The Room was very clean, and being able to watch Shinkansen trains from the high floor was a hit even with our grown-up kids. The bathroom with a separate washing area, unlike a typical unit bath, let us soak and relax without worrying about getting the surroundings wet, which was truly soothing. Everything at breakfast was delicious, and we fully enjoyed Nagoya specialties. Since the Hotel is directly connected to Nagoya Station, it’s perfect for leaving your luggage and going sightseeing—we’d like to come by Shinkansen next time.

We had a great view of the Rainbow Bridge and could have watched it forever. Our Room was upgraded, which made the view even better, I think. Since we chose a Plan that included JPY 30,000 for in-room dining, we were able to enjoy tea and meals at a leisurely pace while taking in the scenery. Access to Shiki Theatre Company’s “Autumn” was also convenient—we arrived quickly on foot. I’d love to visit again someday.

Although it’s part of the Hyatt group, there’s no excessive service, which actually makes it more comfortable. You bring necessary items such as toner and bath towels to your room from in front of the 1st-floor front desk, and I support this effort to reduce unnecessary waste. There is no dedicated parking lot, but there is a coin-operated parking area along the local road on the annex side. When loading and unloading luggage from the car, it was helpful that there was little traffic. The disappointing part is the coffee service. I use it every year when I stay, but there always seems to be some kind of issue—such as the machine not working properly or running out of milk. Overseas guests also seemed confused about how to use it. It might be better to switch to a simpler machine like those at convenience stores. I also feel sorry for the front desk staff having to deal with problems with the machine.

It was excellent. The morning after my stay, I had booked marine activities early, so I couldn’t take my time enjoying breakfast, which was truly disappointing and is my only regret. The menu selection was very satisfying. The slippers were also wonderfully plush. If I have the chance to stay in Naha again, I’d like to use this Accommodation.

This was my third stay. When choosing both the sea and a comfortable Hotel on Okinawa’s main island, I always end up wanting to stay here. For me, Moon Beach in Onna Village is the most beautiful, and this Hotel has a charm that enhances the beach’s appeal. The well-maintained greenery that blends into the beach and the low-rise design that makes great use of the pool Facility create a calm atmosphere that feels like being in another world. I can also sense the unseen efforts and thoughtfulness of the staff, who respond so gently, and I have never once felt uncomfortable here. The Room, pool, and lounge are all clean, you can feel the breeze, and it’s so comfortable that I want to stay for hours. Meals are breakfast buffet only, but there is a wide variety. I stayed three nights; I don’t think the menu changed much, but there were enough options that I didn’t get bored. Even in April it was around 28°C, so we could swim in the sea. Near one end of the beach there are fish swimming around, which you can enjoy watching with goggles. Also, I hope you’ll visit Yo Island managed by this Hotel at least once—there is a guide included and you can snorkel comfortably and have a great time. At night, because of its convenient location, restaurants are just a short walk away—and even after drinking you can walk back easily, which is another plus. One thing: I wish the laundry area had fewer broken machines/parts and felt a bit cleaner. Keeping all of what makes this Hotel special—I know it must be hard work for everyone on staff—I would definitely like to stay again. Thank you very much.

The Facility was spotless, and everything—from the meals to the Onsen—was excellent. We also had the pool to ourselves, and the kids were very happy. The only small issue was that we had to put on slippers to use the sink in the Room; it would have been nicer if we could access the sink and toilet directly without changing footwear. The staff were kind and attentive during meals, making our stay very comfortable. We would love to stay again. Thank you for your hospitality.

Staying in this amazing Room—spacious, beautiful, and with a wonderful view—made for a truly memorable trip. The balcony was great too. All the staff were extremely courteous, and I was able to relax and enjoy my stay comfortably. In particular, having a piano in the Room and matcha service was so much fun. It was a special, out-of-the-ordinary experience while staying at the Hotel—something that’s hard to find at other hotels—and I really loved it. The Hotel’s interior design was also very stylish and unique, which made me excited from the moment I arrived. While many hotels have a simple atmosphere, this one felt distinctive yet refined—exactly my taste. The facilities were clean throughout, and I truly enjoyed the stay itself. With the wonderful service from the staff as well, this is a Hotel I would definitely like to visit again. The breakfast snow crab omelet and ramen (Kyushu tonkotsu ramen on this day) were incredibly delicious. I also enjoyed being able to read magazines and newspapers on the Room tablet. An outstanding Hotel!!!

I stayed here to celebrate a friend’s birthday. When making the Reservation, I wrote, “It’s their birthday, so please take care of us,” which was probably a rather unclear request. Even so, thank you very much for preparing a wonderful Room with a beautiful view of Tokyo Tower. When we entered the Room, there was also red wine and a “Happy Birthday” plate waiting for us. I was truly moved by the unexpected surprise. Thanks to your thoughtful hospitality, it became the best birthday for both my friend and me. We were able to spend an unforgettable time filled with happy memories, and I sincerely appreciate it. The Room was very clean and comfortable, and the restaurant had a wonderful atmosphere as well. We felt at ease throughout our stay. I’m truly glad we chose your Accommodation for such an important day. I would love to visit again. Thank you very much for such a wonderful time.

The staff were kind and attentive. The Room was spacious and comfortable. I wished the bath could have been available one hour earlier in the morning, but I was able to use it at night at a relaxed pace, and I slept very well. Thank you.

I had another truly comfortable stay. The Room was thoroughly cleaned, with fresh, spotless linens, and a wonderful view. I ordered Room service for dinner and tried the Japanese breakfast for the first time. The timing of the service and the taste were both excellent. Above all, the food was delicious. The hospitality was also outstanding, and I was able to relax until the 1:00 PM checkout time. Thank you very much. I will definitely visit again.

This is our third stay. The Room, the bath, and the entire Facility are always clean and very comfortable. We enjoy both dinner and breakfast—they are delicious. Every year, after visiting our family grave in our hometown, we stay here. This Accommodation makes our family feel, “Alright—let’s do our best so we can come back again next year.”

I stayed here again for the first time in about 25 years. The Hotel still has the same wonderful atmosphere, and I was once again able to fully enjoy the vivid view from my Room. And the breakfast was absolutely satisfying! Not only is there a great variety of dishes, but the made-to-order burgers are prepared after you order. There are plenty of toppings, and the size was just right. Also, it’s rare to find a Hotel that serves breakfast until 11:00. This is a fantastic Hotel that I can confidently recommend to friends!

The buffet at Limone was incredibly extensive and delicious. The next morning, the Nadaman breakfast was also excellent—the dashi was outstanding. The Room had been renovated and was very clean. It truly felt like a Royal Hotel, and it was my first stay in a while, but it was great.

We stayed for two nights with our 1- and 3-year-old children. The location is excellent, which was a huge help when traveling with kids. There are other Hotels close to the park, but this Hotel offers separate bath and toilet areas in every Room, and beds that are at least 120 cm wide, so we felt comfortable and at ease. We requested a Hollywood twin setup and bed guards in advance, and everything was perfectly prepared on the day of our stay, making it very comfortable. It was also very convenient to have a microwave and water dispenser on each floor. We had no trouble preparing hot water for formula or warming baby food. All of the Hotel staff were very kind. They gave our children coins for capsule toys and greeted us with warm smiles, which made our stay truly pleasant.

Although it is one of Tokyo’s long-established Hotels, I did not feel any aging or deterioration in the Room at all, unlike what some other Reviews mentioned. Everything was very clean. We stayed as a family of three, and the extra bed was also comfortable and well made. From the bathroom, we could relax while enjoying an exclusive view of Tokyo through a large open window. The club lounge offerings were excellent. We went from tea time, and the shrimp avocado roll and roast beef sandwich were outstanding. I was also delighted to find Laurent-Perrier champagne available. The selections during evening time and morning time were both wonderful—I ended up having champagne in the morning as well. Above all, I truly appreciate the superb service from the lounge staff, which made our time there so pleasant. That said, when some items ran out, it took a while for them to be replenished; I thought it couldn’t really be helped and it didn’t disappoint me. As a Diamond member, we had a 1:00 p.m. checkout, so we were able to take our time and relax. I would definitely like to stay again, and next time I’d like to plan a Multiple Night Stay.

My daughter and I stayed here together. We had a luggage issue before arriving at the Hotel and ended up arriving an hour late for dinner, but you kindly accommodated us, for which we are truly grateful. For the meal, although it was already past the time when it would normally have been served as a boxed meal, you were considerate enough to serve us as planned, and I was nearly moved to tears. Every dish was not only beautifully presented but also thoughtfully prepared with seasonal ingredients and flavors that guests of any age can enjoy. The seasoning and portions were just right, and everything was truly delicious. We chose the plan with breakfast included, and it was very lavish—yet never heavy—and before we knew it, we had finished everything. The rice was especially delicious; my daughter and I even said afterward that we should have asked for seconds. The Onsen bath was very clean, and it felt so wonderful that we forgot all about the day’s troubles. We also used the open-air bath; since it was a full moon that night, we enjoyed a blissful time soaking while looking at the moon peeking through the trees. The Room was very spacious, with a Japanese-style room plus a separate bedroom with beds. It’s a layout where you can relax in comfort in the Japanese-style room and then sleep soundly in bed afterward—something guests of any age can enjoy. Above all else, every member of staff provided outstanding service. When we arrived at Kinugawa Onsen Station there were hardly any taxis available, and we were worried about whether we could reach the Hotel on foot along dark roads. You picked us up by car from the station, which helped us tremendously. You also drove us to the station again the next day—thank you so much. Thanks to you, we made our scheduled train on time. Your kindness in every respect truly moved us. There are many Ryokan out there and we have stayed at several before, but this is a Hotel where we were satisfied with everything: staff service, cuisine, baths, and Rooms. This time it was only one night because there were other places we wanted to visit as well; however, if we travel to the Nikko area again next time, we will definitely choose this Hotel. And since we had your wonderful food rather hurriedly this time due to our late arrival (laugh), next time I’d like to arrive on schedule and savor each dish more slowly. We sincerely appreciate all your kindness. Thank you very much. We look forward to staying with you again in the future.

We visited on a family trip to celebrate my wife’s birthday. The parking lot in front of the main entrance was full, but we were able to park in the guest-only area as there was space available. The Onsen in the open-air bath was wonderful, and the meals were packed with delicious Niigata dishes and plenty of sashimi, which our whole family enjoyed. Unfortunately, it seemed there was no live piano performance that day, but another guest played beautifully, and we had a lovely time with coffee. We would like to visit again in a different season. All of the staff were very pleasant—thank you very much.

The Hotel itself was very clean, and the staff, service, and location were excellent. However, I saw several guests with tattoos at the pool. I understand that rules vary by Hotel, but since this is a Resort Hotel pool, clearer rules and guidance regarding tattoos would help families feel more comfortable using the facilities. Other than that, my stay was comfortable and I was satisfied overall.

The entire Accommodation feels spacious throughout. The Room is also large, making it a place where you can truly relax—almost too comfortable for just one night. Even without any plans, simply unwinding in the Room makes staying here feel worthwhile.

It was an absolutely wonderful stay. When I asked to leave my luggage before check-in, you kindly accommodated my request, which allowed me to go about my plans with peace of mind. The moment I stepped into the Hotel, I was enveloped in a refined yet glamorous fragrance that instantly made the experience feel special. All of the staff were impeccably presented, with polished manners and elegant language. Every interaction felt delightful and memorable. The Club Lounge presentations were all excellent. In particular, the Pasha coffee served at afternoon tea and the specially paired sweets were exceptional—I truly enjoyed a luxurious and uplifting time. I also stopped by the bar before bed, where the bartender created one original cocktail after another tailored to my preferences. It felt like being in a dream. In my room, I initially found the shower controls a bit difficult to use, but when I contacted you, a staff member came right away and explained everything clearly, which was very helpful. Above all, the bed was more comfortable than anything I have ever experienced, and I slept wonderfully. Thanks to you, it became an unforgettable trip. I would love to stay again. Thank you very much.
