The meals were delicious. The bath is small, but it’s well cleaned, and the open-air bath is also small, but the water is pleasantly warm so you can soak for a long time. Since it’s all-inclusive, I enjoyed a beer at check-in and after bathing. Sake during meals was also all-you-can-drink with a wide selection—this Accommodation was perfect for those who love to drink. I deducted one star because the TV was small, but everything else was 100 points! I’ll be back!

I stayed here while traveling with my parents, who are over 70. The meals were incredibly delicious—excellent! The Onsen water was also wonderful. We used the private bath, and it had a lovely, atmospheric charm. The staff were kind and pleasant, and we had a very comfortable stay. However, using the stairs to get to the Room and baths seemed a bit difficult for my parents, whose legs and hips are not as strong as they used to be.

The Onsen is a beautiful blue color. The open-air bath is set in lush nature and very relaxing. The meals are delicious, and the restaurant is a lovely wooden building; since it has private rooms, you can dine at a leisurely pace. The staff were very kind—because it was raining, they came to greet us in the parking lot with an umbrella. There were many international staff members, so there were moments when Japanese was hard to communicate in, but everyone was hardworking and friendly. The building feels old, but the inside is clean with a cozy mountain-lodge atmosphere. I stayed on a weekday in June and was surprised at how affordable it was considering how good the service was. When I visit Yufuin, I definitely want to stay at this Hotel again.

Everything was excellent. We had both dinner and breakfast. You could really feel the chef’s attention to detail. It was delicious! The rice was especially great! Free beer was the best!

I’m truly sorry for having to rush you due to our circumstances, but the meal was absolutely wonderful—everything from the tableware and presentation to the flavors. I only wish we could have enjoyed it more slowly. My son also said he definitely wants to visit again, so next time I hope we can invite my daughter and her husband and come together. We stayed in a Room on the 3rd floor. I can go up and down stairs normally now, but when my knees were bad, stairs were not possible for me. It may be a bit difficult for guests who need a cane.

The open-air bath, large public bath, and sauna were all wonderful… Even though the meals were buffet-style, it never felt crowded, so we could eat comfortably, and of course the food was excellent… The all-you-can-drink option was also excellent in both variety and taste… The twin beds were spacious, and the Room size was more than satisfactory… Above all, the waterfall-view lounge… It had a different atmosphere during the day and at night, and I lost track of time just gazing out with a cup of coffee in hand! I wonder if the scenery is completely different during the autumn foliage season? Someday in autumn… it became an Accommodation I’d love to visit again!

We stayed as a family, and it was comfortable from start to finish! The building feels a bit traditional, but the inside is bright, and we could sense thoughtful attention to detail everywhere, which made it very relaxing. All the staff were pleasant, and the cleaning throughout the property was thorough. We wanted to play at the beach and also watch the sunset, so we worried about meal times—but it turned out to be unnecessary. While we were out, they prepared our in-room dinner, and for sashimi—where freshness is everything—they served it after we returned. When an announcement about the sunset played over the PA system during dinner, a staff member came by to turn off the grill so we could take our time watching from the rooftop bench. (You can also see it from your Room, but the view is better from the rooftop. To get there, you need to go up one flight of stairs.) At dinner we also enjoyed dancing grilled live abalone. (One didn’t move even after lighting it; when we mentioned it, they replaced it immediately, so we could eat with peace of mind.) I thought just the standard course might not be enough, but it was plenty. The bath was great because we had it all to ourselves. We also appreciated the lounge coffee and post-bath ice cream. Breakfast was filling and delicious as well. Overall, this Accommodation exceeded our expectations. There were many stylish places nearby and we debated where to stay, but I’m glad we chose Kaishu.

This was my first time using the weekday Plan. Given the price, I honestly wasn’t expecting much (sorry), but I was amazed— the food was delicious, the Room was clean, and I could really relax in the bath... I found myself thinking, “Is this price really okay?!” It’s definitely an Accommodation I highly recommend.

It’s not a luxurious resort, but it was clean and the service, while understated, was reliable. The meals were not extravagant, but well-seasoned and very enjoyable. The Onsen was also satisfying, with both Kinsen and Ginsen available. For the price, this Onsen Hotel offers excellent value. If I have the chance, I would definitely like to stay again.

I was looking for Accommodation in Matsumoto City for sightseeing in the Kamikochi and Takayama areas, and although it was a bit far from the city center, I chose the Itoen Hotel. I selected it based on everyone’s Reviews. The dinner was plentiful and delicious, and the all-you-can-drink option was included. The Itoen Hotel offers outstanding value for money—I’ll continue to support you.

It’s hard to find places where you can freely bring your pet, so this is highly recommended!! This is a very pet-friendly Hotel. The dog run is well maintained and very clean.

This was my first stay, and I was truly surprised by how spacious the Room was. I was able to relax at a leisurely pace. The lounge was also spacious, with a wide selection of drinks. Both dinner and breakfast offered a great variety and were delicious. I would like to stay again.

Well, speaking as a couple, this is gradually becoming our ideal Hotel (laughs). The Room is a comfortable size and never feels cramped. The staff—and the chef and kitchen team—work in perfect sync, and we appreciated being able to enjoy our meals at an unhurried pace. And the in-room Onsen was wonderful. We usually prefer a fully Japanese breakfast, but everything here—from the salad to the main dish—was flawless. If we had to mention one thing, it might be limited to the Rooms on the second floor: when other guests open or close their doors, perhaps due to air pressure, we sometimes heard a rattling sound as our door seemed to shake, which startled us (and it can make you aware of people coming and going). Even so, we keep making another Reservation—this may become our one-and-only Hotel.

This was my first stay. The atmosphere was warm and homey, and all the staff welcomed us with bright smiles. The Facility is a bit old, but it is well maintained and spotlessly clean. The meals featured locally sourced ingredients, were beautifully presented, and absolutely delicious. The Onsen warmed me through to the core and left my skin glowing. I soaked in it many times. I felt refreshed for the first time in a while. I’m happy to have found an Accommodation I’d love to stay at again. Thank you very much.

From the check-in staff to the Room attendant, futon-making staff, breakfast staff, and Shuttle Service staff, everyone was very pleasant and made our stay comfortable. I was surprised by the in-room dining first—so many dishes served on a large tray. It was a bit disappointing that we had to choose the same drink (wine or a soft drink) as my companion (I wanted wine), but everything was delicious. We also enjoyed relaxing in the private bath. Breakfast offered a wide variety of items, and I was especially impressed by how delicious the miso soup was. The Gunma-chan miso soup bath was also adorable. They even recommended Green Farm for us, which really helped. It turned into a very fulfilling trip. Thank you very much.

This was my second stay. Last time I traveled solo and used a twin room as single occupancy, but this time I stayed with my partner (my wife) for 3 nights and 4 days. I booked a twin Western-style room for the first two nights, and a Japanese-Western style room for the third night because the twin was unavailable. However, thanks to the Hotel’s kindness, we were upgraded to a very spacious Japanese-Western style room for all three nights. Thank you very much. The main purpose of this trip was the Sapporo Snow Festival for the first time in six years. With hotel prices in central Sapporo rising sharply recently, we chose this Hotel again because we had a great experience before. When comparing rates, this Hotel with breakfast and dinner can sometimes be cheaper than central-area hotels with breakfast only (depending on when you make your Reservation). This time we rented a car from the airport, but if you are not used to driving on snowy roads, taking the bus is honestly recommended. Also, at this Hotel, if the schedule works out, using the free Shuttle Service bus is an excellent value. We used the Shuttle Service one-way from the Hotel to Sapporo Station on our second day (they were running five large buses). After enjoying the Snow Festival, we returned to the Hotel by taking Jotetsu Bus “Kappa Liner,” using its last service (departing 17:00 from in front of the station). On day three, we relaxed by visiting nearby Hoheikyo Onsen for a day trip bath and their famous curry, and took an easy stroll around town in the snowy hot-spring area. As for the Hotel itself, you can enjoy various baths at both an underground Onsen area and an observation bath & open-air bath on the top floor. That said—perhaps because there isn’t enough source water volume for baths of that size—the “Onsen feel” is slightly mild. Meals were buffet-style for both breakfast and dinner. Given that it was peak season at such a huge Resort Hotel, it gets extremely crowded in a massive dining venue, so it’s better to avoid peak times. The buffet selection may not match top-tier luxury resort standards, but it was satisfying—for example, breakfast included seafood bowls where you can add as much salmon roe as you like. If you’re visiting Sapporo for sightseeing, staying in central Sapporo is convenient; however, this Hotel offers great value with breakfast and dinner included plus Onsen access—and even free Shuttle Service buses from near Sapporo Station—so I may well return for a third stay. One extra note: the new wing has three glass elevators, and two regular elevators on the inner side of the building opposite them. The glass elevators have great views, but in midwinter (around -10°C), they are very cold inside, so we ended up using the inner ones most of the time.

I usually stayed at ◯◯◯ Hotel, but this was my first time staying at Allore Hotel. Overall, it was a great choice! The breakfast salad was fresh and not frozen. However, I would have preferred the fish to be grilled. It seemed like there were no foreign guests, which is an important point for me personally. Thank you very much! I look forward to staying again if I have the chance.

It was conveniently located right in front of Beppu Station, and we had no trouble finding convenience stores or restaurants nearby. The staff were very kind and helpful with the Room and parking, and we were extremely satisfied. There were limited seats at breakfast and it was full at the time, so we returned to our Room for a while, but they called us when a seat became available, which was very helpful. Thank you to all the staff.

The meal, made with plenty of local ingredients, was satisfying in both quality and quantity. It paired very well with the local sake we received as a perk. The Room was flawless, including the open-air bath. The large public bath at the sister property across the road (seaside) was also excellent, but since it was rainy that day, it felt a bit inconvenient to use. The large public bath at SAZANA was also a little small, which was the only disappointment. The service was friendly and attentive, and we were truly able to relax. Thank you very much for taking such good care of us.

I have stayed at TAOYA several times over the past few years. This was my first time at Kawaji Onsen, and although it was only for one night, I had a wonderful stay—the atmosphere was quiet and the meals were delicious. Some of the staff were from overseas, but everyone was very kind and provided pleasant service. It has become one of the Accommodations I would definitely like to visit again, and I will recommend it to friends. (Just one thing: there is a large stone on the bottom of the open-air bath, and at night it’s hard to see where it is, so I felt it could be a bit dangerous. For that reason, I deducted one star.)
