On a return visit after a while, we had a Multiple Night Stay and were satisfied. There were a few minor points: even though the Room’s open-air Onsen bath and the shower booth are separate, there was only one bath mat; and there is no temperature control for the Room’s open-air bath. Still, the Room, the staff service, and the Onsen were all wonderful. Valet parking had a 3,000 yen charge, but they always responded quickly. Overall, we were satisfied. The food, service, and wine selection at the main dining venue HITO by TAKUBO were also excellent. When I mentioned that breakfast drinks didn’t include tomato juice and I was disappointed, they kindly brought it for me even though it wasn’t on the list. I would be even happier if it were available from the start. We would like to visit again.

A friend recommended Kiyosato to me, and my long-awaited 3-night, 4-day stay during the Obon holiday finally came true. We were very well taken care of at Country Inn Orchard. The owner welcomed us warmly, and everything—from the meals to the interior design—was beautiful, making our memories in Kiyosato truly unforgettable. By the time I boarded the train out of Kiyosato on the last day, I already wanted to come back again soon. Thank you very much!

We stayed here as a couple. We made a Reservation because we were looking for an Accommodation where we could relax around Lake Yamanaka, and it turned out to be even better than we expected. What we loved - The grilled rainbow trout at dinner was excellent. We don’t often get the chance to eat it, and it was especially memorable among all the dishes. - The wine-fed beef tenderloin was very tender and cooked perfectly. The garlic grilled rice ball we ordered as an extra was also a great choice. - Breakfast was just as enjoyable, with freshly made hot sandwiches and handmade soba. The soba had a wonderful aroma that really stood out. - The Room and bath were spotless and comfortable. Even details like the placement of outlets were convenient, and we could feel the thoughtful care throughout. - We were happy to have a view of Mt. Fuji from our Room. - Above all, the owner and his wife were truly lovely people. They welcomed us warmly and also told us about Myojinyama Panorama Terrace (mentioned below). The next morning, we visited Myojinyama Panorama Terrace as recommended, and enjoyed an amazing view overlooking both Mt. Fuji and Lake Yamanaka—one of the highlights of our trip. We suggest going a bit early, ideally by around 9:00 a.m., since parking is limited and it gets crowded. Everything—from the food to the scenery to the hospitality—was highly satisfying, and on our way home we kept saying how glad we were that we chose this place. We highly recommend this Accommodation for anyone who wants to spend a relaxing time in Lake Yamanaka. We’d love to visit again in another season.

I usually stay with my family, but this time I tried a solo trip for the first time. I chose this Hotel because the women-only dormitory felt safe, and the value was amazing: unlimited alcohol and soft drinks, a triple gelato, a delicious pasta dinner, plus access to the lounge and baths at the neighboring Suizantei… it was perfect (the sauna at Exclamation Hotel was great too). The next day, I switched breakfast to lunch and enjoyed it at Shokudo Ichi, then finished with an Onsen soak in Koganeyu! What’s more, staying here comes with a Reservation slot for “Morino Hyakunichi Gori,” so I could enjoy it without waiting. This was also my first time hitting the jackpot in the lucky locker lottery—I even received a commemorative Kyujitsuyu mug cup and was truly moved. The Hotel staff were all very kind, so I felt comfortable throughout my stay. A solo trip at Exclamation Hotel might become addictive—I’ll be back!

We stayed with a group of eight. The Room was clean, and we could use the fireplace and have a campfire—an Accommodation we were very satisfied with! Responses to our questions were also quick. If I had to say one thing, it would have been nice if there had been a dishwasher. Next time, we’d like to visit in a warmer season.

This was my first stay here. To enter the Room, you just get the passcode and let yourself in. Meals are prepared in the refrigerator, so you simply do a quick cook and enjoy. This time we chose hot pot, and it was very satisfying! Plus, there’s an Onsen bath in the Room. Great value for money, and since it’s newly built, it was very comfortable. The Room is spacious too, so I recommend it for trips with your dog.

This year again, I went to see the Shimodate grand mikoshi. It’s a bit of a walk to the station, but it was within an acceptable distance, so I stayed here. The bath isn’t large, but it is separated for men and women, which was satisfying. The Room also felt clean. The free breakfast was delicious and I was very satisfied. I would like to stay here again.

The Room was so stylish—it felt like a space I could stay in forever! My 3-year-old child seemed to love it too and had a great time. The lounge was also wonderful, and I ended up using it many times! Compared with the area around Nagoya Station, the area around the Hotel felt quieter and more relaxing. I’d love to stay here again when I visit Nagoya.

We stayed here as a couple on a trip to Matsumoto. We made a Reservation at this Hotel because we were looking for a guest Room near Matsumoto Castle with an open-air bath and private dining. It was close to the castle, and we arrived without getting lost. Both the building and the Room were very well cleaned and felt spotless. The view from the Room was also great. We enjoyed our meal in a private room, and everything was delicious. We chose the dining Plan for guests aged 50 and over, and the portion size was just right. Since there aren’t many shops nearby, we bought drinks from the vending machine inside, but there was only one machine, so the selection was limited. Overall: 5 stars. I usually buy towels with the Hotel name when I stay somewhere, but I forgot this time—so when we visit Matsumoto again, we’ll be happy to stay here again.

We stayed during the three-day weekend in November with our family of four and two dogs. The spacious bath, delicious meals, and nearby attractions like the Yamanakako Autumn Leaves Festival made our trip memorable. We also enjoyed stunning views of Mt. Fuji. It was a wonderful family trip. Thank you very much!

We stayed here when visiting Huis Ten Bosch. We found this place while looking for a Room that could accommodate our family of five together. The price was reasonable, and it was convenient because everything we needed was provided. There are no dining options within walking distance, but if you have a car, there is a convenience store nearby, so it wasn’t an issue. I also visited an Onsen (day-use bathing at another Accommodation) about five minutes away by car. Although the check-in process is unmanned, the support center was very kind and helpful. We would like to stay again if we have the opportunity.

I think this was my third or fourth stay. The property is clean, there’s an Onsen, and even the single Room is spacious, so it’s far more comfortable than a major Business Hotel chain. It’s also convenient to have separate slippers for in-room use and for around the building. The Room design is simple yet thoughtful, and it feels like a waste to stay only one night. Next time I’d like to visit the bakery as well. Whenever I have business near Nagai City, I’d like to stay here again.

I stayed here on a solo trip as a woman. The Room was simple and clean, the bed was spacious with a firm mattress just the way I like it, and all amenities are available at the front desk. Breakfast was delicious too, with freshly baked bread, a daily salad, soup, juice, and coffee—all well stocked. The large public bath was also spacious and very relaxing. Since it was a Multiple Night Stay, I asked to keep the Room as is, and when I returned they had hung a bag on the doorknob with fresh towels, a bathrobe, and even tea. Such thoughtful service at this price—I found an excellent Business Hotel. I’ll definitely keep coming back!!

I visited after a mountain hike. At check-in, we were offered only a cold hand towel, with no tea or sweets, and were shown to our Room. The Accommodation is small, but it felt clean throughout, including the Room, so we were able to stay comfortably in that respect. There was also complimentary beer service, but it was a bit disappointing that it was served in a cup rather than a mug or glass. The bath uses mineral spring water and has no taste or smell. I didn’t notice anything in particular while soaking, but after a while my skin felt smooth. Also, as time passed my body warmed up nicely, so it’s a good bath. As the Reviews said, the meals featured plenty of Toyama ingredients. Both dinner and breakfast were delicious, but I think the dining experience would be even better with some explanation of the dishes. That said, during the meal the staff member in charge only said things like “Here you are” and “I’ll clear these,” which felt a little impersonal. I could hear another staff member serving the table behind us saying things like “Would you like more rice?” and “Would you like seconds?”, so it may depend on each person’s approach—but I wished for slightly more guest-focused service from our attendant. I was also concerned about there being cameras installed in several places; it felt somewhat like being watched. If they were placed more discreetly or with more consideration, it might feel less uncomfortable. Overall though, I think it was a good Accommodation.

We stayed here again for our family trip to Uchibo. Although it was the rainy season, the ocean view stretching out in front of us was as wonderful as ever, and our family and dog were able to relax together.\nAs for meals, if you order a catered seafood set from a nearby restaurant after checking the menu, you can enjoy a luxurious dinner while taking in the stunning view.\nWe feel this is an Accommodation we can rely on and return to regularly.

We revisited with the much-anticipated Sushi Plan that we decided to try after being impressed by the view from the room last time! The cuisine exceeded our expectations—luxurious and delicious, it was absolutely worth it. While preparing meals ourselves is fun, enjoying professional flavors in a private space is truly exceptional. Once again, it was just the two of us staying, so the room felt incredibly spacious (laughs), but every corner was impeccably clean and exuded a sense of freshness. With this level of cleanliness, I’m sure even large family trips or group visits would be enjoyable for everyone. This was our second time using the unmanned check-in system, and it went smoothly. We had such a relaxing stay again! Next time, we’d love to bring along more people for an even bigger gathering!

I stayed in a Twin Room. As is common with newer, stylish hotel rooms, it took me a little time to figure out where the light switches were and where the Wi-Fi information was placed upon entering the room. The design of the room was interesting, featuring a counter-style sink area. By closing the sliding door, you could separate the sink area from the rest of the room. Behind this sliding door, there was also a desk and refrigerator hidden away. The books placed on top of the desk seemed more like decorations than for reading. However, it might be better if they were positioned in an easier-to-reach spot for guests who want to read them. Although I believe this falls under the category of a Business Hotel, it was overall stylish and clean. I would love to stay here again when visiting Kawauchi.

Perhaps because it’s newly opened, or thanks to an excellent housekeeping team, both the Room and the lobby were extremely clean. The Room was spacious and quiet, and there was plenty of parking—there was never a time we couldn’t find a spot. The parking lot is large so it’s a bit of a walk, but there’s a convenience store right in front, which makes it very convenient. We stayed for two nights on a Plan with breakfast, and there were hardly any repeat items over the two days. There was a good variety, everything tasted good, and nothing seemed to run out. It’s also nice that Route Inn offers WOWOW. We had a very comfortable stay for two days. I’d definitely like to stay again if I have the chance.

I made a Reservation for sightseeing at Aquamarine Fukushima. This time, the new building was fully booked, so I stayed in the old building, but it was spacious, clean, and very relaxing—really great. The toilet and washbasin were separate, but both were very clean and well maintained, so it didn’t bother me at all. This Accommodation is in an excellent location. You can walk to AEON, and it’s also conveniently close to the aquarium. I would like to stay here again when I visit the aquarium. Thank you very much for your hospitality!

I really enjoyed the walk from Taisho Pond to the Hotel. Dinner was very luxurious, and I was able to fully enjoy delicious Shinshu cuisine. Breakfast after an early-morning stroll to Myojin Pond was also luxurious and excellent. The service was attentive, and I was able to fully enjoy Kamikochi. Thank you very much.
