I stayed for 2 nights and had a very comfortable experience. The building feels like an old Business Hotel, but it is well-cleaned, and the internet connection was excellent. The front desk is generally unmanned, but if you ring the bell, someone will come out and kindly assi

It was my first visit, and I used the property. Directly connected from the station, I was able to check in without getting wet in the rain. The breakfast was very good in terms of variety and taste. Also, I was satisfied with the Chinese dishes [Ebi Chili, Mapo Tofu]. The

The room is indeed small, but with various ingenious touches, it doesn't feel that way. The necessary services are well-equipped. I only used it for a day-use rest, so it was truly sufficient.

There is a stand to open your suitcase, so there is nothing inconvenient about the stay. I am impressed with how well thought out the room is. The staff's greetings and responses were good, and I had a pleasant stay. Just one thing, I hit my head on a protrusion on the wall n

I was slightly concerned about the futon stored under the desk, presumably for use when set up as a twin, but the Room was spacious, clean, and overall very pleasant. The absence of any unpleasant smell in the bathroom made it particularly comfortable. There was a system to no

The front desk staff were very accommodating, and both the breakfast bread and curry were delicious. There’s free coffee available, but local sake and draft beer for 300 yen is an unbeatable deal. You can enjoy "Senbero" at the hotel! It’s also great that there’s an Ito-

Exceptional facilities and services. While a car is necessary due to the location, the parking lot is extremely spacious and convenient. This hotel is more comfortable than the largest domestic chain hotels. As aging begins, we hope for continued maintenance of the facili

I always have a comfortable stay, but during my recent visit, the bathtub in the Room made a popping sound every time I stood up and moved around. At first I didn’t know what it was, but whenever I moved, the bottom of the tub made a popping noise and I worried it might give way.

We were also satisfied with the amenities. The nightwear was a one-piece style, so we would have preferred a two-piece set. We stayed in a different Room the previous day as well, and they arranged an early check-in and guided us to our Room promptly, so the service was excellent

Recently I often choose places with a large public bath, but this time there was a semi-open-air bath, so I could relax without worrying about others and recover from my fatigue. They had a full lineup of ReFa products; outlets, cables, and towels were provided in two locations

I stay here often, and that says it all—it’s excellent. I can relax in the large public bath and stretch out on the big bed. Great coffee and a delicious breakfast, too. I usually skip breakfast, but it’s so good that I end up eating plenty. Also, I’ve heard this a lot: the sham

The view was amazing! (I would have preferred a room with a view of the Skytree though.) From the direction of Ueno Station, I could see planes taking off and landing at Haneda Airport in the distance—an incredible night view! Very satisfied! The amenities were great too,

The spa available for free use was also very spacious, and the restaurant was large with carpeted floors that felt nice underfoot. The parking lot was also very spacious and free for guests, which impressed me. I would definitely like to use it again next time. Thank you very muc

The location is excellent, just a short walk from Utsunomiya Station and close to convenience stores. The shampoo and other toiletries had a pleasant fragrance. I also appreciated the wide variety of tea bags provided, along with instant soup as part of the amenities. If I have a

I stayed the night before visiting the Expo. Although many international and Japanese guests were staying, it was quiet and comfortable. There was a minor issue during check-in, but the staff responded quickly and excellently, allowing me to enjoy a pleasant stay throughout.

The new building had washing machines, which were very convenient; however, since they were accessible without Room keys, it seemed like "anyone could take your laundry." It might be safer if each washing machine or dryer had a password lock (though this isn't specific to APA Hot

The spa seemed to focus more on women, but the effort didn't seem sufficient. The slippery floor in the washing area was unpleasant. The recommended Room's trunk storage being directly on the floor under the bed was a bit inconvenient. On the other hand, breakfast was great.

I've stayed at several accommodations over the years, but this is my favorite. The separate bath and toilet, along with the clean and spacious bathtub, are wonderful. The quality exceeds the price, and I’ve made this my regular accommodation every year. It’s also very convenient

This was my second stay, after about a year, and it’s truly a relaxing Hotel. The interior is simple and clean. The location is quiet, yet there’s a convenience store nearby, which is very handy. The elevator requires a room key to access the upper floors, so the security feels r
