During our Multiple Night Stay, all linens were replaced with brand-new ones. It was a pleasant Facility. The affordable price was very helpful. I will use it again when I visit your area. Thank you very much.

Perched on a hill, the property offers sweeping harbor views, especially from the restaurant. With its calm Western-style mansion atmosphere and a pleasant retro feel, I was able to relax and enjoy a comfortable stay. Since it was within the standard check-in and check-out times, the Hotel kindly provided Shuttle Service as well, which I truly appreciated. I love Ibaraki and would be happy to stay here again.

I made a Reservation and checked in because I wanted an Accommodation close to Banei horse racing with reasonably good Facilities. At the front desk, I was assisted by the man everyone talks about, and there were no particular issues. He listened to what I had to say. Some people may find him unfriendly, but he didn’t seem to mean anything by it—more like he was calmly doing his job. The hallway and Room feel a bit dated and somewhat dirty, but they are properly cleaned, and for this price it’s acceptable. When I come back to watch Banei horse racing next time, I’ll stay here again!

It was a very homey accommodation! Some of the amenities felt a bit dated (the desk lamp in the closet was not functional), but the breakfast was delicious, the garden had a wonderful tropical vibe, and I was able to relax! Thank you.

We stayed as a family of four. We chose this accommodation because the sea is beautiful and close, it’s a standalone house with a washer and dryer, and there’s a kitchen where we could prepare breakfast. In the mornings and evenings, we swam in the sea, while during the day we enjoyed cycling around the island or visiting local attractions like Okashi Goten by car. The facility is new, just 30 seconds to the beach, and within walking distance to Sora Hashi roadside station and a burger shop, making our stay enjoyable. Since it’s surrounded by nature, geckos and spiders are present; those uncomfortable with insects might find this house challenging. Having plastic wrap or small plastic bags would have been convenient. Thank you very much!

Stayed for 4 nights with a friend's family! We were 3 adults and 3 children. At check-in, it would have been nice to have insect repellent at the entrance. Some items we wished for: a quick floor wiper, toilet cleaning set, a net to remove bugs or debris from the pool, extra outdoor chairs for BBQs, various sizes of plastic bags, shelves in the bathroom and rooms to place small items. A cleaning robot was available but having something handy for quick hair or dust cleanup would be great. It would also be helpful to have cleaning supplies like detergent for quick toilet cleanups. The dryer stops working after several uses unless you clean the filter. It would be helpful if we could receive detailed information about kitchen supplies via email before our stay. We brought our own food for BBQs but additional chairs and tables would make it easier to place food and sit comfortably while eating. There were insect repellents and mosquito coils provided but having a fly swatter as well would be useful. We appreciated that there were plenty of towels, toothbrushes, cotton swabs, and cotton pads available! The extra supply of toilet paper was also great! Since we stayed with friends, having separate bedrooms was ideal. Overall cleanliness and stylish design were impressive! The building itself is beautiful with an amazing atmosphere—just a few more thoughtful touches in service could make this place perfect! As someone who pays attention to details (being a homemaker), I feel enhancing comfort here could elevate this already wonderful space into an exceptional one—especially since it's such a special trip destination! However, bugs are quite noticeable here; addressing this issue might help improve overall satisfaction significantly!

I stayed with my colleagues at this accommodation. With a group of seven, we wanted to stay together rather than separately, and this place was perfect. While it's common for accommodations in Kyoto not to have parking, this ryokan offers parking space right in front, which is free of charge—a big plus. Inside the ryokan, there are enough rooms for everyone to sleep comfortably. The bath is a relaxing hinoki (cypress) bath. Best of all, its location near Shijo Karasuma makes it convenient for outings. I would love to stay at this ryokan again next time!

The building is an old traditional house, but the interior is new and offers a comfortable space. The surrounding environment is also excellent, allowing you to fully enjoy the essence of Kyoto.

Suitable for business trips, it offers basic amenities that are sufficient. The property is new, clean, and highly recommended for women.

It was a last-minute reservation the day before, but I had a relaxing stay. I was more than satisfied for the price!

The Room felt a bit small, but there was enough space to open a suitcase, and it was clean, so overall it was good. The noise in the hallway from people coming back late at night was a bit loud, but there was no noise coming through from the neighboring Room, so it was quiet. There were face masks among the amenities, which really helped because I had forgotten to bring some. All of the staff greeted us with smiles and were very polite, and when we left they even saw us off with flint and steel—an unforgettable experience that made for wonderful travel memories. Thank you very much.

This Hotel is close to Hokkaido University Hospital and the ginkgo-lined avenue, and I had wanted to stay here for a long time. The Room was clean and well maintained, and it also had a microwave. The Hotel was quiet, the bed was comfortable, and I could relax as if I were in my own Room. The view from the Room was beautiful, and I took a walk around the Hokkaido University campus before heading out. I would love to stay at this Hotel again.

No Meals Included, stayed with a family of six. As you can tell from the Plan, you might think this is an ultra-budget Accommodation. The location is great: there’s a supermarket and convenience stores nearby, and if you walk about 20 minutes you can reach a main road lined with well-known chain restaurants. It was a Ryokan made up of three buildings with the front desk building in between. Every building shows its age; some Rooms seem to have been renovated, but the building with the family Room—and the family Room we stayed in (a 10-tatami Japanese-style room)—has an atmosphere that some people may find off-putting. That said, the Room amenities and equipment, plus thoughtful touches for kids such as free drinks around the front desk and game facilities, along with outstanding hospitality, were impressive. For our family, the hospitality far outweighed any dissatisfaction with the Facility, and it became a Ryokan we’d like to stay at again. If I had to mention one notable complaint, it would be issues in the bath area. In the men’s bath there was one washing station that couldn’t be used; in the women’s bath there was reportedly only one washing station with hot water. (However, there are also two shower rooms available 24 hours a day separate from the baths.) Also, I personally didn’t mind it because of the low price, but there were many young guests like sports teams on trips, which apparently scared our children. This time we couldn’t use some of their signature services—such as the free alcohol bar until 10:30 p.m. or the rooftop footbath with views of Mt. Fuji—but even without those extras, for this price and level of service we would definitely like to stay again. That said as mentioned above, it may not suit those looking for a spotless Accommodation or brand-new facilities and service standards.

The Room I stayed in this time was very nice and relaxing, allowing me to spend my time leisurely. The spacious bath was just right for me, as I like it a bit hot, and it was very soothing. I look forward to staying again.

A standard Business Hotel. The interior and building are not too old and were clean. The Room was of average size, and while the bathroom was small, it was clean and acceptable. Having a microwave in the Room is definitely a plus. I walked from Ikebukuro Station with a carry cart, but it was a bit tiring as the elevator and escalator exits are slightly far away.

The cottage was clean. The ocean is right in front of you, so you can relax and enjoy the view. A flashlight and other essentials were also provided. It’s a bit inconvenient that there isn’t a water area nearby, but a water jug for handwashing is provided, so cooking wasn’t an issue. The shower room is also a short distance away, but it was clean inside. There are insects during this season, which may be difficult for those who don’t like them, but the cottage provides mosquito coils and insect spray, which helps somewhat.

Thank you for everything. The Room was very clean, and there was also a cute Room for our dog. Our children were very happy and said they want to come again. We eat a lot, so the meal wasn’t quite enough and we went out to buy rice balls. The staff were also very kind—thank you.

Due to a Shinkansen delay, we arrived late at night, but the staff kindly accommodated us. The Facility feels a bit old, but we had a comfortable stay.
