We stayed at Horizon and used the indoor pool and buffet, and everything was excellent. The view from our Room was beautiful, and we were truly moved by the sunrise over the ocean. The location is great, so the views from outside the Room were also stunning, and the interior design of the building was lovely—it was fun taking photos throughout. The Accommodation is spacious, so getting around took a bit of effort, but there were welcome drinks and other events along the way, which made moving around enjoyable. The food was delicious, with a great selection of kids’ options as well, so our whole family had a wonderful time.

I’ve traveled to Akan several times, but this was my first stay at this Accommodation. It has the feel of a long-established property, and the staff were calm, courteous, and kind. I was satisfied with both breakfast and dinner. The Onsen was very pleasant as well, but the sauna was too hot—right when I stepped in, I burned the soles of my feet. I had been looking forward to it, so it was a bit disappointing.

This was my first time sightseeing in Otaru. We stayed at this Hotel right in front of the Otaru Canal. It was a one-night stay for our family of three, and we ate out, so we only needed a place to sleep. The Room felt a bit small, but since we were just sleeping there, it was more than enough and we were satisfied. Next time, I’d like to try the Hotel breakfast. There are many coin-operated parking lots very close to the Hotel, and the rates were much cheaper than in Tokyo. We parked overnight and left the car until checkout while sightseeing around Otaru Station, and it cost 800 yen for 24 hours. There were coin parking lots around 800–1,200 yen. The Hotel Facility was clean, with a calm lobby atmosphere as well—we were very satisfied. Amenities such as face wash, cleansing products, and skincare items were available on the first floor. I’d like to stay here again when traveling to the Otaru area. Thank you very much to all the staff members.

The staff service, Facility, Room, Miyajima cruise, dinner, and breakfast were all very satisfying. We had a Multiple Night Stay, and there was almost nothing repeated at dinner. Also, the rice balls made on the spot at breakfast were perfectly shaped, and our whole family enjoyed them. Thank you very much to all the staff.

We stayed in the Special Room Wakutake. There were four of us: my 4-year-old son, my parents, and me. The Room isn’t new, but it’s spacious and comfortable. The food was delicious as well—satisfying in both quality and quantity. The special kids’ menu was also well prepared. There are several types of baths, which was great, and our child never got bored.

I came to a live concert with my daughter, and on the last day we stayed at Manyo Club Minatomirai. It’s an Accommodation we always stay at whenever we visit Yokohama. This time it was also my daughter’s birthday, so we chose the Girls’ Trip Plan, which included dinner. We had a 2-hour seat Reservation and enjoyed our meal while taking in the night view of the Ferris wheel and more. The staff member who looked after us was very easy to talk to and provided attentive, thoughtful service. Every dish was delicious, and the sea bream carpaccio was especially tender and tasty. Since it was a Girls’ Trip Plan, the vegetable shabu-shabu was great too! We had a wonderful time chatting over delicious food with a beautiful view. I had pre-booked a surprise birthday cake in advance; the chef made it for us, and our staff member even sang “Happy Birthday.” My 26-year-old daughter got to blow out candles for the first time in ages! Thanks to everyone at the restaurant, the surprise was a success. We had such a lovely time—thank you to everyone at Manyo-an. It’s also great that you can go to the Onsen empty-handed. I also like that you can choose your yukata—I pick a different one every time. As someone who enjoys sauna sessions, both the sauna and Onsen were excellent. The sauna temperature is on the higher side—perfect!! I felt completely refreshed on the outdoor relaxation beds. I lost track of time and stayed in the Onsen for two hours. The rooftop footbath has different views at night and in the morning—both are wonderful. At night, especially, the Ferris wheel looks amazing. My daughter and I enjoyed it for about 30 minutes while chatting. Breakfast has so many options that it’s hard to choose. I’m happy you can select grilled items as well—and you can even have sushi or hot pot from early morning. Since it’s buffet-style, staff quickly refilled items that were running low. Everything tasted great. However, depending on timing there were people who couldn’t find seats; it gets especially crowded after 8:00. The coin laundry is close to our Room, and being able to wash and dry everything for 500 yen in two hours was very convenient. I started it before going to the Onsen and picked it up before returning to my Room afterward. At another Hotel there was a washer inside the changing area—I thought that setup would be nice too. It’s also conveniently located near CupNoodles Museum Yokohama (Cup Noodles Museum), Hammerhead (Yokohama Hammerhead), Cosmo World (Yokohama Cosmo World), Landmark Tower (Yokohama Landmark Tower), and more. We truly had an extremely comfortable stay this time. When we come back to Yokohama again, we will stay here. Thank you very much to all of your staff members.

I was really worried the place might feel run-down, but the tatami area was new and the bathrooms had been renovated, so I had a very comfortable stay. Thank you for the Shuttle Service as well. The complimentary oden was surprisingly delicious. I even enjoyed beer and sparkling wine before dinner. The staff’s smiles were wonderful. The large public bath was under construction and unavailable, so I was worried about whether I’d be able to use the private bath, but everything went smoothly and I managed to use it six times. There was even a shampoo bar—something many women really appreciate. Even though it’s private, it’s spacious, with an ocean view, and I was completely satisfied. What surprised me most was the food: there weren’t a huge number of dishes, but everything tasted great—and at this Accommodation Fee, is it really okay? The crab quality made me worry in a good way: juicy with just the right amount of saltiness. Even compared with the newer Hotel we stayed at the next day, this Hotel’s meals were better. I’ve already made another Reservation for two nights in September.

The room has a nostalgic Showa-era charm, but it was very spacious and comfortable. The bath was, of course, excellent. With No Meals Included, we were able to enjoy Kaike at an affordable price.

Everything was delicious, including the sashimi at dinner and the simmered fish head. The portions were generous, and I couldn’t finish the kashiwa rice onigiri, so I took it back to my Room and enjoyed it later. The Room was clean, and I was able to relax in the bath as well. After check-out, we walked around to see the summer satoyama scenery, the Great Buddha Hall, and stone Buddhas, which was very soothing. I would love to visit again if I have the chance.

This was my first stay at this Hotel. The staff’s attentiveness and thoughtful care were outstanding. The facilities were very clean, and I had a relaxing and enjoyable time. I would gladly stay here again.

We were looking forward to staying at this long-established Hotel. We stayed as a family of four. The exterior looks quite old, but parts of the inside have been renovated. The front desk staff were pleasant and provided very kind, attentive guidance. We stayed in a Room that had not been renovated, so it did feel dated, but the toilet has been renovated so there was no inconvenience, and everything was well cleaned. Amenities were more than sufficient, and having tabi socks provided was a big plus. It would have been even better if there had been a basket bag for carrying items to the bath area. Also, the refrigerator was large and convenient. It even had a freezer compartment, which was great—we could freeze our ice packs. There are three bath areas in total; some switch between men and women, but if you go in both the evening and morning you can use them all. The baths were well cleaned and fully stocked with amenities, so they were very comfortable. The Onsen temperature was just right. Dinner was served in a large hall like a banquet venue, with each group seated at their own table. Tea and water were self-serve and set up nearby, so it was easy to get what we needed right away. We chose the casual course; it included many dishes we liked, and the sashimi and white shrimp kamameshi (rice cooked in an iron pot) were especially delicious. Overall it felt thoughtfully prepared and we were very satisfied with the content. We had seen many Reviews saying the portions were small and were worried about that, but since we drink alcohol it was just the right amount for us—Hotel kaiseki is often hard to finish otherwise. If you don’t drink alcohol and want to eat more, I think choosing the standard course or ordering additional dishes would be best. Breakfast was a buffet in a venue with an outside view. Seating is guided by staff; getting a window seat would be ideal. The buffet is compact but offers plenty of variety, with many tasty items overall. Personally, I would have loved small cakes or similar desserts as well. The trolley train boarding area is also within walking distance from here (on foot). Overall we were highly satisfied—this is a Hotel we’d like to return to. It became a wonderful travel memory for us. Thank you very much.

I stayed for two nights. Perhaps because it is close to the sea, the fish was more delicious than at any other accommodation I have stayed at before. Whether sashimi, grilled, simmered, or fried, every dish had an amazing taste. The staff, including the hostess, were very pleasant and made my stay extremely comfortable. Thank you very much.

My family and I stayed on July 24 and 25. The buffet offered a wide variety of delicious dishes, and the pool wasn’t too crowded on Friday, so we were able to enjoy the slides many times and relax in the pool—overall, we were very satisfied! The free Shuttle Service bus was also great.

We chose this place because it was all-inclusive, and both the baths and the service were excellent. In particular, as someone in the same industry, I was truly impressed by the attentiveness and consideration shown by the Nepalese staff in the dining area. Thanks to them, we had a wonderful time. Unlimited drinks from check-in to check-out was more than I could ask for as a beer lover—I enjoyed plenty. The open-air bath wasn’t too hot and felt great! We’d love to come back again! This Hotel is conveniently located near the station, making it easy to get anywhere without worrying about exact schedules. The property was clean, and I felt comfortable and at ease during my stay.

I stayed here on short notice for a trip to Tottori. I couldn’t find the location of the affiliated parking lot, so I called the front desk, and they kindly helped me—I really appreciated it. The Room was spacious enough, there were free drinks on the first floor, and there was also a large public bath—everything was excellent. It’s close to the station as well, which was truly convenient. Thank you very much! I’d love to stay again.

Four years ago, my family stayed here as the starting point for a trip around Noto. We were able to relax at a leisurely pace, the food was delicious, and above all, we could soothe our tiredness in the bath. That was the biggest highlight for us. This time I traveled by motorcycle with a friend, and it was an Accommodation my friend had been interested in, so we planned our stay. Since this trip was also a full loop around Noto, we chose the indoor BBQ for dinner as our starting point and added the all-you-can-drink option. Pouring my own draft beer was exceptional, and enjoying an indoor BBQ while having seven beers was fantastic. When traveling, your Accommodation doesn’t have to serve kaiseki or seafood. This trip reminded me of that. As a great stopover point for exploring Noto, I’d like to stay here again in the future.

My second stay, following last winter. Last time I came by car. After sightseeing at Owakudani and other spots, I followed the navigation system and didn’t really know where it was, but this time I used the mountain railway and was surprised to find it was very close to Sounzan Station. Even on the walk from the station, I felt welcomed by a pleasant breeze and birdsong, and arrived at the Accommodation in great spirits. The attendant who looked after us was the same as last year. Their cheerful manner and excellent timing in serving meals were unchanged. The Room and shared areas were just as spotless as before—not a speck of dust—making everything feel wonderfully refreshing. The open-air bath assigned to each Room is located a short distance away, and ours was excellent again this time. With cuckoos calling more beautifully around this season, I could truly relax in both sound and hot water. The meals were delicious as before: a soup with pike conger eel (hamo) and junsai; seasonal ingredients like Manganji peppers with superb seasoning; gourd “kaminari-boshi,” which I hadn’t tasted in ages; plus breakfast highlights such as the vegetable salad and dressing, perfectly grilled salted salmon (both seasoning and doneness), and fresh yuba served at just the right moment. An Accommodation I’d love to return to for its hospitality.
