I stay here every year when I visit Kobe, also to pay my respects at the family grave. The front desk staff always welcome me warmly, making me feel like I’ve come home. The Room furnishings are calm and tasteful, and the drawers for storing clothes are very convenient. They provide a voucher for Chikuzono Butcher’s croquettes, so enjoying those nostalgic, warm croquettes in my Room is one of my pleasures. I also enjoyed drinks in the lounge while taking in the night view of Mt. Rokko and spent a relaxing time. I look forward to staying with you again.

A truly wonderful hotel. The service is warm and attentive, the linens and bed are very comfortable, and you can see the deep blue Sea of Japan from your room. I also think the breakfast is the best in Japan. I recommended it to friends who are used to luxury travel as a must-stay when visiting Niigata, and they loved it. Having such an outstanding local hotel really reflects Niigata’s high cultural standards.

This was our family’s first trip to Miyajima. Unfortunately it rained, but we made wonderful memories thanks to the island’s solemn atmosphere and the warm hospitality of the local people. Everyone at Kinsuikan kindly answered our questions even before the trip, and on the day of our stay every staff member greeted us with a smile and attentive service, which left a strong impression. There were many young staff members as well, and their energy really uplifted us. It was a time that made us feel Miyajima will continue to be a wonderful place in the years ahead. Thank you very much for taking such good care of us. We would love to visit again in a different season. Thank you.

The bed mattress is excellent, so I stay here regularly; the quality of sleep is especially good at this property, and I wake up feeling refreshed. I was happy to see that the breakfast selection had increased compared to my previous stay. I would like to stay again.

I was feeling down because it was a pretty tough business trip, but the beautifully clean Hotel room, delicious meals, and the warmth of the staff truly comforted me. Next time, I’d like to come for something other than work!

This was our family’s first trip to Amakusa, Kumamoto, and we stayed here. We had been looking forward to it even before we arrived, and the Accommodation was even more stylish than we expected—everywhere we went, we could feel the great sense of design. The Room was very clean, and the view from the villa was amazing. There were activities to enjoy both indoors and outdoors, and our child had a wonderful time. We rented a BBQ set, and everything was provided—so it was incredibly convenient to just bring our own ingredients and enjoy. The older male staff member at reception was very friendly and kind, and we also enjoyed hearing various stories from him. Unfortunately he wasn’t there when we checked out, so we couldn’t thank him in person, which was a real shame—but we’d love to make another opportunity to visit Amakusa and stay again. There is nothing around the Accommodation, so it’s very quiet; we could also enjoy a sky full of stars, making for an extremely relaxing time. Since there isn’t anywhere within shopping distance from the Accommodation, it might be even more comfortable if reception offered some snacks or if light meals were available at a café or restaurant—but overall it truly was a completely satisfying stay and an unforgettable place. The staff’s attitude and service, the Room cleaning, the bathroom cleanliness, the views and night scenery, and the lounge were all outstanding—I couldn’t find a single negative point. Adding breakfast was absolutely the right choice! The luxurious dishes, complimentary à la carte items, and drinks were all excellent.

We stayed as a family of three with our child who had just turned one. As it was our first trip with a baby, we were a bit anxious, but we felt at ease thanks to services such as stroller rental, bed guard installation, and a diaper trash bin in the room. Washer-dryers are also available on each floor, which was very convenient. Although there are many international guests, everyone was calm and considerate, and we were able to enjoy a relaxing chill time in the lounge and on the terrace. The Accommodation is also kept very clean.

We stayed here to celebrate my wife’s birthday. We booked the Anniversary Plan, and in short, it was a truly wonderful stay that made us genuinely glad we chose to spend her special day here. What impressed us first was the outstanding hospitality of the staff. From arrival throughout our stay, everyone treated us with such warmth and care that we felt completely at ease. And above all, the food was exceptional. Both dinner and breakfast were absolutely delicious—not just tasty, but beautifully presented in a way that truly felt like “a feast for the eyes as well as the palate.” Each course made us excited for what would come next, and we enjoyed every moment of mealtime. As part of the Anniversary Plan, we also received many thoughtful touches. They prepared a carved watermelon with the character “Kotobuki” (meaning “celebration/long life”), offered an extra dish on the house, and even gave us a commemorative gift. Every gesture made us happy and felt like they were celebrating my wife’s birthday together with us. Our Room had an open-air bath and a terrace, which allowed us to relax as a couple without worrying about anyone around us—something we really appreciated. In addition, as an IKYU Diamond member benefit, champagne and Shine Muscat grapes were prepared in our Room as well. This was another delightful service. Breakfast the next morning was just as impressive as dinner—not only in flavor but also in presentation—leaving us satisfied until the very end. Most importantly, my wife was truly happy during this trip—that meant everything to me. On such a special occasion—a birthday—we were able to enjoy amazing cuisine, warm hospitality, and unhurried time together as a couple. This is an Accommodation that made us sincerely feel: “We’re so glad we chose this place.” Thanks to all of your staff, it became a memorable and wonderful birthday for both of us. Thank you very much. We would love to return again for another important anniversary.

It was a wonderful hotel, just as expected. The room was spacious, and the interior had the kind of atmosphere I like, making it very comfortable.\nUnfortunately, we had several days of bad weather during our stay, but we still enjoyed the view of the Higashiyama area even with the clouds.\nWe were satisfied with everything provided in the room (drinks and amenities).

I stayed over the weekend. Check-in took a little time due to assisting other guests, but the staff handled everything courteously. Thanks to this site’s perk, my room was upgraded, and I was able to relax in a spacious setting. Even though it was a weekend stay, the hotel was quiet overall, and I truly enjoyed a peaceful hotel experience. I would definitely like to stay again.

When I mentioned in advance that we would be staying to celebrate a birthday, they prepared balloons and a congratulatory message in our Room, which truly moved us. They also kindly offered complimentary use of the private bath, so we were able to enjoy a very relaxing bathing time. We were also happy to receive a dessert plate at dinner. For the children, there was a fireworks set, a cute amenities set, gifts for answering quiz questions, and festival-style activities such as target shooting and string-pulling games. There was also self-serve shaved ice where you could adjust the portion size yourself, which was great. At the pool, there were free self-serve rentals of float rings and water guns as well, so we had a lot of fun. There was so much to enjoy that our child was absolutely delighted. We chose the breakfast and dinner buffet options. At dinner there was a live kitchen with hand-rolled sushi and steak (I think), and everything was very delicious. The value for money felt unbelievably good. We went right when service started, so it was probably mostly Japanese guests at first and only moderately busy; however, it gradually became more crowded as more international guests arrived. I think going earlier is more comfortable. The sea bream and tuna sushi were outstanding, and there were also sashimi offerings separately—since we are a family that loves seafood, we really appreciated it. If I had to mention areas for improvement: There was dust under the beds in our Room. Our child playfully reached under the bed and came out covered in dust, which was disappointing. Also (though this may be unavoidable due to the layout), the pool is not connected directly to the large public bath area; you have to move through indoor corridors within the building. After using the pool you need to change clothes before heading to the public bath area, which felt inconvenient—especially for families with children who likely want to bathe after swimming. Because coin laundry is free (and perhaps due to seasonal demand), there can be long waits. A notice said that if someone’s laundry cycle has finished, other guests may move it into a basket—but guests who hadn’t read it seemed startled that someone had moved their items without permission. I understood because I saw the notice myself, but it still didn’t feel great; I wondered if there might be another solution. Since it’s summer and free of charge—and everyone wants to use it—it may simply be inevitable. Overall, we were very satisfied. The value for money was so good that it almost made me wonder if everything was really okay! Thank you very much!

The Accommodation is still quite new and filled with a pleasant fragrance. You can choose your favorite scented diffuser and bring it with you. In the lounge, we enjoyed a variety of drinks and snacks. Dinner at the counter featuring Miyazaki beef teppanyaki was wonderful, and we enjoyed chatting with the chef while dining. For breakfast, we could also add a few extra menu items, which made it even more enjoyable. Everything was excellent—the in-house library, gym, in-room jacuzzi, complimentary drinks and rice crackers in the refrigerator, and the staff’s kind and attentive service. We would definitely like to stay again if we visit Miyazaki in the future.

I used this Accommodation when returning home so as not to burden my elderly parents. Even during the summer vacation period, we were able to stay in 4 Rooms for 4 people for just over JPY 30,000 (Point Discount). Despite the bargain price, my Room was properly cleaned and I had a comfortable stay. There was a solid desk and a couch with just the right height and firmness, plus an outlet and USB power right next to them, making it easy to eat a light meal or get some work done. However, my daughter’s Room had a sweaty smell coming from the air conditioner, so she turned it off and slept while enduring the heat. I was too busy to go check the situation. It also seemed that sports teams were staying there as well, and we could hear voices talking in the hallway. I found it pleasant, but it seemed tough for my daughter. It looks like their Room was next door… The large public bath on the first floor was clean, and my daughter used it twice—at night and in the morning. I was too tired to go. Breakfast was also very satisfying overall, and the serving area was generally kept clean. We took seats by the window at the back, but crumbs and spilled food were left on the rearmost seat area; since there were no cleaning cloths available, my daughter and husband moved to another table. I didn’t notice because I sat closer to the front. For that reason, I reduced one star in my category ratings. Next time I plan to apply for parking earlier as well, and would like to stay here again.

I ordered a tuna rice bowl for dinner. It was piled high with huge slices of tuna—more than I could finish. The tuna slices at the Hotel I stayed at the next day looked disappointing in comparison. The Room is like a typical Business Hotel. Breakfast was also substantial. The staff worked efficiently, so I could eat in a relaxed atmosphere. They also had Earl Grey tea.

Due to work, I needed to park a truck about the length of a microbus. They allowed me to park in the space behind the Hotel. Before arriving, I called near the Hotel and they kindly gave me directions and waited for me at the entrance. Since it was a completely unfamiliar town, their attentive support made me feel at ease. It was a long trip from Niigata Prefecture, so I was relieved. When I asked because I couldn’t figure out how to operate the Room air conditioner, they explained it carefully. The Room is clean. Breakfast was delicious. At an affordable price, it’s a good Hotel where you can feel safe and rest comfortably.

It was close to the station and easy to find, and I really appreciated being able to park my motorcycle for free. Even though it was before the official check-in time, they showed me to my Room, which was very helpful as I could leave my luggage. The staff were pleasant and welcoming, and the Room and bed were comfortable—I slept soundly until morning. The simple breakfast was thoughtfully prepared and delicious. When I visit Kakegawa again, I would definitely like to stay here again. Thank you very much.

Ever since I happened to stay here on a trip to Wakayama, I’ve been coming back regularly. This is already my third stay. I get the sense it used to be a love hotel, but in any case, it’s extremely clean and comfortable. For this level of quality, the value for money is outstanding. Highlights: The Room is very spacious and spotless. The toilet and bathroom are separate, and the bath is large enough to soak properly in the tub. The bed is double-sized and roomy. Amenities are well stocked. I still haven’t found any downsides lol. I’ll definitely stay here again when I’m back in Wakayama.

The hot springs, hospitality, and meals were all excellent, and we were very satisfied. The dishes were mostly seafood, but every item was delicious and truly satisfying. The service was also wonderful. We arrived early, but they kindly showed us to our room, which we really appreciated.\nThis is an inn we would love to stay at again.

We stayed here after hearing the pork cutlet ramen was delicious, and my wife and I enjoyed it for lunch. The pork cutlet ramen was excellent, and the beef bowl we ordered as well was also outstanding. We booked the lounge plan, and after lunch we visited the lounge; both the drinks and light meals were wonderful and very tasty. The Japanese set breakfast had a wide variety of dishes and was delicious as well. The service, meals, room, and view were all superb, and my wife immediately asked to come again. It’s about an hour door-to-door from our home, but we will definitely visit again to enjoy a special getaway. Thank you very much.
