It’s a bit far from Tokyo, but I’m truly glad we stayed here! The property was very clean, and the lounge had plenty of drinks—my excitement started the moment we arrived. For dinner, we ordered horse sashimi and a three-sake tasting set separately, and it was amazing. Highly recommended. Breakfast was also delicious across the board. The Onsen was relaxing since it was always empty whenever we went (not just the private one), and we were also able to use the baths at a larger affiliated Hotel, which made us very satisfied. The Room was comfortable, and I slept soundly. Above all, the warm hospitality from all the staff made us feel at ease. We’ll definitely be back again. Thank you for taking such great care of us.

We recently stayed with our two dogs for a birthday trip. It was our first time at Regina in Lake Yamanaka, and it turned into a truly enjoyable getaway. All of the staff were very kind and welcoming to our dogs as well. The Room was clean and comfortable, and we had a wonderful stay—if anything, we only wished there had been one more Room. The large public bath was also very relaxing. Dinner was Italian, and every dish was delicious; even the bread was excellent, so we were very satisfied. The restaurant seating was spacious, and having space for our cart was a big help. Since it was a birthday celebration, we received an adorable cake and they even took photos for us—such a lovely memory. It was also our first time using the pool, and it seemed like they had fun (haha). The drink bar in the lobby—especially the coffee and apple cider vinegar drink—was delicious and much appreciated. We would love to visit another Regina property as well. Thank you very much.

We stayed here for our silver wedding anniversary trip. Every meal was delicious!! The in-room open-air bath was wonderful, and we were able to relax in the Japanese-Western style Room, which we were very satisfied with! They even prepared a celebratory plate during dinner—it truly made for a happy one-night stay! Thank you very much. We were also happy that the drinks in the refrigerator were complimentary! We would love to stay here again when we visit Hakone!

Once again, I was very satisfied with the cuisine, the Room, and the service, and had a wonderfully relaxing stay. Dinner in particular was excellent and truly outstanding, including the salt-grilled ayu we ordered separately. One request: drinks in the lobby lounge end at 7:00 PM, but it would be appreciated if guests could have a drink after dinner, so I would be grateful if you could consider staying open until around 9:00 PM. In any case, I would like to visit again in a different season and look forward to enjoying your delicious food and sake. Thank you for your hospitality.

Everything—from the meals and the Room to the amenities and hospitality—was outstanding, and we were completely satisfied with our stay! The open-air Onsen bath in the Room was incredibly convenient, as we could soak anytime we liked, and it felt wonderfully luxurious. Also, because this Accommodation has only 10 Rooms, we rarely crossed paths with other guests at “Owl no Yu,” so we could relax and enjoy the Onsen as if it were private. The kaiseki dinner was exquisite across the board. In particular, the miso-glazed eggplant (dengaku) and steamed eel rice left a lasting impression—they were truly delicious. You could really tell each dish was prepared with great care, and we enjoyed every bite to the very end. Breakfast was also excellent. It was my first time trying Nanban natto, and I liked it so much I wished I could take some home. The rolled omelet was fluffy and delicious as well. From the cuisine and Onsen to the Room—and above all, the heartfelt service from all of the staff—this was a wonderful Accommodation that satisfied us in every way. If you’d like to unwind in an Onsen while enjoying a drink and spend a relaxing holiday forgetting everyday fatigue, this is exactly the right place. We would love to visit again!

Although the staff seemed to be mostly men, their hospitality was excellent, and we had a pleasant and comfortable stay. The meals were small portions with many different dishes, suited for older guests, but everything was very delicious. There was plenty of dessert as well, but I think one kind would have been enough. There was also a massage chair, and the three of us on a girls’ trip were very satisfied. Thank you very much. We truly appreciated your care and support during our stay.

I had a very comfortable 3-day, 2-night stay in a quiet setting. The meals were delicious, and the nightly mini concerts in the lobby were truly relaxing. As I was traveling solo, it wasn’t cheap, but the Facility and the quality of the cuisine more than justified it. If I had to mention one thing, the toilet paper in the Room was thin and a bit inconvenient to use. It was a wonderful and comfortable Hotel that will likely make me want to return again in summer.

We stayed here to celebrate my mother’s birthday. All of the food was delicious, beautifully presented, and made for a wonderful dining experience. They also prepared a birthday dessert plate at the end, which helped us create a special birthday memory! The room we booked for the hinoki bath was very clean, well maintained, and combined with the surrounding atmosphere, the air felt wonderfully fresh. Of course, the hinoki bath itself was spacious, and we were able to relax and unwind. We were occasionally surprised by some noise from nearby rooms, but other than that we had a lovely stay.

This was my first stay. I found this Hotel online at short notice, but the 12:00 checkout and child-friendly breakfast appealed to me. The room was very clean and offered excellent value for money. The staff were also very kind and helpful. I would like to stay again. Thank you very much.

We stayed here to celebrate our dog’s first birthday. It was our first family trip with the puppy we had just welcomed home, and we had many worries, but thanks to the kindness of the staff and the well-stocked amenities, we were able to relax and enjoy a comfortable stay. And above all, the meals were delicious!! We had both breakfast and dinner, and both left us completely satisfied—full in body and heart. The Onsen in the large public bath was wonderful as well. The open-air bath in our Room is not an Onsen, but it was spacious and relaxing. Our family has already been saying how we want to come back again soon.

This was our first overnight stay at Kokori-an. The room had a spacious layout with a Western-style room, a Japanese-style room, and a bed area, and the bedding was very comfortable. We had an in-room bath that we could use anytime, but since check-out was at 10:00, I was a little disappointed—if it had been 11:00 or 12:00, I could have enjoyed one more relaxing soak in the morning. Dinner was a Kaga cuisine course with rich dashi and refined flavors; we were extremely satisfied. Breakfast also offered a good variety of dishes, and both my husband and I enjoyed it very much. My husband rarely gives compliments, but he said, “Let’s come again!” We were able to unwind in the hot spring for the first time in a while, and we are grateful for Kokori-an’s hospitality.

On a whim, we decided to take a refreshing getaway and made a same-day Reservation at Nampuro, which we’d been curious about for some time. It was our first trip in a while, and while we were excited, we tried not to set our expectations too high when we checked in—but the moment we stepped inside, our excitement just kept growing! We stayed in Grand Oceans, and from the instant we got off the elevator—seeing the wide selection of drinks and light snacks—and walked down the beautifully atmospheric hallway, then opened the door to our room… everything was amazing. One “This is incredible!” after another. A bath with an ocean view, delicious meals, relaxing in the room with drinks—it was exactly the refreshing trip we had been looking for. Since it was raining, it wasn’t quite a breathtaking view this time, but we found ourselves saying, “Next time let’s come when it’s sunny,” and ended up promising each other another stay! Thank you for such a wonderful time. We’ll be back!!

This was my first time staying here, and I felt it was a perfect Facility in every way—so comfortable! Even if anything was missing, I could quickly buy it with PayPay. I could play my favorite music and watch subscription services on the screen, which made it an amazing memory. The sauna and pool were also great, and everything was well maintained. It was a truly wonderful hotel. I visited Kanazawa with my elderly mother, and booking a hotel in such a great location surrounded by sightseeing spots was absolutely the right choice. Getting around by taxi was smooth and easy.\nBefore check-in we arrived early, but we were promptly shown to our room as they told us it was already ready, which made my mother very happy.\nThe carpets and wall art throughout the hotel were exactly our style and really lifted our spirits.\nWe were also captivated by the Kutani ware mugs and teacups provided in the room. It made us feel, “We’re really traveling in Kanazawa!” and we were so pleased.\nThe coffee tasted especially delicious in those cups, but it was a little disappointing that the same ones weren’t available in the gift shop.\nInstead, we bought Kutani ware as souvenirs at a Kutani shop on our way home.\nFor dinner, since I was traveling with my elderly mother, I had requested seats as close to the buffet tables as possible, but they kindly prepared a private room nearby for us.\nThanks to that, we were able to enjoy our meal at a relaxed pace.\nThank you very much.\nI truly appreciate the staff’s thoughtful attention to detail.\nWe were very satisfied with both the quality and quantity of everything—from Kanazawa specialties like jibuni stew and Kanazawa oden to nodoguro sushi and dessert.\nHere as well, many beautiful pieces of pottery such as Kutani ware were used for small plates, allowing us to enjoy the food visually too.\nI rated the facilities 4 stars only because my elderly mother felt that overall the interior of the hotel seemed rather dark—this is just our personal impression.\nAfter checkout we took the shuttle bus to the station; it was a large sightseeing coach and very comfortable.\nThank you for taking such good care of us.\nWe would love to stay again.

The welcome herbal water drink was delicious—absolutely amazing!! This is truly a tropical paradise, a Resort Hotel. The view from the ocean-view Room was breathtaking—it really felt like “time, please stop!” As we left the Hotel from the parking lot, a handsome front desk staff member waved goodbye, which left a wonderful impression. It was an excellent Hotel that made us want to come back.

We stayed here to celebrate my sister’s 50th birthday. From the moment we made our Reservation, we were treated with consistently thoughtful and refined hospitality throughout our stay. The service was truly wonderful. Every dish was genuinely delicious, and we enjoyed a luxurious time—simply a happy space. As an aside, the elevator was surprisingly fast, making trips back and forth to the smoking room completely stress-free.

I visited Niseko to see Mt. Yotei. Unfortunately, it was raining and I couldn’t see it, but the delicious meals made up for it. Thankfully, the next day was sunny and I was able to see Mt. Yotei in all its glory. The Italian set course was excellent—each dish was delicious, and the flow of the course felt natural and very well put together.

As a classic Hotel, its etiquette, hospitality, respect for privacy, and cleanliness are outstanding. The meals feature thoughtfully crafted seasonal menus. While it is not a large Facility, the Onsen is well equipped, and you can enjoy the soft water quality of Ureshino Onsen. With this balance and level of quality, the value for money is excellent. Highly recommended Accommodation if you are visiting Ureshino Onsen.

We were thoroughly satisfied with the many delicious, beautifully presented dishes that captured the transition from summer to autumn. We enjoyed them in a private dining Room with a waterfall right in front of us. We stayed in a detached suite called Suirei, where a small stream runs through the Room. From the spacious open-air bath, there is another smaller open-air bath just down a few steps; each has a different temperature, so you can soak for as long as you like. The garden was also expansive, and we were able to fully enjoy summer and feel refreshed. Thank you very much for celebrating our 60th birthday with us. I hope to visit again even when I’m a grandmother.

This was our second stay. They prepared a spacious room on the 6th floor, which was convenient as it was on the same floor as the large public bath. There was a wide variety of yukata patterns, and it was fun to choose the colors for the obi and tabi socks as well. The meals were served in a private dining room, beautifully presented in colorful dishes, with delicate and refined flavors. I especially love sweets, so I was happy to enjoy three different desserts. The hot springs were wonderful—especially the open-air bath with its great view. It’s a quiet place where you can relax at your own pace, so I recommend it for anyone who enjoys taking things slow. I would love to stay here again.
