The Room was clean, and the amenities were well stocked—including tableware and insect repellent—which was very helpful! We were told we could enjoy fireworks, and there was also a bucket for putting them out, which made the kids really happy. The sauna was amazing, and we could relax in the outdoor bath without attracting bugs by keeping the main lights off and using only the jacuzzi light. We also heard that if we wrote a Review, we would receive a case of beer—it was already chilled in the fridge, and my husband was delighted with such great service! The Room with a pool wasn’t available this time, so if we have another chance, we’d love to stay in one next time.

From June 28 to 30, just after the typhoon and the end of the rainy season, we were able to arrive in Miyako safely and this was our second stay at Ferris. We were upgraded to a twin-bed Room for our family of three, and it also happened to be my wife’s birthday. The cake and bed decorations were wonderful surprises, making our first trip back to Miyakojima in two years truly memorable. Thank you very much to all the staff. Coming back from snorkeling and slipping straight into the private pool in our Room felt amazing—we could have stayed in forever while looking out at the mangroves. We enjoyed San’s shabu-shabu in our Room, and everything was delicious right down to the soba at the end. Next time, we’d love to try lunch as well! We look forward to staying with you again.

Thank you very much for your hospitality. We had stayed at another resort hotel until the day before, but we were truly impressed by the attentive service here—wonderful hospitality from helping with our luggage to taking photos. When we opened the window, the Irabu Bridge and Miyako Blue stretched out right in front of us, and the time wrapped in the morning sun was pure bliss. The room, styled in white and beige tones, and the spacious powder room were both stylish and spotless. There wasn’t a single bug, so we could relax in complete comfort. The pleasant scent in the lobby also left a strong impression, and every time we returned to the hotel we felt refreshed. The in-room amenities were equally impressive—high-quality hair dryers and kettles from well-known brands, as well as an excellent selection of complimentary drinks—showing thoughtful attention to detail throughout. Overall it was a highly satisfying stay, but a couple of small points stood out: the shampoo products didn’t suit my hair or skin, and I would have loved to see a bit more Miyakojima-style dishes or Japanese options at breakfast (even about one-third more). All in all, we were extremely satisfied and would definitely love to return—and recommend it to others.

As a reward for my eldest daughter’s junior high school entrance exams, I stayed with a mom friend and our children—five females in total. The view from the Accommodation was amazing, both the ocean during the day and the illuminated scenery at night—so open and refreshing. There were generous amounts of welcome snacks, mineral water, alcohol, and amenities provided—it was truly impressive!! The pool was a perfectly sufficient size for what felt like a private pool, and the kids had a great time. We stayed for 2 nights and 3 days, but we left wishing we could have enjoyed it even more—it was hard to say goodbye. The staff who assisted us were incredibly quick to respond; it really surprised me. Thank you very much. It was a bit of a splurge for our family, but if we have another chance, we would love to stay again.

I’d been wanting to visit the Zushi–Hayama area for a long time, and this was a hotel I’d had my eye on. We stayed to celebrate my husband’s birthday, and you kindly arranged champagne in our ocean-view room along with a beautiful flower arrangement and other thoughtful touches—he was absolutely delighted. You also informed us about the spa in advance, so we quickly prepared swimsuits and were able to use it. The water temperature was very comfortable, and drinks were provided as well, which made it a wonderful escape from everyday life. We requested dinner from 5:00 p.m., and while watching the sunset we were able to relax and truly enjoy the meal, feeling the chef’s passion in every dish. The service staff were also gentle and courteous, creating such a pleasant atmosphere. We slept soundly at night, woke up refreshed in the morning, and even a walk along the shore felt great. We ordered breakfast via room service and had a leisurely morning. My husband praised everything as beyond what he had imagined, and he already wants to stay again. Thank you very much for your attentive hospitality. If I had to mention one small point, I felt the TV might be positioned a bit low.

Our group of 10 family members across three households stayed here. The Facility and amenities were well equipped, and the children especially spent all their time playing in the pool and jacuzzi. This was our third year and third stay here. Whenever we visit Okinawa each year, our Accommodation on Kouri Island is always Felice Villa Suite—no other choice. The staff’s service, hospitality, and Room quality are all perfect, making this a villa you can enjoy from check-in onward even with children. Also, the washer and dryer are separate units and very powerful, so staying at Felice for one night in the middle of the trip lets us get all our laundry done quickly—something we truly appreciate when traveling with kids. The nearest convenience store and supermarket are a bit of a drive away, but it’s no problem if you stop by before check-in. There are also many restaurants about 5–10 minutes away by car, so it’s not inconvenient at all. The complimentary drinks in the refrigerator were well stocked, and I was genuinely surprised to see there were so many varieties of Orion beer! The popular Junglia is also easy to reach—about 20 minutes by car—and we were able to finally visit as planned last year. We’ll be back again next year. Thank you as always!

The message on the whole cake was beautifully done, the surprise was a great success, and my partner was absolutely delighted—thank you so much. The rental car was even cuter than it looked on your website, and exploring the island with it was so much fun. The room atmosphere, the breakfast and dinner meals, everyone’s hospitality, and nearby Kuura Beach—everything felt like a perfect vacation. It was our first trip to Miyakojima, and we were able to spend such a relaxing and wonderful time. Finally, when you drove us to the airport, we were deeply moved when everyone—including the kitchen staff—came out to see us off. Thank you very much for an amazing three days.

It was very clean, and we had a comfortable stay. The appliances and furniture were high quality, and we could really feel the attention to detail. The pool was also very clean—we spent lots of time enjoying it, and our child was thrilled! Our whole family had a wonderful time. We would definitely love to stay again!

I stayed for one night starting August 16, 2025. This Vacation Rental was the most wonderful among all the ones I have used before. The weather was perfect, and we thoroughly enjoyed the pool, sauna, and barbecue. The staff were kind and accommodating, and my children said

We had seen a Review saying the pool temperature was low, and since it was a chilly day we were worried, but it was comfortably warm. The first-floor flooring is also not slippery, so I think it’s dog-friendly. If possible, it would have been even better if the second-floor flooring were made of similarly non-slip materials. The quality of the free-flowing Onsen water was great as well, and it was a wonderful Accommodation that makes not only dogs but also people want to come back.

It was an absolutely wonderful villa. When I come to Miyakojima again, I definitely want to stay here! The service was consistently thoughtful—exactly the kind that anticipates every need. Everything you think “It would be nice if they had this” is already there. The staff were also very courteous. The amenities and hair dryer were high quality. The shampoo and hand soap were THANN. There was also baby body wash (a good additive-free one from Mama & Baby). They offer a surprisingly large selection of free rental items, including things you don’t usually find at a typical Hotel, such as a baby chair and baby playpen (some items are available for a fee). Everything inside the Room was clean with no issues. All drinks in the refrigerator are free-flow. They will restock endlessly until 7:00 PM. The sunset view from the rooftop was simply stunning. The quiet Sawada Beach stretching out in front of you, together with the sunset, left a strong impression. There isn’t an on-site restaurant, but you can arrange a private chef or have a BBQ on the terrace. We bought meat from “Sachiya Butcher Shop,” which was recommended by the villa staff, and had a BBQ. If you order in advance, ingredients can also be delivered to your Room (limited to certain shops). The only thing that scared me was seeing a thin long insect poking its head out from between the gaps of the mesh table on the terrace. Because it’s a hollow mesh-style table, I couldn’t tell whether it just happened to be there or if something had taken up residence, so we couldn’t use it afterward. Since lush nature is right in front of the villa—and that’s part of what makes it great—I understand it’s difficult to completely eliminate insects… Also, the walking path from in front of the villa to Sawada Beach is so overgrown that plants brush against your feet if you’re wearing sandals. I’d be happy if it could be trimmed and maintained a bit more. Overall, we were truly very satisfied!! It isn’t cheap, but it’s quiet and you can relax without worrying about others—perfect for enjoying a resort atmosphere at your own pace. It’s ideal for spending an important anniversary with someone special, and it’s a villa I’d gladly recommend to friends as well. Thank you very much.

Just looking out at the lake from our Room made me feel truly happy. Everything in the Hotel, starting with the Room, was so comfortable that I was really glad we chose to stay here. The portions were very generous and a bit too much for me, but both dinner and breakfast were delicious. Thank you very much. This is an Accommodation I definitely want to visit again. Next time, I’m planning to come by car with my husband, and I’m already looking forward to it. (I also loved the wonderful bath in our Room, but I wanted to see the Onsen building as well; I’m very sorry for the trouble caused regarding the lockers.)
