During our trip from the main island to Miyakojima, we stayed here for the entire time on the main island. The Room was spacious and very clean! We were truly touched by the honeymoon towel art and flowers that were prepared for us. The view of the ocean and Kouri Bridge from the Room was breathtaking. My husband was thrilled with the Agu pork shabu-shabu dinner. We also dined at a restaurant in the Hotel group, and it was delicious and stylish as well. Breakfast was delivered to our Room, and even during our Multiple Night Stay, they changed the menu each day—everything was so thoughtful. We had a wonderfully relaxing Hotel stay while enjoying a resort atmosphere, and our time on Kouri Island became an unforgettable memory. Thank you very much. We would love to stay again someday.

From June 28 to 30, just after the typhoon and the end of the rainy season, we were able to arrive in Miyako safely and this was our second stay at Ferris. We were upgraded to a twin-bed Room for our family of three, and it also happened to be my wife’s birthday. The cake and bed decorations were wonderful surprises, making our first trip back to Miyakojima in two years truly memorable. Thank you very much to all the staff. Coming back from snorkeling and slipping straight into the private pool in our Room felt amazing—we could have stayed in forever while looking out at the mangroves. We enjoyed San’s shabu-shabu in our Room, and everything was delicious right down to the soba at the end. Next time, we’d love to try lunch as well! We look forward to staying with you again.

As a reward for my eldest daughter’s junior high school entrance exams, I stayed with a mom friend and our children—five females in total. The view from the Accommodation was amazing, both the ocean during the day and the illuminated scenery at night—so open and refreshing. There were generous amounts of welcome snacks, mineral water, alcohol, and amenities provided—it was truly impressive!! The pool was a perfectly sufficient size for what felt like a private pool, and the kids had a great time. We stayed for 2 nights and 3 days, but we left wishing we could have enjoyed it even more—it was hard to say goodbye. The staff who assisted us were incredibly quick to respond; it really surprised me. Thank you very much. It was a bit of a splurge for our family, but if we have another chance, we would love to stay again.

It was a wonderful villa. Mount Fuji was right in front of us, and we could see it clearly thanks to the great weather! The meals were all delicious, and we were very satisfied! Thank you very much for having us. The Accommodation was spotless, and everything—from the beautiful pool and dog run to the sauna—was perfect. There were plenty of toys for our dog to choose from, and he was thrilled. It was his first time using a pool, but there was also a life jacket for dogs, so he could make his debut in a safe environment. Above all, the owner was incredibly pleasant and supportive. We requested a BBQ set at short notice, and they kindly accommodated us. They also recommended nearby markets, which helped us enjoy our meals as well. Even though it was only one night, it was a very satisfying stay. Early check-in and late check-out are rare at other places, so that was extremely helpful. Most of all, seeing our dog relaxed and happy throughout made us truly happy. We would love to stay again! Thank you very much.

The Room was clean, and the amenities were well stocked—including tableware and insect repellent—which was very helpful! We were told we could enjoy fireworks, and there was also a bucket for putting them out, which made the kids really happy. The sauna was amazing, and we could relax in the outdoor bath without attracting bugs by keeping the main lights off and using only the jacuzzi light. We also heard that if we wrote a Review, we would receive a case of beer—it was already chilled in the fridge, and my husband was delighted with such great service! The Room with a pool wasn’t available this time, so if we have another chance, we’d love to stay in one next time.

We were completely satisfied with everything from start to finish. This time, we stayed to coincide with my eldest son and grandchild coming home. And on the day we checked out, we went ahead and made a Reservation for the following month to coincide with my second son coming home. In any case, we were completely satisfied with everything.

Just looking out at the lake from our Room made me feel truly happy. Everything in the Hotel, starting with the Room, was so comfortable that I was really glad we chose to stay here. The portions were very generous and a bit too much for me, but both dinner and breakfast were delicious. Thank you very much. This is an Accommodation I definitely want to visit again. Next time, I’m planning to come by car with my husband, and I’m already looking forward to it. (I also loved the wonderful bath in our Room, but I wanted to see the Onsen building as well; I’m very sorry for the trouble caused regarding the lockers.)

Thank you very much for your hospitality. We had stayed at another resort hotel until the day before, but we were truly impressed by the attentive service here—wonderful hospitality from helping with our luggage to taking photos. When we opened the window, the Irabu Bridge and Miyako Blue stretched out right in front of us, and the time wrapped in the morning sun was pure bliss. The room, styled in white and beige tones, and the spacious powder room were both stylish and spotless. There wasn’t a single bug, so we could relax in complete comfort. The pleasant scent in the lobby also left a strong impression, and every time we returned to the hotel we felt refreshed. The in-room amenities were equally impressive—high-quality hair dryers and kettles from well-known brands, as well as an excellent selection of complimentary drinks—showing thoughtful attention to detail throughout. Overall it was a highly satisfying stay, but a couple of small points stood out: the shampoo products didn’t suit my hair or skin, and I would have loved to see a bit more Miyakojima-style dishes or Japanese options at breakfast (even about one-third more). All in all, we were extremely satisfied and would definitely love to return—and recommend it to others.

We had seen a Review saying the pool temperature was low, and since it was a chilly day we were worried, but it was comfortably warm. The first-floor flooring is also not slippery, so I think it’s dog-friendly. If possible, it would have been even better if the second-floor flooring were made of similarly non-slip materials. The quality of the free-flowing Onsen water was great as well, and it was a wonderful Accommodation that makes not only dogs but also people want to come back.

It was an absolutely wonderful villa. When I come to Miyakojima again, I definitely want to stay here! The service was consistently thoughtful—exactly the kind that anticipates every need. Everything you think “It would be nice if they had this” is already there. The staff were also very courteous. The amenities and hair dryer were high quality. The shampoo and hand soap were THANN. There was also baby body wash (a good additive-free one from Mama & Baby). They offer a surprisingly large selection of free rental items, including things you don’t usually find at a typical Hotel, such as a baby chair and baby playpen (some items are available for a fee). Everything inside the Room was clean with no issues. All drinks in the refrigerator are free-flow. They will restock endlessly until 7:00 PM. The sunset view from the rooftop was simply stunning. The quiet Sawada Beach stretching out in front of you, together with the sunset, left a strong impression. There isn’t an on-site restaurant, but you can arrange a private chef or have a BBQ on the terrace. We bought meat from “Sachiya Butcher Shop,” which was recommended by the villa staff, and had a BBQ. If you order in advance, ingredients can also be delivered to your Room (limited to certain shops). The only thing that scared me was seeing a thin long insect poking its head out from between the gaps of the mesh table on the terrace. Because it’s a hollow mesh-style table, I couldn’t tell whether it just happened to be there or if something had taken up residence, so we couldn’t use it afterward. Since lush nature is right in front of the villa—and that’s part of what makes it great—I understand it’s difficult to completely eliminate insects… Also, the walking path from in front of the villa to Sawada Beach is so overgrown that plants brush against your feet if you’re wearing sandals. I’d be happy if it could be trimmed and maintained a bit more. Overall, we were truly very satisfied!! It isn’t cheap, but it’s quiet and you can relax without worrying about others—perfect for enjoying a resort atmosphere at your own pace. It’s ideal for spending an important anniversary with someone special, and it’s a villa I’d gladly recommend to friends as well. Thank you very much.

I love Okinawa and visit with my child more than once a year. I’ve stayed at most hotels there, and this is the kind of hotel that feels like a sensory breakthrough from the moment you step inside. Among hotels in Okinawa in the same class, it may well be the best in both service and facilities. The airport transfers to and from Naha Airport were both in an Alphard. On the way back, our foreign female driver provided such a comfortable ride. After dozing off on the way, we arrived at a lobby with a breathtaking view—enjoying a welcome drink while looking out over the beautiful sea. From our room as well, we had an uninterrupted view of blue skies and an emerald-green ocean stretching out before us. The private pool is also an infinity pool, so it felt wonderful no matter how many times we went in. There were floats for both adults and children as well. For dinner, we chose sushi kaiseki on the first night and French on the second. Wanting to relax in our room with our child, we asked to switch the sushi kaiseki to room service; they set it up side by side facing the window so we could enjoy it while watching the sunset—it was absolutely delicious. The presentation showed real craftsmanship, and everything was exceptionally fresh and flavorful! For French dinner, we were shown to a private room; again, we could unwind comfortably on a sofa while dining. It’s said to be ranked No. 1 on Ikkyu as an inn for gourmet dining—and I completely agree. It was beautiful French cuisine that truly highlighted each ingredient’s flavor. Even at luxury hotels there are often “kids’ menu” options that feel too childish, but here they wonderfully arranged a full-course meal for children—my child usually leaves food behind but finished everything this time. I don’t drink alcohol, but the lounge offered Okinawan spirits and beer along with bite-sized savory snacks and sweets that paired well—everything tasted great. They were also very warm toward my child throughout our stay. This has become a hotel I definitely want to return to!

We had an incredibly fulfilling stay. From the interior and exterior design to the furniture, decor, fixtures, amenities, lawn, and open grounds, this was a wonderfully comfortable Facility where you can feel the attention to detail everywhere. The interior is unified in a calm design, with very high ceilings that create an airy sense of openness, allowing us to fully enjoy a special time away from everyday life. The vanity area and bathroom were especially spacious and impressive—made with high-quality materials and kept impeccably clean down to every corner. The amenities also felt thoughtfully chosen; for example, Aesop hand soap was provided at the sink. All essential cookware and appliances were available, so we could stay comfortably without any inconvenience. We even enjoyed handheld fireworks in the garden. The views of Mt. Fuji and the Southern Alps were also stunning—scenery you could gaze at for hours without noticing time pass. Most memorable of all were the wood-fired sauna and cold plunge bath. The wood-fired sauna was exceptional—enjoying it while feeling the flicker of flames, hearing the crackle of burning logs, and breathing in the scent of wood was truly special. Unlike an electric heater, it had a gentle heat that warmed us slowly from deep within and helped us relax completely. A large amount of sauna stones were thoroughly heated, so we could also enjoy pleasant steam from löyly. It’s an ideal setup that I would highly recommend even to dedicated sauna lovers. They added ice to the cold plunge bath multiple times for us, so we could cool down properly. Paired with the wood-fired sauna, it was perfect—we fully enjoyed every session. In the evening we enjoyed a BBQ, and we really appreciated that the owner prepared everything—from lighting the fire to setting everything up. On top of that, we received a generous gift of fresh vegetables grown by his wife. They were all rare varieties you don’t often see day-to-day, and you could feel careful attention not only in each vegetable but also in their labels and packaging. We tried them right away at our BBQ—especially the eggplant, which was unbelievably tender and delicious. Beyond how wonderful both the Facility itself and its location are, we were truly moved by the owners’ thoughtful hospitality as well. In this extraordinary setting—with beautiful views, a wood-fired sauna experience like no other،and BBQ—we spent a luxurious yet deeply comfortable time here. We would love to stay again. This time, I stayed with my parents. In a word, it is a refined Accommodation—like a hidden retreat for adults. The lobby has high ceilings and an open, airy feel, with beautifully maintained gardens. Tasteful jazz plays from a glass vacuum-tube audio system. The staff are calm and friendly. When I mentioned at dinner that I am left-handed, the younger staff shared the information, and they had chopsticks set accordingly at breakfast the next morning—I was truly happy. Small touches like this mean a lot to guests. “Quality” includes the building and furnishings, of course, but what moves guests and makes them want to return is hospitality above all else. The meals were excellent, and the selection of alcoholic drinks was also outstanding. The tableware had great taste as well. My mother said the portion sizes were just right and she could fully enjoy them. That night all three of us said, “Let’s come again.” More than anything flashy, quietness, genuine hospitality from the staff, and delicious food are what make an Accommodation truly exceptional. I would love to visit again during pufferfish season.

From the moment we entered the entrance, the welcoming color scheme and lighting made us feel at ease. We were promptly shown to our Room, and we loved both the Room and the bath. At dinner time, what surprised us even more was that the head chef personally visited each table to greet guests, explain the dishes, and even show us the actual ingredients—our conversation really flowed. The attention to detail in every ingredient and every dish was uncompromising, and we were truly moved again and again. Breakfast was just as carefully prepared; there were no shortcuts. The head chef personally shaved bonito flakes, and it was clear they put great effort into sourcing ingredients. We liked it so much that we made a Reservation for our next stay during this visit.
