A very calm Accommodation where you can relax to the chorus of frogs. It has both a day-use Facility and overnight Accommodation on the same property. The Onsen is a mildly alkaline simple hot spring, gentle on the skin even with multiple baths—ideal for guests who want to soak several times during their stay. Dinner surprised me with its sheer volume—in a good way. Dish after dish keeps coming, so I recommend skipping lunch before you take it on (lol). You can fully enjoy Kumamoto specialties such as kuruma prawns, sea bream, and kibinago (silver-stripe round herring). The Facility itself is not a luxury Hotel, but that’s exactly what makes it appealing: a relaxed place loved by locals where you can truly unwind. If you’re tired of excessive service, this laid-back atmosphere will feel genuinely restful. Personally, I think in rural areas this kind of unpretentious comfort suits the setting better than luxury or over-the-top service. Given the amount of food, the pricing feels fair. There might also be demand for a slightly smaller meal at a lower price point; however, there are Airbnb options at similar prices even without meals, so I consider it reasonable overall. I’d love to visit again if I have the chance.

I stayed for three nights to visit the Expo. It was mid-September, and I paid just under 7,000 yen per night. The Hotel is close to the station, has a large public bath, and the breakfast was quite delicious. Although it is far from the city center, it is a highly valuable Hotel depending on your purpose, and I would like to stay again. Honestly, the women's public bath is small with only four washing stations, but I had it all to myself during my stay.

The price was reasonable and great. I will use it again.

I stayed here while snow was gently falling. It was a huge help that they stored my luggage both before and after check-in. I stayed in Room 203. It’s a room with a balcony overlooking the garden. The room was very spacious, with a latest-model TV, a ReFa showerhead, a wide vanity, and a bathtub with a washing area. The toilet was fully automatic as well—everything was excellent. All amenities were MIKIMOTO. My hair usually feels rough when I use Hotel shampoo, but at this Accommodation it stayed smooth and silky. There is an guests-only lounge, and it was a lovely service that coffee, tea, and more were available freely until midnight. I also appreciated being able to take drinks back to my Room. I had coffee at check-in, and it matched my taste perfectly—really delicious. The breakfast I had been looking forward to was 100/100. I’ve eaten at luxury Hotels before, but this may have been the best I’ve ever had. Everything was wonderful, but what especially stood out were the yuzu-scented okara (unohana), fu dengaku, the white-dashi miso soup, and the dashimaki tamago (rolled omelet). When I mentioned it was my birthday this time, they decorated the guest room beautifully and even offered matcha—such thoughtful hospitality. All staff members were incredibly kind, with such a warm and homey atmosphere that made it easy to talk to them. Watching how warmly they treated other guests also made me feel happy. I think this is the best Accommodation—one that welcomes you warmly whether it’s for a special occasion or not. Next time I visit, I’ll come specifically to enjoy an unhurried Hotel stay. After checking in and leaving my luggage, I returned from shopping and opened the curtains, only to find a building wall right in front of me—I couldn’t see outside or the sky at all, and it felt like a storage room. Since I was staying for three nights, I didn’t like that, so I called the front desk to request a Room change. They responded immediately and moved me to a Room where I could see outside and the sky, which was a relief. The next day when I came back from going out, it felt unsettling as if someone had been in the Room. When I checked, only the towels had been replaced and the trash removed—so it was clear staff had entered—but there was no proper bed-making; the pillows were just stacked, and my pajamas were still on the floor. It made me very uncomfortable. I told the front desk but received only a brief apology. Apparently I should have put up “Do Not Disturb” on the door, but I wish they provided cards such as “No Cleaning” or “Do Not Enter.” Breakfast changed slightly each morning with different side dishes; there was just the right amount of salad and other items—not too much or too little—and it tasted better than at similar hotels. For this rate with breakfast included, it felt like good value. The Room was compact but comfortable enough to relax with a double bed. Although I had some complaints, overall my stay was comfortable, and I would like to use this Hotel again when visiting Osaka.

The Hotel parking lot can only accommodate small cars, and there is no affiliated parking. I parked at a nearby paid coin-operated parking lot at the full rate. The Room was clean and well maintained, and I had a very comfortable stay.

Although I requested a non-smoking room, it smelled of cigarettes when I entered. I opened the window and turned on the ventilation fan and air purifier, and the smell eventually went away. Otherwise, everything was excellent. Check-in is at 2:00 PM and check-out is at 11:00 AM, so you can enjoy a relaxed stay. The Hotel in front of the station is easy to find, and there are many restaurants around it, which is very convenient. I would like to stay at this Hotel again.

It was very clean. I didn’t have any unpleasant experiences at all. Since it’s inside a building, the view from the window was understandably limited.

Thank you for your hospitality. It was my first trip with my daughter. I made the reservation based on a recommendation from her friend. The location is convenient, being close to Kokusai Street. There was a complimentary mini ramen service for a late-night snack, along with drinks and ice cream. The large public bath required swimwear, so we used the room's bath instead and were satisfied with it. Breakfast had such a wide variety that it was hard to choose what to eat. We had an enjoyable trip!

I stayed in a Japanese-Western style Room. It was very spacious and comfortable, but it was disappointing that the toilet, bath, and sink were all in one. There was also a small kitchenette with cups, an electric kettle, and a microwave, but I would have liked to have plates and cutlery as well. There were no chairs or table either, so eating and drinking in the Room was inconvenient. The Hotel feels a bit old, but it seemed clean. The staff were kind as well.

Due to weather and flight circumstances, I chose this Hotel as the most affordable option for a same-day Reservation. However, the staff, rooms, and services were excellent, and I was very satisfied. I would definitely like to stay here again when visiting Fukuoka. Lastly, thank you to all the staff!

During my previous stay, I don't think there was a breakfast service, but I was able to enjoy breakfast at the café two doors down from the accommodation, which was great. It was light but sufficient for women to feel satisfied. The room also had all the necessary amenities. However, for the upcoming season, I would appreciate having a humidifying air purifier available. The location is very convenient as it is close to JR Ueno Station.

I stayed overnight because I had a get-together with friends. The twin Room was very clean, and despite the reasonable price, the Facility offerings were excellent (I was especially happy that the shower had micro fine bubbles!). It was great value for money and I was very satisfied. The only slight disappointment was that at check-in I was told I could choose breakfast as either a lunch box or the buffet venue option, but when I went the next morning it turned out only the lunch box was available. Still, overall it was a very comfortable stay and I’m glad I chose this Accommodation.

Family glamping trip. A sudden downpour started in the evening, and the dome began leaking. When we spoke to the staff, they immediately moved us from the dome to a villa Room. We really appreciated their quick response. The open-air bath attached to the villa also helped soothe our tired bodies. All of the staff were kind, and their smiles made this a relaxing trip. It became a wonderful memory. Thank you very much!

I stayed in November, and the unique silky texture of the bath was pleasant, offering a warmth different from other Onsen. The meals were delicious, with flavors crafted by an award-winning chef, leaving me completely satisfied. This time, I stayed in a room with a bed. The Ryokan staff were kind and attentive, making my stay entirely satisfying.

During my stay, there were few international guests, so it was very comfortable. The Onsen was also excellent. However, please make sure the air conditioning is working well in the 10th-floor lobby where the Onsen is located. I would like to stay again.

This was my second stay at Four Points Flex by Sheraton Hakodate Station. I booked the No Meals Included Plan. The Room was very clean. It was also helpful to have charging cables (USB Type-A, USB Type-C, and a Lightning cable) and even an extension cord in the Room. JR Hakodate Station and the Hakodate Station streetcar stop are both within a 10-minute walk. Nearby, there’s a FamilyMart and MaxValu, as well as plenty of dining options (izakaya, ramen shops, etc.), so even with the No Meals Included Plan you can feel at ease. I’ll definitely stay here again when I visit Hakodate!

After seeing this on TikTok, we booked a weekday stay for three with the “Bountiful Boat Platter of Spiny Lobster, Flounder, and Abalone <1 night with 2 meals>” plan. Before dinner, we enjoyed the Onsen bath. The water was silky and pleasantly thick—better than expected and very relaxing. Then came the highlight: dinner with the boat platter. It was truly impressive in both presentation and taste. Of course, it featured spiny lobster and flounder as the main items, but it was also a well-crafted course with thoughtful touches such as juvenile fish and deep-fried fish scales. That said, the portions were huge, so we did start to tire of sashimi a bit. Since there were also sashimi options like bonito, spiny lobster, and flounder, we felt ponzu sauce or yuzu pepper would have made it even better. Amenities included only a toothbrush and face towel, so we rated that 4 stars; however, at this price point—and as a Ryokan—we were satisfied overall. As for the Facility features: the foldable hair dryer wobbled at the hinge while in use and was difficult to handle, so we rated that 4 stars. Still, although some parts are old, it’s clear everything is kept clean and well maintained. We’d love to visit again in a different season.

Large public bath available; free parking. The building is old, but the Rooms have been renovated and are clean. The large public bath was empty by chance so it wasn’t an issue, but it’s quite small, so it’s best to go when it’s less crowded.

Stayed in mid-November. The room type was a Japanese-style room, and we stayed with three people. It was spacious and comfortable to relax. There was a slit under the sliding door at the entrance, and cold air came in while sleeping, making it a bit chilly. It might be cold during winter? For some reason, there were many ladybugs stuck on the window, and even though we didn’t open it, they were inside the room. (There was a notice in the elevator, but it was more than expected.) The Onsen and meals were very satisfying. If I have another chance, I would love to stay again!
