Not only was the Room wonderful, but the host was truly kind. Even though I contacted them just two days in advance to plan a surprise celebration for my companion, they prepared a message plate and even decorated the Room for us. I’d love to stay again.

From June 28 to 30, just after the typhoon and the end of the rainy season, we were able to arrive in Miyako safely and this was our second stay at Ferris. We were upgraded to a twin-bed Room for our family of three, and it also happened to be my wife’s birthday. The cake and bed decorations were wonderful surprises, making our first trip back to Miyakojima in two years truly memorable. Thank you very much to all the staff. Coming back from snorkeling and slipping straight into the private pool in our Room felt amazing—we could have stayed in forever while looking out at the mangroves. We enjoyed San’s shabu-shabu in our Room, and everything was delicious right down to the soba at the end. Next time, we’d love to try lunch as well! We look forward to staying with you again.

The staff were wonderful, and the Room was spotless with a great atmosphere. If I had to mention one thing, the bath is so large that the water cools down quickly, but there is no reheating function... Also, since we ended up with quite a bit of trash, it would be helpful if spare trash bags were provided. We stayed with five family members and one dog, and there was plenty of space. We would love to stay again.

I’m truly glad we were able to visit after the typhoon. Thank you for calling us from the day before through the day of our stay and for your warm hospitality. After we arrived, we were about to head to the airport due to a flight change, but you ran over to let us know the airport was closed. Thanks to that, we didn’t waste valuable time and were able to enjoy a relaxed dinner. We also appreciated your advice that if we chose all the dinner courses, we could share them and enjoy everything together—we were very satisfied. Both dinner and breakfast made excellent use of fresh ingredients and were delicious, and our friends were very happy as well. The location was wonderful, and we took lots of great photos. The drinks in the Room refrigerator were complimentary, so we could relax and enjoy them in our Room too. It’s a Hotel I’d love to visit again.

A truly quiet retreat worthy of being called the ultimate villa—so peaceful you can hear only birdsong. I was able to relax deeply and feel completely at ease. The food was exceptionally high quality; the corn consommé soup and the eggplant-and-tempeh caprese were unbelievably delicious. I bought the flower-shaped cheese on top of the caprese at a roadside station. Thank you again for taking such great care of us.

We stayed at the Hotel during a trip to Okinawa that coincided with a wedding, as my husband also used it to play golf with his family. Since I don’t play golf, I spent time sightseeing nearby instead. Because of that, my husband and I checked in separately, but when I left my luggage before check-in, the staff seemed to remember me and welcomed me back with “Welcome home,” then kindly escorted me all the way to our Room. On departure, they even surprised us by attaching a tag with a handwritten message to our luggage. Not only the front desk team, but everyone at the pool, restaurants, and bar provided warm service full of hospitality—I was impressed throughout our stay. The Room was very clean, the location was great, and it felt truly comfortable. In addition to L’OCCITANE amenities, we also appreciated the original amenity pouch and tumbler—such thoughtful touches. The breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of options, and everything was delicious. Even though I don’t play golf myself, I would love to visit this Hotel again for its beautiful ocean views and outstanding hospitality.

The Room was spotless and beautifully maintained, and the luxurious space with a sauna and jacuzzi, plus the wooden area where you can enjoy a BBQ—everything was absolutely perfect! There were plenty of clean dishes and cutlery, as well as amenities and towels. We enjoyed the beach, then came back to relax in the sauna and jacuzzi. We also shopped at a nearby fish shop with a great selection and got to enjoy delicious seafood—overall, we were extremely satisfied. The person who assisted us at check-out—possibly the owner—was very kind and wonderful. It became a lovely summer memory for our family friends as well. Thank you!

We stayed here to celebrate our 10th wedding anniversary. Our 6-year-old was thrilled with the pool. Although it sometimes felt a bit understaffed, we were very satisfied with the pleasant service that made up for it. We’ve traveled to Okinawa dozens of times and stayed at many Hotels, and this one is definitely among the top. There were a few insects, but that’s part of the charm. We’ll probably come back again.

This year again, we spent our wedding anniversary in memory-filled Karuizawa. For us, this is truly a wonderful Hotel. With a typhoon approaching, we were worried the weather might turn severe, but the Hotel was so quiet and peaceful that we forgot all about it. Surrounded by delicious food and wine and the thoughtful care of the staff, we had a very comfortable stay. Thank you very much. We plan to stay again in autumn.

This was our first trip with our beloved dog, who is like family to us. We were completely satisfied with everything—the clean and beautifully maintained living room, kitchen, bedroom, wood deck, and dog run—and we were able to relax and enjoy our stay. The water facilities, toilet, and bathroom were also spotless, like new, and very comfortable to use. We would love to visit again soon. Thank you very much.

I often stay at international Hotels these days and usually come home impressed wherever I go, but this place was in a class of its own. Since the Hotel has only recently opened, it’s natural that the Facilities are spotless, but the hospitality was truly outstanding—really! My friend and I even promised we would definitely come back. Breakfast at Gion Kawakami and the rooftop bar were both excellent as well. Thank you very much for taking such good care of us.

This was our second stay. Since our third son (our dog) joined our family five years ago, we only choose Accommodations where we can stay together, so we’ve tried many pet-friendly places around the Kanto area. With new Accommodations opening all the time, there are only a few we’ve returned to—but this one is exceptionally satisfying, so we visited again during the Obon holiday period. With pet-friendly Accommodations, you sometimes have to compromise on something, but this place feels almost perfect. The balcony of our guest Room had an open-air Onsen bath, a sauna, a cold plunge bath, a relaxation area with a shower, and even an open-air bath for dogs. Inside the Room were a theater room with two massage chairs and a dining room where you can enjoy meals in your Room—the French cuisine served there is truly delicious. Recently there have been more Accommodations with excellent Facilities, but I don’t know any other place where you can enjoy food of this quality in your Room together with your dog. Once again, everything was outstanding. If you’re looking for the best Accommodation to stay with your dog, I highly recommend giving it a try.

Despite booking on short notice, we found a wonderful Accommodation. In response to our request for consideration regarding parking, you contacted us immediately, and we truly appreciate your exceptionally prompt support—something we rarely experience even after staying at many Accommodations. The amenities were excellent, and the two of us were already talking about visiting again soon. We hope to build a long and positive relationship with you.

I stayed at this Accommodation last year and again this year, and it was truly the best once again. This year, the pool even had a large float big enough for adults to relax on, making it fun for both kids and adults. With a sauna, BBQ facilities, and a garden where you can practice golf as well, you can fully enjoy summer without leaving this Accommodation, so we were able to spend a relaxing holiday. Also, the spotless Room and the wonderful hospitality—welcome drinks like plenty of beer and water, plus ice cream and snacks—were exceptional. I would love to stay again next year.

My friend and I stayed for one night and two days. That morning, we joined a river kayaking tour, and since there were no changing facilities near the river, I asked if it would be okay to arrive still wearing our wet wetsuits. They kindly agreed, which I truly appreciated. We were dropped off by the tour staff, and the moment we arrived, the breathtaking view of a beautiful infinity pool under a clear blue sky spread out before us—I couldn’t help but shout, “Wow, amazing!” We were shown to seats by the poolside, and even before checking in my friend said, “Wow… I should’ve brought my laptop. Next time we have to bring our laptops and stay longer for a workcation.” We were then shown to our Room. When I tried to open my suitcase, it wouldn’t open—an unexpected mishap—but after speaking with the butler right away they prepared an adorable tracksuit that could be worn over swimwear and arranged a rental car for us. Thanks to that, we were able to get it opened at a local gas station we had found in advance. For dinner, they prepared a handmade welcome plate inspired by the kayaking experience and the sea turtle nesting observation tour we had done—it was moving from the moment we sat down. Every dish was something new to us and absolutely delicious; in particular, I loved the peach sorbet served by the pastry chef. We got so caught up in eating and chatting that we stayed late, yet the chef still came out with a smile to see us off all the way until we boarded the golf cart back to our Room. The next morning we joined a kokedama (moss ball) workshop and enjoyed making one while learning all kinds of things about plants. I’ve forgotten the plant’s name now, but when I mentioned that I like tea, they also wrapped large leaves that can be enjoyed as tea together with my kokedama. We were probably the noisiest guests during our stay as just two people, yet everyone treated us with kindness until the very end—I’m nothing but grateful. Next time, I plan to bring my laptop and come back for a longer workcation stay.

Thank you very much for the Shuttle Service from the airport. I’m not familiar with the area and can’t drive, so it was a huge help. The Room had a calm, relaxing atmosphere, and the large sofa made it easy to unwind while enjoying the view. The meals were beautifully presented on lovely tableware, and they were served in perfect timing to match our pace—thank you so much. As expected of Otsuka Pharmaceutical, the hospitality was truly outstanding. I personally love Oronamin C and Fibe-Mini, so I was delighted by the complimentary drinks in the refrigerator. The Otsuka Pharmaceutical toner and serum provided in the bath felt wonderful to use, and I’m considering purchasing them. This is a truly wonderful Accommodation that I would love to visit again.

After watching a TV program featuring purple sea urchin, we visited looking forward to the dining experience. The cuisine, making the most of Amakusa’s abundant natural bounty, was far beyond our expectations—truly outstanding. We also appreciated the thoughtful explanations about the ingredients and stories about the producers, and enjoyed a wonderful time with the paired drinks. Dinner enjoyed while watching the beautiful sunset is a special memory we will never forget. A stylish and comfortable Room, an Onsen with ocean views, and breathtaking scenery right before our eyes—everything was exceptional and deeply relaxing. Most memorable of all was the warm hospitality of your staff, who clearly love Amakusa. Their desire to share Amakusa’s charm and ensure every guest truly enjoys their stay came through in every detail, and thanks to their attentive care we felt comfortable throughout. It became an unforgettable stay for us. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts.

In the wonderful space created by the owners, we were able to spend a truly relaxing and restorative time. Enjoying their thoughtfully prepared dishes—down to the seasonings—paired with local sake and served in locally made tableware was a real luxury... The journey there, transferring between local trains and buses, also became a memorable part of our trip. We would love to visit again someday in a different season. As the property is relatively new, the building, Facility, and amenities were all new and spotless. The appliances were thoughtfully selected too—I liked them so much I wanted to use them at home, and I even bought some after returning. Since it is set a little back from the road, we were able to spend our time in peace and quiet. We also encountered wild rabbits and deer, which made it feel like a true getaway. Despite the typhoon’s impact, we still enjoyed a barbecue! Our dog seemed to have a great time as well. We would love to stay again.

Our whole family had a wonderful stay! The interior was beautiful and made us feel like we were at an overseas resort. There were so many fun activities—such as the sauna, cold plunge, and pool—that one night wasn’t enough. We would love to stay again!
