A great location—just a 15-minute walk to the dome! The four of us stayed in a Deluxe Twin. The beds were spacious, so even two people could sleep comfortably. The bathroom was also large, and it was great that there was a separate washing area! We also loved having the toilet in a separate room. Another big plus: from 3:00 PM, you can enjoy drinks in the lounge! We used it before heading to the game, after returning to the Hotel afterward, and again at breakfast. We’ll definitely stay here again.

The service was truly what you’d expect from a professional Hotel. Receiving salt tablets at the front desk was especially appreciated on a hot day! Some towels were frayed; I think those should have been set aside for cleaning and replaced with new ones. I believe guests would feel better using newer towels rather than worn, frayed ones.

It feels a bit old-fashioned, but the Room is simple, the air conditioning worked well, the shower water pressure was good, and it was great that we could use the lounge for free.

I had a very comfortable stay. The Room was clean, and the Facility was well equipped, so I felt at ease throughout my stay. They were also flexible with the check-out time, which was very helpful. Communication was courteous and pleasant until the end, so I would like to stay again if I have the opportunity. Thank you!

Contrary to my expectations, the Room was clean and relaxing. There was also a washing machine in the Room, so even if I got caught in the rain, I could do laundry that night and wouldn’t have trouble finding something to wear. There was a supermarket across the street where I could buy inexpensive groceries, and they also had boxed meals. It was within walking distance of sightseeing spots as well, making it an Accommodation I was very satisfied with. If I visit Kanazawa again for sightseeing, this is definitely an Accommodation I want to stay at again.

It was conveniently located near the station, with many restaurants and convenience stores nearby. The Room was new, very clean, and comfortable to stay in. Although it was a self check-in, the owner was very courteous and communication was smooth, so I felt at ease during my stay. It was a wonderful Room that made even my first unmanned stay worry-free, and I would like to use it again.

I’ve been a guest since the former Kasumi Terrace days, and I’m happy to see it back. This time, instead of my usual takeout dinner, I used the kitchen to cook (though I only grilled some meat…). After cycling, I was able to relax and recover by soaking in the bathtub. Great value for money—excellent stay. I’ll be back!

Thank you so much for all your help during our stay! We stayed with two young children, so having a whole-house rental Accommodation was truly appreciated. The garden flowers and the furniture inside were lovely as well. The bathroom and kitchen were very clean, and we almost felt bad renting it at this price…!! Thanks to that, we had no trouble preparing meals for the kids, and it turned into a trip we were really glad we took. The kitchen equipment was even more well stocked than we expected (toaster, microwave, rice cooker, pots, frying pan, spatula/turner, tongs, knives, dishes, cutlery, etc.). We also arrived earlier than the check-in time, but you kindly gave us the key code over the phone so we could enter early—this was a huge help. We’d love to stay again with our kids who have now discovered beachcombing!! Thank you again!

Conveniently located in central Miyakojima, so you’ll have plenty of dining options nearby. Painagama Beach is within walking distance. The guesthouse is clean, and the spacious shared area for guests makes it especially comfortable to relax.

It felt like a regular apartment, and having a washing machine was great.

We planned to visit Kamikochi the next day and looked for Accommodation in Matsumoto City, but gave up because it coincided with the Suwa Lake fireworks festival. We found this Accommodation closer to Kamikochi; it was a little off our route, but my wife—who is very particular about Facilities and cleanliness—praised it highly. Our friends traveling with us were satisfied as well. The only disappointment was that the bath felt a bit small when five women used it at the same time, perhaps due to the Accommodation’s capacity. Breakfast was delicious, and we enjoyed a very calm overnight stay. We would like to thank everyone at the Accommodation.

During a week-long trip to Aomori, I thought staying only at Onsen Accommodations might get boring, so we chose glamping for one night. It was absolutely the right decision! Check-in was simple and quick. You can drive right up, so there’s no need to walk far. The glamping Facility was spotless and flawless. The tent even had its own toilet, and although compact, it was well equipped with thoughtful amenities—clearly designed with guests in mind. Everything was impeccably clean. The fridge was stocked with plenty of drinks, and since we booked a meal-included Plan, everything was free! The meals were the perfect portion size and wonderfully balanced—seafood, mountain specialties, and meat—all excellent. At night, the Onsen is just a short walk away. It was also very clean and we were completely satisfied. Overall, everything was fantastic!

We stayed here recently to coincide with my elderly mother’s visit back home. The Accommodation was very clean, and we were able to spend our time comfortably and pleasantly. We had made a Reservation for a Plan without dinner, but my mother was tired from the long journey and found it difficult to go out to eat. When we were unsure what to do, the owners kindly prepared dinner for us. Their flexible and thoughtful support truly helped us. Breakfast the next morning was also delicious, and we enjoyed it while having a pleasant chat with the owners. When we return home again, we would definitely like to stay here. Thank you very much.

We stayed the night before our trip to Mt. Kinka. The Room was well cleaned and felt very fresh and tidy. The women’s bath area was small with only two washing stations, but it was nice to be able to soak in a large bathtub. Breakfast was excellent. The white rice was Tsuyahime; it was my first time trying it, and it was delicious. The miso soup had great dashi flavor, and everyone in our family had seconds. The side dishes also felt homemade and were very tasty. We would like to stay again.

The Room is simple, but spacious enough to rest comfortably. As it has newly opened, the Room was clean and well maintained, with a great selection of amenities. There is also a 24-hour drink bar, which was very nice. The breakfast buffet had more than enough variety for me, and the French toast was delicious. My companion even had meat udon in the morning. I was too full to try it, which was a real shame. They said it was very tasty, so I would definitely like to try it next time I stay. Thank you very much.

We stayed as a family of three. We used both the second-floor Onsen, which requires a time Reservation, and the first-floor Onsen, which can be used if available. The second-floor Onsen felt spacious enough for about 4–5 people, and the first-floor one was even larger. All amenities such as shampoo were provided. In the hallway, there was a toaster oven, microwave, and a household refrigerator. Since it was this season, it was great that we could freeze our ice packs properly. There was also table tennis, which we enjoyed during breaks. It’s set up near the entrance, so it can feel a bit awkward when other guests come in, but there wasn’t much foot traffic so it was acceptable. In our Room, the futons were already laid out when we arrived. The mattresses were comfortably firm and we slept well. The toilet was clean as well, though I felt an extra light at the sink area would have been helpful. It was our first time trying an Onsen in this area; it had cloudy water and the quality of the spring water was excellent. Thank you very much.

This was my first time staying at a Hotel without on-site staff, and when I called because I was confused about a few things, you were extremely kind and helpful despite my misunderstanding. Thank you very much.

This time, I had dinner here for the first time. It was my favorites—chilled pork shabu-shabu and tempura. Every time, the egg over rice is so delicious that I want to have multiple refills, and this time I was happy to realize it tastes different from what I make at home because the soy sauce is so good. I was truly impressed—thanks to Shodoshima, you can enjoy such wonderful soy sauce!! My daughter also loves egg over rice. Thank you very much.

My business trip was decided at short notice, so I made a Reservation. There is an Accommodation building on the property, along with a parking lot and Kappo Shiro. Maybe because it was a weekday, the parking lot was spacious, and Kappo Shiro seems to be used by locals for dinner and memorial gatherings as well. The Accommodation building is up to the 2nd floor by stairs—no issues for me. On the 1st floor there were complimentary drinks for guests, which was really helpful in this hot season. There was also a vending machine. The double Room was comfortable. The air conditioning worked well, it was quiet, and I slept soundly. There were plenty of TV channels, and the Wi-Fi worked without any problems! You can get a coupon for “Harajo Onsen Masago,” about a 5-minute walk away. It’s great that you can use it on your check-in day or even in the morning until 9:00 AM the next day! I didn’t expect to enjoy an Onsen stay, so I was very happy. It’s small but has a sauna too, and if you go later at night it’s not very crowded. Earlier in the evening it can be busier because locals also use it. Both dinner and breakfast are served at “Kappo Shiro.” (Even if your Plan doesn’t include dinner, you can pay separately; if you arrive by around 6:00 PM and there are seats available, it seemed like you could order various set meals.) I had Reserved the Business Plan. It probably varies by day, but that night we had simmered fish; gu-zoni soup; tempura and sashimi; chawanmushi; their local specialty Hyottsuru; plus white rice and miso soup! I usually eat as much as most men do, but I was completely satisfied with both quality and quantity. The food tasted exactly as you’d expect from a kappo restaurant—truly impressive!! I’d come back just for the meals alone. Breakfast was classic Japanese style—and of course excellent. If I have another chance, I’d love to stay here again next time on a trip with my mother!!
