The staff were kind and left a great impression! The breakfast staff, in particular, were excellent. The meals were all delicious and satisfying, but it would be nice to have a few more warm dishes. I would love to stay here again.

I stayed with No Meals Included. There were no particular issues. It was nice and close to the airport.

The Room was clean and comfortable. Guests can enter Experience Kingdom free of charge. The breakfast venue, Shana-tei, is spacious and full of Okinawan charm, and we really enjoyed the delicious breakfast. The beach is about a 3-minute walk away. This is a highly recommended Hotel with great value for money. We had planned to stay for two nights, but due to the typhoon we could only stay one night. Thank you very much for kindly accommodating our cancellation request.

It was on the 8th floor, and I was a bit concerned because there were times when the building shook quite a lot.

I stayed here with my elderly parents. My mother has knee problems and uses a wheelchair when traveling, but our Room was on the 3rd floor and the elevator only goes up to the 2nd floor, so getting around inside the building was difficult. Since I didn’t mention at the time of Reservation that we would be using a wheelchair, it couldn’t be helped... The hot spring water was excellent, and I used the bath three times. Being able to choose from different shampoos and other amenities was especially popular with the women in our group. Breakfast offered a wide variety of dishes—I ate too much.

I stayed in a single Western-style Room. It’s about a 20-minute walk from the station and conveniently located for exploring the warehouse district. The Ryokan has been running for over 60 years, and the bath is spacious enough for 3–4 people to use at the same time. The shared toilets are separated for men and women on each floor and were close to my Room, so I had no inconvenience. The third-generation owner kindly gave me a recommended dinner map, lent me an umbrella when I went out for morning ramen, and when I asked him to call a taxi, he even drove me to the station. Thank you very much—I’ll be back again.

Not only was the price reasonable, but the Room was clean and the food was delicious. It exceeded my expectations. My mother has difficulty walking, and they kindly lent us a wheelchair; the staff were also very helpful. It became a wonderful memory for us. Thank you very much.

As a local resident of Hiroshima Prefecture, I always stay here when visiting Miyajima. The meals, facilities, cleanliness, staff hospitality, and price—everything is excellent. This time, as a Father’s Day and Mother’s Day gift, I made a Reservation at this Hotel for my parents, and they absolutely loved it. Next time, we plan to stay together with my sister and her husband! Thank you as always. We look forward to staying with you again.

The building is old, but it has a wonderful atmosphere and charm. The entrance is spacious and elegant. Everyone at the front desk—both experienced staff and younger staff—was very pleasant, and they greeted us with a smile every time we came and went. Even though it was a smoking Room, there was no unpleasant odor, so it was comfortable. The Room and bathroom areas were also clean. As others have mentioned, the kettle was filled with water. Since it heats the water and then keeps it warm (which must cost electricity), it was really helpful to be able to use hot water at any time. The shampoo amenities were good quality, and the toothbrush wasn’t too hard and was easy to use. They could have cut costs in many ways if they wanted to, but I was impressed that they clearly put guests first. It was also convenient that both the station and the live music venue were nearby. I would definitely like to stay again. Thank you very much.

We stayed with our 4-year-old daughter for my husband’s birthday. After making a Reservation, they kindly confirmed by phone and accommodated our last-minute request for a birthday plate as much as possible. Both the staff on the phone and the team on site were all warm and attentive. There were plenty of kid-friendly activities, such as playing in the river behind the property and fireworks at night, which made it a very satisfying trip. They were also very kind to our child, and she says she wants to come again.

It was really close to Gojo Subway Station, which was extremely convenient. We laid out the futons ourselves, but it wasn’t inconvenient at all and we stayed comfortably. The Room was compact, so we had to think a bit about where to put our luggage, but considering the value for money, we were more than satisfied. Being able to have drinks in the lounge area behind the front desk on the second floor was especially appreciated on hot days. Everyone we met—front desk staff and housekeeping—was polite and helpful.

The interior of the building feels a bit old, but the Room bath was long enough that I could stretch out and relax. Also, while breakfast was not a buffet, it looked stylish and cute; the bread was warm, and the omelet was very delicious. If I have the chance, I would like to stay here again.

Because my arrival was going to be late, I called ahead and the staff member who answered was very helpful. Everyone at the front desk was also pleasant. I also appreciated the complimentary drinks such as coffee in the lobby. The Room is a bit dated, but it had more lighting than other hotels and was bright, and it was kept very clean. The breakfast buffet was delicious, and they even had curry, which was great. I would like to stay here again when I visit Komatsu City.

Delicious meals and a natural Onsen. An endlessly expansive ocean view from the Room. I really love it.\nIn addition to the Ise Bay Ferry, I also saw many ships, including Pacific ferries and tankers.\nIt’s next to a swimming beach, and the Hotel also has a pool, so I’d like to go for a swim next time.

I stayed in the Moon Room on a solo trip. Due to various circumstances, I made a Reservation after 5:00 PM on the day of arrival, and with the same-day discount it was a great deal. Since my expected arrival time was set for 10:00 PM, the Accommodation contacted me, and their warm and kind response raised my expectations. I arrived just before the welcome drink service ended. Soaking in the iconic footbath, I enjoyed sparkling wine poured generously. The Room was more than spacious enough for one person, and although I initially thought the Onsen on the terrace might be small from the photos, it was also plenty for one. It’s a circulated bath from Kiga Onsen, but for someone like me who prefers hotter water, it was just right—and it warmed me up so much that I started sweating. The door from the Room to the terrace is accordion-style, so after daybreak I left it fully open all morning—it felt wonderful. The open-air bath at the large public bath uses free-flowing spring water from Owakudani. As someone who likes Kusatsu and Manza, I felt the sulfur scent was mild, but I still really enjoyed the milky-white water. However, it was unpleasant to have long hairs and fallen leaves cling to my body. In addition to the powder corner in the large public bath area, there is also a separate powder room with a ReFa hair dryer, a Panasonic hair iron, and a Panasonic facial steamer. Since I had been considering buying them anyway, it was great to be able to try them out. (For reference, the hair dryers in the large public bath were Dyson.) There were many negative Reviews online so I felt nervous until actually staying here, but it turned out to be a very satisfying stay. I’m also interested in one of their higher-category detached Rooms (annex), so I’d love to visit again.

This was my first stay, and the ocean view from the front desk was wonderful. The Room was clean and spacious, and I had a lovely time. The meals offered a wide variety, and I’d love to enjoy them again. The staff were kind, making this a Hotel where you can stay with peace of mind.
