There was no customer service or maintenance, but the stay was comfortable. It would be more convenient if the price were a bit lower.

The scenery was especially beautiful, and we were very satisfied to be able to watch the sunrise rising from the horizon.

I’ve lost count of how many times I’ve stayed here—at least four. As the title says, it’s five seconds to the beach. The ocean view from the living room is stunning. The sea was a bit rough this time, but the contrast between the white crests and the blue-green water made it even more striking. The Southeast Asian–style interior you can see in the photos is wonderful and exceptionally clean—nothing to complain about. It’s probably among the very best vacation rentals. Personally, I was a little disappointed that the BBQ Facility I’d enjoyed up until last year is no longer available.

The breathtaking ocean view was incredible, and we enjoyed a luxurious time that felt like having the sea of Atami all to ourselves. The modern, calming space was also exceptional. It was a special Accommodation we would love to visit again with our cherished family.

Thank you very much for your hospitality. The three of us—my 92-year-old mother, my husband, and I—found and chose this Accommodation online, and everything was excellent. We were able to relax in the renovated Japanese-style Room and bedroom. Although it is an Accommodation where you can stay with your dog, it felt very clean, and it seemed that every corner was thoroughly cleaned. The meals were also very delicious, and the boat platter was more than we could finish. It was disappointing that we couldn’t go cruising due to the typhoon, but since it was before summer vacation there were no crowds, we could get around smoothly, and we fully enjoyed a wonderful trip to Izu. Thank you again. We would love to stay here again.

This was my first time staying here, and the Facility was well equipped, so I had a very comfortable stay. I was able to forget about work and relax while watching the sunset and sunrise, and I truly felt refreshed. I was also impressed by the beauty of the Seto Inland Sea as seen from the cabin. I’ve been to various glamping sites, but so far this is the best. The only reason I deducted one point is that the shower area in the bathroom is a bit small. Next time, I’d like to try a Multiple Night Stay. Thank you very much.

Although my plan was No Meals Included, the front desk staff were very helpful, and I was able to use the private bath free of charge. The large public bath was also very clean. It was a little small, so I’m giving it 4 stars. Still, the hot spring water quality felt wonderful. This is a Hotel I would like to stay at again.

In addition to the splendid golden eye snapper, the sashimi and other dishes were also delicious and we really enjoyed them. The pudding was great too, but my personal favorite was the quiche. The owner, the hostess, and all the staff were kind and attentive. The Nekomatagi Championship was also fun. We were able to use the bath whenever we wanted for the most part. The guestbook mentioned facial lotion, but it wasn’t available in the bath area, so it would be even better if it were provided. With handmade town guides and other thoughtful touches, we felt a lot of warmth. It was a busy weekend trip, but a truly relaxing stay.

We stayed as a couple. The bath had excellent water quality, and we were able to enjoy a very relaxing soak. We have stayed at various Accommodations in the past, but the cuisine at Juraku was truly delicious. Not only dinner but also breakfast was wonderful—everything was so good that I can’t even list what stood out most. As for alcohol, there was an all-you-can-drink service between 6:00 pm and 9:00 pm (including during dinner), which was perfect for us as we love drinks! The staff were kind, and their polite service made us feel comfortable. Another highlight worth mentioning is the guest room key. It is an automatic locking/unlocking system, and the solid security made us feel safe throughout our stay. This was our first time staying in Obama Onsen, and it was an Accommodation we were very satisfied with. We would love to stay again. Also, the sunset during dinner was beautiful! Thank you very much.

We stayed here with our two children on the way back from Kashiwajima. The staff’s explanations were very thorough, the meals were delicious and more than we could finish, and the Facility was clean—our kids were thrilled with the bunk beds. The nearby Onsen in the adjoining facility was also excellent, and we appreciated receiving stylish amenities. Occasionally small ants came in, but that seems unavoidable with glamping. We’d love to stay again.

My first time on the Oga Peninsula. I chose this Hotel based on Reviews and my budget, and it was even better than I expected. The location, service, baths, and food—everything was extremely satisfying. The dining area is a spacious, comfortable restaurant with an ocean view. The Japanese kaiseki dinner was delicious from the appetizers to dessert. Personally, I especially enjoyed the sashimi, simmered sea bream head, and bitter melon & myoga tempura. Breakfast was also a well-balanced Japanese meal. Since I don’t like buffet-style dining, that made it even better for me. I used the baths three times, and maybe my timing was lucky because each time it felt like having them all to myself. In the open-air bath, I could relax while soaking and looking out at the sea. It seems the restaurant is also open for lunch; when I checked the menu, items like shrimp tempura rice bowl and Inaniwa udon looked great. Next time I’d like to book a Multiple Night Stay and try lunch as well. The Hotel staff handled everything—from the front desk to restaurant service to Shuttle Service—and I was impressed by how hard they worked. This is a wonderful Hotel with unbeatable value that makes me want to come back again if I get the chance!!

I took a spontaneous solo trip. The Room was unique, but it was truly the perfect size for one person—an ideal place to switch off and just spend time alone. I made a Reservation with a Plan that did not include crab to save money, but the buffet selection was so substantial that I was completely satisfied even without crab. Above all, my main goal was drinks, and the all-you-can-drink option with a variety of sake was simply great—I enjoyed several types of Saga sake paired with the food. For a solo trip focused on enjoying alcohol, this will be my only choice from now on. Since it’s reasonably priced without crab, I’ll be back. This time I checked in at the last minute and couldn’t use the sauna, so next time I’ll arrive earlier and enjoy the sauna before savoring the drinks and food.

I was thrilled to be upgraded to a Room where I could fish right from the room—it was like a dream come true! The sashimi with the meal was also very fresh, and we were completely satisfied with this Accommodation!

We stayed here for a family trip, and thanks to the great weather, we had a very comfortable stay. The views of Wakasa Fuji and Wakasa Bay were wonderful, and the Italian meals were delicious—we were very satisfied. It was also nice to be able to enjoy breakfast on the open terrace. Although there was a small issue, the staff responded quickly, which actually made it an even more memorable trip.

As shown in the photos, this is a beautiful and stylish standalone house. The space is simple and very calming. The view from the Room is stunning, allowing for a wonderful experience like something out of a drama. The bathroom was spacious and absolutely fantastic! From check-in to check-out, you can enjoy complete privacy without encountering anyone else. However, there were some areas where cleaning was not thorough, which was slightly disappointing. The outdoor chairs and sandals were old and dirty, lacking cleanliness and making them uncomfortable to use. Additionally, some leftover condiments were found but it was unclear when they were purchased; the oil had also discolored, which felt concerning. While it's great to avoid waste from an eco-friendly perspective, it would be appreciated if usage dates could be noted for such items.

We stayed here for a trip with two families. The bright, spacious living room was amazing. With two bedrooms and two toilets, we also had plenty of private space. The kids loved the loft—it felt like a secret hideout to them. The electric bikes were easy to use, and the tableware, cookware, and appliances were all stylish and really lifted our mood. There is only one bathroom, so we did have to wait for showers at times, but this villa is so wonderful—you can feel the great taste in every detail. One small request: for a Multiple Night Stay, it would have been helpful to have at least one extra face towel per person. We did laundry, but with a larger group it takes time to dry even with the dryer function. Even so, we were extremely satisfied overall, and everyone agreed we definitely want to stay again! Opening the front door reveals an ocean view, and the Room has been beautifully renovated—clean, spacious, and wonderful. However, there was a lot of dog hair from a previous guest on the floor and sofa. The stick vacuum was out of charge, so we used the provided lint roller to clean. There was no liquid left for the vape-type insect repellent. Also, since there is no night light on the second floor, a stand light had been provided as an alternative, but it was broken. The floors did not feel thoroughly cleaned, which was a bit disappointing. The BBQ grill didn’t seem to get hot enough—at first I thought it might be broken, though now I think it may have been due to how it’s operated. That said, the area is a quiet residential neighborhood with a supermarket nearby. The view from the windows is amazing—you can see the sea—and at night the stars are beautiful. Most cooking utensils and seasonings are provided. There’s no TV service, but Wi-Fi is available and you can project Netflix and other content onto the wall for a home-theater experience. The interior has been renovated; upstairs is set up as bedrooms; and both the toilet and bath are very clean. The air conditioning works well. The best part by far is the continuously flowing open-air bath: both the indoor bath and open-air bath are natural Onsen. The round open-air bath is about 160 cm in diameter and can fit three people comfortably. It helped us forget everyday life and truly relax. We also appreciated receiving a paella meal kit as a seasonal perk—thank you for your thoughtful hospitality. We booked again because we trust that making a Reservation through IKYU won’t disappoint. Overall, it was very good—a wonderful time—and our dog enjoyed it too.

The locally caught fish dishes were very delicious. Since it wasn’t buffet-style, we were able to enjoy our meal at a relaxed pace. The open-air bath had a milky white sulfur spring, with a great atmosphere, and it warmed us up thoroughly. It’s far even from Aomori, but it’s a hidden gem.

We stayed as three families and booked three villas. Each villa had a lovely Room, and we had a very comfortable stay. The complimentary drinks and snacks at the management building were also a nice touch. Since it was still a bit early for ocean activities, we brought our own fishing gear and relaxed. The staff kindly arranged the setup so all three families could dine together, and we had a great time sharing BBQ, bouillabaisse, and sushi. We were worried dinner might not be enough, so we bought extra meat beforehand, but it turned out to be more than enough—everything was delicious. The clam miso soup served with the sushi was especially outstanding. Breakfast was also stylish, with bagels as the main item on the plate, and it tasted great. However, for children who don’t like bagels or for my father who has dental issues, they were too hard to eat—so it would be nice to have a choice of several options such as croissants or French toast. The yogurt was plain with no sweetness, so fruit yogurt or jam served on the side would be appreciated. The Room was comfortable overall, and both the beds and futons felt wonderful. One small inconvenience was that there wasn’t a place to hang bath towels; having one behind the sink would be helpful. There were hangers and a rack, but once we hung jackets and clothes it was full. Since swimwear is required in Rooms with an outdoor bath, I think additional hangers and space to dry wet swimsuits are necessary. I’ve noted some points here, but overall this was an excellent Accommodation and we would love to visit again. All staff members were kind and responded thoughtfully to our requests. We made a Reservation for this Accommodation as our first trip away with our child just before starting weaning foods. Just as other Reviews said, both dinner and breakfast were very generous, and everything looked and tasted amazing—this alone made us glad we stayed here. The amenities were also very well stocked, and since we mentioned when booking that we had an infant, they prepared not only adult items but also baby lotion and more, which we really appreciated. If there’s one thing to note, we drove to the Accommodation but the route was a bit hard to follow and we got slightly lost before arriving, so it may be helpful to check the directions in advance.
