This was my first time visiting Arima Onsen. I booked a good-value Plan with a lighter meal, but there was so much food that I’m sorry I couldn’t finish it all. The Onsen tickets were included, so I could enjoy other Onsens as well—it was wonderful. The Shuttle Service to the bus stop was very helpful. All the staff were very kind, and I was truly impressed. I would love to visit again.

The service was very attentive, the Room was clean, and the meals offered a great variety.

The Onsen on the 1st floor was spacious and very relaxing. I was concerned about a chlorine smell, but it was hardly noticeable. I enjoyed it twice, at night and early in the morning. The breakfast was also delicious, and the dining area was comfortably spacious. I will definitely use this facility again.

Spotlessly clean. The service was excellent, and we truly appreciated it. Thank you very much for upgrading us to a larger Room. We were able to relax and rest well!

As a Business Hotel, I didn't have high expectations, but the single room was spacious, with a simple table and chair setup that allowed for some work. The ample legroom made for a comfortable stay. The breakfast, as rumored, was abundant in variety and quantity, providing satisfaction beyond what you'd expect at this price.

We stayed in Arima Onsen the previous night to celebrate, and since we were already in Kansai, we decided to stay in Kameoka as well—a place with special meaning for my parents. As it was our second night, we chose this hotel to save money, but every dish was delicious down to the smallest detail and truly impressed us. Not only dinner but also breakfast was outstanding. My parents also said the food here is genuinely excellent. Thank you very much.

Thank you very much for having us during our stay. The food was delicious, and we enjoyed our meals comfortably on a floor with a wonderful view. In particular, the handwritten message and lovely illustrations at breakfast were very soothing, and we truly felt the staff’s kindness. Thank you. Thank you as well for the Shuttle Service the following day. If there is a regular shuttle to the station, we would appreciate being able to use it on our return trip as well.

The Room was spacious and very clean. We were told the Room only had a shower, so we chose a Room with an open-air bath, but it was disappointing that it wasn’t an Onsen. The large public bath was neither too hot nor too lukewarm—just the right temperature for me—so I could relax and enjoy it. It was a bit disappointing that the trees around the open-air bath were so thick that we couldn’t see the stars or the moon. All of the dishes were delicious, and my elderly mother was very happy as well. We had requested sea bream chazuke, but they also served us the original course’s burdock takikomi rice, and everything was delicious. The strawberry yokan for dessert had a wonderful sweet-and-tart flavor—I liked it so much I wanted to buy some to take home! Thank you for the wonderful meal.

Thank you very much for everything. This is a wonderful Accommodation where you can enjoy both the gold and silver Onsen. Not only are the baths spacious, they are also kept extremely clean, making for a truly relaxing and rejuvenating time. The Shuttle Service staff, as well as all team members, were excellent, and the in-Room dining was delicious—there is nothing to complain about. When we visit Arima Onsen again, we will stay here. As we did last year, we stayed again this year for our cousins’ trip. Unfortunately, the weather was bad last year, but this year it was sunny, so we decided to definitely use Choraku’s pool. At check-in, we enjoyed delicious tea and sweets in the lounge, then rested a bit in our Room before heading to Choraku. We went into the pool (there were lots of children, but we still enjoyed it), and then used Choraku’s open-air bath. After returning, it was time for dinner. The meal was delicious again this time. The main dish at dinner was venison, which had no gamey smell and tasted great. There were also various drinks that paired well with the food, and this time we ordered the wine pairing. The price was very reasonable. After dinner we took a short break, then went back to Choraku to enjoy a mini concert. After returning, we had a nightcap in the lounge, took another bath, and went to bed. In the morning we woke up slowly, took another bath, and then had breakfast. This time we could choose between Japanese-style or Western-style breakfast; since the bread served here is incredibly good, we chose Western-style and asked for all types of bread so the three of us could share a little of each. We had tea in the lounge again, returned to our Room to pack up our belongings—and then it was already time to check out. The staff were pleasant, the Room was clean and comfortable—an easy Hotel to relax in—and since you can also enjoy Choraku’s Facilities and events as well, there’s plenty to do. We had another wonderful stay this time too. We’re planning our cousins’ trip here again next year as well—thank you in advance.

This was my fourth stay. Although it was still early September—far from autumn—I was looking for a place where I could truly relax and enjoy delicious food. After searching around, I ended up coming back to Yuzuriha again. With only a small number of guest Rooms, it never feels crowded no matter when I visit. Check-in and check-out are handled calmly and unhurriedly, and above all, the staff’s kind service and warm smiles are so soothing. The building isn’t brand-new, but everything is spotless down to the smallest details. Every Room faces Ena Gorge, so there’s no sense of confinement—and even though I know what to expect each time, I still can’t help letting out a “wow” every time I open the door. I travel from Nagoya, and it’s easy to get here even without a car since you can use Meitetsu, JR, and buses. On the way back, if you use the Hotel’s Shuttle Service bus, you’ll arrive at Ena-shi Station in no time—so as long as you know the departure time, it’s completely stress-free. Even though I know how beautiful and delicious the meals will be every time, each dish that arrives still makes me sigh with admiration. The portions are generous enough to fully satisfy even men with big appetites. The chef’s careful and delicate work never lets up—all the way through dessert. The Onsen water has a slightly silky feel, and even after getting out of the bath my skin stays smooth for a long time. I’ve seen some Reviews saying it feels “light,” but for me it’s more than enough. The water isn’t too hot either; being able to soak for a long time while listening to birds and insects is wonderfully comfortable—I think it’s just the right balance. Honestly, it’s such a wonderful Accommodation that part of me wants to keep it secret—but because I want this level of satisfaction to continue in the future as well, I wrote this Review hoping that people who haven’t been here yet will experience it too. This is not an exaggeration: at this price point, Yuzuriha never disappoints. I’ll be back again—thank you in advance. P.S. I traveled solo as a woman and enjoyed both the Gold Bath and the Silver Bath. The hospitality was outstanding. Everyone greeted me warmly, and the younger staff and international staff were kind and welcoming with friendly smiles. Dinner was delicious—the seafood, mountain specialties, and sake were all excellent. I’d be happy if you could sell the pre-meal vinegar in the shop as well; I really liked it. Since I usually skip breakfast, I appreciated having a dinner-only Plan. I may visit again on another solo trip, and I also recommend it for family travel.

I stayed for two nights as a solo traveler. The Hotel and my Room were very clean, and I was able to enjoy the Onsen and large public bath comfortably. Although it was all-inclusive, I chose to add a luxurious dinner and breakfast on both nights, and I was truly impressed that the menus were changed each day. The locally sourced ingredients were delicious, and in particular the olive-fed beef was tender and easy to eat even when well done. Even as a solo guest, the staff treated me warmly. The restaurant staff especially spoke with me with genuine smiles, creating a relaxed atmosphere that left me with wonderful memories of my trip. Thank you very much. The lounge I used after dinner was also very spacious with a great ambiance, and I was surprised by the wide variety of drinks available. They even served udon as a late-night snack, which really gave me a taste of Kagawa. I sincerely appreciate everyone’s warm hospitality. This is a Hotel I would love to stay at again when I visit Kagawa.

Twelve of us gathered to celebrate my father’s 88th birthday. The Premium Suite Room was more than spacious enough for six people per Room, and we were completely satisfied. Drinks and snacks were free, and the service was exceptional. We also enjoyed table tennis and karaoke, and we owe this wonderful gathering to this Hotel. Thank you very much.

I chose Taki no Ie to enjoy a slightly luxurious stay at Noboribetsu Onsen on the last day of my trip. After being shown to the entrance, you take off your shoes before stepping inside. Check-in is done while enjoying matcha in a sofa seating area, and all the corridors leading to the Room are covered with tatami mats. It was a pleasure to feel tatami again after so long. The view from the Room was calming, with plenty of greenery. I would have loved to see the garden, but since we were on the 4th floor, that wasn’t really possible. We enjoyed our meals while looking out over the garden, which was wonderful. It was also my first time having a gentleman—like a sommelier—assist us throughout our stay as our in-room attendant.

I stayed here on my way to Shizuoka. I would like to stay again if I have the opportunity. It was a non-smoking twin room, and the beds were spacious and the room felt clean. There were restaurants nearby, so I ate there, but it seems there is also a restaurant within the Facility. I also appreciated the welcome drink.

This was my first stay here. The Onsen on the second floor was wonderful and easy to use at convenient hours, and breakfast was so delicious that I had seconds of rice. I also appreciated how close it is to Imaike Station.

Conveniently located, reasonably priced, and kept very clean throughout the Facility. It’s also nice to be able to move around the Facility, including the dining area, in Room wear. Breakfast offered a wide variety of options, and I enjoyed a well-balanced and satisfying meal. I will continue to stay here in the future.

I was amazed by the variety of the breakfast buffet! I would love to stay again if I have the chance.

I stayed at Kurayoshi City Hotel again on June 22. As there was a nearby get-together this time as well, I chose to stay overnight. Since my previous stay was comfortable, I felt confident booking again. The hotel is close to the venue, so getting there was easy and convenient—even after having drinks. The room was kept clean, and I was able to relax in a calm atmosphere. The facilities were sufficient, and I had a comfortable stay without any inconvenience. The staff were also polite and made the experience pleasant. This Hotel is appealing for its great location and comfortable stay environment. When visiting Kurayoshi for a get-together or business trip, I would like to stay here again. Thank you very much.
