We chose BESTSPA99 because we were traveling with my husband’s family and wanted separate bedrooms, and it was an absolutely wonderful Accommodation! We had informed them that we would be traveling with an infant, and they even provided a baby crib. Since each bedroom has its own door, we could all relax together after putting the baby to sleep. The place was thoroughly cleaned and very spotless, the Facility were excellent, and the sauna temperature was perfect! The pool wasn’t heated, but it worked great as a cold plunge after the sauna. Even though we requested an additional BBQ grill just four days in advance, they prepared it for us. The area was quiet as well, so we could truly unwind away from everyday noise—we were completely satisfied!! If you’re visiting Kujukuri Beach, I highly recommend staying at BESTSPA99!

This was an Accommodation where I truly felt I would love to stay again. Because there are so few places where we can stay with our four dogs, we usually leave them at a pet hotel when we travel. However, since this is a private rental of the entire building, we didn’t have to worry about other guests, and it made us so happy to see our dogs running around freely. The dog amenities were also well stocked, so we could relax and feel at ease. The design makes great use of the slope on the property, and it felt like children could enjoy the indoors like an athletic playground. The kitchen was spacious, and there was a full-size teppan grill installed, so we bought ingredients and used it. The table height for the teppan area was just perfect—our child could sit and eat comfortably with no stress at all, which made it truly fun. There are several bedrooms prepared as well, making this an Accommodation that can be enjoyed by large groups such as multiple families staying together. The bath was very spacious, and with an inner courtyard, it felt wonderful to warm up in the tub and then cool down in the fresh air afterward. We would definitely love to stay again.

We stayed as a group of 10 across three families and enjoyed a comfortable time with the spacious living-dining area, rooms for the children, and separate family rooms. The fact that there were three showers and toilets was great for ensuring privacy! For meals, we considered hiring a private chef but decided to cook together while enjoying drinks at our own pace. It would be nice if the private chef option included Western cuisine as well. During our stay, we visited local supermarkets such as Delicia, Big (AEON), and A-Coop. Among them, A-Coop is recommended for its variety of vegetables and selection of prepared foods. For breakfast or snacks, we recommend visiting the bakery just one minute away on foot (Sakurara Confectionery). Their rice flour donuts were chewy and delicious! Our favorite spot in the accommodation was the dining table (180×180 cm), which had an excellent square shape and size for group meals! Even with many people seated around it, conversations felt comfortably close yet not crowded. Additionally, the BANG & OLUFSEN speakers were very stylish with excellent sound quality! We highly recommend using them in stereo mode. Please note that connecting via Bluetooth may only link to one speaker; it seems necessary to select AirPlay for proper stereo connection. While some parts of the manual could be improved regarding these features, we appreciated how helpful JADE Group staff were over phone calls and on-site support when needed! Although vacation rentals can sometimes raise concerns about support services, everything from pre-arrival phone assistance to post-arrival hospitality was excellent. We had a truly pleasant stay. We look forward to staying at another property from this group in the future!

With just the right level of attentiveness and quick responses to our needs, we had a very comfortable stay. While many pet-friendly Facility use resin floor tiles, this one features solid oak flooring, creating a wonderfully relaxing space—and together with the feeling of staying in a natural forest, it was simply perfect. The dinner prepared by the owner was delicious, and they even let us take any leftovers to go, which made us very happy. We would love to stay here again!

We stayed as a group of three families (6 adults and 4 children). The accommodation was clean both inside and out, allowing us to have a wonderful time. The thoughtful touches such as insect repellent, mosquito coils, and pet sheets were much appreciated. We also made several inquiries by phone before and during our stay (e.g., about towel replacements), and the staff responded promptly and courteously, which was very helpful. If possible, we would love to stay again next year. If I may suggest some improvements: - A minor point, but while there was a rice cooker and measuring cup for rice, there was no rice paddle. It would be great if one could be provided (or at least noted in advance if unavailable). Additionally, having cooking utensils like long chopsticks for stir-frying would be even better. - The refrigerator took some time to cool down; it would help if it could be turned on before check-in if possible (the air conditioning was already on and very comfortable). - A guide or instructions for using the kitchen appliances would be helpful (especially for overseas-made IH stoves, microwaves, dishwashers). - Including a floor plan of the building might make it easier to visualize the space. Even with these points in mind, we had an extremely satisfying stay. Thank you very much!

Located in a nature-rich area of Hakuba, this accommodation offers a relaxing experience surrounded by natural beauty. The garden is equipped with facilities for barbecues and campfires, allowing guests to enjoy meals while listening to the sounds of birds. The rooms are exceptional, each featuring its own toilet and bath/shower room. Additionally, the top floor boasts a stone-built bath resembling an Onsen, which we enjoyed multiple times. There are two living rooms so spacious that it was hard to decide where to settle in. Conveniently located near all attractions in Hakuba, with ski slopes just nearby, it’s perfect for morning walks.

A renovated traditional Japanese house Accommodation located at the top of a mountain road. The old beams and fittings have been preserved or beautifully repurposed, so it doesn’t feel outdated at all. Since the owner built it personally, there are a few small details that may feel slightly unfinished, but the space is very comfortable, with thoughtful touches in the furniture and decor throughout. I asked to change the schedule at short notice, and they kindly accommodated my request, which I truly appreciated. For the barbecue, they also showed us—together with our child—how to prepare the firewood and charcoal, which made our child very happy. It became a wonderful summer memory for us.

We often stay in this type of villa because we’re a big family and we have a dog, and this place was the best. It’s a spacious single-story villa with a large garden, a fire pit, a sauna, and a clean, relaxing bath. The BBQ came with great-quality meat from a yakiniku restaurant, and the breakfast bread was from a proper bakery. It’s right in front of Lake Biwa. I’ll skip the small details, but everything was thoughtfully provided—we had no complaints at all. We felt truly refreshed.

As a new facility, everything was very clean and well-maintained. The interior design, including the long dining table and lighting, was sophisticated and stylish. The kitchen was fully equipped with appliances, utensils, and even seasonings, making it convenient for self-catering. Most importantly, turning on the faucet in the bathroom provided Onsen water—a delightful feature. The view was stunning, and soaking in the Onsen while listening to the sound of the ocean was incredibly relaxing. Although adjusting the water temperature could be a bit tricky at first, letting it cool down after filling allowed us to enjoy 100% pure Onsen without diluting it with tap water—highly recommended! One minor improvement would be clearer guidance regarding the Diamond Member wine benefit; however, inquiries were promptly addressed, which was appreciated.

This Accommodation is ideal for traveling with a large group. From the spacious pool and huge sauna to the high-quality bedrooms, everything is exceptional. I have stayed at many Accommodations, but this one stands out as top-class in both scale and attention to detail. However, since check-in is done online, a website error caused delays during check-in. The staff kindly guided us over the phone, but I hope this issue will not occur on our next visit.

It was truly one of those “I don’t want to tell anyone about it” places—an exceptional location and outstanding service. I honestly wanted to keep it a secret, but it was too wonderful not to leave a review. I will definitely be back.

The facilities were sophisticated, and I was very satisfied! The weather was amazing, and I felt healed by the blue sky, sea, breeze, and sound of the waves. The location was also fantastic. If I may suggest for future consideration, we brought our pet along, but there were small gaps at the entrance and in the corner of the dog run where our pet escaped twice. Thankfully, a neighbor noticed and quickly secured them, but it made us quite anxious. Another suggestion would be to have a TV in the first-floor bedroom as well. Even so, we were extremely satisfied. We look forward to visiting again during a different season. Thank you very much!

I was truly moved by the ocean view stretching out right in front of me. The sea can be seen from every Room, and the sunsets in particular were absolutely breathtaking—I found myself watching them and losing track of time. The Room was spacious and spotless throughout, making for a very comfortable stay. The bath was also large, and having a sauna on-site allowed me to relax at my own pace. I stayed with my dog, and it was incredibly helpful that there was not only a dog run, but also supplies such as a crate and pet toilet sheets provided in each Room. I think this is an Accommodation where guests with dogs can feel at ease. The surroundings were very quiet, and I enjoyed a peaceful time listening to the sound of the waves. Everything—from the scenery to the Facility—was wonderful, and it’s an Accommodation I would definitely like to visit again.

This stylish, spotless, and truly wonderful entire-home Accommodation was amazing!!! Even with small children, you can relax without worrying about making noise. We stayed as three generations. There were kids’ cups and plates, and even toys, so we could unwind comfortably like at home. It’s also conveniently located for visiting Shikoku Aquarium, New Reoma World, and Kotohira Shrine, and you can enjoy a meal at a nearby honetsuki-dori restaurant. It turned into the best family trip. Thank you so much!

At the very end of summer vacation, my husband and son insisted on coming here for glamping. As a woman, I was honestly a bit nervous about the Facility and meals—but it was simply the best. 【Check-in】 They explained the Facility to us. At the marché, there were vibrant vegetables and even seafood in a large tank! Some items are free, and others can be exchanged with coins you receive—choosing what to get was so exciting. We booked a Plan with dinner and breakfast included, but the portions were incredible. Even my big-eating husband and son had more than enough with what was included in the Plan! (Any unused coins could be saved for Shizuoka souvenirs or even kept for our next stay.) In the firewood area, there were many different types of wood. The Room already has firewood for cooking, but here you can choose wood to enjoy different sounds and aromas. 【Room】 It felt spotless, and we had no worries about odors or temperature. There are two BBQ areas—one indoors and one outdoors. The indoor side (with an earthen-floor style space) has a kitchen and a large ventilation duct, plus air conditioning, so smoke doesn’t come into the living area. The Room was extremely clean and beautiful. I expected some bugs or smells with glamping—and heat in summer—but it was surprisingly comfortable. There’s a double-sink vanity, two types of hair dryers (including a Repronizer), and even hair irons provided. In addition to pajamas, they also provide samue loungewear for dinner (for both adults and children), so there’s no need to take home clothes that smell like food. 【Onsen & Sauna】 There is an Onsen connected directly to both indoor and outdoor baths, plus a barrel sauna and an impressive cold plunge pool. Ponchos and hats are also available. The bedroom is separated from the bath/changing area/vanity area, so it works well even for two families traveling together. 【Meals】 The commercial refrigerator was stocked with juices, alcoholic drinks, and ice cream! With stylish camping gear like skillets and mess tins—along with ingredients & recipes—our 10-year-old son enthusiastically cooked for us. The thick Shizuoka beef was so tender you barely needed teeth… even the abalone was truly soft! For breakfast you can choose Japanese or Western style; either way it was delicious and satisfying. All of the staff were very kind. We enjoyed luxury-Hotel-level comfort while still experiencing the freedom that makes glamping special. We’ll definitely be back when the season changes!

Upon entering the Room, I couldn't help but exclaim, "Wow, so lovely!" The tatami edge patterns were adorable, and thoughtful touches could be felt throughout. The meals were especially satisfying with generous portions and absolutely delicious flavors. The private family bath was fantastic with its silky smooth water, allowing for a truly relaxing experience. After enjoying breakfast and returning to the Room, I was delighted to find the futon neatly folded. The cheerful and adorable children added a warm and homely touch. Thank you very much!

I stay here often, and the Room is more spacious and relaxing than Hotels in the city center.

The building itself shows signs of aging, but: * Unlimited access to natural Onsen with free-flowing hot spring water * Friendly and kind staff * Private rooms with futons already laid out, equipped with a TV, kettle, and sufficient amenities * Daily towel exchange even with eco-cleaning requests, plus complimentary water for choosing eco-cleaning * Convenient laundry facilities including washing machines and dryers * Excellent access from both the airport and tram If I visit Hakodate again, I would love to stay here.
