I stayed for more than 10 nights on a business trip. It looks like an older-style Business Hotel, but it was extremely comfortable. Breakfast was very satisfying. There were plenty of vegetables, and a great selection of morning drinks like vegetable juice and milk. The Room is a bit dated, but it stayed warm even when it snowed. I really appreciated that the amenities included masks. The other amenities were also far more extensive than at most Business Hotels—it felt very considerate of guests. When I asked the front desk to borrow an umbrella, they lent me one immediately. They were also pleasant when I left my key with them. Maybe because it’s a popular Hotel, there were many guests staying there. Highly recommended for business stays. I’d like to use it again.

I often stay here because it’s close to the station and convenient when going out for drinks. It’s reassuring that staff are available at reception even late at night. Thank you very much.

Although it was an older Hotel, the Room was spacious and very clean. The Onsen was great! My skin felt moisturized. I’d like to stay again if I have the chance.

The sashimi boat platter was absolutely delicious, and everything we ate was impressive. The host mother and everyone else were very kind. It seems they also offer a boat fishing Plan, which I’d like to book next time. We received Fukui Prefecture travel coupons and used them the next day as meal vouchers worth 5,000 yen per person to go eat eel.

The bed at the Hotel was extremely comfortable, providing a great night's sleep without any back pain. The pillow height was low, making it easy on the neck, and the room was thoroughly cleaned. It was the most relaxing sleep I've ever had! I would love to stay here again next time! However, the showerhead was cracked, causing an unusual water flow. While it didn’t affect usability, I’m concerned it might break completely when used by other guests in the future. It might be worth checking for safety.

This was my first stay at a hotel I’ve known since childhood. Even though I no longer have my family home, this place feels like a "home base" when I return to Nichinan. The stay itself was comfortable, but I noticed that the water faucet didn’t stop easily and the wardrobe was old and difficult to open and close. I’d love to continue using this hotel, so improvements in these areas would make it even more enjoyable.

The hotel was close to the station, and although it was a twin room, the beds were spacious and comfortable. I think it would be nice to have a complimentary drink service.

A retro-style Hotel located a 7–8 minute walk from Karatsu Station. We also appreciate the front desk staff’s polite and helpful service.

The ocean stretches out right in front of you, and the sunsets were so beautiful they felt truly cleansing. All of the staff were kind, making this a very comfortable Accommodation. Above all, the meals were delicious, and we enjoyed plenty of fresh seafood—an unforgettable, happy time. We’d love to come back again soon to relax.

The location and the property had a calm, relaxing atmosphere, which was great. Everything we needed was provided, and although the building is older, it was very clean and comfortable! We’d definitely like to stay again.

The Room and Facility were both in great condition, and the front desk staff were courteous and helpful, making our stay very pleasant. This was my first time staying at a container accommodation. The room was comfortable, and having a microwave and refrigerator/freezer in the room was very convenient. The staff were friendly and approachable, making it easy for me as a woman to feel safe staying here. One small concern was that the TV was directly in front of the desk, which felt a bit overwhelming when trying to do makeup (just my personal opinion). Overall, it exceeded expectations for the price, and I am very satisfied. Thank you for your hospitality!

My spouse and I stayed with our miniature dachshund and chose the BBQ course. After arriving, we checked in at Bianco. We were then shown to our Room, and everything was explained carefully, including how the Room and the public Onsen work. You can buy a 24-hour pass for three public baths at Gozen-yu for 600 yen. We started with a soak at Gozen-yu, then took our dog for a walk around town before dinner. The atmosphere is lovely, but to be honest there aren’t really any tourist facilities like souvenir shops (lol). There are walking paths too, but we decided not to go into the mountains because we were worried about bears. Before dinner, they brought us the meat for the BBQ. A one-drink option is included, so I ordered a craft beer. The meal was more filling than expected and very tasty. One thing to note: you cook the rice yourself using a mess tin (camping-style pot), so it might feel challenging if it’s your first time—though I’m used to it as a camper. It felt less like staying at a Ryokan and more like casual glamping. Also, since you’re grilling as you eat, it’s not really a sit-down-and-relax style meal. After dinner we went to our second bath, Satsuki-yu. However, Arifuku Onsen is very hot, so you can’t soak for long. My wife tried to go for one more bath at Yayoi-yu before bed but ran out of time and ended up going back to Gozen-yu instead (open until 10 p.m.). In the morning we visited Gozen-yu again (open from 7 a.m.) before having breakfast bento boxes—those were great too. The Room was very clean, and best of all we could let our dog relax freely inside, which made us really happy. We’d love to stay again if we have the chance—next time I’d like to try dinner at Bianco as well.

I have stayed here for two consecutive years for the Nomakake event. Last time, the shower in the bathroom was not usable, and this time the bathtub was not cleaned for two days in a row. Since body sponges are not provided, those who need one should bring their own. Other than that, the Facility and location are great, so I have no complaints.

Thank you for your hospitality. I wish you had told us in advance that a jubako box would be included with the buffet-style breakfast. I took too much of the delicious curry and couldn’t finish it—I regret it, haha.

The bathroom is spacious, allowing for a relaxing soak. The Room is also large enough to organize luggage easily, so I would like to use it again.

The bath was absolutely amazing. The meals were hearty, and the Room was spacious and relaxing. When we mentioned that we came to see the ancient lotus seeds, they kindly picked one for us. Our journey continues as we admire the lotus seed.

The meals were excellent, and I could tell they put effort into serving different dishes each day. The bath is quite hot, so you may want to add cold water as you soak, but it truly warms you to the core. Because it’s an Accommodation in a very rural area, there were few guests and I was able to relax completely. I would love to visit again.

The 9-tatami mat room was comfortable even for a Multiple Night Stay. The welcome coffee was exceptional because the water was delicious. The parking was also free, and I will stay again.
