I had some trouble checking in. When I called right in front of the Accommodation, I was told that it had been reserved by someone else, which made me panic, but in the end my Reservation was confirmed and I was able to stay! The Room was very clean! The air conditioning was adjustable and comfortable. The refrigerator had two shelves and also included a freezer. Two complimentary bottles of water were provided. It was a bit disappointing that towels were only provided for one night even though we stayed two nights. The seat on the bath chair was worn down and painful to sit on, so I think it should be replaced with a new one. It’s an Accommodation in a very convenient location close to the station!!

We stayed for one night with a family of five and a small dog. Although the signal near the facility was weak, there was Wi-Fi available, and when we contacted them with questions during check-in, they responded promptly, which we greatly appreciated. The room was very spacious with large windows that provided an open atmosphere, and we could enjoy a view of Mt. Fuji from the room. When we entered the room in the evening and turned on the air conditioning, it took some time to warm up; having a heater would have been helpful. On the other hand, from morning to midday, sunlight came through the upper windows making it very hot; blinds for those windows would be nice. We prepared our own ingredients for cooking but enjoyed using well-equipped kitchen tools and appliances like a microwave oven. The drinks and snacks provided were thoughtful touches that made us happy. The hinoki bath filled the bathroom with its soothing aroma, creating a relaxing space—it was absolutely wonderful! Although this stay was only for one night, it made us want to stay longer at this facility. We hope there will be discounts for Multiple Night Stays in the future as we'd love to come back again! It wasn’t like the Hotels I’ve stayed at before or a fully equipped Ryokan, but it had a relaxing atmosphere and warm hospitality. There is no toilet or washbasin in the Room, so it may not be suitable for guests with limited mobility. There was a piano in the Room—are guests allowed to play it? The Onsen is spacious enough for two people to enjoy comfortably, and you can also use it as a private bath without making a Reservation. On the second day, checkout was at 12:00, so we could take our time. They also stored our luggage while we went to collect Gorogoro Water and visit Godaimatsu Limestone Cave, which made sightseeing much easier. The elderly gentleman kindly said, “It’s hot down below, so please take care of yourself.” After returning to Osaka, I somehow felt lighter and full of energy! It was a mysterious place—somewhere between the world below and heaven.

The Room is small, but it feels like a stylish design Hotel and was comfortable to stay in. On the first floor, you can rent a wide range of amenities in the rental room—from shampoo, cleansing oil, and face wash to a hair iron and even chopsticks—which was very helpful. Free coffee is also available. The in-room hair dryer was a SALONIA model, so my hair dried quickly, which was another plus. It’s close to the station, and there are plenty of places to eat nearby. Highly recommended.

Spacious room, thorough cleaning, delicious meals, and the staff maintained a good sense of distance, which I appreciated. I thought it would be nice if the room had a brighter (even with bright lighting) area. However, it was very difficult to get into the bathtub. I am 160 cm tall, which I think is average, but even so, I was afraid my feet might get caught. I only got used to it during my Multiple Night Stay. It might be impossible, but could you somehow make it easier to get in? That was the only disappointment.

This is a charming accommodation with a pleasant atmosphere. It is a whole-house rental, providing plenty of space to enjoy. Although the access road is narrow, having parking available is very convenient. Since roads in this area are generally narrow and parking can be difficult to secure, it’s recommended to park here and explore the area on foot. Parking before check-in or after check-out can also be arranged by consulting with the staff managing the accommodation. Meals are delivered from a catering service called "Sensan." While there was an incident of food poisoning in the past, it seems they have made significant improvements since then. The meals were delicious with a delightful aroma of dashi broth, and breakfast was also luxurious. The amenities include regular ground coffee, which was surprisingly good and added to our enjoyment during the stay.

I was able to have a wonderful time again. Thank you very much. I stayed at AO in my favorite hotel this time. I thought blue might feel cold, but perhaps due to the color scheme and texture (such as underfoot), it was a stay that even changed the impression of blue while being calm. It's a space that somehow makes you feel like you've "come home." The bath is deep, allowing you to warm up thoroughly and relax in a wonderful space. The amenities are pleasant, and I really like the scent of the bath herbs and soap. If I may be greedy, I would be happy if I could have herbal tea in the room. However, there is a pot, and you can enjoy three-year bancha and coffee. It is mentioned from the beginning that there is no toothbrush, but I thought it would be nice to have body lotion. I generally like Babaghuri's amenities, but the shampoo & rinse just don't suit my hair (I end up using it because it smells good), and that's the only disappointment. Breakfast is one of the pleasures of this property that cannot be missed. It's full of vegetables, looks beautiful, and energizes you from the morning. The soup changes with the season, and it's really gentle and delicious. Having delicious soup in the morning feels luxurious, and I always think so when I come here. It comes in a stove pot, so you can reheat it in the room. The variety of vegetables makes for a really enjoyable meal from the morning. I chose bread, and there were three types, each delicious, and although it seemed like a lot, I wanted to have seconds. I am thinking of staying again next time. I was also very pleased with the various thoughtful gestures this time. Thank you very much!!

We were upgraded to a better Room, allowing us to relax unexpectedly and rejuvenate both physically and mentally. The welcome message card and Japanese sweets placed on the table in the Room, as well as the thoughtful design around the washbasin (such as towel placement), showed great attention to detail. These small touches made our stay very pleasant. As for the Facility, we especially enjoyed the waterfall bath in the onsen. It was wonderful, and we could fully enjoy our bathing time after a long while. The bath salts also had a lovely fragrance. At the front desk, although different staff members assisted us each time, everyone was kind and attentive, which gave us peace of mind. This is what matters most. The location is convenient as well. If given another opportunity, we would love to stay here again. Thank you very much for this experience!

We stayed as a family. The toilet, bathroom, and washbasin were separate, making it very convenient to use, and the room was clean. It was accessible from both Akasaka and Tameike-Sanno stations, with a 7-Eleven located in the basement, which was very convenient. The staff at the front desk were polite and left a good impression.

The pillow was too soft. I would have preferred a firmer one to be provided. The Room was clean and nice.

Stayed at Karatsu Kimura Chaya to try squid The squid was very fresh and delicious. The simmered fish head, abalone, and sea bream chazuke for breakfast were all excellent. The view from the window was wonderful, and seeing Karatsu Castle while having breakfast—along with the cherry blossoms in full bloom—made it an unforgettable trip to Karatsu.

The building was new and comfortable. However, the location was not ideal.

We stayed as a family of four. The room was clean and well maintained, and it was quiet at night, so we had a comfortable stay. The road in front is narrow, but we were able to park our passenger car (Honda Freed) properly in the designated parking space. Above all, it was very convenient—Fushimi Inari Shrine is within walking distance, and by train it’s only two stops from Inari Station to Kyoto Station. We would definitely like to stay here again when we visit Kyoto.

Stayed during the May holiday period. The Accommodation is in a remote area, and I felt quite uneasy on the way there, but when I arrived it turned out to be a very large Ryokan. The Room was a spacious Japanese-style room where I could relax, and although some Reviews mentioned the Onsen being a bit cool, it was just the right temperature for me—comfortable enough to soak for a long time. The friendly proprietress was warm and welcoming as well, which made for a calm, unhurried stay. Soft-shell crab tempura was served at dinner and it was delicious, but that was the only crab dish, so it felt slightly underwhelming given how much I had been looking forward to crab. (The other dishes were also excellent, and overall I was satisfied with the meal.) If you’re visiting specifically for crab cuisine, I recommend checking the details in advance.

Drink tickets are provided, and we enjoyed delicious food.

A must-experience traditional townhouse. We stayed for 3 nights with 4 people. The building is new and functional, with luxurious decor that delights the eyes at every turn. The bathroom features a modern unit bath, and the beautiful tiles on the walls made it a relaxing space to spend time in. There are toilets on both the first and second floors, so even with a larger group, there was no inconvenience. Despite visiting during a cold season, the underfloor heating kept us warm, avoiding the typical chill often associated with townhouses. If I may add one suggestion, chairs or sofas would have been nice. Since it was tatami flooring and a sunken kotatsu table setup, it might feel slightly less comfortable for foreign guests.

I often visit the nearby shops, so I’d been curious about this place for a while and decided to stay. It’s set slightly back from the main street, but the attached bakery is delicious, and there are many great restaurants nearby, making it a very convenient location. The interior has a modern Japanese style, and the solid wood flooring feels great even barefoot. The standout feature is the large hinoki bath. Even tall guests can stretch their legs out comfortably, and the scent of hinoki is very relaxing. It’s rare to find such a large hinoki bath even at other Hotels. The tub can also be filled automatically, which was fantastic. All Facilities are up to date, and there was nothing inconvenient compared with staying at a Hotel. Since this is a renovated property with traditional-sized beams, guests over 180 cm may bump their head, so please be careful—it’s annoying at first but you get used to it. There are some downsides—like the TV being hard to figure out and the stairs being steep—but the biggest thing to note is that because this Facility shares space with shops, you can hear more noise than expected from early morning as the bakery prepares for opening. During the day as well, you can clearly hear customers and probably children of people eating in. From the large opening at the back of the second floor and from the rear garden area, you can also smell bread coming in from the bakery. Whether this feels noisy or adds to its machiya character may depend on personal preference. There were moments when it didn’t feel very calm, but overall it was a good experience.
