This was my first stay, and the hotel’s convenient location near the station, the late-night curry, and the excellent breakfast were especially appreciated for a business trip. It’s also close to Nakasu’s yatai food stalls and Tenjin, making it easy to get a feel for the local atmosphere—great for conversation topics during business meetings.

It was a Hotel I booked for my wife. She said the large public bath was spacious and relaxing. She also said the breakfast had a good variety, so it never got boring.

We had a comfortable and enjoyable stay. The room was clean, and we were able to relax. One request: it would be great if we could choose the portion size for our dog’s meal. The menu selection was excellent, but the serving was a bit too large for our dog.

I stayed here because the Accommodation highlighted that you can see the Seven Stars in Kyushu from the Room. It really was a Room with a great view, and I was able to photograph the Seven Stars in Kyushu with Mt. Yufu in the background. You can also see Mt. Yufu from the Onsen in the Room. The medicinal rice porridge at breakfast was especially delicious!

The breakfast is excellent. It is served in the Room and includes soup, bread, and juice, with just the right portion size. During our 2-night stay, the soup menu changed each day, and both were very delicious. It felt like the ideal Hotel breakfast. At check-in, we received a welcome drink along with a detailed explanation from the staff. The stay was comfortable and became a wonderful memory of Sapporo.

I was concerned to find a small nail on the floor in the room, and dust had accumulated on the shoji frame. The room is compact but functional and convenient. At other Nono properties, there is a self-service coffee machine that anyone can use freely, but here only guests who pay for lounge access can have drinks. Perhaps because it was a weekday, the large public bath was not crowded, so I could bathe at a relaxed pace. After getting tired from walking around Osaka sightseeing spots, it was great to unwind in the hot spring.

This was my first time staying here. Having an Onsen allowed me to relax deeply. I was happy that I could use the bath all the way until morning. Since it was raining, I had dinner without going outside. The breakfast starting at 6:30 a.m. was also very helpful because I had an early departure. The staff and dining hall team were very kind, and it made my stay pleasant. Thank you very much.

Dining and shopping are available at nearby facilities. It was great to have free access to the bath during our stay. The view of Mt. Fuji from the Room was beautiful. Waiting for the clouds to clear was a relaxing moment. The female front desk staff were kind and courteous, and their smiles were wonderful. Breakfast wasn’t crowded, and we enjoyed it very much. The staff responded to my inquiries kindly and pleasantly. It was crowded due to the holiday weekend, but breakfast was replenished as needed and I enjoyed a satisfying meal. The Room was new, clean, and very comfortable. I would definitely like to stay again when I visit the Fukui area.

I stayed here because of its convenient location for enjoying a concert at Ohga Hall. This Hotel has a quiet atmosphere that lets you feel Karuizawa’s history. Thanks to the kind and attentive service from the staff, I was able to relax and enjoy my stay. Thank you very much. However, I felt that seniors should be careful of the step in the bathroom.

We stayed here for our son’s graduation ceremony. The Chapel Room is our favorite. In autumn, the yellow ginkgo leaves seen from the Room are beautiful. We enjoyed a delicious dinner at the on-site Kiccho, and also fully enjoyed the Hotel breakfast featuring Yamaguchi local cuisine. The service at reception and elsewhere was excellent, and the housekeeping staff’s greetings were very pleasant. Thank you for taking such good care of us.

A very new hotel, about an 8-minute walk from Sapporo Station’s North Exit. There is a 7-Eleven right next to the lobby. The rooms are stylishly designed with a comfortable layout, and the number and placement of power outlets are very convenient. We went to watch a game at Es Con Field Hokkaido in Kitahiroshima on the day of check-in and returned late, so it felt a bit rushed, but the hotel’s comfort still gave us a great night’s sleep.

This was my first stay here. I chose this Hotel because I wanted to visit Seibuen Amusement Park nearby. I checked in looking forward to the Room upgrade Plan, and was amazed by the wall-to-wall windows with a wide-open sky and Lake Tama spread out before me. Being a top-floor corner Room made the view even more spectacular. The spacious, spotless Room delighted my child as well. The large public bath on site was also spacious and comfortable. They seem to pay attention to fragrance as well, and the pleasant scent throughout helped me relax deeply. The front desk staff were excellent, and I truly felt I was receiving first-class Hotel service. The rooftop restaurant also had a beautiful view, and everything at breakfast was delicious. The attentiveness of the service staff there was outstanding too—they were constantly mindful of every guest and provided fast, flawless service. It reminded me of true Japanese hospitality that has become rarer to see these days. This was the best Hotel I’ve stayed at recently. Thank you very much for taking such great care of us.

The front desk staff were very courteous, and both dinner and breakfast were excellent and delicious. It was disappointing that the Onsen is only available in the large public bath. The location was wonderful, and we were able to see Hashima Island. Thank you very much for your hospitality.

The Room was also kept very clean. Given the current situation, I’d say it offers outstanding value for money, including meals! It seems a new location will be opening near my hometown as well, and I’ll definitely use it.

All the staff were kind and helpful. The Room was a stylish and very clean Japanese-Western room. The meals, especially dinner, were delicious. The bath was a pleasant Moor Onsen that left my skin smooth and relieved my fatigue. It was excellent. I’d love to visit again.

We stayed at Kinugawa Onsen “Kizuna” from July 31 to August 2, 2026 (2 nights/3 days). We checked in with two adults, one child, and two Chihuahuas. I thought I had made a Reservation for a Room without an open-air bath, but due to what seemed to be a communication issue, we were instead shown to a Room with an open-air bath (a lucky surprise). Having an open-air bath in the Room meant we could enjoy the Onsen anytime, day or night, and our whole family had a truly happy time. For every meal (breakfast and dinner), we were able to dine in a private room (rather than the usual shared dining area). The menu changed each time, so we looked forward to every meal and headed there excitedly. Each dish was refined and absolutely delicious. With drinks as well, we felt completely satisfied after every meal. By chance, the Nikko Fireworks Festival was held on Saturday, August 8, and we were able to enjoy spectacular fireworks from our Room as well (another lucky moment). Above all else, what made our stay so comfortable was the attentive service from the manager and staff members—and their genuine hospitality in accommodating guests’ requests. That level of professionalism seemed to fill the entire Ryokan, allowing guests to relax completely and enjoy an exceptional experience. For three days, we fully enjoyed an extraordinary getaway both physically and mentally. It may sound childish, but it was such a wonderful Ryokan that I didn’t want to leave—I wanted to stay forever. Everyone in our family kept saying “Let’s come again,” so we will definitely return. My heartfelt thanks go out to everyone who took care of us at “Kizuna.” Thank you very much for everything.

This was the finest Hotel I have ever stayed at. The room, the private open-air bath, the hospitality, the meals, and the service were all exceptional. I was able to relax and enjoy a truly unhurried stay. Unfortunately, my partner felt a bit unwell, so we could only enjoy the meals with our eyes, which was very disappointing. That’s why we definitely want to come back for a retry. Thank you very much for such a wonderful time.

We stayed in a suite. We were very satisfied with the size of the Room and the terrace, and the peaceful rural view was truly soothing. We could also see the stars clearly at night. We enjoyed the welcome drink and sweets, which raised our expectations for dinner—and they did not disappoint. The course meal served in our Room was wonderful, with the staff kindly explaining each dish, and even the chef came to greet us in person. Everything looked beautiful, but it tasted exactly as amazing as we hoped—perhaps even better. I ate each dish in genuine amazement. It made me wish we could casually enjoy this cuisine nearby whenever we wanted. As for dessert at dinner, we were surprised by both the canelé and the chocolate—the canelé for its delicious flavor, and the chocolate for its unique texture! It’s not hard; there’s something special inside. I truly hope you’ll try it. Breakfast was very filling. The egg dish was so luxurious that I couldn’t help blurting out “Wow!” I felt happy thinking, “I ate so many vegetables!” The bread was homemade and delicious, and they kindly wrapped up what we couldn’t finish to take with us. With meals like this included, we looked at each other as a family and said how unbelievably affordable this Accommodation Fee felt. We were also happy to purchase a lovely wood plate as a souvenir—it made for a wonderful stay overall. Thanks to the warm hospitality of all the staff, it became a trip where we lost track of time, and meeting the chef’s kind personality as well made us deeply grateful for such delicious food and such special moments. Thank you very much for taking such great care of us.
