It was the height of summer, but we were able to relax and enjoy a hygge stay. The in-room Onsen allowed us to bathe without any worries, and it was wonderful to unwind on the wooden deck early in the morning. The meal was delicious—not only the kaiseki course, but also the sea bream rice. Check-out at the entrance was a first for us, and we really appreciated it. We’d love to visit again during crab season.

I stayed here for a concert at Budokan. Although the property was under construction, the staff were very kind and helpful. It was disappointing to find the bathroom drain clogged with hair from a previous guest, but otherwise it was a very comfortable stay. Since this Hotel is located in Jimbocho, it was also great to be able to fully enjoy the area! I would like to stay again.

We stayed with children, and it was a wonderful Hotel. All the staff were kind to our children, so we were able to relax and enjoy our stay without any worries. The facilities were comfortable, and the view from our Room was great—we could all unwind and enjoy ourselves as a family. The food was delicious, and the staff service was attentive. This Accommodation is highly recommended for family trips. We would love to stay here again when traveling to the Noto area.

We searched for a well-reviewed Onsen with an ocean view and decided to stay here. From check-in to being shown to our Room, and even during meals, the staff always served us with a smile, making our stay very pleasant. The meals were very luxurious and absolutely delicious. The ocean-view terrace was also beautiful, and we were able to relax at our leisure. This is a Facility we would love to visit again.

My hometown is Suzuka, and I was surprised to find such a great Hotel here. Due to certain circumstances, I couldn't stay at my parents' house and had to book this Hotel for my family of four. It far exceeded our expectations. As part of my job, I travel across the whole country and stay at various hotels, but this Business Hotel ranks among the top three nationwide in my opinion. First of all, it's conveniently located near the station. While Mie Prefecture can be challenging without a car, the nearby bar district and Aeon Mall are very accessible. The beds and pillows are excellent, with no unnecessary amenities provided—just what you need. The highlight is definitely the breakfast! Normally, I don't expect much from Business Hotel breakfasts or even think they're worth adding to a Plan; however, since this time we happened to choose a Plan with breakfast included, we decided to give it a try—and it was amazing beyond expectations! Not only bread but also unlimited rice servings were available along with miso soup and onion soup. There were about five side dishes with varied seasonings featuring combinations like meat or fish paired with vegetables—always including some veggies in every dish! The drink options were plentiful too; there were even two types of smoothies available for unlimited refills. The simple menu structure ensures you neither overeat nor undereat. The hotel staff maintained just the right level of interaction—friendly yet unobtrusive. Perfect score!

I was surprised at how affordable it was, yet the Facility and the staff service were excellent. Although it’s described as an artificial Onsen, it was very nice, and the hair dryer and shower were high quality. A women’s iron was also provided. I arrived a little early, but the staff were very kind, and I had a pleasant stay through checkout. There were books in my Room, including one by APA Hotel’s president, which I enjoyed reading. It felt like a Hotel that truly aims to please its guests. I’d like to stay again.

I was impressed by the view from the 10th-floor room—seeing the familiar scenery around Ota Station I always use felt completely different. The self-serve coffee available from 6:30 a.m. was much appreciated. I checked in at 10:00 p.m. and it was a short stay, but I was able to relax comfortably. Thank you very much. (I rated it 3 stars because I did not use the Onsen.)

Breakfast was served buffet-style, featuring mainly Nagoya specialties along with Aichi local products (such as nori seaweed). Check-out is at 11:00, so I could relax in the Room after eating. There is also a partnered parking lot, and guests can park for free during their stay. I don’t think there was a large public bath, but I could stretch out and relax in the bathtub in the Room. I had a very meaningful stay. Thank you very much.

Plenty of restaurants nearby, plus a supermarket and convenience stores, and it’s close to the airport—excellent access. The room has a desk suitable for working on a PC, and the first-floor restaurant also offers seats with power outlets, so I was able to work remotely without stress even on a business trip. The breakfast buffet is reasonably priced yet still lets you fully enjoy local specialties. The pool and sauna area includes a cold plunge bath; relaxing on the rooftop with Okinawa’s pleasant breeze during an outdoor cool-down was fantastic.

Following last year’s lunch visit, we stayed overnight this time. We chose the Plan that includes the Moss Forest guided tour. The moss observation tour offered not only explanations about moss, but also insights into the history of Shirakoma Pond and environmental conservation, which was very informative. The cape gooseberry cheesecake served at tea time after the tour was also delicious. It’s a great-value, enjoyable tour that I highly recommend. Of course, breakfast and dinner during our stay were plentiful as well. Everything was truly delicious. The new building was nothing like the image of an old mountain lodge—it was very comfortable. The bath in particular soothed our hiking fatigue, and we really appreciated it. Next time, we’d like to visit in a different season.

Pros: - It’s a reasonably priced Hotel, but perhaps because it’s part of the Banyan Tree chain, the service felt comparable to a high-end Hotel. Even though I stayed only one night, the front desk staff remembered my name, and every staff member was brisk and professional—very pleasant. When I asked after checkout whether they could keep some food refrigerated while storing my luggage, they kindly agreed. - A shower-only setup may be a matter of preference, but since it was midsummer it was perfectly comfortable. If anything, it made the Room feel more spacious. - The small raised tatami area is also relaxing. I would have preferred floor cushions (zabuton) over regular cushions, but that may be intended for international guests. Cons: (all minor “if I had to say” points—not deal-breakers) - The nearest station is Sanjo Keihan, so I wouldn’t say access to all of Kyoto is ideal. That said, the exit is right nearby, so it’s a good location if you plan to visit the surrounding area. - The in-Room TV remote has buttons for Netflix and similar services, but the TV isn’t connected to the internet so you can’t use them—disappointing. - This is common in Ryokan-style properties, but the ceramic washbasin has a rough texture; when washing your face, if your fingers brush against it, it can sting a little. - I used the spa; since it seems to be regular guest Rooms converted into treatment spaces and you step out into a guest-room corridor from reception first, it may feel slightly less “special.” The treatment itself was very good.

This was the best Hotel I’ve ever stayed at. The pool, the food, the Room, and the hospitality were all excellent. I’d love to come again.

You can feel the thoughtfulness in everything! I was so satisfied it almost felt like they went above and beyond. We only had breakfast, but you can sense the care put into each dish! Next time, I’d love to come back for dinner to try their longtooth grouper cuisine!

This Onsen Ryokan is designed for pet owners, and it was a huge help for those traveling with a dog. Not only was the staff’s hospitality excellent, but their care and attention toward our dog was also wonderful, making our stay very comfortable. The guest room was thoughtfully arranged for pet owners, and it was great to have a wide range of amenities provided. One small concern was that, perhaps because the room uses carpet, there was a slight lingering odor that seemed like urine from a previous guest’s dog. That part was disappointing. As for the meals, considering the Accommodation Fee, I would have been happier if they were a bit more substantial. Overall, I think this is an excellent option as an Onsen Ryokan where you can stay with your dog safely and with peace of mind.

We stayed with a total of seven guests—five adults and two young children—and everyone was able to relax comfortably throughout our stay. The luxurious, open layout was truly impressive, never once feeling cramped even with this many people. True to the “self auberge” concept, shopping for fresh local ingredients and taking our time cooking them over the lava stone hearth was an exceptional experience. It wasn’t just about cooking—we enjoyed a truly indulgent time gathered around the fire, relaxing and chatting at our own pace. The private sauna was also outstanding; after reaching peak relaxation, the panoramic view of the town from the elevated terrace was breathtaking. The interior design, amenities, and tableware were all thoughtfully curated down to the smallest details, making it feel like one night simply wasn’t enough. Both adults and children were completely satisfied, and we will definitely be back again.

This was my first time staying here. It’s close to the interchange, so it’s convenient if you’re driving. There are also many restaurants within walking distance—Bikkuri Donkey, Yamaokaya, Komeda Coffee, Kora, and more—so you’ll have plenty of choices. The Room was clean and there is a large public bath as well. I would like to stay here again.

We stayed for two nights as a family. As this is glamping within a golf facility, it’s set on beautifully maintained lawns, and we were able to relax very comfortably—almost like staying at a Hotel. Even though it was summer, insects didn’t bother us much. We did notice a slight vinyl-like smell from the tent, but the interior was spacious, with two air-conditioning units and adjustable lighting, so it was very comfortable. The bathrooms were also very clean, which made it reassuring for women as well. The Italian meals were excellent and very generous in portion size. We stayed for two nights, and they changed the menu for us; everything was delicious. I can’t go into details, but they were also considerate of our picky-eating son—I felt sorry to trouble them—but we truly appreciated their thoughtful attention. Because it’s all-inclusive, I was disappointed that I don’t drink alcohol, but my husband does and seemed extremely satisfied being able to enjoy a variety of drinks without hesitation. We couldn’t make it to bar time due to our schedule, but it sounded like there was a great selection and we would have loved to try it. There is some distance between the clubhouse where you dine and the tent where you stay. Shuttle Service is generally provided, but if you want to walk instead, please note that walking may not be allowed during certain hours (possibly for safety reasons). At night, it was lovely to stroll from the clubhouse back to the tent while looking up at the sky. There’s also a “German Village” within driving distance; we enjoyed activities like putter golf with our children. We didn’t overpack our schedule and spent two relaxing days—making wonderful memories.

I have stayed here many times and really love how comfortable it is and how well equipped the Facility is, so I gifted my son a two-night stay while he was looking for a Hotel for work. It was his first time staying at a Business Hotel, and he was happy that he could relax and recover after being completely exhausted. Thank you very much.

I stayed here on a solo trip as a woman. The Room was simple and clean, the bed was spacious with a firm mattress just the way I like it, and all amenities are available at the front desk. Breakfast was delicious too, with freshly baked bread, a daily salad, soup, juice, and coffee—all well stocked. The large public bath was also spacious and very relaxing. Since it was a Multiple Night Stay, I asked to keep the Room as is, and when I returned they had hung a bag on the doorknob with fresh towels, a bathrobe, and even tea. Such thoughtful service at this price—I found an excellent Business Hotel. I’ll definitely keep coming back!!
