We stayed here for our ski trip. The location is perfect, right in front of the ski resort. While there are minor points that could affect ratings, overall we were satisfied. The Facility is undeniably old, but the service was good and the meals were as expected. One concern was the slight odor from the drainage in the washing area, which was unfortunate given how great the Onsen was. Also, the cheesecake is absolutely delicious!

I revisited this accommodation early because I had such a great experience last month. Although the Awazu Kaiseki did not include tempura, the delicious appetizers and eight kinds of fresh sashimi made the sake taste even better. By the time I finished the pork shabu-shabu and chawanmushi, I was already full, but the seasoned rice was so delicious that I ended up overeating. For breakfast, they served "Hyakumangoku" brand rice, which is often found in ryokan in Ishikawa Prefecture. However, their cooking method was exceptional, making it more delicious than any other ryokan I've stayed at before. While abalone, nodoguro fish, and Noto beef are available as additional orders, even without them, their delicately flavored dishes were more than satisfying. The bathwater quality was gentle on my sensitive skin and allowed me to soak for long periods without feeling overheated. The therapeutic waterfall shower relieved pain in my shoulders, neck, and back when applied to those areas—I even thought about saving money to come here for a week-long hot spring retreat someday! The room had been recently renovated; it was impeccably clean with a large LCD TV for added comfort. However, since we arrived early perhaps due to timing issues—the air conditioning wasn't turned on upon arrival during wintertime—it felt cold initially; preheating would have been appreciated during colder months like these! Lastly but importantly: homemade pudding by Okami (the hostess) tasted amazing too—overall providing excellent value exceeding expectations from this accommodation!

During the Obon weekend, when most places were around 20,000 yen, we were able to stay here at a very reasonable price. Because it was inexpensive, we didn’t expect much from the Room or the meals, but the Ryokan has been renovated and the food left us completely full. The coffee in the lounge after breakfast was a delight. The staff were wonderful and even saw us off when we left. It turned into a very satisfying family trip.

The Room was spacious and clean, and it had been thoroughly cleaned. There is a Lawson right in front, and a 24-hour supermarket nearby, which is very convenient. What bothered me was the weak shower water pressure and stains on the chair seat. I called the front desk several times, but I didn’t find the foreign staff’s response very pleasant. Still, considering the price, this Hotel was more than satisfactory. I would like to stay here again.

The service and hospitality were excellent. The front desk staff provided courteous assistance, including detailed explanations about the amusement facilities, which was very satisfying. However, due to an air conditioning malfunction on the 3rd floor where the front desk and dining facility are located, we had to take our breakfast to-go and eat in our Room. It was disappointing as we were looking forward to enjoying a leisurely time at the drink bar. The Room was clean and comfortable.

We stayed here as a couple during Golden Week. Above all, we were truly impressed by how wonderful the meals were. Luxurious ingredients you can only enjoy here—such as Kesennuma’s famous shark fin and shark—were served, and everything was delicious. We were moved by each and every dish. We’re originally from Shikoku and regularly enjoy fresh seafood, but the abalone sashimi and oysters in particular were exceptional—an unforgettable taste. The Accommodation was spotless throughout, and the garden was beautifully maintained, making our stay very comfortable. At breakfast, you kindly shared various stories about Oshima, and when we left, everyone waved to us until we were out of sight. Your warm hospitality left us feeling genuinely touched. This is a lovely Accommodation where you can truly relax, and it will stay with us for a long time. We took walks around the area in both the morning and evening, and found great comfort in the birdsong, the star-filled sky, the clear air, and the unhurried island pace of life. Within walking distance is Jūhachi Naruhama Beach (designated a Natural Monument), well worth a visit. (It’s a mysterious beach that makes a squeaking sound when you walk on it.) Our only regret is that we arrived just in time for check-in this trip and left early in the morning. Since we live far away we can’t visit often, but next time we would love to stay longer at a more relaxed pace. Thank you very much to everyone at the Accommodation!

Close to Dotonbori, quiet, and in a prime location! Separate toilet and bathroom at an unbeatable price!

It was a time when there were no group guests, so the Room was spacious and quiet, and we were very satisfied. Both breakfast and dinner were delicious and excellent. The value for money was great, and it’s a Hotel we would definitely like to visit again.

Although I arrived late at night, the front desk staff greeted me with a smile, which made me feel at ease. The Room was spacious, and the in-room amenities included thoughtful touches such as a cart for placing small items. I had a comfortable stay and would like to use this hotel again.

With a location right in front of Mt. Fuji, opening the curtains in the Room revealed a perfect view of Lake Kawaguchi and Mt. Fuji. A small wooden deck with a wooden table and chairs allowed for an amazing coffee experience while enjoying the view of Mt. Fuji. This scenery at this price is incredibly cost-effective. The Room was spacious and very satisfying. I will definitely return!

I forgot my charging cable, but they kindly lent me one. However, one slim man with glasses who was working around 19:40 on 3/8 had a very rude attitude, so I think he should be better trained. Other than that, the foreign staff were polite, and the bath was very pleasant.

I was very satisfied with the top-floor Room, which had a great view. The bed was larger than average and spacious enough. This was my second stay, and it was comfortable. I would like to stay again if I have the chance. The breakfast could have more variety, but considering the price, it is sufficient.

Due to the aging condition of our countryside house, we decided to stay here for the first time. The accommodation was well-equipped with tableware and cooking utensils (no seasonings provided). We brought our own ingredients and enjoyed a barbecue on the hot plate. There were five of us, and the sleeping arrangements included two regular beds, one sofa bed, and two wall-mounted foldable beds. Unfortunately, there was one set of bedding missing, which was a bit disappointing. However, overall it was a great experience, and we would love to stay here again next time!

I stayed here as part of my hobby of visiting hidden hot springs. It’s easy to access from the expressway interchange, and the roads are in good condition. The hot spring water quality is excellent, and the meals were served one dish at a time, which I really appreciated. Although the building is old, it has been renovated in places and I was satisfied. I would like to stay again.

I stayed here after watching a video introduced by a YouTuber. Since it was during the Expo period and prices in the city center had surged, I chose this Accommodation a little farther out. The staff were kind and taught me various things about the town. It was a No Meals Included Plan, but I paid to visit Ebisu-yu. As someone who loves public baths, Ebisu-yu had Showa-era pop songs playing and the atmosphere was fantastic! I grabbed breakfast at a convenience store. In the Room I stayed in, the shower was shared with other guests. There is a women’s shower on the second floor, and while it can be locked from inside, if no one is using it, honestly anyone could enter. That made me feel a bit uneasy about security. The toilet area in the Room has a sink and mirror, but because the walls are dark and the lighting is like a spotlight, it wasn’t suitable for doing makeup. The price is reasonable, so I think these issues are within an acceptable range. If I stay again next time, I’d like to book an entire building rental.

The location is excellent, right in front of the station and close to the entertainment district! The Room is small, so it would be satisfactory for one person just to sleep, but it felt a bit cramped for two. Considering the price and location, I think it's affordable!

The clean Room made for a very pleasant stay. The included light meals were much appreciated! I would love to use this service again.

A charming Western-style Ryokan nestled deep in a narrow path, where time seems to flow at a slower pace. The body soap in the bathroom was excellent and suited my sensitive skin perfectly. This time, due to work, I stayed with No Meals Included and had a busy schedule, but next time I hope to visit with a companion and enjoy a stay with meals included.

It was challenging to find the way as the entrance is through a narrow alley, but I appreciated the guidance provided. Although there seemed to be a rock bath available, I was too tired and used the bath in my Room instead. Even so, I was able to relax and enjoy it at my own pace.
