It rained unfortunately every day, but we were able to stay in a new Room that had only recently opened. In any case, the food is delicious. Everything was lightly seasoned and served in small portions, and both the soup dishes and sashimi were excellent. The herbal Wagyu was al

This was my first stay at this Hotel. It’s conveniently located within walking distance from Urawa Station East Exit, and both the Hotel and the Room were clean, making for a comfortable stay. The sleepwear was a separate pajama set with front buttons. Since I tend to get hot

At PUKU PUKU’s breakfast buffet, kawara soba, seafood marinated rice bowl (kaisenzuke-don), and French toast are must-tries—go hungry. Even though it was only one night stay , it felt incredibly full and satisfying. It made me want come back—and also try other RISONARE propertie

In the end, I searched on my own and went to Starbucks at the station (which was nice, fortunately). Instead of offering free nuts, I would prefer that you provide complimentary drip coffee so guests can drink it in their Room. The night view and the infinity-style large public b

Overall, I was satisfied. We stayed in a triple room, which was spacious enough, and we also received a discount voucher for a recommended nearby restaurant, so we were able to enjoy local Fukui cuisine. The bath and the breakfast venue felt a little small for the number of guest

This was my first trip traveling with my three dogs. What made me choose this Accommodation was the private dog run. The dog run had wood chips, which I think helped reduce strain on my dogs’ paws. It was also a great size, and they were able to run around to their hearts’ conten

All the staff were truly pleasant, kind, courteous, and gentle, which made me very happy. Thank you for accommodating my requests. This time I stayed in a slightly larger twin Room. It was tastefully arranged, very clean and spotless, and extremely comfortable. Amenities

We stayed two days after the memorable grand opening. The Facility, amenities, and meals were all high quality, and we were very satisfied. As it was right after opening, there were a few moments when the staff seemed slightly inexperienced, but we received heartfelt hospitality

Second stay. This time, there was also a welcome drink service. Went to Sauna & Spa Namdaemun within a 10-minute walk. Took an early-morning walk and enjoyed a morning bath. Took out bread from the 1st-floor restaurant/bakery to the Room. I will stay here again.

There is also a gas station–operated car rental company nearby, making it ideal for visiting Uzaki Coast, Godzilla Rock, Oga Aquarium, Nyudozaki Cape, the Namahage Museum, and Kanpuzan sightseeing. There is no convenience store nearby, but a supermarket open until 8:00 PM is with

A calm beach just steps from the Hotel, a clean Room with a panoramic sea view, a spacious and spotless large Onsen bath, and a wide variety of delicious dishes... It was a fulfilling and truly satisfying wedding anniversary trip!! Thank you to the kind staff as well. We’d love

With seafood, meat, and plenty of local specialties—from savory flour-based dishes to kushikatsu, plus mixed juice—it was an incredibly satisfying selection. We’d love to come again. One thing to mention: the door handle of the sauna in the new observation sauna spa is made of wo

I usually stay at a different hotel in Mito, but I decided to make my first reservation here after learning about its new opening this fall. Overall, it was a highly satisfying stay. Although the front desk staff seemed to be in training and check-in took a bit of time, they hand

It was truly wonderful. Everything was spotlessly clean. The location was perfect, and we were able to relax and unwind. The amenities were well stocked and stylish. The robes were fluffy, too. It was great that pajamas and a light outer layer for the sauna were provided! I also

In the lobby, drinks were available anytime from 3:00 PM until 11:00 AM the next morning, which was very convenient. However, while the unit bath tub was spacious and great, the sink basin was small and a bit inconvenient to use. Other than that, the location was excellent—within
