The staff’s warm hospitality made us feel truly cared for, and we were able to forget about everyday life and relax in the Onsen. We also enjoyed the course dinner. We’d love to visit again.

Thank you for your hospitality. What I liked: - I was pleasantly surprised that the showerheads and hair dryers in the women’s large public bath were ReFa products. - The bed firmness was just right, and I slept well. What was disappointing: - There was only one elevator, so I had to wait twice at checkout. - The step at the bathroom/toilet door felt dangerous.

I chose this great-value discounted Plan and decided to visit. When I arrived, a staff member came to greet me and guided me to the parking area and reception, which made me feel very reassured. The Room had been renovated and I was very satisfied. The hot-spring tour was fun, and I especially enjoyed the rose bath. There was plenty of food as well—I’ll definitely come again.

The location was great, and the staff were very helpful. The amenities and beds were also excellent. The unit bath is the usual type, so I’d give it 4 stars. (Laugh) Breakfast had a wide variety of options and was delicious. The building is a bit old, but overall it’s a good Hotel.

My spouse and I stayed here after a round of golf. Being able to stay at the adjacent Hotel after golf was very convenient, with no travel needed. It was also great to be able to soak in the Onsen after golf and relieve our fatigue. Dinner was a buffet, but it was in the same venue as lunch during golf, so we thought choosing a course meal might have been better. At breakfast there was someone cooking omelets, so we feel having a live kitchen at dinner as well would improve the quality of the buffet. While temperatures in the Kanto region were around 35°C, Tsumagoi Village had a high of about 28°C, which made it very comfortable. We would like to visit again as a summer retreat.

I think this building was renovated from a former studio apartment into a Hotel. The Room is spacious for the price. The bath is small, but the toilet is separate. Next time I stay in Tsuruhashi, I’d like to use it again.

This was our first time staying at a Hotel affiliated with Ooedo Onsen! Due to our schedule, we checked in late and could only get a dinner Reservation for 8:30 PM, but we had plenty of fun in the meantime—playing table tennis as a family and enjoying the Onsen. The kids were thrilled! At night, we borrowed UNO and had a great time together. Both dinner and breakfast were excellent—the sushi and steak were amazing! Everyone went back for multiple bowls of seafood rice bowls in the morning. The Facility is a bit old, and the air conditioner was quite loud, but the overall enjoyment more than made up for it. The Room was very spacious too. We’d love to stay again!

I stayed here solo this time. Since it was a double room for single use, it was spacious enough—I could really stretch out and relax (lol). It’s close to Higobashi Station and has parking, so access is convenient. However, I didn’t check in advance and arrived with a tall vehicle, so I couldn’t use the hotel parking and had to use a nearby coin-operated parking lot (expensive!), which was disappointing. (Next time I’ll come with a lower car.) There’s also a large public bath, and it’s reasonably priced—highly recommended!

I really loved the open-air bath on the rooftop. The view was beautiful and it helped me unwind after the trip. The dinner buffet was delicious, and I ended up enjoying quite a few drinks. The next day, I played at the neighboring Cherry Golf Amakusa Course. It was a wonderful trip.

This was my first stay. Since it was Saturday and Hotels in the city center were expensive, I chose this Hotel because parking was free and breakfast was included. There weren’t any restaurants nearby, but we found a delicious udon shop just a few minutes away by car, ate there, and then checked in. There is a restaurant on the first floor of the Hotel, and the buffet-style meal is only 1,210 yen. The all-you-can-drink alcohol option is also 1,210 yen, which is very affordable—great for those who want to drink. There’s also a large supermarket next door with plenty of prepared foods and other options. The free breakfast was better than expected; the handmade tofu was especially delicious. Overall, it was a very reasonably priced Accommodation. For the next day in Susaki, I booked another Hotel from the same group.

I love this Hotel—being soothed by the familiar Japanese-style Room and the usual view of Lake Biwa. It was my first stay in two years, and various things had been simplified. Breakfast is very delicious, but there were so many guests that day that we were seated far away from the food. I think we waited over 20 minutes for the made-to-order omelet. Some foreign guests ended up leaving without waiting for their omelets. The smoothie, as always, was excellent. It was my first time seeing the planetarium, but I wondered if there were mites in the seats. After sitting for a while, both my spouse and I started itching on our arms and kept scratching. As with old movie theaters, I think pest control and insect prevention would be a good idea. As for the Room amenities, various items were provided in the washroom, but they were hard to see at a glance. This is one of my favorite Hotels, so I hope to see improvements in service going forward.

The staff’s friendly greetings and thoughtful hospitality made our stay very comfortable. I finished every last drop of the soy milk hot pot at breakfast—it was delicious. I made a Reservation here to see the starry sky. Unfortunately it rained, but the nighttime lights of the Onsen town seen from our Room window were also wonderful. I was captivated by Hirugami Onsen’s silky-smooth water. Thank you very much.

From check-in, we had a very positive impression, and the rest of the staff were equally wonderful. The dining staff were all from overseas, but they served us with smiles and great dedication, and it was clear they are well trained. The food was delicately seasoned and served at just the right time to enjoy it at its best, and at breakfast we appreciated the thoughtful touch of having warm tableware. The bath was also spacious and very relaxing. We visited in midsummer this time, so we would love to return in a different season.

We made a Reservation at this Hotel because my husband had stayed here before and really loved the Onsen. It was our first time back in Arima Onsen in a while, and since it was also his first time trying the meals—and the restaurant had just been renovated—we decided to book. We were also able to reserve a Room where we could enjoy a Silver Onsen bath. The renovated restaurant was beautiful, and dinner was an Italian buffet, with Japanese dishes available as well, so we enjoyed a great variety. Breakfast was also a buffet in the same restaurant, but with different items from dinner, and we ate plenty of delicious food. Both dinner and breakfast offered paper cups for takeout, which made us happy since the Room only had sencha tea bags. The Onsen was very relaxing, and I could see why my husband likes it so much. The Silver Onsen bath in our Room was a view-bath style that you fill yourself, and it was wonderful to soak at our own pace. The view from the lobby was lovely too—it was a stay where we could unwind and enjoy great meals. Thank you very much.

We stayed again this year, following our visit last year. While many nearby Ryokan have closed, this property has been renovated and reborn with excellent Facility—I felt it is the best in Yuhama. In particular, the Onsen was pure free-flowing hot spring water from the source, with no added water or heating, and it was wonderfully comfortable—I kept sweating for a while even after bathing. Since our Room had a splendid private free-flowing Onsen bath, we enjoyed it many times. Unfortunately, there was light rain and the sea was rough with whitecaps, so swimming was prohibited. However, we are not really at an age to play in the ocean anymore, so we enjoyed walking around the Hotel area instead. There were about ten cats nearby; they were friendly and fun to be around. They had ear marks indicating they had been spayed/neutered, so it seemed the town manages them well. It left us with a good impression of a town that cares for animals. Meals were different from last year: they served them efficiently with fewer staff in a spacious Room renovated from an annex building. The quality felt slightly below last year’s level, though that may simply be personal preference. It also made us feel how challenging operations can be after COVID. We were happy to have a chance to speak in the morning with refined people who seemed to be the proprietress and her son. We would like to visit KAMEYA again next year as well—a place proud of its 200-year history. Thank you very much for your hospitality.

On the day of our stay, you kindly offered to change our Room to one in the main building with less walking for my wife, who has difficulty walking. We are both very grateful for your help. The Room was also clean and well maintained, and we were able to enjoy a quiet, relaxing time.

This was my first stay at Hisai Green Hotel. I usually stay at the affiliated Center One Hotel. Before my stay, I asked about places for dinner and was also told that breakfast offers a wide variety of options. Since it was my first time staying here, I was really looking forward to it. The Accommodation was very quiet, and the welcome drink service even included ice for iced coffee. I visited on an extremely hot day, so that was very helpful. The staff were also kind and attentive. What I looked forward to most was the breakfast ochazuke. The spiny lobster broth for the ochazuke was rich and delicious, and the Matsusaka beef shigure-ni was also excellent. Being able to customize the ochazuke myself made it both fun and tasty. The menu making good use of local ingredients is wonderful. When items ran out, they were replenished quickly. A member of the breakfast staff asked, “How was your breakfast?” and I replied, “It was excellent.” In addition to the meals, the Accommodation was kept very clean throughout. Since I had a late check-out with a long stay the next morning, I could relax in a clean environment until departure. If I have another chance to visit the Hisai area, I would like to stay again. I am always grateful for Comfort Inn Ogaki and Center One Hotel Handa as well. The affiliated hotels are reliable and truly excellent Hotels where you can stay with peace of mind. I look forward to continuing to use these affiliated hotels in the future.

I had been wanting to visit Kawagoe for a long time, so I made a Reservation at this Accommodation. I stayed alone as a woman, but the Room and the bathroom/toilet were clean, so I felt safe and comfortable during my stay!

There are three check-in counters, and when I went to the middle one and gave my name, they checked the reservation and said, "Please fill out the accommodation card here," placing the card at the next counter. I feel like a similar situation happened at another hotel before, but I don't understand why they made me move to the next counter when there were no other guests besides me.

A relatively affordable Hotel located right at the entrance to the pilgrimage route. One night with breakfast included. The breakfast buffet had a good selection and was satisfying. For dinner, we relaxed and enjoyed eating out near the Hotel, choosing what we liked along with beer—making it feel like a stay with two meals included. We set off for our visit early the next morning, and were able to use the free parking lot next to the Hotel until close to noon, which let us enjoy our visit without rushing.
