I was visiting Kobe and looking for a reasonably priced place to stay when I found this Accommodation. The spa and sauna—especially the Finland-certified sauna—were excellent. The food was delicious, and I really enjoyed the relaxing atmosphere. I’ve stayed here more than once, and I’ll continue to use it whenever I go to Sannomiya, or even when I visit Kyoto. It’s a favorite of mine.

Having read the Reviews in advance, I was aware of what to expect, but my companion was very surprised by the contrast between the front desk atmosphere and the impression of the Room. The day-use bathing area feels lively like a busy public bathhouse, while the guest Rooms were calm and comfortable. Because we visited on a weekday, the large public bath was not crowded and very relaxing. The only thing that bothered me slightly was seeing someone brushing their teeth at the washing area. Even so, I was truly impressed by the abundant flow of free-flowing Onsen water straight from the source. When I visit around Nagano Station for work in the future, I would love to stop by again even just for a day-use bath. The Room was flawlessly comfortable, and the private indoor bath was very spacious. I was also amazed by how much hot water it had. Dinner was served in-room, so we could relax without worrying about others, and we thoroughly enjoyed the delicious dishes with thoughtful touches. The staff member who served us was friendly and made it a pleasant time. At breakfast, it was also nice to be able to choose between rice porridge cooked with Onsen water and regular steamed rice. Please note that there are no amenities provided in the large public bath area (including makeup remover), so bringing your own is recommended. The in-Room amenities are also provided for one use (one day) only, so if you plan to bathe multiple times, it may be reassuring to bring extras. Overall, it was a highly satisfying stay.

We stayed in the Kozu Room. The Room was spacious and comfortable. Although the facilities are mostly shared with Kowakien, they are clearly separated in various ways, which was great. The meals were delicious and more than we could finish. All the staff were courteous, and we had a wonderful time. This is an Accommodation I can recommend.

We stayed as two couples. We made the reservation based on the reviews. Upon entering the room, there was a Western-style area with twin beds, a small table, and chairs. Beyond that was a Japanese-style room with a low table and chairs. It was very comfortable to stay in. As for the bath, I personally thought it was nice, but my husband said it felt cold inside and only used it once at night. Dinner was just as delicious as mentioned in the reviews. In comparison, breakfast left a slightly disappointing impression. Overall, I think this accommodation offers great value for money. I would love to visit again if I have the chance!

There are few Hotels near Kashiwanoha-campus Station, and they tend to be expensive, so I was having trouble. However, this Hotel was reasonably priced and fit within my business trip Accommodation budget. The Room was spacious and very clean, and I was satisfied. Above all, it was great that there is a large public bath. Since it was late at night, walking from the station meant taking a rather quiet road, and it took about 15 minutes on foot from the station, which was the only downside—but otherwise it was excellent.

Because the Reviews were so positive, I had wanted to stay here for a long time. When I actually stayed, all the staff were very kind and attentive, and I was able to spend my entire stay feeling comfortable. It was a very good Hotel. I would like to stay again if I have the opportunity.

This was my third stay. After arriving while it was still light out, I first enjoyed Goshobo’s semi-mixed Onsen and the large public bath with its golden Onsen. Since it was summer, even a short soak left me sweating nonstop. In the large bath, I shared the water with someone for the first time here; we had a pleasant chat and ended up soaking a bit longer. Dinner was a lighter, seafood-focused course. The chilled Awaji spiny lobster soup was a perfect match with Koshu wine. The highlight began with sashimi of meita-garei flounder and aged sea bream, followed by more Akashi-ura fish to enjoy. The charcoal-grilled Spanish mackerel and the Akashi sea bream acqua pazza were both seasonal specials you can only have here at this time of year. The broth in the acqua pazza was much lighter than last autumn’s filefish version. To finish, the cheese course left me fully satisfied in both quality and quantity—thank you for the wonderful meal. For breakfast, I switched back to the standard menu: milk, soup, vegetables—an all-around delicious plate—beautiful French toast, and yogurt meant to savor the jam and honey. Everything tasted exactly as good as expected. Even the mini breads were great; this time, the buttery croissant was my favorite. In my Room bath, I topped up little by little while letting it cool slightly, enjoying a pleasantly lukewarm golden Onsen. The breeze through the window felt wonderful: lush greenery everywhere, distant summer skies, murmuring sounds of life outside—and cicadas loud enough not to lose to them. Summer Onsen really is something special. After breakfast I alternated between the golden Onsen and the low-temperature sauna. It was an extremely satisfying holiday stay. Thank you very much. P.S. Although it is a small Hotel, the staff were kind. The amenities were plentiful, and the welcome drink (alcohol) was a nice touch. It was disappointing that dinner was not available, but breakfast offered a wide variety of delicious dishes. The staff were also very helpful, explaining how to enjoy the food and letting us know when items were freshly cooked, which made for a pleasant start to the day.

The Room is clean, compact yet functional. The large public bath is also great. The breakfast buffet offers a wide variety, and I ended up eating too much. It’s also convenient to have a convenience store right in front. If I had to mention one thing, the building is long horizontally, so it’s a bit of a walk to the Room.

I’m really glad we chose this Hotel for our long-awaited first trip to Hamada. We had actually planned this trip shortly after the Hotel opened, but it was during the COVID period. We reluctantly canceled because we avoided traveling outside the prefecture. At last we were able to come, and we had been looking forward to it. Even though it seemed busy during the holiday weekend, the front desk staff welcomed us with warm smiles and polite service. Also, on the day we arrived, there was self-service coffee and tea set out at the front desk. We had been traveling in the heat and were thirsty, so that was truly helpful. My family used the large public bath and said it felt great both at night and in the morning. The morning bath was not crowded. They also said it was so clean in the morning that you could tell it had been cleaned overnight. From the TV in your Room, you can check how busy the large public bath, coin laundry, and breakfast venue are. One thing to note: in the morning time slot, neither of the two elevators seems to arrive quickly, so I recommend heading out early. Since it’s right by the station, the location is excellent. You won’t have trouble finding dinner options. There are sushi restaurants, set-meal restaurants, izakayas, and more. If I have another chance, I would definitely like to stay here again.

It was a wonderful Accommodation. The staff’s service was very pleasant and made us feel truly comfortable. Their efforts for guests and thoughtful hospitality felt warmly sincere. It is a wonderful Accommodation where you can truly relax. We would love to visit again if we have the chance. It was our first time staying in Nasu, and it became a lovely memory for us. In particular, the male attendant’s lighthearted talk at dinner made everyone smile and created a relaxed atmosphere. Thank you very much. We also visited for an anniversary, and we were very happy to receive such a lovely gift. In fact, we just celebrated our 25th wedding anniversary. Thank you again for all your kindness and care. We will cherish it and use it with gratitude.

The thoughtful consideration to ensure guests can relax and unwind was evident throughout. I enjoyed spending time in the spacious bath, choosing the firmness of pillows and beds, which made my stay very comfortable. Although I couldn't sleep much due to personal reasons, being able to use the large public bath even late at night helped me relax, which was wonderful. Recently, I've stayed at many business hotels without meals, so the breakfast buffet was a delightful service. Additionally, the courteous hospitality allowed me to have a pleasant stay. I appreciated having wine as a welcome drink. The breakfast was delicious, too. The Room was comfortable as well. No wonder it gets fully booked. I’d like to stay again if I have the chance.

The open-air bath in the Room features 100% milky-white free-flowing natural Onsen water, offering a blissful moment as you soak while taking in mountain views and listening to birdsong. A deep sense of satisfaction—“I’ve come to a real Onsen.” I was able to fully enjoy the source water at my leisure while listening to the gentle murmur of the river. At a secluded mountain hot-spring Accommodation, you might expect simple country cooking, but Hige no Ie serves refined creative cuisine. Each dish brings out the best of local ingredients, with exquisitely balanced seasoning that naturally made me want another drink. The forest scenery seen through the mist was magical. I look forward to visiting again.

We stayed here as a family. The pool and the Facility were clean, and the pool temperature was just right, so we had a great time. If I had to mention one thing, the convenience store is a bit far by car, and there are few streetlights at night, which makes driving difficult—so it would be perfect if drinks and alcohol were prepared in advance. We would love to stay again with our family if we have the chance.

It was my first time back in Ube City in a very long while, and the town has completely changed, but I was truly moved that the Hotel was still there just as before. The building is understandably old, but in return, the staff’s kind service and the wide variety and abundance at breakfast were wonderful. (I was happy to see kawara soba again—it brought back memories.) I met my friend at the restaurant next door, and I was glad to receive a discount as a guest privilege. We stayed here for a three-generation trip with a 4-year-old boy and a 2-year-old girl. We planned Amanohashidate on the first day and Kinosaki Marine World on the second. Originally, we had planned to visit Marine World on day one and stay near it at an Accommodation without meals, but we changed our schedule to spend more time at Marine World and switched to a Plan with meals, so we chose this Facility.\nAfter check-in, we spent time in the pool until dinner. The pool was just the right size for the kids, and they had plenty of fun going back and forth between areas about 40 cm deep and about 100 cm deep.\nDinner felt a little light in portion size for an adult man. Breakfast was satisfying, with refills of rice available.\nThe building is not new, but it was well cleaned and felt very tidy overall. It was also nice that you can choose your yukata after check-in.

It was clean and close to the station, and there were plenty of places to eat nearby, so I had no worries. The large public bath was also spacious enough that you wouldn’t expect it from a capsule Hotel. I’d like to stay again.

This was my second stay this year, and I visited with my mother. My mother is nearing her 88th birthday, but she still has a great appetite and finished everything, even having seconds from the rice tub. I visited long ago with my mother and grandmother as well, so I feel truly happy to have an Accommodation we can return to across three generations—my grandmother, my mother, and me. Unfortunately it rained this time, but thanks to that the signature stones and garden trees were gently wet, letting us enjoy a different kind of beautiful scenery than usual.
