The selection of cakes and alcoholic drinks was excellent, and I really enjoyed spending time with a book. The service during meals felt special and was very attentive, and everything was delicious. Both the room and the bath were very comfortable. Thank you to all the staff for their kindness—I would definitely like to stay again.

This was my first time staying at this hotel. The room was clean, and although I stayed alone, it was spacious enough to fit two double beds. There was one bed, plus a large table and a large sofa next to it. The sink area and bathroom were a standard unit bath, but they were clean. I also really appreciated the separate two-piece pajamas—they felt like proper sleepwear. I had a very relaxing stay. Thank you very much.

The guest room was very clean and beautiful. The hiba wood bath smelled wonderful and was amazing. The atmosphere of the building was also great. And the food was incredibly delicious!! The sashimi at dinner was so fresh it was hard to believe we were staying at an Accommodation in the mountains. For breakfast, we were very satisfied to enjoy many local dishes such as Aomori’s famous ika-menchi and Towada barayaki. Most impressive of all was the staff’s thoughtful attention to detail. Since we had a small child with us, thank you very much for all your consideration. In particular, the staff member who assisted us at dinner welcomed us with a wonderful smile, creating a memorable experience that will stay with us. Thank you very much. We visited as a large group, and everyone praised it as an outstanding Accommodation. We would definitely love to visit again in another season. Thank you for a wonderful time.

The double bed was spacious and very fluffy. The tall round table was stylish—perfect for having a little party in the room! The bath was at just the right temperature and very clean. The hair dryer was cute and fine for men, but it seemed to take too long to dry hair for women. Parking was also available, which helped make our happy night as a couple even better. Thank you.

This was my first time staying here. I had originally planned to visit Nagoya on different dates, but due to the recent heavy rain, my schedule was uncertain and I made a last-minute Reservation. Even so, the staff were wonderful, and since my Room was on the top floor, I wasn’t bothered by footsteps from above and had a very comfortable stay. I didn’t notice when booking, but there was also a large public bath, which helped me feel refreshed. Perhaps because it was during peak breakfast hours, some items were unavailable. Personally, I would have been happy if there had been yogurt. That said, considering the price with breakfast included, the quality was very high and I was satisfied with the meal. It was also great from a hygiene standpoint that rice could be dispensed automatically at the push of a button rather than being self-served. Although it was an unplanned Hotel booking, I’m glad I stayed here. I’d like to use it again next time I visit Nagoya.

I stayed here for the first time in 10 years. In the past, I used to stay here once every few years for JABEE engineering education reviewer training. Back then, due to time constraints, I only used the shower in my room and never tried the bath. This time, I used the bath for the first time—it was very relaxing and enjoyable. It was easy to access the bathing area in loungewear and slippers, with a simple process. Having a convenience store nearby was also very helpful. 　There are not many business hotels with a bath around Funabashi Station, so I would like to stay here again in the future.

With construction starting in September, and since we can only travel on weekdays, this was our last stay of the year. The food, the baths, and the Room were wonderful—and above all, the staff’s hospitality was exceptional in every way. What impressed us most this time was how you remembered what we discussed during our previous stay about how to serve chilled sake, and then made it happen exactly as promised. We were able to enjoy it deliciously right to the very last sip. Your prompt response truly surprised us and made us feel that you are always thinking of your guests. This is a special place for us. We are deeply grateful for this encounter, and we sincerely look forward to seeing everyone again next year.

The Room was spacious, the air conditioning worked well, and the large public bath was clean—overall, it was great. There isn’t a convenience store inside the building, but there’s one very close by. The highway bus stop and the station were also nearby, which was convenient. I wrote that the Room was spacious, but I’m not sure about the size of other Rooms. When I visit Tokushima again, I’ll choose this Hotel.

We stayed for one night over the weekend as a family. We enjoyed Futako-Tamagawa’s unique blend of urban convenience and nature, and the large public bath was excellent. We were able to relax together as a family. We would love to stay again if we have the chance.

Thank you very much for such a comfortable stay. The Room was extremely user-friendly, and I was especially impressed by the spacious sofa set along the window. Being able to relax while taking in the Tokyo view and enjoy a drink meant there was a comfortable place to spend time besides the bed, which made staying in the Room itself truly enjoyable. It felt less like being in a Hotel Room and more like spending time in a living room. Combined with the view from the high floor, it was a wonderfully cozy space. The bed was also generously sized and very comfortable, allowing me to rest well until morning. What left the strongest impression this time was the Club InterContinental Lounge. It offered unusually generous spacing between seats for a Hotel in central Tokyo, so I could spend time there in complete calm. Cocktail hour was excellent as well—not simply about offering more food, but thoughtfully designed so guests can enjoy an unhurried evening with a cold tapas buffet, made-to-order hot tapas, champagne, and cocktails. In particular, I appreciated that cocktails were properly prepared and delivered to my seat; that original cocktails such as the Saketini were available; and that when my glass of Moët & Chandon started running low, staff kindly asked “Shall I bring you another?” before I even needed to request it. When people talk about lounges they often focus on the variety of food and drinks, but what I found most appealing here was how attentively the staff looked after guests while maintaining such a relaxed atmosphere. Also, although all key Facilities—such as the pool, restaurants, and lounge—were available within the property, each area felt comfortably spacious. Even spending an entire day inside the Hotel never felt cramped. After using the pool we also ordered French onion gratin soup in our Room; it warmed us up perfectly after getting chilled from swimming, and we were grateful to be able to use our Hotel credit as well. We were also able to enjoy breakfast at leisure until later hours in the club lounge. In addition to both Japanese breakfast options and buffet selections, we unexpectedly received one of the chef’s signature dishes—it was delicious and became a wonderful memory. Having everything we need readily available—and being able to use it freely at our own pace—is what makes this Hotel so appealing. This stay has made it one of those Hotels I would happily return to again whenever timing works out. Thank you very much to all of your staff.

When I informed them that the parking lot was full and I couldn’t park, the male staff member at the front desk handled it extremely well, which left a very positive impression.\nThis was my second stay, and the Facility is clean. It’s a convenient Hotel with a convenience store on the first floor that you can access directly.

Two families from Osaka and Tokyo stayed together and enjoyed the night garden pool and Disney. We were a large group with children aged 10, 8, 5, and 2 (two of them were 2 years old). The garden pool was great—safe even for small children—and they had so much fun that they kept saying they wanted to play more. There were plenty of lifeguards on duty, and they spoke to us right away and helped whenever needed, which made us feel very reassured. We wanted to dine at the garden restaurant, but it was fully booked with Reservations, so we ate poolside instead. However, the tables were small and there wasn’t much lighting, so it wasn’t ideal for a meal. That was our only disappointment. We chose the Family Happy Magic Room, and the kids were completely satisfied just spending time in the Room as well. We weren’t sure how things would go with such a big group, but all the staff were always smiling and made our stay truly enjoyable. Thank you very much. We would love to stay again.

I stayed here with three friends. Unfortunately it rained, so we kept sightseeing to a minimum and checked in early. We relaxed, took a long bath, and took it easy. Both the Room and the bath were very clean, and it felt great to be able to walk around the building barefoot. We ended up drinking several cups of delicious coffee using the coffee maker in the Room. The only slight disappointment was that there were no tea bags for tea. The staff member was friendly and gave us lots of helpful tips on good places to eat and souvenirs, which really helped us out. Even in bad weather, they kindly walked us to the bus under an umbrella, which we really appreciated. The weather wasn’t great on this trip, but overall we were very satisfied.

As it’s new, it was clean and the Facility was great. However, it was inconvenient that I couldn’t reach the front desk by phone. I left something behind and had to communicate by email. I was able to go there in person and retrieve it safely.

Perhaps because the season was just right, it felt great to walk barefoot along the corridors. I used the large public bath three times, and each time I had it all to myself, so I could truly relax. The bath in the room was also very relaxing. The meals were delicious and served in satisfying portions that left me pleasantly full. Dinner was especially good—the green onion and pork shabu-shabu was excellent. At breakfast, the Spanish mackerel was thick and flavorful.

It was a uniquely designed room. Since we chose a twin, the beds took up most of the space, and I couldn’t help but laugh when we walked in. There really wasn’t anywhere to open our suitcases (lol). I didn’t want to put them on the bed, so it took some effort to manage. However, the room was clean and nice. The bathroom is a shower booth, but it was also clean. Also, since there’s no chair, doing makeup was a bit difficult—having even a simple folding chair would be helpful. And because the mirror is positioned at an adult man’s height, I’d love an additional mirror at a lower height too!

I visited after a long time. I could only book the Connect Twin before, but since it was a weekday, I was able to stay in the Wide View Twin again. The large windows offering expansive views of the sea and city were wonderful! The Room also had a massage chair. The public bath was as great as ever, providing a relaxing experience. The shampoo and other amenities were different from before, but they didn’t cause any dryness or irritation, which was reassuring. There was also a Refa hair dryer available. Please note that there is no sauna for women in the morning. Breakfast offers a choice between Japanese and Western set meals, with unlimited refills of salad, rice, bread, coffee, etc., making it very satisfying. It seemed like most guests chose the Japanese set meal; I opted for the Western one and appreciated that freshly grilled sausages were brought to my table when they ran out initially. The Himi Udon noodles were also delicious! Parking is convenient if you arrive early enough—you can park on Hotel’s 1st floor or at the flat lot across from it. Even if those are full, the municipal parking isn’t too far away either. It was an excellent stay with great value for money and left me feeling very satisfied overall. The staff provided exceptionally pleasant service throughout my visit. Oh yes—the complimentary coffee service on the 1st floor is much appreciated! Because of this amenity, having only powdered tea in Room wasn’t an issue at all. Thank you very much!

We stay here every year during the Obon holiday season. It’s a wonderful Ryokan. The meals are buffet-style, but the quality is high and everything is very delicious. I love the black soybean tea after the bath—it’s so tasty. I’d like to stay again next year.

I stayed here because I was curious about it as a Hotel under Polaris HD. The Room felt smaller than I expected, but the furnishings and amenities were excellent, and I had a comfortable stay. The view from the Room is of a residential area, so it is not particularly impressive, but the building itself is clean and well maintained. Breakfast featured a wide selection of carefully prepared dishes with good nutritional balance, and everything was very delicious. It is a bit far from the station, so access was the only drawback, but overall I think it offers great value for money.
