I stayed here while attending a relative’s memorial service. This was my second year in a row staying here. The front desk staff were pleasant, and the meals were delicious. Thank you very much for your hospitality. I will stay here again when I visit Okayama.

I stayed for two nights to attend a live concert. The Room was clean, and the staff provided kind and courteous service. The highlight was the breakfast buffet, with several Kyushu specialties available, and I left feeling full from the morning. I would love to stay here again the next time I visit Hakata. Thank you very much.

This was our second stay, and we stayed with my elderly mother. We thoroughly enjoyed the conger eel dinner and the Japanese breakfast. We were also able to relax comfortably in the barrier-free private open-air bath. Thank you to all the Hotel staff for your courteous service.

To everyone at IKYU, Thank you for always helping create wonderful memories over the years. We truly enjoyed the warm hospitality and delicious cuisine at Kamakura Prince. We returned home hoping to visit again when we have the chance. Thank you very much.

Buffet-style dining is common at Hotels, but I was amazed that this buffet also came with generous servings of assorted seafood. Everything was delicious, and I ended up eating too much. There was also a great variety of desserts, which made it even more enjoyable. That day, I went to the Tulip Festival in Yubetsu Town—after seeing the beautiful flowers, breathing in the fresh air, and enjoying a wonderful meal, it became a truly memorable day.

Conveniently located just past the shopping street from the station, making it a great base for sightseeing in Himeji. I asked to store my luggage before visiting Himeji Castle, and they kindly accommodated me. It was also nice that there is a terrace on the 7th floor with a view of Himeji Castle. The Room was clean, including the interior and bathroom facilities. Breakfast was very satisfying, with plenty of Himeji specialties. The only downsides were that there was only one elevator so it took a while to arrive at checkout time, and the refrigerator noise by the pillow was a bit loud and kept me from sleeping well—but overall it was a very good Hotel.

If the rate fits my budget for the stay, I use this Hotel often because the Facility, service, and location are excellent. It’s about the size of a small Business Hotel, and there is a public bath on the first floor. So when I’m chilled in winter, I can stretch out and soak in a tub instead of just using the Room shower, which I’m very happy with. Bathing times are separated for men and women. Compared with newer Hotels, it does feel a bit dated, but considering everything you need is provided at this price, it’s very satisfying! Personally, I really like that each Room has its own air conditioner so I can set the temperature to my preference, and that the windows open—so during seasonal transitions I can manage the room temperature without using AC. The front desk service is also excellent; repeat guests only need to sign at check-in, so you can get into your Room quickly. It’s also great that there are many restaurants nearby! The affiliated parking is across the street and is a multi-story garage parking lot, which helps because you don’t have to worry about your car overheating or clearing snow off it. As long as my travel dates and the price work out, this is a Hotel I’d like to return to.

Conveniently located close to the station. 　As we checked in late, the on-site parking was full, but there was an affordable paid parking lot across from the underground garage, so it was easy to use without any trouble. 　The young male staff member at the front desk was also very courteous, and we had a pleasant stay. 　Thank you very much.

I booked this Ryokan to celebrate my mother’s birthday. Since Yumotokan was over our budget, we stayed at Komorebi on Friday and Saturday (JPY 17,000 per person). We were really looking forward to the Onsen, and although it costs extra, we were very satisfied that for JPY 700 we could access the adjacent Yumotokan and enjoy an Onsen while looking out over Lake Biwa. The Onsen on the 11th floor in particular felt wonderfully open and bright—I felt so relaxed I could have dozed off. The meals were also luxurious, with steak and shabu-shabu. The eel takikomi rice was especially delicious. Thank you to all the staff for a wonderful time!

At check-in, even though I had a Reservation, the wait after scanning the QR code felt long. Also, this time—though I may have simply missed it—I don’t think the staff at the front desk greeted me. Well, I guess I haven’t spent enough to deserve a greeting.

This time I wanted to try fishing at Kesennuma Port, so I stayed at this Accommodation because it’s close to the fishing spots. It’s located on a hill right in front of the port, with a great view. From the main entrance you can overlook all of Kesennuma Port, and it was such a refreshing place. What’s more, thanks to the very unique elevator tower, it was super convenient—I could get to the fish market on ground level in just 2–3 minutes. The building itself feels a bit retro and has a Showa-era vibe, so it may not be for everyone, but I found it very comfortable. What really impressed me was the night view of Kesennuma Port—and the sea urchin and hoya! The scenery completely changes from daytime; with the illumination it felt almost like a theme park. I was truly moved. I also enjoyed night fishing while taking in the lights—please do see it in person if you can. And the dinner served this time—sea urchin on its shell and hoya sashimi—was incredible. The sea urchin I had before at a Hotel in Minamisanriku was delicious too, but Kesennuma’s sea urchin is no joke! It had rich sweetness and umami and tasted amazing. The hoya sashimi may have been the best I’ve ever had. The ocean aroma and perfectly firm texture were irresistible for anyone who loves hoya. All staff were polite and very pleasant. Some seemed new, but their sincerity came through, and it made me feel this is a well-run Hotel. I suppose there’s no helping that some Facility areas are a bit old, but even taking that into account, I’d definitely like to stay again.

There were many types of open-air baths and the views were wonderful, and I was also able to use the baths at Hotel Okada, which made my stay very satisfying. The amenities were well stocked, and it truly felt like everything was taken care of. There were also plenty of entertainment areas such as a manga corner and a game corner, and I felt that no matter how much time I had, it wouldn’t be enough. The meals were also very elaborate, with both presentation and taste being excellent. Shishito peppers were used in the seasonal green vegetable tempura, and they were quite spicy so I struggled to finish them on their own, but everything else was delicious. I stayed in a Japanese-Western style Room on the 3rd floor. The view from the window felt open and expansive, with mountain ranges and the townscape below.

We stayed for one night to visit Seiganto-ji Temple, Kumano Nachi Taisha Shrine, and Nachi Falls. The buffet meals were all delicious—Japanese, seafood, Chinese, and Western. We also ordered Kumano beef with our Plan, and it was incredibly good. When we arrived, we were tired from driving, but the Mont Blanc served in the lounge was excellent. We chose a Room with an open-air bath, and being able to soak anytime was wonderful—the Onsen was amazing. The views were beautiful in the evening, at night, and in the morning. The only downside was that the open-air bath in the public bathing area alternates between men and women by time/day schedule, so you may not be able to use both on your arrival day. Thank you for a relaxing stay. We would love to stay again if we have the chance.

This was my second stay. This time, I booked a No Meals Included plan to visit a nearby sushi restaurant. I’m not sure if it was due to the earthquake, but the Onsen was not available, so we could only use the bath in our Room or the showers in the large public bath. As a result, we received a small refund. I hope it can be repaired soon.

I stayed here during a trip. With limited Hotel options in Yonago, I chose this one mainly for its location, and it turned out to be far better than I expected! The Room and unit bath are a bit dated, but everything is clean and comfortable. Above all, the breakfast exceeded my expectations in both variety and taste—I was very satisfied. Great value for money, and highly recommended for a stay in Yonago.

First of all, thank you to the front desk staff for your courteous service from check-in onward. I carefully checked the weather forecast and decided there would be no snowfall, then hurriedly planned a trip to my beloved Hida Takayama and Okuhida. After leisurely enjoying the old town streets, I headed to the Accommodation and arrived around dusk—only to see white flakes falling from the sky. In the end, it worked out perfectly. The early-morning Onsen was a stunning open-air bath with snow viewing and a softly lit winter landscape. With no wind, I was able to enjoy a quiet moment all to myself and Clear away my daily fatigue and stress. The indoor bath also had a lovely interior and atmosphere, was beautifully cleaned, and I enjoyed a full hour—completely satisfied. The Yakult drink service in the post-bath lounge was another thoughtful touch; I ended up having three. Breakfast afterward was outstanding for someone who loves Japanese food—I had three large bowls of rice first thing in the morning. Hoba miso, “tsukemono steak,” kombu rolls, simmered ganmodoki, steamed vegetables, miso soup with fried tofu… And as if that weren’t enough, I even finished off some special curry rice. Now I’m slightly nervous about my next regular checkup with my hemoglobin A1c likely going up… On the way home I did some light exercise by strolling around Takayama again: Sakurayama Hachimangu Shrine, the Takayama Festival Float Exhibition Hall, Hiroshige’s baumkuchen shop, a cat café, and more. This is an Accommodation I’d like to visit again anytime in any season—and one I truly hope to stay at again. Next time I’d love to try dinner as well. When I noticed the interior (tatami flooring?), it felt familiar—then I realized it’s part of the same group as Hida Hanazato no Yu Takayama Ouan. Once again, it struck me as a wonderful concept: clean and beautifully Japanese in style. Thank you very much.

The Room, the bath, and the private bath were all great. The food was also excellent. There was a fireworks festival, and it was close to the venue so we could see it well. We will stay again.

It was a Plan that included both breakfast and dinner buffet-style. Dinner offered a wide variety of dishes, with plenty of sweets, which was great. Breakfast had fewer items left compared to dinner, and it would have been nice to have a few more sweet options. The seating area was spacious, which was good.

It was very clean and well maintained, making for a comfortable stay. The services exclusive to the Premier Room were highly satisfying, and the staff provided exceptionally pleasant service. When I visit Izu Kogen again, I would love to stay here again!

Both dinner and breakfast are buffet-style, with a simple but well-chosen selection, and everything was delicious. For dinner, the only fruit was melon—luxuriously so—meaning all-you-can-eat melon. There were cakes too, but I liked the simplicity of having just melon. As you’d expect from an Onsen Ryokan, the Onsen itself was solid and enjoyable. The cold bath felt extremely cold in the evening—around the low teens °C by feel—and in the morning it seemed closer to about 20°C; it might be just right for sauna fans who like very cold water.
