In particular, I made full use of the thalasso pool and felt refreshed both physically and mentally. During my visits, Instructor O kindly taught me some tips, and in Pool No. 14 I experienced relaxing completely and floating effortlessly. Thanks to the buoyancy of deep ocean wat

Without unnecessary exhaustion, I could enjoy shopping or strolling around Marunouchi after sunset for a highly satisfying time. I also used the pool; while compact, it was clean and allowed for proper exercise. After checking out, I realized I had forgotten a dress in the cl

The view of Irabu Bridge and the pool from the balcony was equally impressive. We talked about upgrading to a higher floor Room for our next stay. The complimentary drinks in the refrigerator, comfortable Room, and well-equipped amenities were also excellent. Thanks to an e

We stayed to celebrate the youngest of our three sons’ birthday—this was about our fifth visit. The room has evolved into a family room, and with the slide, swing, and bouldering wall, they played nonstop. All three were very happy and said they want to come again and stay again. Thank you as well to K for taking such great care of us during our meals—it made the memories even more special. Next time, we’d love to visit for our second son’s birthday. Thank you in advance.

The biggest attraction was being able to play in the pool with our beloved dog. The children also enjoyed it, and we spent a wonderful time together as a family, all smiles. The flowing Onsen was incredibly soothing, providing relaxation for both body and mind. The room was clean

Everything was impeccably clean, and even though I really dislike insects, I could enjoy the outdoor pool with peace of mind. At night we swam while watching the stars; early in the morning we watched the sunrise from the rooftop; and in the evening we enjoyed the sunset—an even

Both breakfast and dinner were delicious, with each dish carefully prepared. The bath was bright and clean; although it wasn't an Onsen, I enjoyed it multiple times. The audio room's sound system was impressive with excellent quality—while I used it for one hour this time, I

We stayed for 2 nights as a family of four. Given the high price, our expectations were elevated, but this was the best hotel we’ve ever experienced. It was truly moving. The room, pool, and facilities were exceptional, and every staff member we interacted with was wonderful, ma

I loved the quiet atmosphere of the large public bath, and we even got to enjoy the pool almost as if it were private. The food was delicious, and I was very happy with the thoughtful service. In so many ways, I felt refreshed both physically and mentally. We’d love to stay

We had an incredibly fulfilling stay. From the interior and exterior design to the furniture, decor, fixtures, amenities, lawn, and open grounds, this was a wonderfully comfortable Facility where you can feel the attention to detail everywhere. The interior is unified in a calm design, with very high ceilings that create an airy sense of openness, allowing us to fully enjoy a special time away from everyday life. The vanity area and bathroom were especially spacious and impressive—made with high-quality materials and kept impeccably clean down to every corner. The amenities also felt thoughtfully chosen; for example, Aesop hand soap was provided at the sink. All essential cookware and appliances were available, so we could stay comfortably without any inconvenience. We even enjoyed handheld fireworks in the garden. The views of Mt. Fuji and the Southern Alps were also stunning—scenery you could gaze at for hours without noticing time pass. Most memorable of all were the wood-fired sauna and cold plunge bath. The wood-fired sauna was exceptional—enjoying it while feeling the flicker of flames, hearing the crackle of burning logs, and breathing in the scent of wood was truly special. Unlike an electric heater, it had a gentle heat that warmed us slowly from deep within and helped us relax completely. A large amount of sauna stones were thoroughly heated, so we could also enjoy pleasant steam from löyly. It’s an ideal setup that I would highly recommend even to dedicated sauna lovers. They added ice to the cold plunge bath multiple times for us, so we could cool down properly. Paired with the wood-fired sauna, it was perfect—we fully enjoyed every session. In the evening we enjoyed a BBQ, and we really appreciated that the owner prepared everything—from lighting the fire to setting everything up. On top of that, we received a generous gift of fresh vegetables grown by his wife. They were all rare varieties you don’t often see day-to-day, and you could feel careful attention not only in each vegetable but also in their labels and packaging. We tried them right away at our BBQ—especially the eggplant, which was unbelievably tender and delicious. Beyond how wonderful both the Facility itself and its location are, we were truly moved by the owners’ thoughtful hospitality as well. In this extraordinary setting—with beautiful views, a wood-fired sauna experience like no other،and BBQ—we spent a luxurious yet deeply comfortable time here. We would love to stay again. Thank you very much for such a wonderful experience.

Soaking in the open-air bath (Onsen) while gazing at the moon was an indescribably blissful moment. Thanks to there being no TV on purpose, we could enjoy a digital detox and fully immerse ourselves in the rich natural surroundings. Our daughter loved the pool too, so I highly re

This was our first trip with my daughter and her husband, our grandchild, and two dogs. The Room was very spacious, and our 2-year-old grandchild was thrilled—running around until bedtime. Our Room was on the second floor, and the area below seemed to be around the front desk, so we didn’t have to worry too much about noise for guests downstairs. It was also our dogs’ first overnight stay, so we were a bit anxious, but most guests on the same floor were traveling with dogs as well. We could hear barking here and there, which made it feel relaxed and heartwarming. Having meals served in the Room was wonderful. If I could make one request: dessert and soup were served at the same time during dinner, so I would appreciate it if the soup could be served first. The Onsen was excellent—I went in three times. A typhoon was approaching so unfortunately the weather wasn’t great, but when the rain stopped we took a walk with our dogs and grandchild. The Onsen town at night had a lovely atmosphere and was really nice. All of the staff were friendly and spoke kindly to both our grandchild and our dogs—we truly felt their warmth. It was a very enjoyable Accommodation that left us with lasting memories. P.S.: The Room had everything prepared, including a crate, pet sheets/pads, a lint roller (sticky roller), deodorizer spray, and more.

We visited again this year for our summer vacation trip at everyone’s request. There was a dome in the spacious Room, a pool, and the kids could get excited without being scolded (haha). There were massage chairs, and every Room had a TV where we could watch YouTube and more.

The hotel’s location was wonderful, and we thoroughly enjoyed the pool. The ocean-view open-air bath felt incredibly spacious and refreshing. We could relax anywhere on the property and truly enjoy a blissful stay. With drinks stocked in the refrigerator and so many thoughtful services, we were completely satisfied. Dinner was served at a stylish restaurant where we savored delicious Italian cuisine. The staff were friendly and attentive, making us feel very comfortable. We also appreciated that they changed our table between dinner and breakfast so we could dine from the best seats—such a thoughtful touch. It wasn’t too far from Kumamoto City either, and we’d love to come back again.

The kids enjoyed the pool every day, and I was able to relax in my favorite sauna. If I had one request, since the bath was available from 3:00 PM, it would have been perfect if morning baths were also possible. Also, the washing machines were crowded, and it felt like issues cou

We felt that both of them provided excellent service. Even within a limited time, their warm desire to “welcome” and “delight” us as guests came through clearly, and it became a truly heartwarming experience. The meals were also very delicious. We also used the pool, and being

Additionally, the layout allowed for seamless access from the pool to the large public bath afterward, making our time there very comfortable. The attention to detail and refined sense of hospitality left a lasting impression. I would love to stay here again when visiting Yamana

I stayed for two days, and I was truly impressed by the staff’s kind and attentive service. I have stayed at many Hotels across Japan, but I was once again struck by the meticulous hospitality at Hotel Okura Kyoto. Throughout my stay, their genuine desire to help guests feel as comfortable as possible came through naturally in many situations. During my stay, I dined at the French restaurant on the 17th floor and also used room service; both the food quality and service were impeccable. More than just its Facilities or location, I feel that the staff’s hospitality itself is one of this Hotel’s greatest attractions. It was a Hotel where I would definitely like to stay again.
