We stayed for four nights. The Accommodation was very clean, well maintained, and well equipped, so we had a comfortable stay. We used the second floor, but a foreign family was staying on the third floor and we were quite bothered by noise at night; that was our only complaint. Next time, we would like to stay on the third floor.

We stayed as a group of three families, totaling nine people, ranging from a 1.5-year-old toddler to a couple in their 60s. There were four bedrooms, allowing each family to have their own space, making it very convenient for a large group. The upstairs living room, kitchen, and dining area were spacious as well. The stylish design and cleanliness made our stay very comfortable. For both dinner and breakfast, we went shopping for ingredients at a nearby supermarket and enjoyed cooking together as a group. It was an entirely different and enjoyable experience compared to staying at the usual Hotel or Ryokan. Our 1.5-year-old grandchild was thrilled with the new experiences away from daily life and had so much fun. On the train ride home, they seemed to feel sad about leaving Katase-Enoshima behind. It became an unforgettable trip filled with wonderful memories for all three families!

The high ceilings and spacious Room made it easy to relax and unwind. The kitchen was well equipped, and we enjoyed cooking at the large table. The bathroom was also spacious, and you can soak while looking out at the garden, giving you a taste of island life in Amami. It’s conveniently located for access to Tomori Beach and the northernmost lighthouse, so I thought staying one night on this side would be a great idea as well. (I visit Amami every year.) Entry is by passcode, and check-in/out can be done on an iPad, so we didn’t meet anyone, but it wasn’t inconvenient at all. I think this is a wonderful Accommodation where you can have a great time with friends or with family. Thank you very much for your hospitality.

It was comfortable for having a BBQ with friends. The jacuzzi was also great.

We stayed for one night with a family of five and a small dog. Although the signal near the facility was weak, there was Wi-Fi available, and when we contacted them with questions during check-in, they responded promptly, which we greatly appreciated. The room was very spacious with large windows that provided an open atmosphere, and we could enjoy a view of Mt. Fuji from the room. When we entered the room in the evening and turned on the air conditioning, it took some time to warm up; having a heater would have been helpful. On the other hand, from morning to midday, sunlight came through the upper windows making it very hot; blinds for those windows would be nice. We prepared our own ingredients for cooking but enjoyed using well-equipped kitchen tools and appliances like a microwave oven. The drinks and snacks provided were thoughtful touches that made us happy. The hinoki bath filled the bathroom with its soothing aroma, creating a relaxing space—it was absolutely wonderful! Although this stay was only for one night, it made us want to stay longer at this facility. We hope there will be discounts for Multiple Night Stays in the future as we'd love to come back again! We stayed as three families with children, and each bedroom was spacious and very clean, which made our stay highly satisfying. The barbecue area had a roof and came with a refrigerator, which was very convenient. However, the entrance is a bit narrow, so large vehicles should proceed with caution. Overall cleanliness: 5 stars.

Thank you very much for your hospitality. We were able to spend a relaxing time with our family over the New Year holidays in an amazing location! The beautiful weather made the sunset views even more spectacular. The amenities were excellent, and we enjoyed the sauna, pool as a cold plunge, and even had a family karaoke competition. We would love to stay here again in the future!

Due to the typhoon, I made a last-minute afternoon reservation on the same day. The location near the station was very convenient. It was my first time using this service, but the front desk staff kindly explained everything. The room was spacious enough for one person and I had a comfortable stay. Check-out was simple—just drop the room card key into the box.

It was my first time staying at an APA Hotel in a while. The mattress used to feel too soft for me, but maybe it has changed—this time it was pleasantly firm and comfortable. The view from the window wasn’t great, so I didn’t open it and felt a bit closed in, but for a solo stay just to sleep, I think it’s comfortable. There were plenty of amenities, and there were APA-related books in the room. Even the amenity bag had an inspiring message from the president—so very “APA!” It made me smile.

I stayed here on a solo trip to unwind from daily fatigue. I made a Reservation at this Accommodation because I wanted to enjoy a spacious bath... (I soaked morning and night and fully enjoyed both the large and small public baths—absolutely satisfied!) Above all, the breakfast was unbelievably delicious! (The simmered daikon with pork belly was shockingly good!) The female staff member at the breakfast venue was so kind and comforting...! If you’re considering this Accommodation, you should choose a Plan that includes breakfast! It turned into a truly satisfying solo trip. Thank you very much!

This was my second stay, and it reminded me again how good this place is. The Room isn’t huge, but it’s easy to move around and very relaxing. The toilet has an automatic lid and automatic flushing, which is a big help for me since I have back issues. It’s also rare (and convenient) to have a sink inside the toilet area. The bathroom has a separate washing area, and the tub is spacious enough to soak comfortably. The pajamas are a two-piece set with a soft feel. What really earns high marks is the generous service: drinks, snacks, and bread are provided, and bringing items into the Room is also allowed. At other hotels, I end up having to stop by a convenience store just to make sure I have drinks—here there’s no need for that, which makes it much more relaxing. We don’t even need to add breakfast; bread and coffee are enough for us. However, it was disappointing that there were no croissants this time. I also didn’t know how to use the toaster, so it would be helpful if instructions were posted. And when I want tea, I’d appreciate a note explaining where to find hot water. Two years ago I wrote that I wished the TV could play YouTube, and I was happy to see that it can now. The staff’s service and smiles had improved compared with before. As always, the only inconvenience is that the space next to the sink is small. It’s close to Shinbashi Station as well, so it’s convenient not having to wait for a taxi. I think the Accommodation cost is reasonable compared with nearby hotels considering how good the service is. I hope these services won’t be discontinued because of inconsiderate guests. I’d like to stay again if I have another opportunity.

I had not made a reservation in advance, but it would have been better if there were more available units. Additionally, I would have appreciated guidance on the nearest parking lot. Other than that, I was satisfied.

It was conveniently located near various stations, and the size was not too large, which I liked. The hotel staff left a very positive impression, so I would like to stay again. The Room shower had strong water pressure and seemed to be a modern type that also sprays from the body panel, which I really appreciated. The reason for deducting one star for the Facility is cleanliness—dust has been gradually accumulating in some areas, so I hope they will continue to focus on cleaning. Breakfast also had more variety than it looked in the photos and was delicious. A new Hotel really is nice.

I was looking for a nearby Hotel to stay at on short notice with my daughter and found this one, so I made a Reservation. I tried to choose the breakfast Plan, but it couldn’t be selected, so I went with the No Meals Included Plan. We arrived after 7:00 p.m. during a sudden torrential downpour. I couldn’t find the parking lot and drove around for a while, but in the end we were able to park at the Times lot next to the Hotel, which was a relief. Check-in was done via a machine, but the staff kindly guided us and everything went smoothly. The Room was compact, but clean and comfortable. For the yukata, I sleep more comfortably without an obi belt, so I wish it had inner ties plus an additional set of ties on the other side. The large public bath was very relaxing and I was very satisfied, but there was quite a bit of hair on the dressing room floor. It would be great if there were lint rollers available. Next time, I’d like to have breakfast!

Everything—from the meals, baths, and Room to the staff’s hospitality—was absolutely satisfying. Both breakfast and dinner were beautifully presented and truly delicious. In addition to what was served at the table for dinner, a separate table was set up with obanzai (Kyoto-style small dishes). Everything I tried was delicious. The broccoli salad, marinated tomatoes, and pickled quail eggs in particular were so good I wanted to try every single dish. Breakfast offered both Japanese- and Western-style options, which I really enjoyed. The baths and Room—and in fact the entire Ryokan—were spotless and very clean. Thoughtful touches were everywhere: trays for jewelry in the bathroom and at the sink in the Room, as well as a warm note about what to do if insects appear along with insect spray provided. It made me feel genuinely happy. And at this price point—I’m truly grateful. I don’t usually want to return to the same Accommodation, but this is a wonderful place that makes me want to come back.

This was my second stay here on a business trip to Niihama. On weekdays, dinner is free, and the beef short rib rice bowl this time was incredibly delicious! They served a generous portion of rice, so I wondered if I could finish it, but I did. You can choose your preferred shampoo, there are carbonated bath tablets available, you can rent a tabletop mirror, and there’s also a freezer—being able to freeze my ice packs this summer was a huge help. Great value for money—I'd love to stay again.

The Room is clean and spacious, very satisfying. The service was decent; the man in the morning wasn't very friendly but not unpleasant either. The price is relatively affordable for the island, making it a good choice. However, in my case, while the Wi-Fi worked in the lobby, it disconnected when I went to my Room, and even after asking the staff, it couldn't be fixed. Still, it's a good HOTEL.

I chose this Accommodation for the price and location, and it was very clean and wonderful! Thank you as well to the front desk staff for your kind assistance. It was a last-minute stay, so it’s a shame I couldn’t stay longer. I’d love to stay again!

Although it’s a little far from Hiroshima Station, the streetcar stop is about a 2-minute walk away, so it didn’t feel inconvenient! There are also plenty of bars and restaurants nearby, so you won’t have any trouble finding places to eat or drink. The staff were very kind and made our stay comfortable. The only small thing I noticed was that the Room felt a bit dark unless we opened the curtains because there wasn’t much lighting. Everything else was perfect! Thank you!
