again—so I’m glad I brought them. I’d love to visit again in a different season.

This Accommodation exceeded my expectations. The Room layout was well designed, and I stayed very comfortably. The view is also wonderful. The sauna is spacious enough for about 4–5 people, allows temperature adjustment, and you can enjoy löyly. The cold plunge is also plenty large, and ice is provided for those who want colder water—so you can fully enjoy the sauna exactly the way you like. The in-room Onsen is spacious enough for two people. The water has a slightly silky feel and leaves your skin nicely moisturized. The amenities were excellent as well. The private lounge offers a great selection of drinks and snacks, which you can bring back to your Room—so it feels essentially all-inclusive. I had a Multiple Night Stay, and the meals did not overlap between the first and second nights, allowing me to truly enjoy local specialties. Everything was delicious. I was very satisfied with both the Facility and the food, but what impressed me most was the staff’s hospitality—from dining staff to front desk to housekeeping. Their warm attentiveness really touched me. I would love to visit again.

I stayed in Nakatsugawa the night before to attend the Kashimo Meijiza Classic Concert the next day. I arrived earlier than expected, but they kindly showed me to my Room early—much appreciated! Inside the building, you take off your shoes, which caught me off guard at first, but I had brought indoor slippers so I was able to stay comfortable. The cafe space has high ceilings and feels clean and uncluttered. Overall it doesn’t have a particularly relaxing atmosphere, but it’s comfortable as a place to stay. You can take a walk nearby, and there are plenty of restaurants around, so it was easy and pleasant to spend time there.

In the latter half of a three-day weekend, our schedule opened up, so we quickly found this place and made a Reservation. We asked to Change the Reservation from the Room we had booked to a new Japanese-modern bedroom with beds—and it was absolutely the right choice. We had a very satisfying stay. We woke up at 4:00 a.m. and watched the World Cup final on the projector’s large screen. It became my favorite Room I’ve ever stayed in. The Onsen was too hot for us as a couple. Both dinner and breakfast were delicious. The staff were also excellent. They even walked us to our car on departure, and wiped down our windshield that had gotten dirty from the rain at night—truly outstanding hospitality. This is a Ryokan we would love to visit again.

A typhoon was approaching, so we couldn’t see Mt. Fuji clearly, but thanks to the Hotel’s attentive service, we had a very comfortable stay. Above all, being able to walk around the Hotel in loungewear and slippers like at an Onsen Facility was so convenient and relaxing. We also really enjoyed the late-night soba we’d been looking forward to—there were two varieties, and we were very satisfied. It made us want to stay at other La Vista properties again and build on that satisfaction even more.

It had been a very long time since my last visit. The warm, homey atmosphere was just the same, and the Onsen water was as wonderful as ever. Lately I’ve mostly stayed at Accommodations with an Onsen in the Room, but I was reminded again how great Yunohana is—unchanged and truly special. I’ll be back again. The meals were delicious too.

The staff were kind and attentive, and I was very satisfied. The Room was clean and nice. The bathtub was spacious enough to stretch out my legs and relax. I also tried the much-talked-about breakfast curry, and it was delicious. Above all, the low accommodation cost really helped. When I stay in Shimizu again, I would like to use this place again.

Japanese-style double Room with breakfast and dinner included. I also requested a pick-up from Yamagata Station. On the way back, I took the bus to Yamagata Station from the Zao Onsen Bus Terminal, just a few minutes’ walk away. I arrived early, but was able to leave my luggage and explore freely. The staff member who assisted me felt unexpectedly curt, which seemed different from the Reviews. The person who showed me to my Room also didn’t seem to notice a fairly large dead insect right by the door when it was opened. That was disappointing. I was very satisfied with the Room, meals, and baths. The entire building is covered with tatami mats and you take off your shoes, which feels great, and everything was well maintained. All staff were pleasant in both their service and greetings. Since the baths switch between men and women, you can use both areas; I enjoyed the warm feel of wood and traditional atmosphere. Some Reviews said it was small, but as a woman I didn’t find it cramped since there weren’t too many people using it at once. Both dinner and breakfast were delicious—I finished everything. The Yamagata beef shabu-shabu was truly excellent. There is a portable air conditioner in the Room (I think), but because its duct runs out through the window, the top of the window doesn’t close completely tight; I couldn’t help noticing that gap. I saw a similar setup in the lounge as well, so I assumed it’s installed as a measure against summer heat. There is no elevator—only stairs—which I actually liked very much. Around this time of year we could hear spring cicadas (maybe), which was soothing. From the entrance you can see a gentle slope leading down to the main road, along with steam rising from the Onsen—an impressive location. It’s a small but comfortable Accommodation with a warm atmosphere—thank you very much.

I was very satisfied with this excellent Hotel. The morning curry and risotto, as well as the late-night noodles, were outstanding. I also enjoyed free soft drinks and alcohol. The amenities were well stocked, and they stored my luggage free of charge until the end of the checkout day. The staff were very helpful—they even looked for a place where I could get my broken watch strap replaced, which was a huge help. Thank you very much.

When I visit Kyoto, I often choose this Accommodation for the following reasons: - Close to central Kyoto - Capsule-hotel style, yet with private rooms available - A large public bath with perfectly partitioned washing areas - Clean - Affordable - A relaxing 1st-floor lobby - A great selection of drinks in the 1st-floor lobby This time, I was especially impressed by the new coffee machine and the unique tea flavors. It really feels like a Hotel that is always improving.

The Room, breakfast, and bath were all clean, and we were satisfied. It’s a little distance from the sightseeing spots, but it’s within walking distance, so I think the location is good. I felt we chose a good Hotel at a reasonable price.

I made a Reservation for a Plan that included all-you-can-drink, a seven-course meal, and a Room divided into three separate sleeping areas. The all-you-can-drink selection was extensive, and there were especially many great-looking sake options. You do need to go and get drinks yourself, but it was actually fun to choose, and since the Facility isn’t very large, it didn’t feel like a hassle. The yakiniku dinner was delicious, and it was also enjoyable to grill and season everything while reading the instructions. The bath wasn’t huge—just a standard Onsen—but it also had a sauna and an open-air bath. The Room’s sleeping spaces were partitioned off, which made it feel like a secret hideout. Both the breakfast curry and rice porridge were surprisingly delicious. Everything—from the meals to the Room—was excellent, and the staff were polite and attentive, making it a wonderful memory. I’d love to stay again.

This was my first stay in about a month and a half. As always, the Room was clean, and it was a calm, relaxing space. They also provided welcome drinks—coffee and lemon water—which I enjoyed. Breakfast offered both Japanese and Western options, and everything was delicious. The rice had been changed to white rice, and I was able to enjoy it freshly cooked at just the right time. When I asked, I was told they use a branded rice from Gifu. The fluffy, freshly cooked rice was excellent. The side dishes were also plentiful. They even had my favorite nikujaga; the balance of potatoes and meat was very good, and it tasted great. The salad was served fresh as well and was delicious. The fruit served with the yogurt was also fresh. Refills were brought out quickly, so I was very satisfied with the breakfast overall. The front desk staff greeted me with warm smiles, which really lifted my spirits after a tiring day at work. This summer I stayed at various Comfort Inn affiliated Hotels. While the meals vary by Hotel, every Comfort Inn affiliated Hotel has been a calm and relaxing place to stay. Now I choose only Comfort Inn affiliated Hotels when deciding where to stay. The greenery in the parking lot is also well maintained; not only inside the building but throughout the entire property, everything is well cared for at this Hotel.

Because it was a three-day weekend right at the start of summer vacation, it ended up a little over our original budget—but we wanted to stay here so badly that we made the Reservation anyway. And once we actually stayed… it was worth every yen—no, even more than that. We had an absolutely wonderful time. The location was even better than expected: right in front of us were white sand and a blue sea. There were quite a few families and international guests, but at night it was very quiet. You can head straight to the beach from the Hotel, and everything was thoughtfully prepared—dedicated beach sandals, a washing machine, towels, and more. I also really appreciated that when you take off your slippers there, you can place them neatly into a shoe box labeled with your Room name—something I found especially reassuring as someone who’s a bit particular about cleanliness. The Room was truly spacious, spotless, and very functional. Everything felt refined from corner to corner—the washbasin, furnishings, wall colors, decorations—all beautifully coordinated and calming. A small detail, but the loungewear fabric was very soft and had buttons so it stayed in place comfortably. The semi-open-air bath in the guest room had excellent water quality and temperature. Being able to soak slowly while looking out at the ocean—with no insects flying around—was pure bliss. We enjoyed our in-room meals while chatting pleasantly with our attendant; everything was delicious. The simmered whole kinmedai (splendid alfonsino) was especially impressive—large and full of flavor—truly “this is Izu!” That said, personally I would have preferred beef as steak (even a small portion) rather than chilled shabu-shabu wrapped with vegetables. If many guests are older adults, it would be great if there were an option available even with an additional charge. Breakfast included many dishes as well—I ended up eating quite a lot first thing in the morning! Overall this Accommodation deserves high marks across the board; if I had to be strictly critical, dinner alone could have felt slightly more luxurious or surprising—something that makes you think “This is exceptional—I’ve never tasted anything like it.” Even so, it was such a wonderful Accommodation that I absolutely want to return again next year. Thank you very much.

It’s basically a standard Hotel single room, just without a toilet or shower. In the large public bath on the basement level, there are two private shower booths that you can use freely. Shampoo, conditioner, body & face soap, and cleansing oil are provided in both areas, so you can come empty-handed. Paper towels are available at the sinks as well, so having just one towel and one bath towel is usually enough. A hair dryer and curling iron are also provided for peace of mind. The only essential item is earphones—no talking and no sound allowed—so be sure to bring them. Other than that, it’s simple and very clean, so I recommend it.

They kindly and courteously assisted us from check-in, including guidance to the parking area, and we were able to enjoy a wonderful stay. The interior atmosphere also suited the quiet streetscape of Gion Yasaka-dori, which was great. Just one thing... I was only concerned that water overflowing from the bathtub quickly flowed out into the vanity area outside the bathroom. I would definitely like to stay again.

The staff provided attentive service, and we had a very comfortable stay. The restaurant has semi-private seating, which allowed us to enjoy our meal at a relaxed pace without worrying about others. The food was delicious, and we were very satisfied. Our Room was in a separate annex, with privacy well maintained, so we could truly unwind. This is a wonderful Accommodation where we would love to stay again if we have the chance to visit Kurashiki.

I stayed with my Chi-poo. The Room was clean, and it was great to have a private open-air bath. It would have been perfect if we could dine in the restaurant together with our dog. The on-site dog run is covered with wood chips, which is a thoughtful, dog-friendly touch. The staff were pleasant, and it was a wonderful Accommodation. At check-out, we also received a discount voucher for our next stay, which makes it easy to return.

As a rare Onsen Accommodation that uses 100% free-flowing natural spring water with no added water or heating, it immediately caught my interest as an Onsen lover, so I decided to stay here. The Onsen was a little hot, but the water was very clear and felt wonderful. The Key Bath and Standing Bath were fascinating along with their history, and the private riverside bath offered a relaxing soak while looking out over the Yoshii River stream—truly a pleasant Onsen experience. The building has a great atmosphere and feels calm and comfortable. The staff were also kind, courteous, and welcoming. I had a genuinely enjoyable stay, but considering the price, there were a few disappointing points. For an Accommodation in this class, I expected complimentary drinks (free flow), but that wasn’t the case—even items in the refrigerator were charged. There is tea in the Room, but no coffee, and there is no coffee service in the lobby either. After dinner there was wine, alcohol, and coffee service at a house across the street where we could relax for a while, but snacks to go with drinks still cost extra. Since this is such a lovely place overall, I only wished these kinds of services were offered just a little more generously.

It was clean and close to the station, and there were plenty of places to eat nearby, so I had no worries. The large public bath was also spacious enough that you wouldn’t expect it from a capsule Hotel. I’d like to stay again.
