This was our first trip with my daughter and her husband, our grandchild, and two dogs. The Room was very spacious, and our 2-year-old grandchild was thrilled—running around until bedtime. Our Room was on the second floor, and the area below seemed to be around the front desk, so we didn’t have to worry too much about noise for guests downstairs. It was also our dogs’ first overnight stay, so we were a bit anxious, but most guests on the same floor were traveling with dogs as well. We could hear barking here and there, which made it feel relaxed and heartwarming. Having meals served in the Room was wonderful. If I could make one request: dessert and soup were served at the same time during dinner, so I would appreciate it if the soup could be served first. The Onsen was excellent—I went in three times. A typhoon was approaching so unfortunately the weather wasn’t great, but when the rain stopped we took a walk with our dogs and grandchild. The Onsen town at night had a lovely atmosphere and was really nice. All of the staff were friendly and spoke kindly to both our grandchild and our dogs—we truly felt their warmth. It was a very enjoyable Accommodation that left us with lasting memories. P.S.: The Room had everything prepared, including a crate, pet sheets/pads, a lint roller (sticky roller), deodorizer spray, and more.

The hotel’s location was wonderful, and we thoroughly enjoyed the pool. The ocean-view open-air bath felt incredibly spacious and refreshing. We could relax anywhere on the property and truly enjoy a blissful stay. With drinks stocked in the refrigerator and so many thoughtful services, we were completely satisfied. Dinner was served at a stylish restaurant where we savored delicious Italian cuisine. The staff were friendly and attentive, making us feel very comfortable. We also appreciated that they changed our table between dinner and breakfast so we could dine from the best seats—such a thoughtful touch. We stayed to celebrate the youngest of our three sons’ birthday—this was about our fifth visit. The room has evolved into a family room, and with the slide, swing, and bouldering wall, they played nonstop. All three were very happy and said they want to come again and stay again. They offered plenty of local specialties such as Morioka reimen, wanko soba, and imoni, and the roast beef was authentic. Not only Japanese dishes but also Western and Chinese options—an incredible variety with so many choices. Lots of desserts too! There was even a chocolate fountain that kids would love, and the fruit quality was excellent. Everything tasted delicious—truly wonderful. The all-you-can-drink alcohol selection was also extensive; it almost made me worry whether they can make a profit with this price for one night with two meals included. Breakfast was just as fantastic. The buffet layout is refined and uncluttered as well. I’ve stayed in many places, but this buffet is better than that of certain members-only resort hotels. It really reminded me that hospitality matters more than facilities. It’s lively with what seem to be repeat guests from nearby prefectures, yet they don’t appear to overbook beyond their capacity—the service is attentive throughout. It’s a shame it’s too far for me to visit often. I’m honestly jealous of those who live nearby. A family trip here would be guaranteed to satisfy everyone.
