I stayed here for a hike on Onyujima Island and to visit the Nokasayama war ruins. It was a very well-located Hotel, close to Saiki Station and the highway bus stop from Oita Airport. The ferry terminal for Onyujima Island is also about a 10-minute walk away, which was very convenient. Leaflets for nearby restaurants were available in the Hotel lobby, and the recommended place “Toritomi” had amazing chicken tataki. This time I didn’t have enough time to sightsee around Saiki Castle, so I’d like to visit Saiki again. I’ll stay here again next time.

I stayed here a few years ago and was very satisfied with the comfort and convenient location, so I chose to stay again for this trip to Kyoto. Just like last time, the staff’s hospitality, the spacious Room, and the cleanliness were all excellent. I would love to stay here again on my next visit to Kyoto. I stayed for 3 nights and 4 days starting on 8/19. The number of guests changed every day, so we had to move Rooms. Each time, you carried our luggage to the next Room and arranged for us to check in earlier than the scheduled time, which was very helpful. The MUJI room for four people was truly wonderful. The three-person Room was also spacious and had a sofa, so we could relax comfortably. Thank you very much for all your help. It was a very enjoyable Hotel stay. I would like to stay again. I’ve stayed at various Universal official Hotels, and this one is the best. It’s one of the few places where a family of six can stay in one Room. All the staff are very kind, and the cleanliness is outstanding. The top-floor buffet offers food and service that exceed the price. I’d love to stay here again.

This was my first trip to Hakodate. There is only one direct flight a day from Nagoya, and I was incredibly lucky to get a ticket. Visiting a new place for the first time is so exciting. The Room had huge floor-to-ceiling windows with a panoramic view of Mt. Hakodate. The space was generous, and the bathtub and sink were spacious as well. The lighting switches were thoughtfully placed throughout, making everything very convenient—it was almost too comfortable! Dinner at Kita Jin (booked separately) was also excellent: premium Genghis Khan in a private room, relaxed and delicious. Breakfast was around 8:00, and we were seated right away. We came without much prior knowledge and were amazed by the variety—and even more by the quality of every dish. My spouse and I travel all over the whole country, and this may have been our best breakfast ever. Personally, I loved the eel snack with tea, dim sum, sashimi, chiffon cake, and egg tarts. What stayed with us most from this trip was meeting so many wonderful people in Hakodate: The kind driver with a great smile on the airport limousine bus. At lunchtime at Lucky Pierrot near the station—busy as it was—a female staff member still let us draw an Ichiban Kuji lottery ticket and gave us a pin badge with a big smile. At NIPPONIA Hotel Hakodate Port Town on our first day—a female staff member kindly explained everything and gave us a hand-drawn illustrated map of nearby spots within walking distance. On an evening sightseeing taxi tour to see Mt. Hakodate’s night view—a female driver born in Hakodate from Donan Taxi carefully explained local history, the Western-style houses in Motomachi, and the origins of Soma-tei. The staff who made our motorboat cruise even more enjoyable under clear skies the next day. At lunch near the station at Uni Specialty Shop Yoichiya—a female employee whose attentiveness and refined service truly impressed us. And above all, at Century Marina’s front desk—the female staff member who kindly explained everything for our first stay left a wonderful impression with her polite service; of course, the male staff member at checkout was also outstanding. The quick yet courteous service at Kita Jin was excellent as well—we are truly grateful to have stayed at this Hotel. It was an intense 2-night/3-day trip to Hakodate, but seeing everyone working so hard to make their city shine really moved us—it looked genuinely inspiring. We will definitely come again. I truly fell in love with historic Hakodate from the bottom of my heart!

We were highly satisfied with everything—the Room, the Onsen, the atmosphere throughout the building, the service, and the meals. Since there were three of us this time, we booked a quadruple Room. Usually the third person ends up on an extra bed, but here it was a proper spacious bed, so we could truly relax. The entire building is covered with tatami mats, so you can walk anywhere barefoot or in socks and feel relaxed as if you were at home. It was also fun being able to choose a colored yukata. In addition, several types of pillows were placed in the hallway on each floor along with pillowcases so guests could choose—this really felt like exceptional hospitality. The process of taking the slope car to reach the Accommodation was enjoyable as well, and everything about how we were guided was smooth—we really felt how good the service was. The meals were delicious and thoughtfully prepared, making them visually enjoyable too. We also had a dedicated staff member who carefully explained that no allergens were included and provided detailed guidance about each dish—their attentiveness was outstanding. It was truly a wonderful stay.

This was our first time using Club Wing! The Room had an ocean view, and although four adults stayed, it was spacious enough for us to relax and take it easy. The lounge was the most comfortable of any Hotel we have stayed at so far. All of the staff were very friendly and spoke with us in many ways. They even taught us how to make bonito clear soup and “Kachashi,” so we tried making them at home right away. On our way back, a rainbow appeared over the sea—it was truly beautiful and unforgettable! Thank you very much for giving us such a wonderful summer vacation!

This was my third visit this year. I enjoyed the Japanese cuisine on my previous stay, so I chose the kaiseki course again this time. When a seasoned male staff member served our meal, he said, “You visited in May last time, didn’t you?” I was truly touched that he took the time to check (and I’m sorry—I mistakenly said I came in June). The attentive service, breathtaking views, excellent hot spring water quality, spotless changing area, and beautiful interior—this Hotel is the best for me. I hope it will always remain a calm and relaxing place.

We were very satisfied to have stayed at such a wonderful Hotel. The meals and the services for children were excellent as well. Regarding the title: we used the coin laundry, and while we were rushing around because our children are still small, we realized that we had accidentally put a smartphone into the washing machine. When I panicked and called the extension, a staff member responded kindly and carefully, for which we are truly grateful. I wanted to confirm their name and thank them at check-out, but I forgot to ask. So I am writing it here instead. This is a Hotel we would like to stay at again next year. Thank you very much.

Both the Room and the staff member who assisted us were wonderful, and we were able to truly relax. As I casually looked out from the Japanese-style Room at the beautiful garden, a large grey heron was resting its wings by the waterfall. It was my first time observing one from so close, and I was thrilled. The thoughtfully prepared cuisine is always delicious, and this time again every dish was deeply impressive. Staying in a detached guesthouse felt perfect just being there, but I went out to make sure not to miss the live music in the lobby—and it turned into another wonderfully romantic moment. As often as time and budget allow, I would love to return again and again to unwind. Thank you very much for your hospitality.

The Room had a great view, and we could see the ocean in the distance. It was also clean and easy to use. The jet bath was very relaxing. Even with a slightly larger car, the self-parking garage was easy to park in. There was an entrance/exit inside the station building, which made shopping convenient as well. We could also walk to the morning market and the Hapina Nakakecho Shopping Street. A beef tongue restaurant called “Tsukasa” in Hapina Nakakecho Shopping Street was delicious. Highly recommended. One request: the print on the breakfast voucher is too small to read. Even for someone like me with only mild presbyopia who doesn’t need reading glasses, it’s hard to read; for those who do need reading glasses, it would be unreadable without them—especially in dim lighting. I would appreciate it if you could use slightly larger text so it’s easier for everyone to read. (I stayed two nights, but I couldn’t read the date and wasn’t sure which one to use.) I may have another opportunity to stay again in the future. Thank you for your consideration.

This was a high-quality Accommodation where you could truly appreciate the chef’s excellent sense of taste in both the quality and quantity of the food. The bath was also wonderful and left a strong impression on me. I was particularly struck by a Nepalese female staff member who spoke Japanese well; she looked worried because a local bridge in her hometown had been washed away in a landslide disaster in Nepal.

This was our second stay following our visit in March. Every time, both the meals and the hospitality leave us fully satisfied in both heart and stomach. The open view of Sagami Bay stretching across the entire window was also outstanding. From the spacious open-air 전망露天風呂 in our Room, we could even see the horizon, which was truly soothing. It was such a fulfilling stay that it hardly felt like just one night and two days. We would definitely like to visit again.

This was my first return in about a year. I stayed for two nights and three days, and it was still a great Hotel. The staff’s service was excellent as well. In particular, I was impressed by the attentiveness of the restaurant staff at breakfast. They worked efficiently, replenishing dishes and clearing used plates promptly. Because they were constantly checking the food, there was no concern—common at other Hotels—that fewer items would be available if you went later. This is a Hotel I would like to stay at again.

The eel rice is made to order, and it was even more delicious than expected—I was very satisfied. Even though I was full, I tried the pho as well, and it was also authentic and very tasty. When I visit Nagoya, I’d like to make this my regular Accommodation!

Thank you for taking care of us on our family trip. Check-in while enjoying a welcome drink was a nice touch, and the Room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. There were two bathing options: a free open-air bath and a large public bath, and we could even see Mt. Fuji from the large public bath. Dinner was delicious across the board; although we were full by the end of the meal, the house specialty “Izu Mabushi” was light and refreshing, so we enjoyed it easily. Breakfast featured a variety of side dishes served in small portions on multiple small plates—beautifully presented, and every dish was tasty. The staff were also very pleasant and welcoming, which made our stay even better. We would love to come again. Thank you very much.

This was my second stay since staying at the end of June. On this trip I spent 6 nights in Nagoya—2 nights at other capsule hotels, 2 nights at Anshin Oyado, and 2 nights at a city hotel—but Anshin Oyado was still the best. The Facility is great, but I’m especially impressed by the staff’s hard work and attentiveness. The shared toilets, baths, and washbasins are kept spotless at all times—I honestly wonder how many times a day they make the rounds to clean. In terms of private space size, it can’t compete with a city hotel, of course, but I’m always amazed by how well-equipped the shared areas are. It’s such a wonderful Accommodation that I want to tell everyone about it—but I also want to keep it secret because I don’t want it to get too crowded.

I used this place for the first time to meet a friend who lives along the Chuo Line. I chose it because of its high Reviews, and it made sense once I realized at check-in that it’s part of a karaoke chain I often use. It’s close to the station, and there are plenty of shops along the way, so you won’t have any trouble. Plus, inside the Facility you can enjoy various light snacks and drinks for free, which was a big help during this hot season since I didn’t have to walk around outside much. There’s no elevator in the Facility, so going back and forth between the 1st floor (lockers) and the 4th floor (dining area) is a bit tiring, but it’s manageable—almost like good exercise. Loungewear and towels are freely available, and amenities are well stocked throughout, so there’s no need to bring extra items. The large public bath was more spacious than expected, and I was surprised they even had both a mist sauna and a tent sauna. For light meals, they served ramen and dashi ochazuke from late afternoon into the evening. Drinks included alcohol as well. In the morning there were curry and dashi ochazuke, plus pancakes and cereal. It also seemed like miso soup and the drink bar were available at all times during my stay. I’ve stayed in many capsule hotels before, but thanks in part to how considerate other guests were, this was by far the most comfortable capsule experience I’ve had—including both amenities and overall comfort inside. The price may be slightly higher than average, but service is attentive down to small details, so overall satisfaction is high. I’d definitely like to stay again if I have another chance.

I had long wanted to visit Akazawa Geihinkan, and this time I was able to stay there with my son and his wife. The Accommodation is wonderful from the outside, but once you step inside, you’re amazed to see platinum used throughout the walls and other details. It was a beautiful space where you can truly feel the care put into every element. The susuki grass in the courtyard was also very memorable, and we were able to relax and enjoy a peaceful time away from everyday life while taking in the seasonal atmosphere. Everything—the Room, the meals, and the overall ambiance—was of course excellent, but what stayed with me most was the warm hospitality of all the staff. My daughter-in-law is pregnant, and they kindly accommodated our requests in advance with great attention to detail. They prepared extra pillows in our Room and thoughtfully adjusted various aspects of the meals as well, which we truly appreciated. In particular, the smile of the staff member who served our meals was wonderful. Their service was both professional and genuinely warm, which made us feel very at ease. The staff member who took photos for us also went beyond what we asked for and discreetly looked out for us so that we could enjoy ourselves even more. That thoughtfulness meant a lot to us. Of course it is an exceptional space with a sense of luxury, but more than that, I felt that it is the attentive and heartfelt hospitality of everyone working there that makes this Accommodation even more special. I’m truly happy that we were able to spend such precious family time at Akazawa Geihinkan. On our way home, my son’s family and I kept saying how much we’d like to come back again. Thank you very much for such a memorable stay. We would love to visit again.

I’m writing this because it was so good! I booked at the last minute because the price was reasonable. It was much better than I expected. The Room is standard, but clean and comfortable. Parking is free and spacious! Having a laundry area was also very helpful. Unlimited access to Korona no Yu was great, and the game center is right there for easy fun. The food at the Onsen Facility’s dining area was delicious too! I also appreciated being able to rent manga. Joyfull on the first floor is convenient as well. If I had to ask for one thing, it would be a convenience store on-site (there is one within walking distance!). I’d like to stay here again if I ever go to Toyokawa.
